I went in for a totally different vehicle but Mike Steinberg made the process easy of picking a car that suited my need,he's is very knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. Jason Brown was very patience on the signing process and very polite and for taking long then we expected also bought us dinner to compensate for us been there extra time. I have seen many Toyota dealers but Faulkner Toyota is the best of them! There is never aggression, anger, nervousness here. Mr. Rich signed me up for a service, greeted me very kindly, and quickly completed all the paperwork. Mr. Rich did absolutely everything to do his job perfectly! I was just resting that day. I was very surprised by the high professionalism of the customer service. Women work great! I am happy that I bought 3 cars from this dealership and get a decent service here. Everywhere is very clean, neat, beautiful.

Generally speaking, 15k maintenance is not a big deal - change oil and filter, refill fluids and so on.Right after the maintenance inspection I realized I now feel every single road defect. These guys "checked" the tire pressure and it's now 47 (36 +/- is recommended) psi for the front tires and 45 on the rears. Again, it's not a big deal, but it's really strange. I do have more serious concerns with another vehicle I serviced there, the defect was fixed in a 3rd round.I'm pretty good with sales operations there, but think twice, before you service a vehicle in this dealership.

From start to finish, my leasing experience was quick and painless. All the employees that assisted were very knowledgeable of the process; especially Nick Visalli. While he's young, he knows the car business very well and I found it very easy to work with him. As for new car management, I was able to get my tC very quickly once I made a decision on what I wanted exactly. The car arrived within a day and that night I drove off the lot with it. Mike Villari and Dawn Markee made my lease signing simple and that's important because there are so many documents that need to be signed when doing any kind of purchase dealing with a car. They put me at ease and I walked out of the confident that I got the best deal I could have gotten. I recommend Faulkner Toyota/Scion for all Toyota/Scion brand purchases.

It was about as painless an experience as you could ask for. There was no pressure, there were no underhanded tactics. They didn't try to see me anything that I didn't want or need. This is my third time leasing through Faulkner Toyota and I keep coming back because the staff is very easy to work with. They do not hound me, they are honest from the beginning and they work hard to get me an approval EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not only do I have an approval with them, they work out different options and models so I have options.. My credit isn't great so I feel limited when it comes time to choose a car and I never leave disappointed. My first time leasing was when I was 20 years old. I walked in with no pressure and wasn't taken advantage of or overcharged. I am always treated respectfully and the follow up courtesy is outstanding. Specifically this time, I just leased a Camry (My second Camry) in July which was totaled last week at no fault of my own. I called Faulkner Toyota and they had my approval and RAV4 (at my request) ready for me within less than 24 hours. I went into the dealership, greeted by everyone who apologized for the accident I signed my paperwork and I left. This dealership is truly the best! For the record.. I was hit by a driver in an SUV. Myself and my 4 year old were in my Camry at the time and I never felt safer. Our airbags deployed on impact and kept us safe as we spun down the street. Safety is literally amazing!!

I experience with the sales manager was great(red crew cut). I spoke to him upon arrival and asked him about the car I found online and he advised me it has been sold so I said oh ok..... Looking for a car is so frustrating. He said oh .. no that car has a twin and if you like it I will give it to you for the same price witch was a blessing to me. He called Mike Mitchell out and he took me for a test ride. I advised Mike that they were a lot of scratches on the car and asked what could be done about them. I spoke to the sales manager (red crew cut) and he said they could try to sand them down but they would do the best but not all may come out. Needless to say he asked me to come back in two days to give them time to fix the car, I was unable to come back Saturday because the banks were closed so I came in Monday to purchase same car. Mike seemed to be still excited until my father gave him a cashiers check. His attitude and facial expression changed drastically ; which it shouldn't have. I do realize that you guys are in the business in having people finance cars so they can make a profit but some are fortunate enough to purchase the vehicle without finance and the impression of the sales man shouldn't change. I was then picked up by the finance guy who is very nice and explains the paper work. I asked Mike for the number of the tint guy three times before he finally gave it to me before I left . That in itself shows his unprofessionalism which he should be reprimanded for . So Yes, I would send a friend to faulker but would ask them to ask the sales manager to send another sales man not mike.

The people at Faulkner Toyota Trevose have great customer service skills and really work with the customers. I worked with Jason Brown, James C (the service manager briefly) and Domenik C in fiance and they really were trying to help me, not just make a sale! I like that there really was no pressure of a sale. Jason was answering all our questions, showed us the vehicle we were interested in and answered the questions we had and if he was unsure, he found out for us. When we walked in there was no guarantee on Monday we were purchasing, but we did and we love our new Rav4!!

