I have been to this dealer to have a look because I was always fascinated from Maserati. I was just entered in the dealer while I was greeted by a beautiful Italian girl, Ariela! She is really attentive and professional. She advise me well on the choice of model and color, THANK YOU. I came back home with an AMAZING Maserati Ghibli SQ4. Now I really understood the reason why Maserati is such an important brand. The quality of the car and customer satisfaction make them the best!

I was in the market for a low mileage 2014 Ferrari California and scoured the internet looking for the right one. I narrowed it down to three dealers who had the car that met the criteria; Beverly Hills, Miami, and Sterling, VA (Washington). I decided to purchase the California from Carlo Sandrin at Ferrari of Washington. Since I was doing the entire deal over the phone I had to work with someone I felt I could trust. It's not that I didn't trust the others, It's just that my first impression of Carlo was one of trust and sincerity. Carlo acted as my eyes and ears and everything he said about the car was absolutely correct. Carlo arranged for shipping and I received the car is perfect shape. I hope to have a long relationship with Carlo and Ferrari of Washington for years to come!

I have dreamed of owning an exotic car since around 12 years old. Then when I was able to afford one I decided to invest my money instead. I got the bug again about 2 weeks ago and started looking online. So I actually called Ferrari of Washington just to see what they had. I was lucky enough to get Carlo, I told him I would try to get up there that week. He called and text me for the next couple of days until I decided to take a drive and check them out. To be honest if he had not had done that the story would end there as I would not of took the time to drive the hour and a half up the road. Upon arrival he greeted me at the front door and I was like a kid in a candy shop. He immediately took me to the car that I called about, which was a Ferrari 458 ITALIA, let me set in it and started it up. The car was every bit as beautiful as I had imagined. Having never been around so many amazing cars, I kept going back-and-forth between whether I should get a Ferrari or Lamborghini. Carlo gave me his opinion and he said lets go for a ride. He looks at me and asked me is it OK for me to show you what this car can do. Will you be okay. I laughed to myself and said go for it. There is absolutely no question that his amazing driving skills Sold me that car right then. I have to admit there were a few moments I had to hang on! As I do not want to get him in trouble I will not tell the speed !! We came back and got the paperwork filled out and I'm ready to take the car home. Unfortunately Ferrari financial was closed. But Carlo was Nice enough to have it delivered an hour and a half down to Fredericksburg. Which took them most of the day as it was in rush-hour. He followed the truck down to make sure that everything went correctly and we went for another drive. I cannot begin to explain what a positive experience I had with Carlo! As long as he is selling Exotic cars, I will only be buying them from him! I have been in sales all my life and have never met a more professional and caring sales person. He asks the right questions to find out what is best for you and explains everything in such simple terms. I now consider Carlo my friend and can not Thank him enough for making my dream come true! You rock brother!!

Bought my first Ferrari at 35 y/o thanks to Carlo Sandrin and a Hamid Mofidi. The reason for my visit with the dealer was to get my Maserati GT serviced and to peruse the lot to check out newer model Maserati GTS. I was placed in touch and greeted by Carlo Sandrin who suggested I look into Ferraris. At the time I was not in the business of buying a Ferrari. He took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the Ferraris (no surprise). Carlo spent an inordinate amount of time with me to understand my wants, likes and color combinations. I was not an easy customer to please and yet he managed to get the job done! He was dedicated to making my first Ferrari car buying experience exceptional. He was honest and trustworthy in the information he provided. He knew what my goal was and aimed to deliver. He answered my questions thoroughly and is the main reason I purchased my first Ferrari California! Hamid worked closely with me to ensure that the financing options were available to meet my needs. Hamid was readily available and knowledgeable about the financing options. He researched and provided me with the best options! The kind of service you get by their personnel, specially by Carlo Sandrin is exactly what I expected at this level of purchase, the professional approach and the personalized attention is something you don't come across every day. Having just purchased my fourth Ferrari I can honestly state that working with Carlo Sandrin has been a rather enjoyable and pleasant experience. Carlo went out of his way to drive 150 miles roundrtip to my home so I could pickup my car today. He had the car detailed and ready, and all the paperwork was ready and no more than s 15 minute process. He went over the car in detail with me and even worked with the parts and service department to order the correct battery charger and repaid the trunk mounted CD player which appeared jammed. He made the extra effort to take me through the shop, explain the CPO extended warranty, and introduce me to the service manager. He agreed to FedEx the battery charger and warranty book and papers in the next 2-3 days. I couldn't ask for better service. If you plan to buy a Ferrari, I would highly recommend FoW and ask to work with Carlo. He's Italian by birth and his passion for customer service and the Ferrari brand is incredibly high. You'll be delighted doing business with him, as much as I was today. Thank you very much Carlo!

