I just purchased a 2001 Ferrari 550 Maranello from Ferrari of Atlanta. I have to say that my sales associate Daniel Burris was a pleasure to deal with on all levels from my initial phone contact to delivery of the car. He was extremely professional, courteous and most of all efficient throughout the purchase. He would almost anticipate my questions before I asked them and oftentimes while I was calling him, he was simultaneously emailing me. Pretty uncanny. The other thing is that I bought the car "sight unseen" through pictures, video and detailed description by Dan. I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars. It turns out that Ferraribof Atlanta is too. When the car arrived it was exactly as promised and exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to work with professionals like Daniel Burris and would recommend him and this dealership without reservation.

In my 20 years of purchasing various high-end cars, including several Ferraris, I have never had a more enjoyable, professional, personalized, and yet incredibly down-to-earth experience than the ones at Ferrari of Atlanta. I bought my first every Ferrari, an F430 spider, in 2013 from Steven Eckhoff. The process took approx. 7 years and Steven was patiently there every step of the way. In 2016 I sold that F430 thru Steven and Michael Mills, and bought a preowned 458 Italia from Steven and Michael. All three events were seamless, pleasant and accomplished exactly what I set out to do without compromise. Steven and Michael made sure is happened the way I wanted it to happen. Currently I have an allocation for a 488 Spider and Ferrari and Maserati of Atlanta will sell the 458 when the time comes. I wouldn't consider buying a Ferrari or Maserati anywhere else. I've dealt with almost everyone at the dealership and never had anything but a great experience, and the service department is a pleasure. Michael Roth my service advisor is always on top of it. The whole place is like family to me, and I'm in there once or twice a month to say hello, chat and contemplate what's next. Kudos to Will Campbell, General Manager, and Craig Forbes, Sales Mgr, for building an exceptional team.

Start with the premise that "no one needs a Ferrari". Ferrari/Maserati of Atlanta sells cars that NO ONE needs. That said, if you are a car aficionado , and in particular in the market for a new or pre-owned (as in rarely driven) Ferrari, you will never go wrong working with Steven Eckhoff and Ferrari of Atlanta. My late brother used to sell Ferrari's in South Florida and I was first introduced to Steven through my brother. Steven was and remains always respected as a professional and not as a "car sales guy". This is the first Ferrari I have ever chosen to acquire. I have been fortunate to have great luxury cars (Porsches/MB etc) and have worked with the high-line auto dealers in ATL. The Ferrari of Atlanta experience was easy, professional and no hassle. They have my highest recommendation if one is considering the ultimate automotive "toy".....

When Kris (wife) and I decided to look into Ferrari ownership, we knew how much money we werewilling to spend, but had little knowledge of what was available in our price range. Steve worked withus,explaining options and helped us choose a 360 Modena. He indicted he would simply keep hiseyes open on the used market for something that fit our desires and price. Just a few short weekslater he called stating he had found the right car. After putting a deposit down the car was shippedto ATL and was reach for our inspection. After we negotiated a final price we discovered severalissues with the care that needed maintenance, and Steve agreed to cover those costs.When it came time to sell the car (6 years later) he again was enthusiastic and again worked withus and gave good advise. I was planning a trip to Italy with my college buddies. I planned to see the Ferrari Factory as part of this trip. Since I am a Ferrari owner, there is an exclusive tour at the factory for owners. I knew that I had to set this tour up through a Ferrari Dealer. I first contacted Ferrari of Tampa, but they never called me back. A few days later, I tried Ferrari of Atlanta. Steven Eckhoff returned my call very quickly, and I told him about my situation. He sprung into action, getting me the application to my inbox immediately. After just a couple of hours, my private tour was booked. I can't recall the last time I experience such lightning fast service! I totally recommend this dealership, and I look forward to dealing with them again.

I worked with Vance Wells at Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta to buy a new Maserati Gran Turismo. Vance, who was in the service department for about 8 years new the car inside and out. He has a great demeanor and is as low pressure as I have experienced, while still converting everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. I had read several reviews on the dealership and the great experiences that other people have had, but I always cringe when I have to go through the process myself. Vance was awesome, as was Robin, who welcomed me into the dealership both on the phone and in person. Overall, I can honestly say that it was the best car buying exeperience that I have had and was actually enjoyable. Hard to believe I would ever any that. Thanks Vance. I had an outstanding experience working with Steven Eckhoff and his team in ordering, customizing, and purchasing a new F12. They let me test drive a new F12 before I ordered mine. They worked with me in trading my 458 in for the new car and gave me a very fair and reasonable deal because they wanted to earn my business. I had many questions about the various options available on the car. Steven worked with me to select options on the large computerized car configurator there at the dealership, sent me numerous pictures of optional items so I could study them, made recommendations on options when I asked for them, and spent weeks helping me customize the car to my exact specifications and preferences. When the car was being built at the factory in Italy, Steven continuously kept me updated as to each stage of the build and the car's projected arrival date at the dealership. He notified me as soon as the car arrived and sent me pictures and even a 360-degree video of the car so I could see it before I was able to make the trip from Tennessee to the dealership for delivery. He also coordinated the immediate application of protective clear film to the front end of the car for me as I requested. When I was able to get to the dealership the weekend after my car arrived Steven picked my wife and I up at a rental car drop off location and took us to the dealership and walked us through all of the features of the car. The car had been detailed and was in pristine condition. Steven took some pictures of us with the car and explained all of its features and answered all of our questions. Once on the road back home he called us to check in on us and make sure everything was going well. He called me again a couple of days later to make sure I was enjoying the car and that everything was working well. I cannot say enough about the excellent experience I had working with Steven and the guys at FOA. It was a lengthy process because I was ordering a new car from the factory but Steven continuously communicated with me via phone (work and cell), email, and text message and immediately about my many questions and the progress of the build. I knew the Service Team at FOA was truly outstanding (friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced) because I had serviced two prior pre-owned Ferraris with them. Now I can say that the Sales Team is truly outstanding, as well. I thank Steven for his prompt and courteous service and all of the assistance he provided in making a large dream purchase a reality. I highly recommend Steven and FOA without hesitation to anyone interested in purchasing a Ferrari!

