Frank is a pleasure to deal with. Fair and consistent. Doesn’t beat around the bush and says it like it is. After some issues that you could absolutely not foresee they were dealt with in a timely manner and went above and beyond to take care of it. Is not a pushy salesman. If you despise the traditional way of salesmen, have high standards, and demand professionalism and excellent service, then you will have an outstanding experience buying a car here. This is a business that operates on customer service and honesty. It is clear to me that Frank's goal is to sell you a good reliable car that meets your needs and you'll be happy with. Dealers like Frank are few and far between. Even though we live 2 hours away in NY, Frank is our first choice to purchase cars from in the future. Do not hesitate to buy a car here.
