I called the dealership when I saw they had an '03 Ferrari 360 Modena in Blu Tour D' France. Jeff Hartley answered my call and we spoke about the car. He answered every question immediately and with the knowledge of the real owner. I called back the next day and we negotiated the price and I asked if he needed a deposit and he said no and my word was good enough. I have not had that experience with other Ferrari sales opportunity. He said that the car was mine. From that point on he took total control of all aspects of the sale, financing, titling, and transportation from the dealership. I did speak with the Sales Manager, James Chou who was equally knowledgeable and helpful. When I buy my next Ferrari they will be the people that I turn to first. B. Wood, Hilton Head Island, SC

Jeff was a tremendous advocate and friend in working through the order and delivery process. He was very patient and willing to spec a half-dozen cars as a played with different color trim options. Beyond just taking my input, he was very helpful in drawing on his experience to refine my final order with the right mix of options for the car. Jeff made things very easy for me for the purchase of my new 488 Spider. He pre-configured the car the way I like it so when I came to the garage to order it, the process was quick. For the Delivery it was the same. Everything was ready both for the documents I had to sign and for the car. We went over the details of the car, he pointed out some new features compared to the 458 Speciale and off I was driving it home. I highly recommend Ferrari San Francisco for their professionalism, attention to details and Friendliness.

My experience of Tom McAfee and the dealership spans the last 2 years, yes it took that long from my first visit to my purchase to have everything line up for me and pull the trigger. Let me start by saying that I couldnt be any happier with my 458 that is a piece of art that is in my garage, elegant on the road and a beast at any moment. Having said that this is not about the 458 but about Tom and the dealership. Tom treated me from my first visit to my purchase the same way meaning being attentive, informational, helpful and while always trying to find a way to sell me the car, Never pushy or making me feel like I had to make a decsison for him. He was in it for the long haul and he won and I couldnt be happier with Tom, the dealership or my 458!

I first came in 6 months ago to look at an i8 on consignment and this is when I first met Jeff Harley. I did not end up making the purchase on the i8 but I stayed in contact with Jeff since meeting him and he earned my trust and loyalty right away. I had not purchased a car with Jeff at this point and his willingness to help me run through different scenarios eventually led to one of my lifelong dreams coming true. My experience with Jeff Harley at Ferrari of San Francisco was the best and easiest decision I have ever made purchasing my 2014 F12 Berlinetta. I met Jeff a year ago when I was considering another vehicle. Jeff was authentic and informative on my first visit. Although I did not end up purchasing a Ferrari a year and a half ago, I remembered my experience. A year and a half later, I was in the market for a Ferrari. Jeff treated me exactly how I always wanted to be treated, and never was, during the sales process. Jeff was informative, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. I have had all of my countless Ferrari's serviced at Ferrari of San Francisco and I had only purchased 1 New Maserati in the past from Ferrari of San Francisco to date. I contacted Steve through a loyal friend and I purchased my new Ferrari California within 2 days. In about a week, I will also be purchasing another car from Steve. I was reluctant to make the drive from the Peninsula to Marin but the guys at Ferrari of San Francisco made the buying process super easy and it only took 15 minutes to buy the car! Steve was extremely professional and welcomed my new Ferrari business. He explained to me the whole purchasing process and did most of the paperwork via email. Steve politely introduced me to his sales manager and finance manager and they were seasoned car professionals who finished the deal within minutes. Steve then showed me all of the new Ferrari features inside the car and made sure I understood the car prior to drive-off.I purchase about 15 cars a year for myself from high end dealerships all over California and these guys definitely have the top spot on my list.