As a former non-Ferrari owner, I stopped into Ferrari of Washington a few weeks ago to see if I could take a peek at a new 488 Spider. Never having been to a Ferrari dealership and not the type to window shop, I did not know what to expect in terms of a welcome and help with my query. However as luck would have it Carlo Sandrin was right there to help. His friendly greeting and inquiry as to what he could help me with started it off and soon I found myself looking at a beautiful new 488 GTB that had just come in for someone. We discussed the car, my life-long fascination with Ferrari's, my expectations and then he was very honest about my chances as a non-Ferrari owner of getting a 488 Spider. Being persistent, both he and I talked about other Ferrari models they had and he showed me a few other cars, and we discussed what I liked about them and what I didn't like before we honed in on a 2014 458 Spider. I loved the paint color and the interior color and the options that were apparent on the car. I sat in it and adjusted the seat and we discussed a possible test drive, and the asking price. I'm not sure if I had any intention of actually buying this 458 but I was serious enough about it now that we made an appointment for a test drive later that week. He promised to show me the window sticker and the build sheet so I could see all of the actual options that had been selected. On the day of the test drive we went over the window sticker and the build sheet and all of the options one-by-one. There was never any rush in all of this or pressure. We went for a test drive and when we came back I was ready to become a Ferrari owner. Carlo and the rest of the team did a great job with the paperwork and I walked out of the dealership a very happy person and new Ferrari owner.

I have been in the market for a new performance car in a reasonable price range after having several Mercedes and Audis in the past. I was still thinking about continuing my Mercedes experience, but after visiting Maserati of Washington I had my mind changed. Many people dream of owing an exotic car like those sold at Ferrari of Washington, and for years I was one of them. Having owned really nice German cars over the years, I thought that now was the time to move it up to the next level of car ownership. Going into this I didn't really know what to expect, but from the second I walked into the dealership I was made to feel welcome without any hint of pressure or snobbery (as some would expect a Ferrari / Maserati / Lamborghini dealership to be). I was introduced to Carlo Sandrin, an absolute great guy to work with. He guided me through the entire process. I was shown several cars that were in my price range, got to drive a couple, changed my mind once or twice, and through it all I never felt any degree of pressure to make a purchase. As we were going back and forth, I was waiting for the dreaded "let me get my manager to talk to you" moment, but it never happened. Carlo and I worked the deal between just the two of us and I'm now a very happy 2016 Maserati owner. And the best part of the entire ordeal, I was in and out of the dealership in about 4 hours! Carlo, you're the BEST! I wish you much continued success...

I have had many experiences with buying European performance cars dating back to 1972 when as a college student I bought a BMW in Munich as a summer car. I have since purchased other BMWs and Porsches, and have come to appreciate the type of service provided by premium dealers. The experience I had buying a Ferrari from Carlo Sandrin at Ferrari of Washington was fantastic! He was completely professional, willing to let me take my time in thinking about different options, and ultimately very helpful in selecting the right car and options for me. When I went into the dealership, I did not even know I would buy a car at all. The experience I had with Carlo shows what a good sales advisor can do, because even though the brand speaks for itself in terms of performance, many new Ferrari customers do not have a lot of first-hand knowledge about the cars, for the simple reason that unless you've visited a Ferrari dealer before, you're not going to know much about driving the cars, understanding the unmatched quality of construction found in a Ferrari, or knowing much about the culture of Ferrari as a company. In short, the sales advisor for a car brand that you don't come in contact with very often is critical. Carlo was fun to work with, plus his Italian background made me feel at times like I was buying the car in Italy, where I have been many times on cycling trips. He gave me invaluable advice re options without pressuring me in any way. I also was very impressed with the Sales Manager, Amir H. If you have any interest in a Ferrari, or a Maserati for that matter, I highly recommend the Washington dealer located near Dulles Airport, and Carlo Sandrin in particular.

I drove a high end luxury vehicle but wasnt quite sold on buying an exotic I was just kinda window shopping. This dealership has two locations Arlington and Sterling. I made quick visits to both locations before deciding that it was worth the drive to Sterling to follow-up, and ultimately closed a deal, with Antoine (I live in Alexandria so the Sterling location is almost 40 miles away versus 5 miles to Arlington). Antoine was responsive and answered every question and concern. The process was smooth with no surprises. Great experience. Completely satisfied with the service and the purchase. I have already recommended Antoine to family and friends and they plan to work with him on future purchases.

I was at the Dealership earlier today and was connected with Antoine Whitaker for a consultation on purchasing a Lamborghini within the next 6 months to year and half at max time frame. I had a lot of questions as far as cost related to purchasing an exotic. I don't know much about owning a Lamborghini and I wanted to know what Lamborghini offers and compare a Ferrari, what is the difference. The attitude I got from Antoine was if you're not here to buy right now, then there is the door. He told me all my questions I should take to the service department and they are by appointment only and probably won't have time to answer your questions even then. I was extremely disappointed considering I am a serious buyer and if he was to find my dream car right now, I could pay without financing. I expected him to educate me what Lamborghini and Ferrari is about and why I should own one but he pretty much kicked me out the door in 10 minutes. Did not ask me anything, and was not welcoming at all. I'm pretty fed up considering I am a serious buyer who just wants to get the true Lamborghini experience. My friends who have purchased from this dealer will definitely hear about this. If you can afford a Ferrari or Lamborghini and looking for an experience, you will definitely not find it here with staff like that. I expect top notch customer service if I am spending that much money.

