When I first went shopping for a Mini Cooper SE (electric), I approached it like I usually approach car shopping: figure out exactly what you want, contact dealers in the area via email, and ask them for an out-the-door itemized estimate. I realized, however, that with this car, it wasn't going to be the same experience. First, I was surprised at the lack of knowledge of the electric version. I contacted dealers from Miami to Orlando, and most of them told me to come in for a test drive, only to realize after significant questioning that they didn't have an electric in stock. Of all the dealers, Ferman MINI was the only one that was getting an electric MINI that I could test drive. What luck! It turned out that my sales rep, Ryan, was incredibly knowledgeable about MINI and especially about the electric version. And Ferman matched my best price. Perfect. It took a little over three months from ordering to delivery, and during that time I emailed Ryan regularly with questions about the car, about delivery times, and about electric cars and charging stations in general. He was incredibly helpful along the way. When my car finally arrived, he spent a lot of time with my wife and me going through the specifics of the electric version and also the ins and outs of the infotainment system (nav, radio, settings, etc.). He even managed to fold his 6'2" frame into the back seat of the MINI to go through the vehicle operation from start to finish while my wife and I sat in the front seat and pushed buttons and walked through display menus. I love the new car, and I'm thankful that Ryan was there to take me through the entire process. I highly recommend Ferman MINI and especially Ryan.

Took a little to get to the right number, but I am amazingly pleased with the interaction I had with the dealer, from sales to financing. Considering the process was done 98% on-line and on the phone with just the final inspection of both my trade in and the new vehicle, I would call this a 100% success. Mr. Mini-Bee Rowland made the whole car shopping experience so smooth, comfortable and easy we didn't even go anywhere else! He was very patient, knowledgeable and informative about the Mini cars - his enthusiasm for the cars really is contagious. His partner and the Business Manager at the Dealership, Mr. Garcia, was also super nice to work with... we bought the only car we even looked at - they were THAT GOOD! I actually look forward to going back to this Dealership for car services, etc because Mr. Rowland and Mr. Garcia were so nice to work with - thank you! (p.s. and car shopping is one of my most least favorite things to do - especially on a pretty Saturday afternoon - but these gentleman made it a very nice experience... and of course, I love the new car!!)

I wanted an Orange Mini with some bells and whistles and I emailed 5 different mini dealerships with my request. Ferman's of Tampa Bay was the only dealership that promptly answered my request, ordered my new car, kept me updated, and when my new car arrived the sales process was promptly and easily processed. A BIG kudos to Jack Rowland my salesperson. He took the time to go thoroughly with my new car, explaining all the controls and how the new dashboard features work. Sales and Service at Ferman of Tampa Bay Rocks. It's actually my 6th Mini and because of follow-up and the ease of the sales process I'm a Fan. After purchasing a used Mini at another 'non-Mini' dealer, I brought it to Ferman for a recall on the rear seat side impact sections and a general exam. They clued me in on another more important recall issued by BMW direct (not listed on Carfax) - they examined the car, fixed the recall issues - even the big one. It was all done in a weeks time and I was back in my Mini. (so far so good) Now we have a working relationship with the dealer for ALL of her future service needs.

Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful, especially the service techs. I have had a rattle in the passenger door since purchase and they found it and repaired it. After having it to the Pensacola dealership twice for service and repair of the rattle, they never even look for the rattle because they could not hear it. This dealership found and repaired my two year old rattle!! Very happy Mini owner!!

I just purchased a new 2017 Mini Convertible from Ryan George and had the BEST experience I have ever had with a car dealership and the entire Ferman team - particularly Ryan. I have purchased many cars in my life from very competent dealers (Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, Toyota) - but this was the best overall car-buying experience by a long shot. Purchased a used 2015 Countryman with 25k mi, and took it in for routine service and overall check up under warrantee. The service staff was efficient and helpful in looking up past service records on this car and went through current and future service recommendations. We also have a 06 convertible but never used the service dept as it was out of warrantee, but with this we have changed our tune and will be back for all our Mini needs.

My experience with Jack at Ferman MINI was great! I am so appreciative of his time and knowledge. Although Ferman isn't the closest dealer to me (I live in Sanford, FL) it was well work the trip. At Ferman I was taken seriously and treated with respect (I didn't get nearly the same reception from my nearest MINI dealer). I called and had my mini picked up and serviced. It was delivered and was washed and vacuumed and for a $25.00 charge. I live in Sarasota, so this was a good deal for me. Brought car in because check engine light was on. Appointment was kept on time. They figured it out quickly as a minor problem, and we're very honest about it when they could have run the bill up easily. After the service was complete, the advisor showed me some features in the car that I was unaware of.He also reviewed my Easy Care contract and recommend the proper maintainace schedule.