Buying a car from Faulkner Toyota was a pleasurable experience. Everyone in the showroom was extremely friendly. I met my sales consultant, Michael Mitchell, right away who took me to test drive a Rav4. He was very friendly and polite which helped me feel more relaxed because I was driving a bigger car that I was not used to. Michael was able to answer any and all questions that I had about the vehicle and some of the different features that I was debating on. I later decided to test drive a Corolla and again, he was able to answer all of my inquiries about the car. In the end I chose the Corolla for financial reasons and I am very happy with my decision. Michael also set up my bluetooth in my new car which was very helpful.

On Wednesday June 3rd 2015, i went into to Faulkner Toyota of Trevose in hopes of finding a nice used vehicle. When my son and I entered the dealership there was a friendly gentleman sitting behind the counter, and another gentleman standing beside the counter. We were asked if we needed any help and immediately the gentleman standing up later identified as Mike Steinberg escorted my son and me to his desk. At that point my joyful moment began because after explaining my situation to Mike, he diligently and professionally started working with me. Mike Steinberg and his co works which included his supervisors and financial team members gave 1000% of their time in helping me purchase the car of my dreams with the payment that I requested. Mike never tried to steer me away from my wishes and he kept reassuring me that everything would work out for me. Even today Mike has gone above and beyond his duties to make sure that I had the proper equipment and accessories for my Toyota Corolla.I have never left a dealership feeling as IMPORTANT and APPRECIATED as I did whenI left Faulkner Toyota Dealership of Trevose on June 3rd 2015. I just want to thank you for outstanding service!! I purchased my Certified used 08 Highlander in October 2011 with a 48 month (4 year) warranty that was supposed to cover me until r 2015 (2011+4 = 2015). Unfortunately, 3 years later upon randomly reviewing my paperwork, I saw that there was a typo and my warranty was to expire in 2014...but that's not what I paid for! I contacted Toyota Corporate, and I was instructed to contact the dealer where I purchased the vehicle. I did so with some apprehension- expecting an "oh well it's nothing we can to do about it;" but I was pleasantly surprised by quite the opposite reaction! After some research, the finance manager (Dominic) assured me that Faulkner Toyota would honor my warranty until December 2015. Apparently my 2008 vehicle was put into service 12/2007. There was clearly a misunderstanding, as I purposely purchased the warranty that would cover my 2008 vehicle all but one year of my 5 year loan; as I planned to decide to keep it or trade it in the final year (2016). It has been good to me, and I'm pretty sure I'll be holding on to it...if for no other reason than the excellent customer service!! Thank You Faulkner Toyota for your EXCELLENT customer service! I am "old school," and It is much appreciated and applauded! Rarely do you find a company that values their customers anymore....In this day and age- It's PRICELESS! Thanks for keeping your word!

This is my second time using Michael Steinberg as a salesperson, and I can't imagine going another car dealership other than Faulkner Toyota. My first experience with Mike was three years ago, when I leased a 2012 Corolla. Mike was super helpful in getting me monthly payments that were manageable, and could answer every question I had about the car and car-buying process. Today's experience with my first Rav4 was no different. I had fallen in love with the car since my mom had it (she bought through Michael as well), and I knew this was a perfect fit for me. Mike immediately mapped out a plan that would make my monthly payments affordable, and made the financial execution a very smooth and comfortable process. He listened to all of my questions, offered his honest input, and continued to check on things after the sale was complete. Mike is a nice, hardworking guy and really cares about helping the customer is any way possible. My husband and I were looking to buy a mini van because we just had our first child. Immediately the anxiety set in of what the process would be like to shop for cars. What I hate most about car shopping is the pushy salespeople who always seem as though they are trying to pull one over on you. To add to our stress we had to bring our 6 month old with us. We definitely do not have time to "try to make a deal" for 4 hours. I just want the best deal, a reasonable price and for all this to be done quickly so we can get home with our baby. Faulkner Toyta delivered on all accounts. We went to a dealership in NJ first and they tried to push a 2012 preowned minivan on us that had 50,000 miles already on it. We left there extremely frustrated. That night we called Faulkner and over the phone made a deal with Marc Handelsman, to lease a 2015 Toyota Sienna for the same price the other guys were trying to get us to pay per month for a 2012. It was so fast and so simple. When we went to the dealership to pick up our car we were so pleased with the outstanding customer service we received from Marc. We couldn't be happier with our experience and our new car! This is what car buying should be like. No anxiety, no hassle and we got the car we wanted at a price that we could afford!

