We recently purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and could not have been happier with the entire process. We actually called them asking if they had any Jeeps.. Jeff said he would keep an eye out for one and let us know. 2 weeks later he called to say he had found the perfect one for us! He was right! He did everything needed to make this purchase a "no brainier". A complete check -up; new tires, etc! He guareenteed his work on the car and made us feel so comfortable he would stand behind his work. Jeff was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I have recommended him to many of my friends and will purchase from him again in the future!

Being in college and driving a tired out '97 Taurus, my daughter was in need of a car to replace the one she had. I searched around, and found a great looking car on the Ferino Bros lot. After a call or two, we drove out to see the car, hoping to have found her next ride. We visited on a Sunday (if I remember correctly), and while the "dealership" wasn't open, the people at the station were more than helpful and very friendly. We took the car for the first test drive, and it seemed to be in great running condition (as the listing stated). In fact, the car was exactly as the listing stated, not that expected any less. Inside and out, it was used but clean. I think we went back the following Tuesday to complete the deal, and everything was handled right there in the office - transfer, tags, everything. We walked away with a new used car, and Ferino Bros has another very happy customer! It has been a few months since the purchase, and we're still very pleased with the attention and service from Ferino Bros. If my youngest ever decides to drive (only 12 right now), I'm sure we'll be looking at the offerings from Ferino Bros again!

I was shopping for a used pickup 4x4 and taking the drive here was completely worth it! I dealt with Jeff and he was very informative about the vehicle and had all the car fax paperwork ready for me. There was NO pressure about buying the pickup & was very friendly. I purchased the vehicle next & the next day the check engine light came on ( but the vehicle was driving fine ) I called Jeff and he had the vehicle in next day! They were waiting for me, jumped right on it and had it fixed promptly & properly with no issues at all. I will continue to do business here and highly recommend them!!! Great friendly, knowledgable, and reputable place to go for buying a vehicle or having it serviced!!! Best buying experience I've ever had!

I've been buying cars for over 40 years and the Ferino brothers are one of the BEST I've ever dealt with. The SUV I purchased, although used (1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee) looks and runs like new. It needed a little tweaking after I bought it and they were happy to take care of it for me (at no charge) and even gave me door to door service. I also have a lifetime discount on repairs should I choose to have them do it. Jeff is outstanding for sales & service and I met one of the owners, Frank, who drove me home when I left the SUV for minor repair. All in all I will definitely tell folks about my experience AND will be back again when the time comes for another car....from a scale of 1-10, I give them an 11..........

I was recently looking for a low mileage Jeep Wrangler TJ. I had a certain type of Jeep in mind and wanted it to be in very good condition. I found a prospect at Ferino Brothers while on the internet. I called and spoke to Jeff. He told there wasn't much to say about the underside when I asked, which made me wonder, but then he said that it was as nice as the top. I took a drive down to look at the Jeep, 160 miles each way. I met Jeff who was very nice, no sales pressure. He threw me the keys and said look it over. I liked what I saw so we went for a ride. Jeff and I came to a price agreement and he was very helpful as far as payment and pick up, more accomodating than he had to be. The overall experience was amazing and worth the 600 plus total miles driven to complete the purchase. I have to say that Jeff and Ferino Brothers were much better to deal with than the used car dealers in my area, or most of them anyways. A very refreshing experience for a change. Thanks Jeff. I would do business with you guys anytime.