Everyone at the dealership was very courteous in answering my calls and questions even when Michael Mills was not available to do so. Ferrari of Atlanta is a very reputable dealership. The whole experience was amazing including follow up and additional questions and transactions months after the original purchase. Michael Mills made me feel very comfortable with making my first 'sight unseen' very large purchase. It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. Michael made me feel very comfortable with this situation. He answered all of my questions via phone, text, and emails. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. My servicer has been in the business for many years. He assured me that I would be very satisfied with a car from Ferrari of Atlanta, because he and his clients have had good experiences with them. I am sure that the great service will continue beyond the initial purchase. It already has. Thanks so much.

When first researching my purchase of a pre-owned 458 Italia vehicle which would be my first Ferrari car, I spent most of my time calling around to various dealerships around the country without making much headway. A good friend of mine had used Michael before to purchase two vehicles and sell another, and he came highly recommended.From the start, Michael was frank, courteous and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction. He was very accessible and I never felt pressured to make any big decisions and he was fair at all times. Through him, I was able to quickly find a vehicle in my price range, arrange payment, and pick it up in short order.Knowing that I had an extremely small window to take possession of the car before I had to leave to go back to work, he was able to acquire the vehicle and make it ready for delivery on very short notice. The car was in pristine condition and there were no issues whatsoever with loading it onto my trailer, which he personally assisted me with.In comparison to any other large purchase, I have made, this was perhaps the easiest and most pleasant. It was reassuring to know I could always contact him should any problems arise.I would highly recommend this dealership and Micheal in particular to anyone wishing to purchase a Ferrari or Maserati. I purchased a 2015 Ghibli from Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta and worked with Scott Pochick. Scott was fabulous and easy to work with. I initially thought about buying a pre-owned Maserati from another dealer in Maryland and I felt it wise to call the Atlanta dealership and work through them. Scott & co. courteously did some due diligence for me on the car in Maryland by calling the dealership and speaking to the sales manager. I ended up not buying that car and purchased one from Scott and Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta. Vance patiently had my wife test drive every color she was interested in and did a completely no pressure sale. Price was actually less than he told me he could deliver on the phone. We didn't expect to get the car that day but my wife was excited so she drove her new car home. Vance delivered our other car back to the house rather than have us have to go fetch it. Nothing could have been easier.

I emailed the dealership on Saturday, Scott Pochick responded on Monday and my car was purchased by that afternoon. The purchase was extremely simple and easy, all done by email. I don't live in the Atlanta area, therefore it was impossible for me to make more than one trip to purchase the car.. Scott took care of everything, I arrived on Wednesday at 12 and left by 2pm. I had been in the market for a pre-owned Jaguar XK8 to replace my existing one. Completely at random my wife and I drove by FMoA and saw a beautiful XK8 outside. We immediately pulled in to take a look. After a few minutes Dan Burris walked out to help. He admitted the Jaguar was not his strength but did his best to help with questions. His style left us very comfortable and we felt no pressure to do anything. But we knew the price of the 2010 was fair, the mileage was low and the car looked like it was straight off a showroom floor. We left for a while to finish the errand we had originally been on, but came back in to see what deal we could make. They gave us what we had asked for with the trade on my XK8 and even took a little off the original price. We found the credit rates very aggressive and used their loan system. The entire process took a couple of hours and was very painless. There were no offers for add-on's we did not need. Very straight forward. We walked out thrilled with the car we purchased and very happy with the process. We would highly recommend Dan and FMoA. You will love the experience.

