Too many sale people walking around doing nothing. Daniel K. and finance wouldn't go the extra mile to explain my situation to the bank. Very big lack a communication, as there was confusion in what needed accomplished and with a cosigner, should have been no problem. All I got was excuses that they couldn't do it. They lost a sale and probably many more.

While spending large amounts of money isn't my favorite pasttime, my sales guy Christopher Hacker made it almost fun. The car is well worth the price I paid for it. Chris entertained me with thoughtful conversation during the waiting times. The only downsides were these: the car's fuel tank was only 3/4 full when I left (it ought to have been full) and some documents that should not have been in the glovebox were left there by the dealership. Other than that, I would recommend this dealership for a pleasant and fair car-buying experience.

Told the sales rep what I was looking for and that I knew it would take awhile to find what I wanted. I had one of the techs, that I know real good, called and said that he was looking at a trade in that I might be interested in. When I got there the tech and the sales rep went over the truck with me and we started the paper work for me to get it. Since then I have had it back for rutine maintance and state inspection. I would recommend the dealership to a friend and have.

I hate car shopping, knowing I'm getting screwed no matter what happens. Just a matter of how badly. Not here, I think. Anyway experience was not near as badly as expected. Salesperson took time to know us and what exactly we were looking for in a vehicle. Since my wife has owned or leased 3 Muranos in a row, it wasn't a difficult question to answer. After all said and done, we walked out the proud owners, with the bank, of a 2015 Murano. Wife is happy, I'm happy!

I went to a Nissan dealership that was closer to my house, but I wanted to investigate other dealerships and offers available to me. When I walked into Faulkner Nissan they were very helpful and wanted to make sure that the vehicle I chose would be one that met my needs. Amy took her time and worked with what I was looking for and she found me the perfect vehicle. I have a very tight schedule and Amy was able to accommodate my time schedule. I was having some issues with my vehicle and needed to take it to a dealership. Everyone I asked, recommended Faulkner Nissan of Harrisburg. They were able to take a look at my vehicle right away and were super friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. They kept me up to speed on the status as well as what their findings. The service manager even went above and beyond in getting me to work rather than wait for the shuttle to return! I would strongly urge anyone to visit them!

Friendly, courteous, polite, honest and professional. These guys acknowledged every concern and question I had in depth and made sure I left happy and satisfied. WOW what a Deal. First off let me tell you a little about myself. Im a car nut. Last year I bought five cars. This year I bought three. So I know a little bit about the car buying process. I usually get a great deal or I dont buy. I dont have to buy a car, I just want to. If the numbers are right, I do it. But the deal I got from Faulkner Nissan was one of the best ever. I scanned about 10 dealerships around where I live for the best deal on a 2015 Murano. I also needed to get a good trade value for my car, which was only about 2 months old. So I emailed the Internet Manager at Faulkner Nissan. She was very pleasant and remained calm while I was dealing with all the other deals (and no deals, some dealerships say they have an internet manager but all they do is transfer you to a sales person). Her name was Julia, (Internet Sale Manager) she got all the information she needed and started working on a deal for me. She assured me they would beat any deal out there but I had to give her some time. Not pushy at all. She then called me because there was a discrepancy in my VIN number. Thats the only time she talked to me and got right back to work. ( No Bull) Not 24 hrs later she text me a fantastic deal! No one was even close to that deal. I immediately gave her a deposit over the phone. A couple hours later I arrived at the dealership. She greeted me at the door, thanked me and introduced me to Cedric the sales person. He went over the deal Julia had prepared for me and everything was just as she quoted. (No games) Then Cedric introduced me to Kyle (Finance Manager) who took the quote and started the process of financing and vehicle transfer paper work. When I was finished with the detailed demonstration Cedric gave me on the Murano I went into Kyles office to finalize the deal. He offered me extra warranty coverage, maintenance plans and protection plans. I then signed a few papers, shook Kyles hand and drove off in my new Murano. Thanks guys for an awesome experience.

I came to Faulkner Nissan to see a car advertised on autotrader.com. It was a very busy Saturday! Cedric was obviously busy (running all over to help customers!) but he did check back with me when he could until things calmed down a bit. He was apologetic for not being able to give me 100% of his attention right away, which I appreciated. One thing I liked about Cedric is that he didn't make me feel pressured. Also, He is easy to talk to and he answered all of my questions. This was my first car purchase from a large dealership like Faulkner, and he made the process less intimidating that I thought it would be. Thank you Cedric!!! I went to a lot of different dealerships looking to find a small SUV. I knew generally what I wanted but was really looking to find a car with the upgrades I desired at a price I was comfortable with. Cedric at Faulkner Nissan listened to what I said and offered a Nissan Rogue with everything I was looking for. When I realized I wanted a different color interior than the one I test drove, he went out into the pouring rain to bring a car into the service center so I could see how that interior looked. The style I picked ended up being uncommon and the entire team did not give up until they found the exact car I was looking for. Other dealerships I visited either did not listen to what I wanted or acted like they were so great that they didn't need my business--it wasn't only the car, but the team at Faulkner Nissan, that locked in my decision to purchase there.

Rude workers, they don't cover anything under warranty. I went there because it was closer to my house. You should go a couple more miles to Brenner nissan. That's where I got two nissans trucks new. They were very nice and helpfull. The owner of Brenner nissan both times I got new trucks checked to make shore every thing is right. The owner of Brenner nissan cares about everything. I'm going back to them. I tried to give Faulkner nissan a chance but they don't care and there rude.