My Mini service experience was excellent. However, my web scheduling experience was UNSATISFACTORY. The wait option was not available. I had to lie, indicating drop off, in order to get an appointment. I am bothered by the need to lie. What was my maintenance problem? I had an exterior blub warning, replacement of the antenna and gas cap. Definitely not major repair issues.I live in Tampa and arrived at your service center prepared to turn around and drive to another dealership. I purchased my first Mini from you in 2005 and now drive a 2012 because I wanted a different color. So far all my purchases and maintenance has been with you.Do something about your web scheduler.

Painless experience with no pressure. Ryan is not a salesperson; he is an advisor with extensive knowledge of the Mini Cooper line. Pressure does not work for me but knowledge is everything. As a former salesperson that was what worked for me. I gave my client knowledge and based on the information given I gave them my suggestions. I never cold call since referrals were bountiful. Honesty will always win and Ryan is an honest man.

I bought my Mini Cooper S Clubman from Ferman on May 29, 2014, excited to have purchased my first Mini Cooper.In my year and a half of ownership (and 40,000 miles), I have had system wide failure issues on the car, including:-Thermostat Housing -Cooling Fan -Waterpump -A/C Compressor -Timing Chain (Class action lawsuit judgement - refusal to help) -Valve Cover Leaks -Oil Filter Adapter leaks -2 Broken Oil Caps -Cam Cover leaks -Front Case Leaks -Alignment Issues -4 sets of brakes -2 sets of tires -Non functioning RadioThe oil changes and services were done through Ferman Mini until my distrust became apparent.I was notified of the class action lawsuit judgement against Mini for the problematic engine. I reached out to Mini directly 1/26/16, and was told that there were options, but I had to bring the car into the dealer to have it looked at. By now, the car has engine noise at start up, is leaking a considerable amount of oil, and is smoking occasionally. Im immediately told that I would have to pay an excessive and added $250 diagnostic fee - for a car that I have been sold from this dealer and dissatisfied since day 1 - because I had too many issues. I hesitantly agree, hoping that Mini will do right by me in light of the legal action against them.Im told that the car needs Timing Chains, has oil leaks coming from the front cover, the remote oil filter adapter, and cam cover, the radio would have to be replaced, the water pump is leaking, and my concerns about the transmission issues were never even addressed. The only assistance I was offered was a discount off the work- on a car that has a class action judgement against to repair and told to pay out of pocket an additional $3000 to fix. I have owned the car less than 2 years, and less than 40,000 miles. These are not normal wear and tear repairs, these are not negligent repairs, they are horrific and system wide failures that have warranted legal actions, and Ferman knew this when it dumped the car on me, the unsuspecting buyer. While looking back at my inspection reports, they had noted on the hand written inspection that oil leaks were present at my first service visit and never advised... while it would have still been under warranty.So thoroughly discouraged, I looked at trading it in only to find that it has depreciated so much since I bought it that I am stuck with over $10,000 in negative equity, and that's not even including the work I'd have to get done just to trade it in. I was sold the car for $16,900, and it is barely worth $4800 today. I feel that I was completely ripped off by Ferman, knowingly sold a lemon of a car that had pending litigation against, and have zero options of getting out of this car into something reliable.How can a car that is less than 6 years old and under 100k miles have system-wide failures across the board? More importantly, how can a dealer such as Ferman, in good faith sell me a vehicle with pending litigation and this many issues? A/C compressor failure, Cooling Fan failure, Thermostat Housing leaks, waterpump leaks, 4 separate oil leaks in 4 different locations, a timing chain issue that Mini is aware of but wants me to pay out of pocket to repair, Transmission issues that that endangered my life when the vehicle surged forward on its own at a light, radio failures, 4 sets of brakes in 40k miles, 2 sets of tires, THIS is the kind of quality that Ferman delivers to its customers? Please stay away from Ferman and Mini - and share this story as a warning to all of their absolutely unethical actions

I recently purchased a 2013 MINI Countryman S which I love. After 4 weeks I discovered that the car had a broken support bracket not covered by warranty. I spoke to John who told me not to worry because he would cover the cost of repairs. This dealership truly respects customers and values the importance of customer loyalty. I highly recommend them.

