Updated 9/3/21 I was well overdue for an oil change and my 100,000 mile service. I was saddened to hear about the recent events that took place a few weeks ago. When I heard the team at Faulkner Volvo were reopen for business despite recent events that showed me how dedicated they are to be of service. Regardless of the challenges of stress and fear the crew have faced they still provided me with incredible service! Mark , Jeff and Linda are always a real pleasure to see and their care for quality service is always greatly appreciated and I can always trust their mechanic! Thank You Team! This was my second time at Faulkner Volvo. After my first visit I was called with a follow up on the services provided. At that time Mark made me aware of a recall on my S60. He set me up with a loaner that I loved! I also request an oil change. Also, the mechanic has a great eye for safety. He noticed some issues and Jeff made me aware of them. I felt I was in good hands and the work done was executed seamlessly. I can really tell customer safety and satisfaction is paramount with Faulkner Volvo.

Obtaining maintenance service for my 2019 XC90 was simple and easy. I was given an appointment at a day and time that worked for me. I had intended to wait at the dealership but realized that I might not be able to pick up my kids on time from their first day of school. Faulkner was able to provide a nice loaner at no charge. The scheduled service, along with tire rotation and balancing that I requested was done right. My car was returned to me washed and looking good. I have used Faulkner for all servicing of the 3 cars in my family and highly recommend them.

Faulkner Volvo has always been a top notch dealer and service center. However, my experience this week showed that when the going gets tough, the tough get even better! Despite the extremely difficult circumstances and working conditions that the staff of Faulkner are going through post-tornado, they bent over backwards to continue their top notch service, courtesy and professional standards. From providing a loaner car when cars are scarce right now to giving me flexibility to return it, and providing quality service and a discount, I cannot say enough postive things about Faulkner, its excellent staff and their resilience. Support them now if you need anything related to your car- they are open and ready for you.

I am extremely impressed with their customer service. Mark and Ron have gone above and beyond every time I have been there. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. They are fair and honest. Refreshing!!

First time car buyer from a lot. Was a fantastic experience. The salesman walked me through every step and took time to explain things so I understood what was going on and what I was buying. Very satisfied with the whole experience and have already been telling people to go to Faulkner for their next car purchase. My sales Matt Slavin was great, thank you for everything! I love my new truck!