Dropped the car off for routine maintenance but is it ever really routine? I was there a bit... much longer than I wanted to be and became, admittedly, a little impatient. I went to express my overall displeasure then Melanie, the young woman at the counter turned and smiled; I completely forgot why I was there. She must have had 8 arms and 3 heads in order to juggle what she had going on over there; poor girl, Does that phone ever stop ringing? Well needless to say, she greeted me with the biggest smile with these big disarming brown eyes and I was suddenly less annoyed than just seconds prior. The car is in tip top condition but it took too long in my opinion but the young woman at the counter is exactly the static needed to keep the natives at bey!

Patty was one of 2 that provided what I asked for and repeatedly answered all of my questions with a pleasant manner. She was willing to communicate via email and a few short phone calls. She was extremely responsive and thorough. She gladly worked within my crazy work schedule and provided me with all the information we needed to make a decision. When we picked up the car, Mike met us and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the features of the car and has followed up twice since our purchase to check in and make sure we don't have any questions. Extremely friendly, and super nice to work with. We had not bought a new car in 15 years and were skeptical going into the car buying process, but we were blown away by how seamless, friendly, and low pressure this experience has been. The deanship worked with me over the internet, and phone to get the paperwork completed, and everything ready to go. Ask for PAT he was SUPER helpful as well as the finance manger, they offered me a great rate, and gave me top dollar for me trade (and free coffee and doughnuts) They explained every feature, answered my questions, and have a bright well equipped dealership. When I bought my car (2014 TC) my salesman was amazing, but when I went for my first service appointment i was completely taken aback by the lack of professionalism and quality of the people in that department. From the "service manager" who was talking to an employee in such a degrading manner that I was horrified, to the "young lady" at the cashier counter who spent more time on her cell phone and playing around with the mechanics then she actually did working. This isnt my first toyota, and I used to bring my older car to Faulkner but I have to tell you that in the last year the service department has done a nose dive and I will be driving the extra few miles to Team Toyota.

Do not go to this dealership! I was a customer of this dealership for the past three years. I bought a brand new Camry in 2011 and took my father there to buy his brand new Highlander in 2013. Both him and I have been bringing our cars to get serviced every 5k miles since we both purchased our cars there. Friday afternoon I brought my car to get the 50k maintenance and the recall done. I left two hours after getting it serviced. Saturday night when I went to go buy something, I reached into my arm rest compartment to grab my $20 that I left in there (I left the $20 in there for lunch but didn't use it because I packed my own lunch that day) and noticed it was missing. Instead, I found the number tag that the dealership used to hang on the rear view mirror. I called the dealership Monday afternoon to inform them that the person who worked on my car stole money out of my compartment. I talked to the service manager Tom. After I told him what had happen, his reply was that the mechanic who worked on my car has 25 years of experience and wouldn't take $20 because "he makes that much in the blink of an eye." He then questioned why I waited so long to call back and I told him that I didn't notice it was missing until the dealership was closed for the weekend so I couldn't call until Monday. His response was that anyone that had access to my car could've taken the $20 from the compartment within those 24 hours. I told him that I was the only person that was in my car the last 24 hours and was the only one who had access to it. He replied by saying "I don't know what to tell you besides no one here took your money." I told him that I didn't call so that I can make up a lie about the situation. I was upset because I brought my car into the dealership to get serviced, not to get ripped off by their employees. He INSULTED me by saying "Well, I don't know how much of value $20 is to you." That's when I got angry and asked him for the corporate phone number so I can talk to someone else. His exact words were "go look it up yourself online" and then he hung up on me because I was angry. This is the type of service you can expect if you go to this dealership. Rude employees who will steal from you and insult you.