We bought our mini countryman about a year ago & have never been able to use all features of the NAV system so I scheduled an appointment to go over ALL of the key features. I met with Kenny Russell, the resident expert in the field, who went over the basics for the system. We went over multiple examples of finding places & points of interest as well as the map features for the system so that I had a better understanding of the logic the system uses. Thanks Kenny and Ferman mini!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. I feel like I should shout from the rooftops about my experience, and will share this review wherever I can think of! I've always wanted a Mini Cooper, but have always considered it a luxury item.... Especially since they aren't that practical (or so I thought) and dealers never discount them. It was time to shop for a car again though, and since I'm and old veteran, I thought I would check them out and see if USAA had a special for them. I went on the website and built my perfect car and clicked to get my price and Ferman Mini Cooper came up, clear across the state. They were my closest dealer with the car buying service. "Oh we'll, there goes that idea" I thought, and that was that. I poked around on dealer websites to see what was out there and just in general dreamed a bit. A short time later, I was contacted by Ryan at Ferman. We talked a while, and he told me his brother was in the service, so he really enjoyed helping veterans buy cars. He asked if the car I had built was the way I wanted my Mini, and I said yes. He then proceeded to explain that while he didn't have that exact car (I already checked, he didn't) and no other dealer in Florida had it (I already knew that, too) he had found one in Virginia that was very similar he could get, and he would be glad to work up numbers. He also explained that due to this, he would not be able to do the USAA price, but would try to work with me. What I didn't expect was what he said next. He then told me the 2016's had just started production and offered to order me my dream car AND give me a discount of $500 or any available program at delivery, whichever saved me the most. He also made suggestions of a couple of minor changes to ensure I got the most enjoyment from my Mini. I told him thanks, but I had a trade and how would we handle that without them seeing it first. He said that was easy, and asked me to email him pictures, the vin, and the miles, and he would get me an estimate. I then could try to sell the car for more before my new car came in if I wanted, but I'd at least have an idea of trade in. I did this, halfway expecting them to either lowball me, or hit me with some ridiculous number that would then change later. He contacted me back and gave me a fair number, and I said "ok, now what?" he emailed a credit card link for a deposit and ordered my car. He gave me an eta of 6-8 weeks and I thought I'd hear from him when the car came in. Well, he emailed me regularly and updated me on where my car was throughout the process, right up to the day it got there. Delivery day, I was still a little skeptical, expecting the "typical dealer surprises" to happen. I showed up, and my car was ready for me, as was Ryan. He took my trade to have it looked at and we went for a test drive in my new car. I had a million questions written down, but he assured me to be patient until he was finished and he would probably answer most, if not all of them when he went over the car. We got back, he excused himself, and came back with a new buyers order and went over it. I remember thinking "there's something wrong here, everything is just as we discussed!" I was waiting for the surprise, but the surprise was there were no surprises. Everything was perfect! He then told me that he would start going over the car as the paperwork guy got the rest of the papers in order so we made the best use of my time. A few minutes later, we took a break and I signed my life away. Once I was finished there, Ryan picked back up where he left off and went over every single button. He was right, when he was done there were no questions left to be asked. I appreciate all Ryan did for me, from his honesty, to his thoroughness, and his consideration of my time but making sure I knew how every single feature worked. I would gladly do business with Ryan and with this Mini dealer. I've bought a lot of cars over the years, and this salesman was by far, the best I've ever had!

I kept seeing these cool little cars on the road wearing a MINI logo and thought "what a neat looking car"! I saw someone getting out of one at a restaurant and asked them about it. They went on about what a great, fun car it was and how much they loved it. They recommended I contact Ferman in Palm Harbor and check one out. After a couple of weeks, I finally decided to check them out, and my husband contacted Ferman MINI where we got Ryan. Within a few minutes, we had an appointment and were on our way. He greeted us when we arrived and had the car we wanted to see pulled up, washed, and ready for a test drive. The test drive was incredible! We got back and I was hooked. Pricing was easy with no surprises, and soon after agreeing to purchase, we were signing papers. Ryan went over all the features on our car and sent us on our way. He has even followed up with us to see how we like it, and offered to go over any features again over the phone.... the reason I mention this is because we never buy new cars, and this was the case here. If you've ever bought a used car, you know what happens after you sign your papers.... they hand you the keys and tell you have a nice day. This was not the case here..... he treated us like we just bought a $100,000 car! Thank you Ryan! We love our MINI!

