Was a previous customer to their service dept and after being loaned a Ram 1500 while Jeep was worked on I found myself in the market for one (thanks Mr. Guy). Was seen in sales by Juan M. who made multiple efforts to get me into the exact truck I was looking for. Juan as well as Mike (head of sales?) were great to work with and very accommodating. Jim from finance was professional and the entire process was not long and drawn out. I searched over 30 dealers (Ford, Chevy, Dodge) online and went to 4 or 5 in person but happy I ended up with Ferman CDJ in Lutz.

This was truly puzzling. I contacted them about a jeep and requested more information. I provided detail of my trade, sent links & provided detail. I then had to contact them multiple times to get them to respond for the trade value. A week later they provided me a value 3-4K less than any other evaluation I have had. -Multiple contacts just to get simple information-No follow up on requests-took a week to get a terrible trade evaluation (never responded to my inquiry about how this value was determined)

The service team is great and the courtesy driver was fantastic. The only problem I had was that I'm having trouble with my cruise control. This is an intermittent problem that is well documented all over the charger blogs. Unfortunately, the dealership required me to pay $119. before they would tell me what the problem is. Doesn't seem right for a dodge dealer to do this on a vehicle with 35,000 miles.

I was searching the web online at cars.com for the dodge journey I wanted to purchase. I wanted a used car with low mileage and payments to fit my budget. I found my vehicle and called to set up an appointment as I didn't live in the local area. I went to Ferman dodge Chrysler Jeep ram and was greeted with a wonderful cheerful salesman named Terry and he let us take the journey for a test drive. We both fell in love with the journey and went to the next step. We were not pressured into buying the car as we had made the decision on our own. It's always good to know what u want before you get to the dealership so that you save yourself and the salesman time. When the salesman has a general idea of what your looking for he can show you all he has in that make and model. Do your research before you go to the dealership so you have a better experience at the dealership. I would recommend Ferman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The vehicles at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Ram are certified so you don't get a lemon. Terry made me feel relaxed and comfortable when I was there on the carlot. I found the perfect Jeep Wrangler for me online. I scheduled an appointment and Amanda was there waiting for me with the Jeep pulled upfront. She covered all the details of the Jeep and explained even more during the test drive. She was quick getting us through the paperwork process and very pleasant the entire time. We bought late Saturday night and even had to stay a little after closing. I have never been to this dealership before, but based on my experience with Amanda and the overall facility, I would recommend everyone to shop here. If you want to have a great experience with a professional sales person, then ask for Amanda.

Took car in for oil change, tire rotation and Kevin advised there were some computer updates that would take altogether 1 1/2 hours. I said fine and went to the customer service station and read my book. After about 2 hours went to inquire and was told on some of the 6 updates the computer was very slow in updating. Finally after 3 hours was finished, I will not complain as I have brought another car in before for service and all went as planned on the timing. I knew what I was shopping for, right down to the color. My family was with me to include my parents, and we were treated with respect and everyone felt comfortable in their showroom. Plenty of beverages and things to see while shopping for a car. I was very lucky to be partnered with Mr. Marc Graves, who allowed me my time to shop and then helped me get EXACTLY what I was looking for. Not some. ALL! I took my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in for service. I had bought the Jeep there and I always have my vehicles serviced where they are purchased. As always the facility is clean, the staff very accommodating. Oscar was my service tech and was very helpful. After shopping for several days at other dealerships and feeling pretty frustrated, I tried Ferman. I called while they were closed and talked to a very pleasant woman who I believe was the mananger of internet sales. She set up an appointment to meet the next day with the sales manager. Frank Cooper. He was just as professional and pointed me to Product Specialist, (Gheorghe Donic). Gheorghe was great. He worked with me to find the car that I wanted, was patient throughout and generally made me feel like he cared. After the purchase, he helped me get the car to Brandon from Wesley Ch. The gentleman in the finance department, Mr. Hubble, was great to work with as well. I always feel like talking to 'the finance' guy is like getting a tooth pulled, but the pressure that you normally feel at other dealer's offices was absent. He helped me find the best interest rate and add on options that I needed. If you have a chance to buy a Jeep from Ferman, you can't go wrong with Gheorghe Donic. He will honestly get you the best deal possible. Useful Hint: He is a sucker for Elvis, so be prepared to play some on your phone to help soften him up! :)

Negotiated the deal by phone, which was good since I live in Gainesville. Everything went smooth until it was time to meet with the finance guy. We had to wait over an hour for him. The day after buying the used vehicle it had a dead battery. My son was stranded. I was told to buy a battery and send them the receipt. That was a couple days ago, the check should be here soon. Hopefully.

