Joseph is an amazing and real person! He will help you not just sell you. And Jamie in service has really taken care of me and eased my fears. I highly recommend looking them up for a ride! This is coming from someone with terrible credit and no hope... they really saved my life💜💜💜💜💜 Amended- do not buy a used car from them. The people are great but they sold me a lemon. No lemon law on used cars. They were very very helpful up till last month when they thought they found the real problem but still charged me $600.(Mind you they covered the first two repairs when they thought they found the problem). I don't think I've seen a 2 month stretch without having to take my car in for a repair or to be told they can't recreate it. Guess who is going back in today for the same problem? They want to double my payment to put me in a safe car. Not a nice or new car. A Dependable car. Because I was in a bad place when I bought the car and my interest was high. Never missed a payment. I've been trapped. I will be reaching out to other agencies with my extensive repair/we can't find anything wrong history. 1yr and approx 8 months of shaking, not starting, and sometimes no acceleration. I've also put $2300 in repairs BESIDES the main problem. I expected repairs along the way on a used car but not constant and major. I like to believe they didn't know about the issues, but now I'm not so sure. I know car sales is all about that dollar but I would have hoped the owner would be a little about integrity. Please do your research before buying from anywhere.

We've been taking our Grand Caravan to Ferman Dodge of New Port Richey for routine maintenance ever since we purchased it and are completely pleased and trusting of this dealership and their employees. The price is always fair and the service is always done in a timely manner. Our latest service was completed by Travis who is truly exceptional and professional. One of the last honest dealers, fair pricing, polite, no hassle. Peter is very knowledgeable about the line of cars and trucks. The buying process was not the fastest I've ever had, but very reasonable. Really cool experience. First maintenance service was an oil change and normal inspection stuff. Took less than an hour!

Liz was amazing! She did all she could to help me trade in my vehicle and drive off in my new Jeep!!!! She worked around my work schedule to make sure I left happy. Make it even better, the finance team worked extremely hard to get me a great rate lower than I originally expected! Thanks Again Liz and Ferman crew!!!! Definitely will recommend to my friends and family!!!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! When you walk in the doors at Ferman you can sense that the employees like what they do, there’s good energy. Everyone is very nice and they care about the quality of their vehicles. They treat you like you’re family. Couldn’t have chosen a better dealership to buy my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan!