I have several friends who have MINIs and decided I wanted one for myself. The problem is, I wanted a specific color and a bodystyle that was no longer in production. I thought it was a longshot to try to find a new one, but decided to take a look on AutoTrader to see what I could find..... low and behold, there it was in all its glory! The right color, the stick shift I always wanted, and it was listed as new. I contacted Ferman through their website and someone from their internet department called first ,but then Ryan called a little while later and he was so nice on the phone. He went over the equipment and offered to take some pictures of the car as they had switched out the wheels, and I promptly had them in my inbox. He even confirmed the car was in fact, still a new car and had all the full warranty left! The tricky part was I live in the northeast and they are in Florida. "Not a problem! We handle people like you all the time!" was his answer.I was very hesitant to even make the call on a car so far away... more wishful thinking than anything else, but Ryan quickly put me at ease with his calm and professional demeanor and passion for his product. I had a great straightforward price within an hour, as well as a shipping quote and his personal recommendation for airlines and hotels in the area if I decided to make a vacation out of my purchase. I opted for the easy way and have them ship the car. Ryan kept me posted all along the way via phone and email, and the only hiccup came with the delay in the finance guy contacting me and getting the paperwork to me..... other than that, the experience was perfect! As soon as everything processed, Ryan contacted me again to update me on shipping eta, and again the moment the car left their lot. I had my car just a few days after that and haven't been happier! He even threw in a goody bag and went over my car on the phone with me once I received it, just to make sure I knew how everything worked! I have never had someone go over everything on a car like that! Wow! Thanks again Ryan for the best experience ever! Keep on doing what you are doing! You definitely have it down to a science and Ferman has a real gem in you!

I accomplished the vast majority of the "deal" via text and email. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was EXACTLY has they had represented. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful....very helpful...no hard sell....seem like honest people...which can be difficult to find sometimes in the industry. I would highly recommend the dealership. I worked with Jack Dennis who was great!

I originally bought my MINI in Palm Harbor. Not only was I living in St. Pete at the time, but also that was the only MINI dealer in Tampa Bay. Gary Mack was a super salesman and I still receive birthday greetings from him each year. :) I moved to Tampa and ended up switching to Wesley Chapel. Overall, I did not have a good experience in Wesley Chapel, but the convenience kept me going back until I decided enough is enough. With even my brother (also a MINI owner) being treated poorly there, I came back to Palm Harbor and am I *really* glad and grateful that I did. Recently my MINI suddenly stopped working. I called Palm Harbor and was able to get my car towed in and a (super) loaner car to use in the meantime -- pure seduction making me want a new car (those dealers know what they are doing by giving such loaner cars). It took a few days to figure out the problem, which left me uneasy since I figured a complicated problem meant an expensive repair. I ended up talking with Dennis, the service manager, who allayed my fears and reassured me that Palm Harbor was going to do what is fair. Dennis called me back in a timely fashion and already had asked MINI to help me out with a goodwill repair, so that he could give me the good news right away that I would not have thousands of dollars in repair but only a fraction of that. I was _so_ thankful. If you have any concerns, talk with Dennis. He is very calm, reasonable and empathetic. He went above and beyond to help me out and I will not forget it. I want to let others know that they can find a trustworthy person in Palm Harbor. I would encourage anyone to make the extra drive to Palm Harbor over Wesley Chapel.

We have taken our two Minis to this dealership for service many times. We are always given a huge long list of additional things that need to be fixed. Things that have never been an issue until we take it in to them....draw your own conclusions. And it always takes much longer to fix than promised. They are also hard to get a hold of and don't return calls in a timely manner. I would not recommend this dealership for service. I don't feel like they have integrity and do not garner my trust that they are honest.

I would like to file a complaint about my service received on 11/11/2014.I took in my Mini Cooper R-52 for a standard oil change and free 27 point inspection today. Before I even left the dealership after my oil change I checked the level on my dipstick to find it was at least a quarter of a inch over the max level. Upon my discovery I went back inside to ask Dennis Daley about it but he reassured me it was standard procedure followed by Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay because he claimed the engine ran so high that the level would drop within three weeks. I left the dealership and began to inquire more about Minis oil consumption with other Mini dealers nationwide and not one dealership stated I should ever exceed the max level on the dipstick. I also went over my manual to find it stated never to fill over the max line, not only did the manual say that but it was also stated right on the dipstick. I expect this service if I took my Mini to the local Wal-Mart or Jiffy Lube but I did not expect such poor service from the people who stand behind Mini. Not only was I provided poor service but I was lied to afterwards by Dennis Daley.Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay will be lucky if I ever bring my Mini Cooper back for a oil change.