Wanted a replacement key fob PROGRAMED for my keyless entry. They tried, failed. Said according to VIN, the truck dowse not have that option. Installed from a wrecked truck. They sai with my VIN the computer doesn't have ability. This is the SAME DEALERSHIP THAT ORIGINALLY PROGRAMED IT!

I didn't have a lot of options when my jeep broke down but luckily I remembered hearing many good things about this dealerships service department, especially with Mike, so without hesitation I had my jeep towed there late on a Sunday night. I had a call 1st thing in the morning & by mid-afternoon had the diagnosis & estimate of repair. Unexpectedly was given a loaner jeep while repairs were being made & within a few days had my baby back fully detailed as well!!! We took our Jeep Cherokee in for service. Unknowingly my wife had book Drop off Service instead of Wait For it Service. My wife and I had driven two cars 15 miles to get service. When we found we were suppose to leave the car, we were very surprised and a little upset. We did not want to drive 15 miles back home and then 15 miles back to the car dealer. However, it was our mistake. The our Service Agent Brian patiently explained how many cars there were ahead of us and then the lunch hour. He said it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. before our car would be ready. We told him we did not want to drive all the way home so we would be in the area having a late breakfast and shopping or whatever until our car was ready. We had breakfast and visited one store when we got a call from Brian telling us our car was ready. This was way earlier than we expected. Brian explained that one of the Service Mechanics had worked through his lunch hour to complete our car early. We have never experienced such thoughtfulness from any other car dealership. Ferman Jeep is the greatest.

Gheorghe was waiting in the lot for us with the exact jeep trailhawk we had seen online and contacted the dealer about. He gave us a test drive and patiently showed us all the features. He is very knowledgeable about off-roading and the capabilities of this car. During the waiting times for paperwork completion he stayed with us and conversed rather than just abandoning us. We got a deal that beat all the other dealerships we had queried (none had the great selection of Cherokees that Ferman has) and also received a fair trade-in for our old vehicle. Although it was Sunday and past closing time, Gheorghe again made sure we were comfortable with the features and operation of the car. He was always polite and positive. It was a very good experience for us. I just wish there was a Ferman's in Fort Myers!

Tom Bambard helped us out in a rough spot. we called up the phone number on the app of the service dept to make an appointment to bring our 2015 renegade in as the car locks would not lock. the person on the phone told us to come in at 8am on friday the 19th. we came in to the service dept and they had no record of me calling and making an appointment which i was super furious especially driving over an hour to get to Ferman Jeep. I told Tom that how can you call, make an appointment and not have it in the system. he said there are other people making service appointments that should not be or are not following procedure of how to do it right. with that being said, tom said, it might take a few hours to get the jeep in to be looked at as they were completed booked solid. i said, i will wait, i just need the locks to work. within an hour of waiting for the jeep, Tom told us the car was ready to go. now thats FANTASTIC service. this is how customer service should be and I will recommend anyone to purchase there jeep from Ferman. They rock!

I Purchased a new 2016 Renegade Jeep (limited). I dealt with Derrick Ciena (Sales) and Marc Graves (Sales). Both were extremely knowledgeable of the car I was looking at. They weren't pushy and explained all my options for both cars. They explained every option each car had and gave their personal opinion of each car. I had to wait two days to receive my car (because I was picky on the color and features) and they provided me with a replica of my car BRAND NEW as a loaner. Derrick and Marc sent me multiple messages tracking my vehicle. I felt as they were both as excited as I was to receive my new car. As I waited to see a finance manager (maybe 10 minutes) I was ask by receptionist Hannah if there was anything she could get me (very pleasant women). Aaron (Finance manager) was amazing to say the least, I didn't feel rushed and he explained in depth all of my options, even cracked a few jokes to calm my nerves. When my car arrived I was given a full tour of the car and all of its features (found out a lot of features I had no clue about!) I felt like I was talking with family when I was at this dealership and I don't see myself ever buying from a different dealership other than Ferman.