Upon entering Faulkner Nissan of Harrisburg, we were greeted by our sales manager. Our sales associate was assisting another customer. The sales manager immediately got the two sets of keys to two of the new vehicles. We took both cars for a test drive then determined which car we would purchase. Our sales associate was now with us and did a thorough explaination of the features. The facility was spotless and everyone was friendly and helpful. We have been regular customers at this dealership, having 4 different Nissans serviced here over the years. This recent purchase was the 3rd one from Faulkner Nissan. Our Sales Consultant, Kristyn, was great to work with. The trade in value that they gave me for my vehicle fell into the range that I saw on line when I began researching for a new car. We just purchased our 5th Nissan and 3rd from Faulkner Nissan in Harrisburg. The personnel are always courteous and helpful. We are always made to feel welcome. The service advisors are great to deal with. My sales consultant was Kristyn and she was exceptional. Megan made the final paperwork run smoothly. I would happily recommend them to others.

I had no plans to stop at Faulkner Nissan yesterday. My daughter needed a car in a hurry because her Ford Escape died suddenly. I was on my way to another Faulkner dealership on Paxton Street and found myself in front of Faulkner Nissan. For some reason, my car made a left turn into Faulkner Nissan's car lot. It must have been Divine Intervention.We were immediately met by George Danner. My first thought was, "here we go again, another one of those salesmen with a high pressure sales pitch". I couldn't have been more wrong. George showed us one car after another. Trying to figure out exactly what my daughter wanted and how much she could afford, George showed us almost every car on his three page list of used vehicles. He also took us into the showroom and showed us all of the used vehicles in the entire Faulkner inventory. George is very customer oriented and he has nerves of steel. Being the professional person that he is, we were introduced to his sales manager, whose name I regretfully don't remember, and I apologize to him.George and the sales manager were talking and one of them mentioned a Pontiac Torrent which was just traded in. George took her to the back lot and my daughter found what she was looking for, finally.After crunching numbers, the Finance Associate came up with a loan that my daughter could afford. Again I regretfully don't remember his name.Our whole experience at Faulkner Nissan was a memorable one. I can't say enough about the staff and how professional and polite they are. Even the behind the scenes people who check the mechanical function of the vehicle, and the detailers who bring back pre-owned vehicles to showroom condition, are to be commended for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I can't say enough about my first experience at Faulkner Nissan.Would I come back or recommend this facility to a friend or family member? Absolutely! I'd by crazy if I didn't.Thanks to all for turning a bad day into a good one. Faulkner Nissan has proven to me that good people still exist.

The sales team at Faulkner Nissan was excellent when purchasing our new car. After finding exactly the car we were looking for online, we called the phone number provided for internet sales. Bill Harral in the internet sales department was friendly and after sharing what car we were interested in, he had our salesman Brian Dougherty call us within a few minutes. We were able to quickly work out most of the details over the phone with Brian and his manager Justin Squires. After reaching a verbal agreement about our new car, our family made the drive to Faulkner Nissan to complete the deal in person. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Faulkner Nissan. The first time was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The chances are slim that lightning would strike twice. But amazingly, it did. My 2nd experience was even better than the first. Customer service is a dying art in our society today, but not at Faulkner Nissan. They provide exemplary service. I'm so impressed.I dealt directly with Bill Harral and Bryan Dougherty. These guys listen more than they talk. Their primary goal is to satisfy their customers. They don't do it by applying pressure. They do it by practicing active listening. They were selling me a relationship, not a car. I bought both. Not only did they align me with the car I wanted, they made it work for me financially. Krystyn went above and beyond to find the Murano with the specifications we were looking for. Faulkner did not have the vehicle in stock so she went looking and found us exactly what we wanted. I purchased my Nissan Altima from Faulkner about 1 year ago. The entire process was a revelation in a car buying experience. I shopped online from several different dealerships. Bill Harral provided all of the information that I needed without pressuring me. Wendell Fletcher answered all of my questions about the Altima, and helped me to choose the perfect vehicle. The entire process was smooth, not pushy, and I left feeling as though I had actually gotten a good deal. I have since returned for all of my oil changes, including my most recent one today. Craig Fleck always greets me by name when I come in, and each time has provided a shuttle vehicle to ferry me to and from my work in Camp Hill. Each time I return to pick up my vehicle the young ladies in the office always have a smile on their faces. Tammy Massa, in particular, has been very friendly and helpful. I truly do recommend this dealership to anyone. They really seem to "get" the idea of customer service.

What should have been an easy transaction was a disaster. We went in with a specific car in mind. Financing was already in place, and we had called the dealership earlier to make sure it would all work out. Walked in and sat for a good 30 minutes (keep in mind no one else was there). Salesperson finally got around to taking us for a test drive, and we were ready to buy. But when we got back, suddenly the numbers didn't work. He wanted us to put down money and would not budge at all on the price. At all. There was nothing he could do so we walked. Another dealership was more than willing and able to work with our budget. Will NEVER go back to this dealership and do not recommend it.

I actually walked out of the dealership due to the saleman trying to pick apart my trade in, I already had my own financing lined up and just wanted to see if they could make the numbers I was looking for work, Anyway I went to Ladd Hanford the next day and bought a vehicle the same day..I will never deal with these guys nor recommend them to anyone!

I visited 2 other dealers ( one Nissan and 1 Toyota) before stopping by Faulkner. The sales associates at Faulkner were very nice knew their products inside and out. After showing them the cars.com smart buying price, they basically matched it.....simple as that. If you do your homework you can get a great car at a great price.

Honestly I would recommend this dealer. I did not buy anything but I looked and test drove a couple cars. Honestly this is one of those dealers that I would deal with everyday very friendly and honest. Never strayed from the questions and open about all records. The biggest problem I had with this dealer is price. Man they are sooo bad when it comes to price. Way overpriced for most of there vehicles. I was treated very nicely but man I can't get over that price tag. However really great people with great service