I was in a hurry to purchase a car and did some research and found a lot of positive reviews as well as contacted other dealers. I spoke/emailed with a motorist expert because my current car was having issues and did not want to drive two hours there and back. After agreeing on a price I drove there and thought it would be a smooth transaction since I had my financing done and the car picked out but boy was I wrong. After I left I still had to redo the paperwork a week later and the price was changed by that time I had already had the car in my possession those weeks and didn't have a choice but to sign the documents and the car pictures on the website had some differences from the car I received. I am really disappointed with this dealership and am still having issues with the way they screwed up my financing. I will never return.

I needed to trade in my 13 mpg Dodge Ram 1500 with a Hemi that i loved, for something with better gas mileage that didn't cost 20 plus thousand dollars. But none of the cars I saw on the road looked like any fun to drive or have any power after driving the Dodge with a Hemi all these years. I knew that none of them would have the xxxxx of the Hemi, but I needed something. Then it hit me. "The Italian Job"! ...Those cool xxx little cars in "The Italian Job"! I've always wanted to have a fleet of movie cars. You know a "General Lee", a Scooby Doo's "Dream Machine", Starsky and Hutche's "Gran Torino, Herby goes Bananas, anyways this could be the first of the collection. Dare to dream. :) So I went down to Ferman "just to look" and "maybe take a test drive and see if the actual car is anything like the cars in the movie. I"ll cut to the chase. I wasn't disappointed. The Dealership itself is right out of the movies or MTV Cribs. Just stroll though the lot and pick a flavor and take it for a test drive out to the interstate, to really get a good feel for it. The first thing I noticed is that Leon Gavin and I, both about 6 feet tall and 200 lbs were completely comfortable with plenty of leg room, and the Mini Cooper Countryman S didn't disappoint. I felt like a teenager on a beer boogie. The whole staff was completely professional and courteous. Without perfect credit, I financed though the dealership, they made it quick and easy. I have already recommended this dealership to some friends. Thanks again for the experience, to the whole staff at Ferman, for living the dream. If they ever sell "Wonkavator's" to the general public, I hope you and you staff are the exclusive dealership.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased at this dealership and I worked with Ryan both times. As most women know, buying a car can be a difficult experience at some dealerships. I've been treated poorly at best. So what a wonderful surprise to be treated with respect! Ryan made the car-buying experience fun and painless. He treated me as an equal and was not condescending in any way. The Mini is a great car and it was nice having a good salesperson to sell it to me! I gave high ratings to this dealership and to Ryan because they both deserve it!

I am a mini fan. I brought my 2009 mini in to trade for a 2013 that had Bluetooth . I am extremely picky about my cars so " Jade" Watson great shape . They didn't try to screw me over on the trade in. I told them I basically wanted the same exact car but I a 2013 . Chris Amato was friendly and very helpful. I walked out with a car that most people don't know I changed. Perfect! Jade 2.0 is fabulous. Chris even got me the Mini thirty free that I wanted. Chris rocks!

Wow, what a fun experience - so rare in car dealerships today. Matt was gracious, patient and laid back as my mom took several hours of his time to find the mini she wanted. She dreaded going to buy a new car and was so delighted with the process! She couldn't believe how much fun she had! We got a fantastic value and were treated like truly valuable customers by everyone particularly Matt. This was the best experience she has ever had! If you live in Tampa bay and you are interested in a MINI, you must see Bob Ennis at Palm Harbor. Bob is without a shadow of a doubt, the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable and obliging.There is absolutely no pressure at any time. If you are like me, I just need information, and an opportunity to test drive what I want. I know what I like and dont like, I know what my budget is. I know what I am willing to do and not do. I was able to get all the information I wanted, and I got to see and drive everything I was interested in. This guy really knows his stuff, and is a pleasure to be around. It really was such a refreshing experience, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was so pleased with my buying experience, I recently returned to purchase another pre-owned vehicle. I called Jack to let him know I was on the prowl again! a few days later he contacted me regarding a 2010 Lexus LS460L that just became available. I went in to check out this low-mileage beauty and purchased it immediately. My wife and I have a 2006 MINI Convertible with less than 50,000 miles. Unfortunately Ferman MINI is the only dealership in Tampa Bay and the West Coast of Florida. Every time we take the car in for service they give us a list of 3 or 4 other things that need to be fixed. Each "suggested" repair runs about $600 on average. We understand things happen, but they are clearly trying to scam us. We know because we went for an oil change and then back for a minor power window repair 3 weeks later. The suggested repairs they identified at the first visit are totally different from the ones they suggested at the second visit!Power steering pump suggested today: $750. If the power steering pump goes out in the next year, I'll come back on this site and retract my comments. If the power steering pump, suspension bushings and engine cooling fan are all wrong with this car at <50,000 miles, NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A MINI. I think the dealer is corrupt.