I have to say this is the best birthday ever for me. Our sales person was Gheorghe Donici. I would recommend him to anyone. We left and came back to him because how warm hearted he is. Our experience with Ferman, has been the best. We have had our fair share of buying cars, but they really made us feel welcome. But the real reason is because of Gheorghe. Gheorghe did not pressure us, he made is feel at home. I have been to alot of places and left because people tried to put me into a jeep of their choice and not mine. Gheorghe is a very patient person, went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and found the Jeep I was looking for. We did not have to wait all day. I was in and out within hours. I had a long day that day bwing it was my birthday and I was very frustrated, after being played around with other dealerships, and was not a happy camper when I first arrived. I have to say Gheorghe, and Aaron, in finance changed that and I ended up having the best birthday ever. With out them, I would not have gotten my jeep. I want to thank Gheorghe, and Aaron for making my birthday, and year the best ever. I would recommend to anyone to work with them only. They make a great team and making their clients feel welcome, and make the right choice. They were very honest as well which is huge for us. Dennis, sales supervisor, introduced himself and gave me a great price and the exact amount I wanted for my trade in. The sales people were honest and upfront about all the buying options. The amount of time the whole process took was 3 hours to include the detailing of the van and all the financial paperwork. The completion of the buying process at Ferman was two hours less time compared to the last new car I purchased. The selection of vehicles was extensive and one of the reasons I shopped at Ferman Dodge. I highly recommend Ferman to anyone who wants great service with low prices.

Found the 2015 Challenger SRT I wanted and negotiated the deal on the phone including my trade in. Salesmen David Cooper was honest and handled everything professionally. The GM even had to step in because the car was a transfer from another Ferman dealership and the other dealership was playing games. They gave me a great deal on my trade and the new car purchase. Drove 200 miles from South Florida to complete the transaction and drove home a happy man. They don't have dealerships with honest customer service like this in South Florida, I couldn't even get a call back locally. Although a bit of a drive for me, if I need an FCA vehicle in the future, I'll go to Ferman of Cypress Creek for sure.

This place was quite a distance from me, but totally worth it. I definitely got the best price in town on the vehicle. I didn't quite get what I wanted for trade in but they were able to come up enough to get me in the price point I wanted and got me a great APR. I can't say enough good things about the customer service as well. It did take a while to process everything, but that's normal in these situations, and the guys stayed until 10pm to complete everything when they closed at 8pm. My agent even stayed after that to make sure I knew how to work all of the technology in the vehicle before letting me pull off the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which I've never experienced before. The sales center was very comfortable and had free drinks available while I waited. I would definitely recommend going here for your next vehicle!

I had gone to another Ferman and was told I was not going to be able to get the price and lower on a new Chrysler 200 and I couldn't get the apr I needed to make the monthly payments within my budget. I came here and after a bit of time they got the price down to lower than I could have imagined and got my apr to the perfect rate for my monthly paymets! I couldn't be happier I love my new car. It did take a long time for them to process everything, but it was worth the wait.

I will be honest I was very skeptical about purchasing a car from a dealership I never visited. A friend guy I met in the parking lot talking about his jeep told me about the dealership. He said they showed him love on the trade and even put in some extras he was pleased.. So I felt a warm and fuzzy but just meetin ghte guys I said he could be trying to trick me into going down there.. I was trading in my 2011 BMW 5 series and wanted out of it before my warranty ran out. I was upside down in it and wasn't quite sure what I would qualify for. I talked to Mr. D. Smith and he assured me that before I drove 5hours and 30 min to see him that I would have a deal in place. I sent pics and the Vin via Text message, and filled out the application online. He told me what might Car note would be after rebates to eat the negative equity and when I arrived he was DEAD WRONG about the numbers... it was actually CHEAPER then he assumed and I received extra warranties for wheels and interior. Needless to say I was very very happy with my purchase and it was worth the 5 and a half hour drive. Thanks again Mr. Smith and when my wife is ready we will come down and trade her car in . See you in 2 weeks!!