We arrived at FMoA just to look at the different Maseratis and really were not planning on doing a lease or purchase that day. Scott Pochick was our salesman, and from start to finish he was great! He took us on a test drive, answered all of our many questions and made sure we were comfortable while the leasing process was underway. This is our first Maserati, we decided to lease the Ghibli Q4 and we love it! It is definitely a head turner!! I live in a city where there is no Maserati dealership, so I did a bit of research on dealerships in the Southeast US and Texas before choosing a dealership to work with . My first experience was less than stellar, so when I decided to get a second Maserati, I used a different dealership. I had a good experience buying with Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta. Working with Ferrari itself is a bit difficult, as they don't provide the dealer with a great deal of visibility about production schedules. For example, I was in queue on the Cali-T and Ferrari decided it was my turn to go into production, which meant I was supposed to go that week to the dealer and finalize my build specifications. Unfortunately I was in Finland and Switzerland that week, so instead I was pushed back one build slot. Not a big deal, but it's something one would hope that Ferrari would provide greater visibility into.About the build process, however. This was a great experience at Ferrari of Atlanta, because they put it all up on a screen in their offices and you can see all parts of your build, including the materials that are on hand in the room. A major element of the appeal to me of Ferrari was that I could customize most everything about the car, so this process was incredibly important to me. Moreover, Ferrari of Atlanta has many cars in their dealership, so they could show us in person what this option or that option would look like.My main issue with the dealership is that it's located so far out in the hinterlands. For the sales experience this was OK, because Steven kindly delivered the Ferrari to my house (and then took my Maserati back to the dealer for service), but on an ongoing basis Ferrari of Atlanta doesn't offer the drop off/pick up service for Ferrari, although they do for Maserati. This is a bit disappointing as both my Mercedes and Porsche dealers provided drop off and pick up for me as part of the service. It is one concern I have with the car longer term, but that's completely outside the sales process, hence my high scores on the sales experience.

Scott Pochick was the sales professional that helped my wife and I, and I mean professional, he was genuinely outstanding in his knowledge and helpfulness. The Maserati was for my wife and I decided to surprise her, a delicate and complex feat that Scott generously spent an inordinate amount of time helping me arrange. He proved himself at every turn in the sales process. From the moment we entered the dealership, Scott distinguished himself, with a courteous no pressure approach, right until the after sales review with my wife of all the car's amazing features. Even more importantly, in 2008 I had purchased another Maserati from another dealership and the experience was so utterly lacking it turned me off the brand for several years. The dealership was gorgeous and immaculate and as I got to know Scott Pochick, I realized that he was truly happy for me and cared about all of my needs. It was only when the sales specialist, Steve, answered all my questions that I became confident in moving forward. Steven was very helpful throughout the whole process and efficient in communicating all the details to me via phone call, e-mail, and even texting. He also selected an excellent truck company to transport my vehicle, among others, all the way from Georgia to Los Angeles. Overall, the transaction went very smoothly and my car arrived in excellent condition. Steven also took the time to call me on a Sunday to make sure my car arrived ok. Going to buy a new car at the Ferrari/Maserati dealership for the 1st time can feel intimidating but my experience was the opposite. I felt comfortable from day 1. I refuse to set foot on a dealership lot and have bought the last 3 cars I've owned over the internet due to the ridiculous, circus-like, high pressure, slick antics at a typical car dealer. This is not a typical dealership. Michael Mills' calm, consultative, straight forward approach to the car buying process was a breath of fresh air. A true professional. I felt that Michael wanted to work with me and my timeframe- did not rush me in the process. The level of sophistication of buyers of these vehicles lends itself to a higher standard of care and Michael lived up to my expectation. I originally went to the "other" Maserati dealer in town since I live closer to it but decided to drive the extra distance to deal with a professional consultant, not the best salesman promoted from the local Audi dealer. I was actually referred by a friend who recently bought a Maserati from the other dealer in town but won't deal with them. Michael also came in on his day off (it was his anniversary) to explain all the features of the car- never rushing to leave and never told me it was his day off. I appreciate your professionalism.

So, i have been coming to Ferrari of Atlanta for 20 years, shopping, looking, Gawking at my goals and objectives ! Although FOA Services by 360 Spider, my latest 430 is my first purchase from them. ........... But you would not know it. Even though i bought my 360 online, FOA took great care of me and brought me in as part of the family. A couple of times i brought car in for service, they would fix it (thanks Matt Lucky !) and do so at no charge or minimal charge.I am so passionate about this brand and this dealership. These guys are pro's and know that to some this is a large purchase and we feel risk when doing so. If there is a history on a car, steven will tell you straight up. Most recently i bought a 2008 Black 430 Spider and Steven was very patient as i got my wife on board and test drove several cars. He is always calm, not rushed and several times i was tempted to go with the 458 and he encouraged me not to bit off more than i could chew. He took time to understand my budget and my needs, spending countless hours educating me on features and Ferrari NuancesI will be looking toward a new 458 some time next year, but in the meantime, i know Matt, Craig, and Steven have my back. They always have, long before i was a customer. They understand that the passion to own a Ferrari happens long before you can afford one. Steven and the rest of the team. I didn't spend much time at the dealership, actually. I had just begun to look for a car, so I gave Scott some basic information as to what I was looking for. He showed me different models and pointed out differences. We took the Maserati Ghibli for a test drive. During that drive, he gave me lots of information on the safety features, history of the company, quality of the car etc. Scott certainly knows his business!I loved the way the car handled, the purr of the engine - I was in love with it. I bought the car without looking at any others. The car was delivered to me and Scott went over all the features with me, set up the phone system and showed me how to work the touch screen items the way I like. He was very thorough, overlooking nothing. He certainly made it a grand experience.