My sales experience from Gary Mack was incredible. I knew exactly what make/model and options I wanted in my Mini, but Gary provided clarity to my order and helped me fine tune my options. Once the order was made he continued to follow up with me until my new car arrived. After I picked up the car, Gary continued to follow up to ensure I was completly satisfied. It's been 8 months and I still receive phone calls and e-mails, from Gary, ensuring I completly satisfied with my Mini.I had a small issue with the Lumbar Support in my drivers seat, it seemed it wasn't working correctly from the factory. After a few visits to Rob Zoffer in the Service Department and working with his Service Manager (Paul W.) they attempted to repair the seat. They quicly realized the lumbar support needed to be replaced and they quickly had it replaced.The customer service I've recieved from Ferman Mini has been stellar.

I have been buying cars from dealerships for a very long time and this is easily the best experience I've ever had. There was no pressure from Lauren on either of my two visits to buy the car. She patiently answered all of my questions. When I asked a question for which she did not immediately know the answer, she sought out the information and called me when she had it. It's unusual for a salesperson to know so much about a brand of used car that they do not offer new at their dealership, but Lauren knew a lot about cars in general and this one in particular. All in all a very happy experience and NO buyers remorse from getting pressured into a sale.The same for Todd Morgan, who handled the financing and closing paperwork. There was no pressure at any point in the transaction and I've never gone through a closing as quickly and smoothly. He also got me a super rate on my loan - better than my own bank quoted me.

My service issue was with lost connectivity to SIRIUS when SIRIUS (not MINI) changed their platform. Melvin was so accomodating and killed himself to rectify the situation. He ended up escalating to MINI, SIRIUS and XM radio and made them teleconference together to attempt to correct the issue. To ensure I was not inconvenienced, he went out of his way to put me in a replacement MINI Sport (hmmmm is this a puppy dog loaner!! hee hee....I still love MY baby better though!) Melvin ended up replacing the entire radio. No cost to me for either the rental/loaner or all the hard work! BETTER than fabulous experience! I love my family!!! e

Gary and Bob worked very hard to get me the financing I was looking for. They did not pressure me but were there to answer and questions and responded to me quickly. Their follow through and follow up after the sale was much appreciated. I have recommended them both to others who see my Mini are are interested in purchasing one. Also, I recently went in for an oil change at 5000 miles and had made the appointment on their website. Very easy and also sent me reminders. The dealership is relaxed but professional and shows was a real community of people there are who drive a Mini.

We had a great experience working with Ferman Mini. My wife and I live in Georgia, about three and a half hours away and so the only time that we actually visited the dealership was to pick up the vehicle. I was worried about how things would go without being there in person, but Gary was great to work with over the phone and through email. He helped us special order our car and then gave us updates on where the car was, in terms of being built and shipped from England, about every 4-5 days. I never thought an internet purchase could be so easy with something as expensive as a car, but Gary and the Ferman folks made it very easy.Once we picked up the car, Gary did a great job of explaining how everything works, spending about an hour going over everything. This was great as we had only briefly test drove a car at a different dealership and the car we did test drive didn't have as many features as what we put on our car.All and all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Ferman and Gary to anyone.

My experience at Ferman was wonderful, thanks to the great service and knowledgeable support from Lauren Hansel during the sales process. I truly did go in only for a test drive, and Lauren made the transition to coming out a MINI owner easy and quite fun. Car purchases have not been my favorite experience in the past, but Lauren made the MINI purchase comfortable and easy. She was able to answer every question, whether reasonable or finicky, and she was patient and positive and very enthusiastic. The MINIs are exceptionally fun, but Lauren was generous with her time and information, and that tipped the scales. She is a great salesperson that I have already recommended to friends and coworkers. Ferman has quite a gift and asset in Lauren Hansel.

awful awful awful experience - pay more (not sure you will pay more anyway as I paid full sticker on a hard to find car) and go some place else and you will be better off. We took delivery of a car that was not preped - sat radio was not working, nav system was not activirted and the BMW assist was not set up. Sales rep called and told us car was ready - did not even check