When it was time to replace our 2000 4Runner, Faulkner Toyota was the only choice. Our salesman, Bruce Glanz is the best and we will always ask for him for another purchase from Faulkner. The salesman can make or break a sale and this man is top notch. He truly is looking out for the customer and was so very helpful and personable in all areas from the start of to the completion of us buying a car from Faulkner. Bruce turned out to be a "friend" - not just a salesman and we will recommend him and Faulkner to family and friends. We were not in for service, we were looking to buy a new car. But I can comment on Faulkner's service because we have had our cars serviced there after purchase. The service dept. is very good (both Toyota and Mazda as we have one of each) and all our experiences with them have been very good. We bought a Certified used Rav4 from Faulkner; we live in Western Montgomery County, so for me to make such a long trip to a dealership MUST be worth it!! Steve Egrie, the Used Car Mgr, and Joe were FABULOUS to deal with !!! We didn't feel like they were going to deceive us, like many car dealerships do. They clearly verified that the car passed the Toyota Used Certification test, and we felt we got a VERY fair price!! Also, when we came back to pick up the car, we were taken care of. The Dealership is immaculately clean and very modern. Also, another trip, we made to have our door repaired under warranty for our 2008 Sienna, which we purchased from another dealership; Steve arranged for the repair with his Service Mgr; not a penny out of our pocket; parts were ordered; service was very efficient. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Steve, and his team. I have recommended 2 people to them and would continue to do so. PS- I was in Retail Mgmt for over 25 years, and I'm one tough cookie; I don't hand out compliments such as this without being deserved!

I was staying in a hotel in downtown philly and wanted to take a train to the dealer so that I could drive home the car I wanted. Paul explained where to go and was waiting for me at the station. The car was available at the cars.com online price, no nonsense. Arranging financing was very easy and they shopped for competitive rates for mw. 'd like to thank Paul Mochalln, my sales rep on my purchase of 2011 Camry. He was very upfront on everything I asked him, no nonsense or high pressure sales pitch to make a deal immediately. I Had asked to test drive two particular cars I had picked out, He said no problem and proceeded to get keys for both vehicles. My test drive on the first car was fine but the route I had taken was jammed with traffic and took longer to get back to the dealership, when I arrived Paul was waiting and asked how was the car, I told him and also stated that traffic was backed up. He suggested a different route where I could really get a feel for the car. Well the ride went well, the conversation and experience of discussing the car and what I wanted went even better. No major haggling or misinformation, He listened to me and presented me with a figure I discussed what I thought i would need, and between Paul & management we had a fair deal....... I live in New Jersey and was having a difficult time finding the vehicle I wanted in New Jersey due to storm Sandy. I needed to trade in my 2005 Subaru Baja for a larger vehicle. Did some research on used Toyota FJ Cruisers and came up with 3 good choices. I contacted each of the dealers via internet. All three dealers called, but only two left messages. I decided to go do the online trade-in forms for all three. Faulkner came in lower than the other two, but they seemed most interested in meeting. Went to the dealership on Saturday and met with Joe. After the normal give and take, Joe gave me what I wanted on the trade-in and I gave him what he wanted on the the price. Joe was friendly and reasonable. All in all, my experience at Faulkner was excellent. I got a good used vehicle at a decent price and a good trade-in deal from my Baja. Would highly recommend Faulkner Toyota and Joe in particular.

I had very bad car buying experience with this dealer, after buying the new car with them to finish required paper work we were called multiple times to dealership to sign the missing papers it because of the salesman's negligence every time one document was missed to get our signature it took four visits to finalize a car purchase, salesman did not explain about the new car factory warranty he almost said it is useless was pushing me to buy the extended warranty and overcharged on it for the brand new car,requested them to cancel the extended warranty on the second day of purchase itself but they declined to cancel it, i was asked to talk to multiple peoples nothing happened no one helped and was treated badly, i had to cancel on my own by calling Toyota itself paid cancellation charges on it and lost taxes paid on it, fyi same level of extended warranty i was offered for half the price from other reputed Toyota dealer, only positive side is given better price on the car but they tried to make the difference on the extended warranty. i wouldn't go again.

I went to a few dealerships to see the car I knew I wanted. I bought my first car from Faulkner and wanted to give them the first chance at my sale. Initially I dealt with Marc and Jason, who were both exceedingly friendly and gave me a solid price. I explored my options and got a lower price from another dealer. I came back one more time to see if they could beat the price and dealt with Bruce and, again, Jason. They came down from their original quote by a significant amount and I bought that day. Both Marc and Bruce were really great to work with and were respectful with my financial concerns. Bruce even went so far as to help me out while negotiating with my car insurance provider. I am glad that I went back and was able to purchase my car from Faulkner.