Upon entering a Maserati dealership for the first time, one would never know how one would be treated or if the salesperson would even take you serious. In this dealership, I must say that my first impression was one of immediate acceptance. The salesperson, Scott Pochick answered all of my questions and then offered me to test drive a vehicle. He was an absolute gentlemen from the very beginning and he took the time after his day was over to speak with us outside while looking over some of the vehicles. I met Scott Pochick when I took my first Maserati to the dealership for service. He was the first person to come up to me when I walked in. I found him to be extremely friendly and helpful. Little did I know at the time that in a few years I'd be buying my first Ferrari from Scott. As I began to think about purchasing a Ferrari, Scott was extremely helpful and even let me take one of the Californias for a weekend. I did not buy my new Ferrari for 2 years after that experience. Embarking on buying a Ferrari was one of the biggest deals of my life. When I made the decision to do it, Scott was extremely helpful. He explained the process and spent a lot of time with me helping me make the right choices with the configuration of the car. From the time I ordered the car to the the time I got it (11 months), Scott kept me informed and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Scott made the 11 month journey enjoyable and fun! I honestly can't imagine a better Ferrari representative than Scott. Going through the amazing experience of buying a Ferrari is awesome in and of itself, but couple that with a great guy like Scott and it was just perfect. Everyone at the dealership that I dealt were amazing. I honestly could not imagine a better experience...well, until I buy my next car from Scott!! I can't say enough great things about Scott and the dealership. Everything seemed seamless...and at the end of the most amazing journey of my lift I got my 2014 Ferrari 458 and couldn't be happier!! I would like to comment on another review made by someone who thinks that just because a car was not purchased at Ferrari of Atlanta that the service is poor. My first Ferrari was a 355 spider purchased at Ferrari of Washington. I had it fully serviced at the Atlanta location. They NEVER showed any animosity about my purchase elsewhere and ALWAYS gave top notch service. As for requesting private records---private records are just that. As for the expense of keys----IT IS A FERRARI. And of course you have to PROVE you have a right to make a key before you can order one. That is clear from the Ferrari factory standards, not the service bay standards.I will give them all high marks because they always give great service. I have put an average of 18000 miles a year on my Ferraris over the last 9 years and am living proof that these cars can be ridden. My last one (a 430 spider) had 80,000 miles on it when I traded it in, and it sold off the floor with no problem!

When I received the invitation from Steven Eckhoff, Ferrari of Atlanta, to attend the Ferrari Corso Pilota at Circuit of the Americas I was thrilled and interested to learn more. After I looked into the program i was on the fence due to the cost. I decided that it could be a once and a lifetime experience and had Steven sign me up. All I can say now is WOW! It was worth every single penny! Austin is a great city and the Four Seasons Austin is a great hotel! The hospitality extended to the students by the entire staff of Corso Pilota was top notch. Arriving at the track and seeing the cars took the experience to the next level! This is a true driving school! We were able to drive the California on the skid pad, 458 Italia and F12 Berlinetta on the F1 Circuit. There was plenty of one on one driving instruction. The instructors were very mindful of students limits and comfort level and tried to consistently increase our driving ability and comfort zone. The absolute best part of this school was the on track driving of the entire circuit in a 458 alone following an instructor in a 458. If you are an owner this experience will only deepen an already deep level of love and appreciation of Ferrari Automobiles. If you are not an owner you will quickly try and figure out which model and how soon you can have it! I cannot say enough good things about the experience! I expected a lot going into the school and had all of my expectations exceeded! This is a bucket list item for any car person!

Steven Eckoff arranged for me to get a coveted position in the Ferrari drives school in Austin, TX. What an awsome experience. I have been to serveral drivers schools but none that compare to this experience.Great championship winning instructors that are constantly expanding your skills and comfort levels with personalized instruction. So much track time that I couldn't even use it all.A Ferrari has unbelievable performance that you will never get to experience anywhere other than a racetrack.The formula one track is the nicest racetrack I have been to. Very safe and wide.As you would expect from Ferrari, a very first class experience. The school far exceeded my expectations.

This is my third new vehicle from FoA and they have also sold two of my former vehicles, and the team are always fun, helpful and a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed of the progress from the order being locked, production, transport and ultimate arrival at the dealership.The service team are also excellent and are a credit to the dealership. They took only 2 business days from when it arived from FNA to have the car PDI'd, polished, full clear bra installed and ready for pick up on Friday afternoon ready for the weekend. I recently purchased my first Ferrari from Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta. I had met Steven Eckhoff 18 years earlier when my Father purchased a Ferrari from Ferrari of Atlanta. I called Steven to see if he remembered me and inquire about the Ferrari California listed for sale on their website. Steven not only remembered me, but he turned my inquiry on the California into a purchase. A great price was negotiated quickly over the phone. I had several appearance changes that I wanted to have done to the car before I flew from Pennsylvania to pick it up and drive home. Steven coordinated the changes and met the timeframe for pick-up. I walked into the dealership at 8 AM on September 3 and was heading North to Pennsylvania by 8:30. Steven and his staff at Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta made this the easiest and most enjoyable auto buying experience I have ever had, the drive home to Pennsylvania vis Tail of the Dragon was a bonus! I recently purchased a Ferrari 458 Spider and worked exclusively with Steven Eckhoff. I have owned 3 Ferraris in the past and this was the first Ferrari that I was actually able to spec out from the beginning. Steven was very helpful in guiding me through the design process and with the large number of options on the 458, this was very helpful. Steven was very helpful in selling my Ferrari 430 Spider and coached me through the price and negotiation process with potential buyers. I think the most impressive aspect was the fact that I never felt like I was being sold anything and thus I enjoyed the purchase. The 458 Spider was delivered and everything was as requested even the tires that I had ask for that Steven said would be on the car. I would recommend Ferrari of Atlanta and Steven Eckhoff to any potential Ferrari buyer.