I recently purchased a 2002 4Runner from this dealership and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Let me set this up by saying, I am a pretty picky customer. In anticipation of more crappy roads in PA this winter, I decided to pick up a used and reasonably priced, reliable SUV. Toyota's being Toyota's, I decided a 4Runner was the way to go not to mention I had always admired that particular body style. I had looked high and low for one but they all had a lot of miles on them. After some research and confirmation that these trucks run forever with good maintenance, I decided to put my bias aside on mileage. Then I found one at Ferino Borthers in Newtown with 142k miles and since it was only 4 miles from the house I decided to check it out. I was greeted by Steve, one of the long term techs at the dealership as my sales contact, Jeff, was off that day. Steve could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable or accommodating. He put a plate on the car which was pretty pristine for a 12 year old vehicle and told me to take it for a spin. I came back impressed and with a few more questions which Steve readily answered. Though the shop was busy, Steve, who knew I was going to look at a few 4Runners, offered to put the car on a lift to educate me about the underside of the car and some places he wanted to be sure I looked on other vehicles as there are some known weak spots on the frame due to rust issues. In other words, Steve could not have been more confident or helpful. He had nothing to hide. Honesty was obvious. When asked, he even told me that I could take the car to any dealer to have it pre purchase inspected. My confidence grew! We identified a couple of things I wanted repaired and I contacted the sales manager, Jeff, who was as accommodating and outstanding of a communicator as Steve. By the next business day at 7:30 AM, they had already reviewed my request, including new timing belt, water pump, drive belts and valve cover gaskets and we agreed on a fair price for the car. Without so much as a nickel of a deposit, they executed all of the repairs and even registered and titled the car! I picked the car up last Friday (or should I say, Jeff came and picked me up to come get the car) and have been very happy. But the story is not over! During the week, I noticed a couple of things I wanted addressed like balancing the tires and new wiper blades. While I was at work, Jeff came and got the car, did the repairs and dropped it back off (I left them a key). The charge you ask? ZERO. When I tell you these guys stand behind their product, I am not kidding. Now I need to have a battery cable connector replaced..they are handling that too. Amazing. Most used car dealers would say see yah later the second their money cleared and you were out the door. Not these guys. Oh, one more really important thing I forgot to mention. The head tech at the lot, Rob, is a Toyota Master tech who used to work at one of the local dealerships. Talk about the icing on the cake! This decision could not have been easier thanks to Ferino Brothers. Customer focus and patience, even when they are super picky like me, pays off! Visit this place and buy with confidence.

I was looking for a car for my daughter and had a limited budget. I needed to make sure I got the max value for my money. I finally found a car that would be suitable at Ferino Brothers. I dont know a lot about the mechanics of a car and do depend on the honesty of others to help me make good decisions. After I found the car, I began to read the reviews of Frank (the owner) and the dealership in general. I was truly amazed that every one was a positive review! We went to see the car and although it was a good car, Frank was very honest and direct and kept telling me that he did not think that the Jeep was the right car for my daughter. Instead he directed me to another car that quiet honestly was perfect for her. Frank genuinely is a very nice man. He is very personable. Not at all pushy or aggressive. He is very honest in my opinion. He showed me the car report which was clean. He made the buying process smooth, clean and very easy and comfortable. Without question I highly recommend this dealership as a good place to do business and particularly Frank as owner and salesman. I feel I got a very good and safe car at a very fair price. I drove 60+ miles from my home to look at the 2003 Dodge Dakota pickup that I did purchase. I dealt with Jeff, very friendly and no BS. The vehicle is in excellent condition for the year, and the mileage on it is slightly below average based on 12,000 a year. All of the vehicles on their lot were very clean, good mileage vehicles. I would not hesitate to consider purchasing another vehicle there should the need arise. They have a full service facility including gas sales, and it was very clean and well kept. The only reason I did not give a rating for "Quality of repairs" is that I never had any repairs done there. But I believe that I would be as satisfied with repair work performed there as my buying experience was. There was good interaction between the staff for the short time I was there, and the maintenance area was very clean. If you are in need of a good vehicle at a fair price, I would definitely recommend Ferino Brothers!

We bought a 2005 Mazda6 wagon 5spd. manual. Since there arn't many of these out there we had to travel from Florida to buy this one. Commiting to purchase a vehicle online is always a risky business but Steve and Jeff made this one a pleasure. Great communication, accurate and honest with their descriptions. They even helped with our transportation needs. If your looking at one of their cars from a distance don't worry. It will be just as they represent it to be.