We purchased our new Toyota Siena from Faukner Toyota with the help of Bruce Glantz. We were in need of a mini-van, but weren't sold on getting a mini-van. Also, we weren't sure which brand to buy. So, we shopped the various dealers/brands and came right back to Bruce at Faukner Toyota. He was very patient and worked hard to make sure we had what we wanted for the price we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I had all the answers to make a educated decision on which vehicle to purchase. We purchased the Siena XLE AWD because we wanted the reliability of AWD. Toyota is the only mini-van with AWD. We love the car and have been very happy with the follow-up/service by Bruce even after the purchase.

As our car was a demo, Bruce was ready with the car's history (reassurance that the car had been well treated during it's inital use) and very knowledgable about the car and features. He had a test drive route worked out which kept me from needing to exit onto Roosevelt Blvd which made me more comfortable test driving the car. Il try to keep this short Having just paid off my 2007 Camry in April 2012, I was not in the market to purchase a car. However due to unforeseen circumstances I tragically lost my fianca month ago and was stuck with a vehicle that had a considerable balance left in my name. Drawn in by a ey wel offer you more than your camry trade is worth ad!ooking to trade in both cars..I visited a Toyota dealership located 4.5 miles from home. Got there and of course it was a whole different ball game. Given my situation, I was not in the mood for the salesman pitch. I had a situation, I needed to resolve it. WHAT CAN YOU DO?!!! Having purchased many cars Ie been down this road and know the game. NEEDLESS TO SA, NO DEAL!--------went home, did some online research that night--------- I made a decision to go to Faulkner since they dealt directly with the 2 makes of cars I needed to trade in. It Sat. 4pm, I traveling 30 miles from my house! Thinking they closed at 6pm. I called and spoke to a sales agent explaining my needs. Joe Kontz took some info over the phone and greeted me at the door when I arrived. Joe could not have been more accommodating. #1 the office closes at 5p. I received a fair deal for my trades AND was offered a vehicle FAR superior to the car they tried to offer me at the other dealership. He literally stayed 2 hours AFTER CLOSING with the lights off and doors locked to manage my transaction. And assisted me in transitioning to the new vehicle in the POURING rain even locked in my daughter car seat for me! Business is always business and even given my situation, I expected nothing less. Although I was very overwhelmed with my personal life, I honestly felt very confident as a customer in Joe hands. At no point was I overwhelmed by any decisions, nor did I feel pressured into accepting terms I didn understand. Joe did not try to haggle me or give me the run around by throwing a bunch of numbers my way. If I ever in the market again I WILL contact Joe Kontz directly. Or certainly refer anyone I know his way. He was a delight and pleasure to work with. I sure the other agents are just as nice but I SO happy he was the sales person who answered the page for service when I called!

I was from New York to come to Faulkner Toyota Scion dealer for 2011 Venza. The salesman Michael Steinberg gave me a very good price toward a fully loaded demo car. It's my dream car and they've prepared the car in top shape. We only communicated with Mike over phone and email for a few days before my heading over to pick up the car with the sweat deal. The transaction only take a little time. Mike is a very nice and patient salesman. No sales pressure felt like from a lot other places. Everything goes very smoothly, kind of surprise to me actually. Just cannot imagine I was purchasing a car, not a toy. It was too simple to be true. But I could convince myself that it was true when I touched the comfy leather chair in my new Venza on my way back. He helped put me in the car I wanted and he and Chris McShea convinced me to try to go through them for financing, which I did, and they wound up getting me a better rate than my credit union. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

We were in the market for a slightly used Toyota and have checked cars.com for prices and availability. That's how we ended up going to this dealership. First, they did not have any price listed on the cars. Second, when asked about the price, the sales rep gave us a price that was $1,000 higher than the price on cars.com. Now here's their arguments: 1. the sales reps don't have access to the internet pricing (Comment: Really???? Why wouldn't they have access to the pricing of a product they are selling??? Plus, the internet is pretty much free nowadays... so if it's public info, then they should know it!) 2. that web price is a special that they must have just put on (Comment: No, it was not. The price was lowered at least 2 weeks before! We know, we've been monitoring it.) Suffice to say, it was all downhill from there. They kept us waiting for hours to "evaluate" the trade-in and tried to lowball us to no end. After that, the sales rep left w/o a word and the Used Cars Manager took over. His tactic was to push us into giving him a monthly payment we can afford. Why is that any of their business? We were there to discuss prices, not what we can and cannot afford. Let us worry about that! After we politely told him that approach would not work with us several times, we have walked out without buying anything. We felt disrespected throughout this whole process. So again, STAY AWAY! There are plenty of dealers out there. In fact, we bought a Toyota shortly after. At a much better price and dealing with really nice people!