Excellent buying experience. We spoke with Mr. Eckhoff at the Maserati QP showing at Phipps Plaza. The pleasantness of that meeting continued thruout the purchase process. There was a minor scheduling issue when we went to drive the demo. He resolved it in short order. He made numerous phonecalls to secure the car we wanted & to assure it arrived in short order. Nary a complaint about the purchase process. Except the car was "over budget" as they say during all the house hunts on HGTV. I look forward to buying a Ferrari from him.

Michael Mills made the process of looking at and eventually purchasing a 2004 360 Spider as easy as could possibly be expected. I was visiting the Atlanta area from Florida and had seen the 360 advertized on the FoA website. I called ahead and Michael said the car was in service being prepped but I was welcome to come take a look. The car was in the shop on the lift having fluids changed. I was able to examine the car on the lift with the bottom panels removed and wheels off which was very helpful. I returned to Florida and Michael kept me up to date on the work being performed to prepare the car for sale. I later made a trip back to Atlanta to test drive the car. Unfortunately it was raining but Michael said it was still OK to take it for a drive. I thought that was great. My view is they're cars, albeit special cars, and meant to be driven. All went well with the test drive and I agreed to purchase the car on the condition of a successful PPI. The PPI identified a few issues and Michael and the FoA staff quickly took care of them. Another drive to Atlanta and I quickly finalized the paperwork, Michael sat down and explained the operational details of the 360 and I was off on the way back to Florida driving my new 360 Spider. Thanks to Michael and all the FoA staff that made this purchase such a positive experience.

My first experience with Ferrari of Atlanta and Stephen Eckhoff was in September 1995 when I bought my very first Ferrari. I was impressed then with the courtesy and professionalism that Stephen exemplified then and has continued through these 18 years. Their Service Department has also been there for me every time whether it was for routine maintenance or a phone call with a question. There has never been a time that Wade has not answered any question that I have had since 1995 and has given me excellent service on my Ferrari which shows long term commitment by their employees. I just recently purchased a extremely low mileage, 10,600, 1988 Ferrari 328 GTS that Stephen had to search for and found. I could not be any more satisfied. Also There was a time when I needed a discontinued part and Harold in the Parts Department went out of his way and found exactly what I needed in a salvage yard. I have never been so impressed with a dealership. I know without question that it does not matter who I call at Ferrari of Atlanta that they will always be there for me.

My experience with FOA, Steven Eckhoff, Wade Williams, and the rest of the staff was first-class all the way. Steven is very straightforward and honest, and if he tells you something, you can count on it being true. They made the entire process comfortable and easy. My experience left me very impressed. We reached an agreement on the purchase price, subject to a mechanical inspection. The car later turned out to have some valve guide issues that were discovered during the PPI. If you know 355's this is not an uncommon problem, but unfortunately is very expensive to fix. The guys at FOA immediately offered to have all the work done to repair the car 100% to my satisfaction, and still sell the car at the previously agreed upon price. This ended up being a very expensive repair, but they made the car right. To me, this says a lot about the integrity of the guys at FOA. It would have been much easier for them to just re-list the car and sell it to someone else who was not aware of the valve issues, as the car ran and drove perfectly with no signs of any trouble. The fact that they went out of their way to make good on their word, even at considerable financial cost to them, says all you need to know about how this dealership operates. I would highly recommend Steven and FOA to anyone who is in the market. I will definitely check with them first for any future purchases, and would happily be a repeat customer.

The only reason I gave the price a 4, is I don't know what an appropriate price point is for these cars (compared to MSRP). Compared to other advertised new Maseratis, this dealership was equal to or lower than anyone else. I felt I received a very fair deal on the car I purchased. Steven tried his best to get me the exact car I wanted and I was given the option to custom order. I decided against custom ordering, and he came back with a the above fair offer on another car I was happy with the specs. I would definitely go back to this dealership and Steven for any future Maserati or Ferrari needs.

Then the car was ready for delivery from the service team and off I went! Overall, an awesome time. The delivery of a new Ferrari is special and the team definately made it even better by their interaction with me. Well done and I would definately be back there for another car (hopefully a 458 Spider soon - hint, hint!).