In the last 6 months I have visited many dealerships from Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini, Ferrari etc.The experience from every dealership is very different. If I was to rate each dealership from 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest score it would be the following.Lexus of Stevens Creek = 2Mercedes Benz = 10Lamborghini =9Ferrari of SF = 10I have bought many cars from various dealerships in the past and I can say that the experience I had with Steve at Ferrari of SF is like no other. Steve took the time out to explain to me about how buying a Ferrari is so much more different than buying an AMG Mercedes or a Lamborghini. He was right; the experience was totally different in an extremely good way. He also listens to what I had to say and took my opinions into consideration. While Most Dealerships just try to sell you their cars, Steve was actually trying to get to know me better, So that he can put me into a car that is right for me and right for my budget.I was refuse by a sales rep at Lexus of Stevens Creek when I wanted to test drive their RC-F, they made up some excuse and didnt let me test drive it. At Ferrari of SF Steve took me on multiple test drives with different cars and these cars are 5 to 7 times what the RC-F is worth. I told Steve I didnt know exactly what I wanted and he worked with me for hours until we test drove the 458 Italia. On the test drive he saw me smile continuously that was when we both knew that this 458 Italia was the car. Steve made me feel connected and comfortable as if he was a friend and not a Ferrari Sales Rep. Steve took his time showing me how everything works in the car on the day the Ferrari was delivered. A few days after I texted Steve with a question about the car because I didnt know how to work it, YES I forgot lol. In less than 1 minute Steve called me on my cell phone and explained to me how it works. I have called, Texted and emailed Steve a few times now since the car was delivered. Every time he replayed promptly. To me Steve is a very good friend and if I know of anyone that is looking for a Ferrari I would totally recommend my friend Steve. Also James, he took the time out to sit down and talk to me so that he can see whats best between a lease or a purchase. He explained whats best for me and why. I mean these are little things that we as buyers should know already. But for James to take time out and go over all the payment options and to see whats best is a BIG PLUS.I would have to conclude that besides getting a new Ferrari, I made two good friends at Ferrari of SF. I know these two good friends will guide me on having the best Ferrari ownership experience.

Tom did an outstanding job, never had an experience remotely close at any other car dealership. The most important for me was never getting pushed or talked into anything. Just facts, and a reminder that he will be there for me 24/7 if I have an questions. Explaining everything in detail, and being very accommodating and flexible in putting a deal together which I felt good about. My experience acquiring my first Ferrari was excellent. Steve Caria kindly greeted us as we walked intothe showroom there was no sale pitch of any kind. He had superb knowledge of the vehicles as Iasked questions and walked around the different cars. I really didn't even consider getting one that dayI was in the market for another Porsche until he gave me the overview of the California T and the pricing was not to far out of reach from the 911 turbo cabriolet. Ferrari's financial plan was simple and to the point I was done with the deal and had the keys within hours. Steve went over the cars features with me and took me for a drive to go over the shifting and it was a don deal! Steve made sure the whole time that we were comfortable offering drinks and even pizza for my young one waiting to get home. I have always loved Ferrari's and have always been hesitant about getting one.Steve is an excellent representative to the brand I know I will mostly likely get another one.

Another 5 out of 5 stars experience. If they have more stars I would have gave them more! Safa and James are fantastic as usual. They come through on their word as always, elevated service and trust. I would suggest you reaching out to them directly if you are even remotely interested in an exotic. The California T is a great ride, comfort and performance all in one. My kids get to enjoy the fun as well.

I've always harbored a sense of apprehension when visiting car dealerships. I guess being reduced to an "up" is sort of dehumanizing, particularly when one is viewed soley as a commission source. This is certainly not the case with Jeff Harley & John Chou of Ferrari of San Francisco. The five or so hours My fiancee and I spent with these gentlemen were the most relaxed, informative and genuine I've ever spent with car dealership personnel. In fact, I spent the flight back to Los Angeles & the next 48 hours basking in both the excitement of my purchase and the excellent service provided by Jeff & John; in fact, Jeff seems more a friend than a sales consultant. I would like to say my experience was probably one of if not the best experience I've had in purchasing a new car. Steves product and technical expertise is very impressive. I am a mechanical engineer have worked for General Motors as well as founder of Advanced Vehical concepts. I have several close friends all VP's at GM either in vehicle development or engine. My point being is I know a bit about cars, engines , race cars , vehicle dynamics etc. I'm very impressed with the car but equally impressed with the guidance of the Ferrari way by Steve. I started out wanting a 430 then drove one , then the California. Without the back to back comparison and Steves extensive knollage on the vehicle, financing and the future I would have made a mistake. I have been stopping by the store for over 10 years and never pulled the trigger. I have maney friends driving Ferraris and Steve was able to facilitate the deal. I would say he is a valuable asset.

Thank you Tom! I was one the lucky ones that was allowed to purchase this beautiful car. At first I was thinking how much better could they make a car than a 458. Once I took delivery of my 488 it blew my mind. The power is amazing. It's like driving a jet, it just keeps pulling. It feels like the engine wants to come out of the car and eat anything that's in its way... 458 at 570hp vs 488 at 661hp. Huge difference.Did I need more horsepower... Mmm... Well why not?