I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Ferman Chrysler Jeep two weeks ago and I love it! I worked with Corvin Morris and the process was smooth, setting up a test drive and working on the numbers prior to visiting on site with him. Always prompt and courteous both on the phone and in person Corvin was great to work with. He was also informative and thorough making sure my all of my questions were answered. I also had a great experience with David Oberne in finance as well. The dealership was very clean, and organized and looked new even though it has been open for a number of years. I wouldn't let them stick around any longer to detail the car before I left but they did make me promise to return on my next day off to have the car detailed so I did. Not only did they detail the car but they topped off the gas tank for my inconvenience, my inconvenience...go figure. I needed to purchase a car right away as my car at the time needed major repairs. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and I was prequalifed for a car loan with my bank. I went online for several dealerships to see their inventory and prices. Every dealership I spoke with was rude, condescending and so forth even though I informed them I needed to purchase a car ASAP and I funds to purchase it. The way I was spoken to by these people you would think I was trying to sell them something. I was getting worried I wasn't going to be able to get a car right away. When I contacted Ferman on 54 they were friendly, and made an appointment for me to meet with the sales person, Dimontrall. When I went to the dealership it was clean, and my sales agent Dimontrell was there to assist me right away. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and he was on top of it. He showed me the car I wanted (2015 Chrysler 200 Limited) with the upgrades I wanted and the price was lower than what I said I would be willing to pay. This is my second Chrysler vehicle and when I buy my next vehicle it will be from Ferman on 54.

I just recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Ferman on 54. Each and every time they have gone above and beyond to ensure that the time spent was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Their sales staff are always top quality (special thanks to Sammy who actually made my purchase on 3/24 quite fun and enjoyable), the showrooms are clean, comfortable, stocked with coffee and drinks (important for when Finance is just a bit backed up!) I rated the service department because unfortunately one of my past purchases had me seeing Kevin in Service more than I'd probably have liked to, (in no way was any of this the dealer's fault) but their service staff is always up front, honest, and usually gets it right the first time. All in all I'd highly recommend stopping in to see these guys if you haven't already.

I would like to say that this is a wonderful dealership. I was in the market for a new vehicle, and I searched every single Dodge Dealership from Daytona to Clearwater, from Napples to Grainsville, and German had the best deals hands down. I called the dealership in advanced to make sure they had what I was looking for/ and they prices was right online since I was going to drive over a hour just to get to the dealership. When I got there, the person I had spoke to gave me his full attention, and listen to my concerns about the types of transmissions that was offered in the model I wanted, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, specs and offerings. When it came down to financing, the dealership got a couple of offers which was higher then what I wanted in terms of Apr, so they had me go home till they could shop around the next morning since most banks had already closed. All in all a great dealership and can't be more satisfied with my new Dart SXT Ralley edition

Adam Rug was extremely helpful and friendly when we went in to buy a new vehicle. I never like to visit dealerships due to the high pressure, but Adam changed my mind about salespeople. He was able to give us all the info we were curious about, and didn't give us the high pressure sales pitches. He gave us the answers to our questions, weighed the pros and cons, and allowed us to make an educated decision on our own. He even took the time to go over all the features down to setting up our blue tooth for the hands free phone! What a great experience!

I must say that Ken Gilliam went above his duty as a salesman I have just returned from back surgery the Chrysler T&C driver seat has frozen could not bear to drive it ken went out of his way to assist me in what was needed to make the car driveable for me thanks Ken your not only my car salesman your my friendly car dealer george

Ferman Auto's internet manager (Ken) was great to do business with......I didn't get the car for what I wanted, but it was a fair deal for both....unlike other car dealerships that did not return a response after initial giving them an offer, I really respected Ken for always keeping me informed where they stood. It was the first time I did my car buying experience online and it couldn't have been done any easier......Their finance guy was great as well (I think his name was Tom F) got me a great rate.