I have been interested in buying the "right" Ferrari ever since I participated in a Ferrari California Driving Experience in 2010 and got the bug. Having owned many Porsches, Mercedes SLs and CLs, and a Corvette over the years, I was not sCorvette over the years, I was not sure which Ferrari would be the right one for me and Steven suggested I start with a quality used one to see if I liked the car before spending the big bucks on a new one. After driving several supposedly excellent condition F430s around town at various non-Ferrari dealers, Steven showed a 2007 F430 that was in fabulous condition - it was easy to see how well it had been taken care of. I bought the F430 Steven showed me and picked it up last week. It had been checked and prep'd perfectlty - it looked brand new, inside and out.I am so impressed with its condition, performance and dealer experience, I have started long ranging planning of the purchase of a new 458, or its successor, in the next couple of years.

Neither of the purchases was a pleasant undertaking.My experience with Atlanta Ferrari and Scott Pochick was the exact opposite. I was very nervous sending a large sum of money for a car I would not see for six days. I purchased a Ferrari F430 from them that exceeded all my expectations. The process was smooth and all went according to what I was told. When the car was offloaded in my hometown in Northern California it was pure excitement and the feeling is still with me ten months later whenever I drive the car. I own a 2006 Ferrari F430. The car was not purchased at this dealer so I can't comment on the salespeople. However, since purchasing this car, I have requested the following: 1) service history at this dealer on the car (it had a long service history there). I was told they can't share that info. 2) A pre purchase inspection - NO, they don't do this. 3) A post purchase inspection - NO, they don't do this. (they did offer to do an annual service for $950 and would tell me any trouble areas). 4) A few days ago I went to the dealer as I was in the neighborhood. I needed a 2nd key made. I walked up to the service counter and inquired about getting a key made and one of the 3 guys standing around by the counter doing nothing said to me in a very condescending tone, "Do you own the car? Do you have the title." There is a loan on the car so I explained that to him and he said, "Well Ferrari doesn't consider that ownership." As I tried to keep my cool, I asked, "well what do I need to do to get another key made"? He then explained the hoops I had to jump thru and that it would $850.Just thought I would share my experience with everyone. Apparently buying a Ferrari isn't enough to get quality service and respect at your local Ferrari dealer. Jeff

I am actually the son of the person who purchased this vehicle ( 2012 Maserati Gran turismo S) but i worked with Scott to finalize the deal. Firstly, i would like to stress the absolute enduring professionalism and helpfulness that Scott has given me for probably 5 plus years of being associated with this dealership.A little history...Over the course of those 5 years i have NOT purchased a single vehicle from them. And that speaks volumes for a company that honestly IS in the business to sell cars after all.When my father started looking for an exciting and powerful Gt car to drive he was pretty much all over the board. We looked at AMG class Mercedes, Audi's, and even Aston Martins. I personally had seen the Gran Turismos at the dealership while shopping for Ferraris but never really got to know the brand well. One call to Scott changed all that for us. Instead of simply taking the low road and easy path of trash talking the competition , he instead chose to thoroughly educate us on the passion and unique attributes of the Maserati. We were simply blown away at the knowledge he had of the car and my father was sold!!In the end , EVERYTHING from the sales segment to the presentation of the vehicle , and finally the finance experience was smooth as silk. All the while looking for a great F430 for me. Timing worked so that we sold my consignmernt car and Scott found a near-perfect match for my replacement. Wanted to buy a Ferrari California. Researched prices of used vs new and decided to visit local dealership because of good posts on FerrariChat about Steven and their sales department. They got me my car in 4.5 months but 1 of those months was holiday for the Ferrari factory so I consider that great turn around even though I hate waiting. Car is exactly as ordered and I am very happy with my choice. Steven has been there at Ferrari Atlanta for a long time and is a very experienced salesman. He will try his hardest to get you what you want within reason of course. I would highly recommend Ferrari Atlanta for any buyer new or used. You get to test drive the car you want which is very important, and for new buyers they are the only authorized dealership-repair facility for several hundred miles so buying from them gets you preferential treatment when it is time for service (although my Cali has that new 7-year service program.) Remember they are in the business to make money so go in with your research already done and you will be able to negotiate a fair deal!

When my wife and I walked into the showroom we were not immediately pounced upon by the sales staff and instead we were left to freely look at all the gorgeous Ferrari's in the showroom which is something we appreciated. After a short while a member of the sales team came over and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. Being first time Ferrari buyers I had bunch of questions about not only the car I wanted to buy but what I should be prepared for in terms of Ferrari service costs etc. He answered them all and them some; very helpful and insightful. Dan then went to bat for us to make sure that we got the car for the price we wanted to offer and after a short back and forth he made the whole deal work for us. I got to talk to other sales people at the dealership and they were all friendly, courteous and also fun to talk with. The team, and especially Daniel, from FoA were great! I was very fortunate to be able to order and have delivered a new 458 Italia considering that I had not worked with FoA before.From the day I put the deposit down, to delivery of the 458, they were always helpful and a pleasure to work with. Ordering a Ferrari I have found can be frustrating at times due to the ever so long wait for the car, however, it was always fun to deal with the guys at FoA.In terms of delivery, Daniel picked me up from the airport in Atlanta with a new Quattroporte and had my car in the showroom with its clear bar installed (excellent job). Then Willl and Craig came out to chat about the car, business and the normal stuff that car people seem to chat about - always being friendly and accomodating to my schedule. Then Daniel pulled my car out into the car park and we ended up sitting in it for around an hour as he explained all the features, what some of the buttons do (there are so many), etc. Overall, an awesome time. The delivery of a new Ferrari is special and the team definately made it even better by their interaction with me. Well done and I would definately be back there for another car (hopefully soon!).