It was my first visit to a Ferrari dealer. I was not expecting to make a decision so quickly for buying a new brand Ferrari. The fact we are not alone with a expensive asset after buying was one important point for my decision. Always buying other brands I feel like having a liability in the day after, but Steve made my experience different. Things like his care with the cars, the test drive and addressing my concerns after buying was crucial for my experience.

This was the first Ferrari that I purchased directly from a dealer and was a little apprehensive about it. Steve put me at ease by answering my questions via phone and email promptly. The follow up that I received was the difference from me purchasing at Ferrari of San Francisco vs. my local dealer.As for the car, 458 Italia, its amazing! I bought the car sight unseen (other then internet photos) and very pleased with the overall condition. I would recommend them and the deliver service was great!

I started out calling the dealership for a 599 GTB that was advertised on their website. Jeff Harley called me back and I flew out there the next day from Orange County. The car and the dealership was everything they said it was. Very professional service, I would recommend them all day long. Also, the company they used to deliver my car, Cappy's Auto Transport was awesome!! If you want a Ferrari I would definitely recommend to go to Ferrari of San Francisco!

Really great experience, made buying a car super easy. They were very friendly. Knowledgable and went out of their way to make the chore of buying a car low pressure and relaxing. I had shopped around quite a bit trying to figure out what type of car I wanted and Bobby got me in the right car and a great price (thousands less than I found anywhere else) I recommend that if it's not the first place you look for a car it should be your last.

I have to say the whole experience is amazing and All of the people here are awesome! I'm awaiting my 4th new Ferrari in the past 2 years. I have had the pleasure of owning 2 Californias and a 458 Spyder. My new California T is on a boat coming over. The suspense is killing us!! I had driven a 430 and a 458 a year ago. I settled on the 458. This year, for my 50th Birthday, I drove up to Ferrari of San Francisco to finalize my childhood and adult car dreams. I can't say enough good things about Mark and Jeff. On both occasions they took their time and patiently explained the facets and nuances of the 430 and the 458. Jeff did a very nice check out ride. I am a mega car enthusiast. I have visited hundreds of car dealerships. I count many friends of mine who are car dealers. My daily read includes a steady diet of car magazines. I can say without a doubt that this was my most pleasant car purchasing experience. I also can't wait to look at the 458 each day and drive it as much as possible. This time I not only bought a new car from them, an Italia, but I also put my old F430 on consignment sale. This is the 7th Ferrari that I have purchased and Jeff made this personal creation very enjoyable. We discussed what I like in a car and how I will use it. We then went to the simulator and viewed all of the options and how they would look. Jeff was very good at helping explain the options and why I might want to consider some over others. He never pushed but now that I have the car I can say he was right on. The order to delivery time was about four months and I was continually updated on status which only made me wish I could have been in Italy and watched.The delivery date was to be on a Friday and my son and I had planned our trip. The dealership will not let a car go if the car is not perfect and there was a problem with the Navigation that required a part from Italy. The call to me must have been one of the hardest but that is when I saw the entire team from service to dealership manager go into overdrive. They certainly could not control the problem but I can tell you they were my advocate and they not only took it all the way up but it was also clear to me that it was the Top Priority. It is easy to be good when everything goes as planned but their reaction to the unexpected said more than can be put in print. Problem solved in a couple of days and the car is incredible. I purchased my first Ferrari from Ferrari of San Francisco when the dealership just opened and nearly 20 years later and after the most recent purchase I can attest to the high standards, great customer service/availability and the commitment to exceed expectations.

Ferrari of San Francisco made purchasing a Ferrari the experience it should be when you purchase a car of this type.The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facility is spotless with a wide selection of models. In my previous experience with the other dealer in the bay area, I found it difficult to get acknowledged or simple questions answered. Tom McAfee made timefor me, had me test drive the cars and was concerned not with just selling me a car but the right car for my interests. In summary, if you are looking for a Ferrari go to the Mill Valley location. It is worth the drive. They will spend the timeto answer your questions and give you a good experience.P.S. - the scenery of the test drive is spectacular.

