It was fantastic!! To be honest I was dreading having to go through the process of bringing in my lease and getting another one but at this dealership it was great. All of the staff was so nice and polite my sales person Phil Collins was outstanding he was very honest and upfront and realistic with what was possible and not possible with the price range that I was trying to stick to. Phil Collins was very good at listening to what I wanted in my next lease and most of all he didn’t try to oversell me on a vehicle that had a bunch of extra stuff that I didn’t need. And that was the most important part to me. I look forward to doing all of my business at this dealership.

Chris Johnson was amazing!!! Personable, friendly, and listened to my wants. He cares about helping you find the car that is the perfect fit for you. He made the car buying process fun and easy. The entire staff is friendly and great to work with. All staff truly value their customers, which is rare to find. I would highly recommend Feldman Chevrolet.

Anna was amazing!!! She went above and behind to get me the vehicle I wanted. Not only that she was friendly and made the process comfortable. I really appreciate her help getting me the vehicle I have no complaints. Very clean friendly and positive atmosphere. I’ve worked in sales before and this experience was one of the best in customer service I’ve had in life. Loved the vehicle no complaints I highly recommend this company. Walked in to meet with Chris. Chris was awesome! Helped me figure things out and I am walking with the truck I want! Seriously this is the best experience I have had at a dealership. Thank you Chris! Also, Phil (other rep who was nearby) was one of the most genuine easy going guys I have meet. Feldman is lucky to have them both! Chris, you have earned a customer for life! Thank you!

Nobody's Perfect

Was told they had vehicles in just to get me to come in. Was told my gm employee discount would be honored. Was told by a salesman it isn't so I turned around when 5 minutes from the dealer. Then had a manager call back and say they would give max trade in for my 2021 trail boss 6.2l. They said they would compensate me for the gas for the waste of my time as well as honor my employee discount and did not compensate for gas for my wasted time. Then expected me to drive back out there. Drive out for an appraisal and they offered 700 dollars more than the absolute lowest trade in value on a mint condition vehicle saying well, its within the low high range. I have tried to contact the managers I had spoke with for two days, leaving message after message and got no return calls. At one point the manager stated to the operator that they had a client and would call right after and did not. I do not recommend this dealership. Also if they state they are not giving gm employee or gm discounts. Contact gm customer care because that is absolutely incorrect and a ploy to get max value for a vehicle. I would seek another dealership if you're in the market for trade in or a new or used vehicle.