The only reason this isn't a 5 star experience is that the used 2012 Maserati I purchased from them had a fuel gauge problem. I didn't notice it until after I ran out of gas. This problem could have been solved if they would have delivered the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I would have had time to notice that the gauge wasn't working properly and would have gotten to a gas station sooner. However, their response to my distress call and the correction of the problem was above average and they treated me right. The service manager came out personally and picked my wife and I up from the side of the road, we were given a loaner vehicle and they took care of getting the car towed to them. Carlo, the salesman was gracious throughout the sales process. In fact, he personally picked us up so that we could accept delivery of the vehicle. He went above and beyond. All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend them to others.

I saw a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport listed on Cars.com and called to get additional info about it. I was put in contact with Antoine Whitaker. He accurately described the car and it seemed like it might be a good car for me. I took a test drive with Mr. Whitaker but really wanted to take my time before making a decision. I continued my search and, after thorough research, decided that the Vette was the best value I could find. There was a bit of negotiation regarding the price and eventually we came to a price agreeable to the dealership and me. The sales process was painless and the delivery went without incident. Mr. Whitaker was a delight to work with and I would definitely do business with the dealership and Mr, Whitaker in the future.

Over the last 14 years I had leased or purchased 4 Ferrari and 2 Maserati from this dealer. In general the quality of customer service had been good enough for me to do business with them for so long, till the ownership changed several years ago. When a serious engine problem appeared on my new Maserati in 2009, the technicians could not identify it; they did only after the car went outside the Warranty period! They tried to fix it with the guidance from Maserati headquarters techs, but the problem became progressively worse! Long-story-short: they wanted to replace my Maserati engine with a year older Ferrari engine giving no warranty whatsoever! And this is how they treated me after 14 years and 4 Ferrari + 2 Maserati later.

I first made contact with Ferrari of Washington with the Pre-Owned Manager ,Steve Browdy he was extremely professional and answered several questions I had during a 15 minute phone conversation, at which time Steve had suggested I come in and no pressure go through I think he called it a Product Consult. When we arrived at the Ferrari Dealership it was like we walked in to a dealership that you could only dream of, every person we met was friendly and smiling which in my eyes meant the environment was completely different than any other dealership we had ever visited. Steve came out and introduced us to one of the Ferrari Sales Specialists, Jonathan Branco who first sat and talked to us about what we were looking for and was extremely sincere about not selling us but helping us find the Ferrari we had always dreamed of , Jonathan gave us a thorough education about the different models was very patient with us and most important never pressured us. It came down to two different cars and we settled in on our amazing 2011 California. The paperwork and financial arrangements were handled very quickly and we were on our way with our dream car.. From beginning to end this was an amazing experience and we will make sure Jonathan guides us for every future car purchase . Best Dealer Ever

I'm busy, as are most of us, so I use sites like Cars.com to research my new vehicle purchase. When I make my decision, I contact dealers through their web site. In this case I was looking for a very well equipped 2015 Maserati. I received an immediate email response from Franklyn Freeman, the Maserati Sales Manager, asking when we could speak. In fairness I received replies from other dealerships, but Franklyn's was on point.Turns out he had already searched for the vehicle configuration I wanted and finding none, wanted to know what I absolutely could not live without. We spoke, he did some more research and found a single vehicle in the US. He emailed me the internal Maserati build sheet to assist with my decision to buy this car or place one on order. The configuration covered my must haves. Negotiations were professional, and I am pleased with the results. Paperwork was FedEx'd back and forth - easy. The delivery experience was excellent. I made an appointment and Franklyn had everything ready upon my arrival. He went over the vehicles functions and operations. Took a pre-delivery drive to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle and there were no issues. Everyone I met was courteous and professional. All in all I found them easy to do business with. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone based upon my experience. I have not experienced the service department, but will follow up once I do.

Dealing with these people after buying a Maserati has been a complete headache. After 45 days I still do not have tags on my car. They let me leave the dealership without insurance. They lost my licence plate from a Jag I traded. They have completely bungled the plate transfer process. The salesman accused me of losing the license plate that was left in his custody and was rude to my staff when they called trying to resolve the problem. As for the car, it has damage on the rims that was not disclosed prior to me driving 10 hours to get the car. Upon my return home I noticed that the coat-hanger was missing leaving an empty hole. When I brought this to their attention, they made ZERO efforts to make it right and I had to order and pay for a $50 plastic piece (the money is irrelevant--it's the principle). Be very careful buying from this outfit. You are buying a high end vehicle and deserve better service.