I was fortunate enough to stop by Ferrari of San Francisco a couple of years ago in search of a used Ferrari. James Chou greeted me and from then on we have become friends while becoming a "family " member of SF Ferrari. I am on my second new California 30 and am awaiting my new 458 Spyder. James and Mark Paddock worked with me and made my car purchase a true delight. EVERYONE is wonderful at this dealership. I enjoy going to the Ferrari events that are put on and just being able to see all the wonderful cars and people make the cost of ownership of a Ferrari worth every penny. I have had several "high end" cars and none of the cars or dealerships can hold a candle to SF Ferrari. Many of the exotic car dealerships treat you like a "one time" buyer. That is not the case here. James and Mark make you WANT to buy the latest greatest cars. Few things in life compare to "building" a new Ferrari in the new car ordering room. Knowing that in time what I ordered will be hand made and delivered half way around the world is very exciting to say the least! To say I recommend James and Mark and the entire dealership is an understatement. They are true "ambassadors" for the Ferrari brand.

Jeff Harley and everyone else at Ferrari of San Francisco made my purchase as easy and as smooth as possible. They were honest and straightforward throughout the transaction and were able to answer every question that I had. When buying a Ferrari, one has to be extremely careful to get the right car so as to avoid potentially catastrophic bills. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff if you are looking to purchase a Ferrari. If there is even the slightest imperfection in the car (that may or may not be visible) he will point it out and let you decide. Sadly, not many people who sell cars maintain this level of transparency. I would definitely buy another car from Jeff in the future.

This story should have started about 2 years ago if I would have known this website. When I first walked in about 2 years ago. I bought a Ferrari from Tom Mcafee. He is one of the most honest and straight forward sales person I have ever deal with. I have been treated nicely and professionaly. This sale has lead to another story below.This time is my purchase of a 2012 Maserati Grantourismo S. The whole process was done with only a couple phone calls. Of course plus going to the dealership signing paperworks and pay. I told him the car I wanted from his dealership website, and my current situation in order for me to make the purschase. Although the trade of my Porsche was lower than what I needed. He managed to make it happened for me. I can tell Tom has put a lot of efforts getting my trade for the higest dollor, and talking to his company manager to lower the sale price further to cover part of the upside down for the trade. If you're in the market for a Ferrari or Maserati, but don't want to waste time playing games with the salesman back and forth. I highly recommand Tom Mcafee. He will do his best to make it happen. I must admit that this is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with in my many years of buying and collecting exotic and classic cars.I purchased a 2007 F-430 coupe, with the CPO Guarantee. I was a little nervous buying a car from a dealership 2000 miles away, sight unseen. Fortuantly James Chou and Tom Mcafee put me at ease, and delivered a spetacular automobile that I couldn't be happier with. After receiving the car, it was discovered that there was a problem with the gear shifter. James, Tom, and Mark Paddack arrainged for he car to be picked up at my house in St. Louis and taken to their other dealership in Texas. There Steve the service manager went outo of his way to fix and return the car as soon as the parts came in. All of this was done at their exspense. They even shipped the car back to me on a 1 day hot shot delivery so I could have it for this weekend Ferrari Club of Saint Louis event. This will be my 5th Ferrari, and certanly will not be my last. My next one will also be purchased from them. Although I did not end up buying a Maserati from this dealership because they did not have exactly what I wanted, the sales associate, Ms. Kelly Lowry, was very helpful in guiding me. She understood my needs and gave me very good advice in choosing and eventually buying a certified Maserati Quattroporte from another dealership which happened to have the the exact piece I wanted. She returned my calls and even talked with me over the phone after hours to answer my questions and give advice. I expect the cars made by Ferrari to deliver a world class experience... and they do. What I didn't expect was to have a world class experience with the San Francisco Ferrari dealership... but I did. I've bought and sold many high end cars over my life time and I've learned to tolerate mediocrity in many of the dealerships where I've done these transactions. Much to my delight and surprise, Mark Paddock and James Chou are true professionals with incredible integrity. I now have a new benchmark in what an experience in the dealership should be!

