Great dealer with a greater product. This is the third Santa Fe and have enjoyed the comfort and dependability. Given we live in the northern part of our country, the snow conditions require a vehicle that will bet through on bad days. The Santa Fe fits the bill. Thank you Hyundai

great place to get a car staff and finance are great to work with, service area needs some improvement, but they are working on getting much better. Eddie was very helpful in showing new features and had a great amount of knowledge about different vehicles. Jeff helped wife get all here programing setup and showed her how to operate some of the tech. overall another great experience.

Excellent customer service. They took a great amount of time with me and answered all my questions. I love the car and it was delivered in two days. Couldn't be more pleased with all the staff. They are more than friendly and nice whenever I come in. Very fair pricing too.

The dealership was able to locate the exact vehicle I really wanted. They even delivered it to my home because it would be several days before my spouse would be able to come with me to pick it up at the dealership. The experience at the dealership was much better than I had expected. I am very happy with the car and everyone at the dealership; and I got it at a fair price.

From the time my son , daughter-in -law , and I were welcomed at the Hyundai agency we were treated extremely well. We were given pertinent information and all our questions were answered in a professional way. My family and I were impressed with all the staff we came into contact with. Buying a vehicle from Hyundai was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Other dealers I've dealt with in the past depended on strong arm tactics to the point where I've left a dealership and debated whether or not to go back. At Fernelius Hyundai I felt that I was being taken care of from the moment I walked through the door. Throughout the process I felt the dealership worked with me to get the best deal and continued to be helpful even after the sale. No one wants to break down on vacation, but if you do I hope that you find a dealership with such friendly and helpful personel. We really were treated like royalty. Since 2001 I have driven Hyundais about 300,000 miles so it's really easy to sell me on the product. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE ENTIRE TEAM AT FERNELIUS HYUNDAI! My husband & I have just purchased our 3rd vehicle from you & as always it was a great experience ! Everyone on the staff always goes that extra mile. It starts with just the little things like opening a door , asking if we've been helped & making sure that my husband a disabled veteran is comfortable! To the big things like several staff staying after hours on a holiday weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. To James who came to our home and spent over 2 hrs going over our new Santa Fe ! To Newell who from the first day we met new I didn't like nor trust car salesmen!