I visited the dealership last year and test drove a California, Steven told me it takes 6 months to order one. In 2009 with better economic conditions the wait was 2 years then and knowing this I didn't even attempt to put my name on the list. This year in May I finally decided to get one and called Steven and sent him my deposit. Everything was done via exchange of emails with Steven emailing me of the stage of production the car was in all the way to the time it arrived at the dealership. He was very cordial and kept me up to date at all times. When I finally picked up the car it was like the car was ready for a "concours de elegance" with nary a spot of dust in it. Paper work was done in a very professional and quick manner with all the forms ready to be signed in no time. I'd say this dealership is first class all the way and people like Steven make it even more so. I came out of the dealership extremely well pleased and the good word will be passed on to my friends. Not only did the California make me feel good but Steven and Ferrari of Atlanta complete the package of total satisfaction. I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I would just like to say Dan Burris from this dealership gave me a very pleasurable exprience buying my first ferrari, o9 scuderia.I live in california he set me up with shipping,extra stuff i added to the car, and the paperwork through the mail.I have'nt driven this car yet so he is mailing me the owners manual before i recieve the car which i thought was a great idea.He has been e-mailing all the updated info everyday on whats the statues of the car including pictures.This dealership works with their customers i wish it was in california.I tried dealing with Newport Beach Ferrari, but they wouldn't give me the time of day.I hope whoever gets this e-mail, that its shared with the dealership.Thanks from A Very Very satsified customer!

Few people ever have a chance to purchase their dream car. And if somehow the vagaries of fortune allow it to happen, that first purchase is a milestone in an automotive enthusiast's life. It is a monumental event that is never forgotten. It is something they dream about as a child, and yearn for as an adolescent, and work hard for as an adult.After years of hard work, I was fortunate to be one of those lucky people. And I was very fortunate that the car of my dreams happened to show up at Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta. And I was very, very fortunate that Scott Pochick was the salesperson with whom I worked.I have visited many Ferrari dealerships, but Ferrari of Atlanta always seemed more welcoming. The staff was friendly, even in the lean college years when it was clear that the only thing I'd be taking out of the showroom was a Scuderia t-shirt. And the technicians were outstanding and engaging, especially Thomas McKellar (one of the top three Ferrari techs in the world, as judged by Ferrari), in taking the time to entertain my questions about maintenance and the peculiarities of the car I aspired to own. And the cars were phenomenal. The quality of the vehicles for sale was superior to every other dealership I've visited. Part of this is due to only accepting the finest cars that are offered to the dealership, and part of it is due to their meticulous attention to detail in bringing the pre-owned cars up to nearly brand-new standards. I've seen ten-year-old cars at Ferrari of Atlanta that looked better than brand-new cars offered at other dealerships, and having painted and fixed many cars of my own in years past, I say that without exaggeration. This is also why the prices are a little higher than some other dealers may offer, but speaking from my own experience, it's simply commensurate with the level of quality and service that they offer. Concisely put, their cars are worth it.And so, when Scott contacted me about a very special car that the dealership had just received, I knew it would be a good one. And it was. In fact, of all the 550 Maranellos I've inspected in my life, this was the finest example I'd ever seen- anywhere. The leather was indistinguishable from that in the new 599 sitting next to it. The paint was entirely factory original. All of the items that should accompany it were there: both Cavallino keys, the two black and one red master remotes, the metal key code plates, all of the books and records, the car cover...and dozens of pages of Ferrari dealer work invoices showing every dealer visit since the car was delivered new to the original owner. This car, in this exemplary condition, is rare. But it is the usual standard of practice at Ferrari of Atlanta, and it's something I gladly paid for. And the staff made this purchase as special as I'd hoped. Scott and Steven (Ferrari sales) went to extra lengths to make it a pleasurable interaction. When I asked about the AC, Will Campbell took care of it. When I asked about inspecting the clutch wear, Will immediately had the car on the lift and Thomas walked me under the car and guided me through the intricacies of this particular model. And I'm not referring to the information in the Ferrari Workshop Manuals. I have those memorized. I'm referring to the experience and esoteric knowledge that Thomas has accrued from being the most intelligent and skilled Ferrari tech I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.Finally, during the purchase, Scott made me feel like I was being welcomed into a very special and elite family. A family that shares a passion for beautiful cars and is united by their enthusiasm for the Ferrari marque.This was a long review, I know. I wasn't paid for it, or compensated in any way. There's no vested interest on my part, other than wanting to reciprocate the kindness, courtesy, and professionalism that Ferrari of Atlanta was gracious enough to show me during my first purchase of my dream car. First time buyer...Scott walked me thru the selection of cars on the lot, explained some of the history, differences between them and answered every question with knowledge and patience. And when he started the Maserati...that was all it took. Had one on the lot I was interested in. Test drove it and bought it on the spot! Delivery was excellent. Scott went thru each component making certain I understood what it was, how it worked, etc. He also scheduled the car for an after market upgrade as well as new code to allow my iPod to play. Great purchase experience. Will be back again for a Ferrari.