Ferrari and Maserati of San Francisco is a great dealership! I have only good things to say about James Todd and Mark Paddack. Initially I came into the dealership around April to look at the Maserati Granturismo S. I was expecting the employees at this dealership to be stuffy and look down upon me because of my young age. It was nice that I was treated with the utmost respect.James showed me a slick looking 2011 GTS and took me for a test drive around Sausalito. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the car for the worry of it not making it up my driveway. I was glad that both James and Mark were understanding of the issue and did not pester me about it.About 4-5 months later I saw a used 2010 GTS on their website and came into the dealership to look at it. James again took me for a test drive and I ended up buying the Maserati. James was there every step of the way emailing and calling me in regards to my questions and requests. Mark was also able to throw in 2 new rear tires along with a 3 year Certified preowned warranty on top of the remaining 2 years of the original warranty.Although there were better deals on eBay and Craigslist, I would much rather work with a local dealership and have that piece of mind.About a month and a half after I bought the Maserati I received a check engine light. I emailed James and he provided me with the information to the service center in San Rafael. I called the service center and my name, car model and VIN was already in their system - so that was nice. I brought the car for them to look at and within 15 minutes, they had one of their technicians plug in the debugger to find out what the root of the issue was. Turns out it was only a loose gas cap (which was weird because I didn't get gas for the past 3 weeks). Luckily it was a quick fix and I wasn't charged anything.I love the kind staff, the smooth sales process and understanding that they have at both Ferrari and Maserati of San Francisco and their service center in San Rafael. Can't wait to purchase my Ferrari from them!

James Chou and Tom McAfee were informative and helpful through my special order process for my dream car. Both of them, along with Mark Paddack (the Sales Director) recommended options that would fit the mission of the car, and steered me away from potentially disastrous combinations I'd regret later. Then, they kept me abreast of the order status of the car as it was being built, and e-mailed me often while it was in transit.As it happened, it arrived earlier than anticipated -- and the delivery date was set on the day of a "Ferrari Driving Experience" event, organized by Ferrari of San Francisco.Imagine being surrounded by snarling red Ferraris at the racetrack, driving them around at speed, under the watchful and professional eyes of their instructors, then concluding the day by picking up your own specially ordered Ferrari. I have followed Tom McAfee from Porsche to Ferrari over the last eight years and three purchases - two Porsches and one Ferrari. Tom is and has been an excellent sales executive over the years. His focus is definitely centered on the customer through clear honest straight forward communication. Tom is not into high pressure sales, but don't confuse the lack of high pressure as a lack of motivation. Tom is highly motivated for the customer and representing his dealership. He works diligently in the foreground with the customer and completes his work quietly in the background on the customer's and dealership's behalf. I highly recommend Tom.

James did a great job showing us the California and explained that if I wanted a new one I could buy the incoming demo model...but had to act fast today!!I was also helpful in discussing my trade in ...911S Porsche..he had been a Porsche dealer before and knew the model well...so I felt I got a reasonable trade in.When we returned for the car...with my grandkids, he was great again. took time to explain the new California and gave the kids a couple of Ferrari hats...to replace their Porsche ones.He also followed up aftert the sale to make sure everything was ok.In the first few days we managed to screw up the roof openning mechanism and he advised what to do, get the car into fix and Gino took care of that and had the car driven to the shop and back.Great service...we appreciate it having now three Ferraris!!

Greetings! I live in Los Angeles, far away from this dealership in Northern CA. When I was searching the country for a mint condition certified used Ferrari F-430 I found this dealership and this sales rep to be the most competitive. During the sales process I felt that James did an excellent job of working with me and for me to get the best deal possible on my vehicle. James took care of everything, I purchased the car sight unseen, the delivery to Los Angeles was flawless and the car (If you can call a Ferrari F-430 just a "car") was amazing. I felt that by getting outside of Los Angeles I was able to save more than $10,000.00 on any similar vehicles. Ferrari's are not your daddy's Ford. Where you buy and how you buy makes a big difference when it comes time to flip it for the next toy. James Chou at Ferrari of San Francisco knows how to take care of his clients. Before the sale, during the sale, after the sale. When it comes time to order a 458 Spider (when they make one), I will go out of my way to buy from this dealership. Great friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable about not only the newer Ferraris but also the older generation ones. Has access to information if they don't have it immediately. Wouldn't buy a Ferrari from anywhere else.

Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the cars and was a super nice guy to deal with .. He even showed us where to go and have some good dinner ... That's hard to find now a days with customer service .... The dealership is like being at a spa .... Never seen a place like this before ....

I planned on buying a car from them. Went in with payment, etc. and the salesman actually talked me out of buying the car from him that day. Needless to say, i ended up taking my business elsewhere.