I have purchased three vehicles from the Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta dealership within the last three years. The first purchase involved a Maserati Grand Turismo which I still have in my possession. The second purchase was a 2008 F430. I recently traded the F430 for a 2010 458 Italia. The sales person who worked with me for all three of these purchases was Scott Pochick.Each transaction has been straight forward, seemless and pleasureable. The sales staff are curtious and attentive while avoiding high pressure sales tactics. Each transaction was completed at a price I considered to fair and reasonable given the market for these vehicles.The sales team has also worked closely with me as I have selected the options available for my next purchase of a 2012 Italia. They have guided me through the selection process with the lastest tools to visualize the look of the new car. With a relatively high level of customization available from Ferrari, the selection of options is a pleasureable but detailed undertaking. The sales staff has invested a significant amount of time to insure that I understand all of the options and I can visualize how the finished product will appear.Delivery and post sale follow up from this dealer is also excellent. They understand the product and assist the buyer in getting the most from their purchase. The delivery process is as long or short as the buyer desires and they welcome follow up calls aimed at understanding systems and features of the car.While it is not the subject of this rating service, I have to say that the driving experience of the 458 is unbelievable. The performance is the best I have ever experienced while the ergonomic upgrades undertaken by Ferrari make this car something that I would enjoy driving every day.

Buying on the internet can be a bit risky, but after discussing the possible purchase of a car with Ferrari of Atlanta, I can truthfully say that all fears were alleviated. He is also very knowledgeable on the cars he sells. When I came in and purchased my car he took the time to show me exactly how everything worked and was very helpful. They even replaced a bad radiator on my first used Mondial a month after the purchase. They didn't have to do that, but this good-will kept me coming back. I recommend them highly.

Excellent customer service from Stephen. My wife and I scheduled a meeting withhim in December 2009, not to buy anything but instead to just discuss what we hadin mind, our price range, and to get feedback from him about what to expect for futuremaintenance and operating costs. Steve spent considerable time with us, knowingquite well there was no immediate sale pending. After our discussion, he indicatedthe best thing to do would be to just sit tight and wait to see if a car that met ourdesires and price range would become available.He called us in February 2010, and suggested we come see a 2004 360 Modena that he hadjust gotten. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we quickly negotiated aprice and finalized the sale a week or so later.Subsequent to agreeing to a price, the mechanic uncovered a few issues (needed newtires, brakes, and shifter linkage adjustment. Steve covered all these costs for us, which was greatly appreciated.I would deal with Steve again certainly; we will likely trade in the 360 in a few yearsand will go to Ferrari of Atlanta first.

When you have a product that isn't sold by anybody in the state, has a waiting list years out, and requires no advertising, you wouldn't be surprised if you were treated indifferently. Nothing could be further from the truth. They treat you with warmth, enthusiasm for the product and want you to come back to the dealership if only to visit with them. I have purchased 4 cars from them since 2003. Every time it was simple and glitch free. Specing out a new Ferrari with them is as much fun as driving it. Dan's easy going nature and many follow-ups during the design process and post sale are reassuring. Add in Steve's years of info/wisdom and you have an unforgettable experience. But, when you put down 1/4 of a million dollars on a car you want to know that they will be there for you. Don't worry. Thomas in service has you covered. He knows more about these cars than the factory! And, when your car is in service, you feel like a race car driver must feel with his pit crew. You get to walk into the service bay and look over your car with the technician. It is truly a special experience. I highly recommend FOA. And I highly recommend you see Dan and Steve.

I know this dealer quite well having purchased three cars from them since 2004. In my experience they are one of the most professional and knowledgeable organizations in the car business. Their facilities are first rate, the service department is excellent and Steve and Craig have always treated me with respect and operate with the highest level of integrity. This is definitely the place to purchase a Ferrari or Maserati (I have bought two Maserati's and an Aston Martin). They treat you like an adult and the transaction process is the most efficient I have experienced.

Until recently, the dealership carried the franchise for Aston Martin. My relationship with the dealer and staff was motivated by my interest in, and sales and service for, that brand. I've owned three Astons, two of which were purchased from this dealership (one new, one used). Over the past 8 years, all three have received service here. The sales (Craig), service (Vance and Mark), and technical teams (Steve) have always been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and more than willing to answer any questions. I've owned cars from many brands and have dealt with many dealerships over the years. No other dealership - exotic or domestic - has provided the level of sales and service that I've become accustomed to here.It should be noted that I am not, perhaps, the typical customer at the dealership, falling firmly in the lower half of their financial demographic. Nonetheless, I have never noticed any major difference in the way I was treated as compared to some of the dealership's larger customers.Support for my current Aston is now, regrettably, at another dealership, however there is no doubt in my mind that should I find myself under the Ferrari or Maserati spell one day, this dealership will be my first stop.
