I recently visited Fette Ford to test drive an Explorer. Although the dealer didn’t have the model I wanted, a friendly sales person let me test drive a similar model without any of the heavy sales pitch. He then patiently filled me in on all the new technologies available with the car. After the test drive, he agreed to call me only if the "right" model came in. A few weeks later, an Explorer with the features I wanted arrived and we worked out a deal. I’m happy with my purchase. It was great working with the sales person. I believe you’ll find them easy to work with too. Thank you folks!

Everyone in the dealership was amazing. The salesman, Kenny, and both sales managers, Nick & Troy, were so helpful. They were able to get me the truck I wanted at a great price. I had to order the truck and it took some time to come in but someone from sales communicated with me on a daily basis to keep me informed on the progress. Great experience all around and I would highly recommend using this dealership.

Another terrible experience at Fette Ford, I wonder why I do not come to service here, however I decided to give a try again, except for Christina, wonderful agent, Ryan and the manager Steven failed delivering the Fette brand promise, from customer service skills to body language, instead the manager look for me I had to look for him even when he was advised I’m trying to talk to him, short story, I came for a recall and came out with an engine light on, I remember clearly looking at the dashboard when I was asked for the mileage no engine light on, they are telling me that is was there, did anyone from Fette tried to reach me and advise? letting me know about the situation, they return the car to me with paperwork that will not state anything related about it not even verbally and no wash, now they are trying a story they hand wrote it on the paperwork Sounds more like a fabrication from Fette end, now they are doing me a favor by checking the car and no admission of any wrong doing, this is not the first time that Fette Ford somehow take advantage of honest customers, Ryan you need to take a course in customer service, Steven you should follow that too, at least 101, I want to keep the business local but episodes like this will not help. At the end did the check and something wrong with the transmission they will take care of, however damage is done, wrong body language, wrong approach, wrong procedure.

I had placed my car for service Saturday and they kept telling my they are going to diagnose it by the Tuesday and still haven't looked at the vehicle even tho they told me multiple times they would. I told them I needed the vehicle for work and if they can't look at it to please let me know so i can make arrangements and they just keep lying. I'm removing my vehicle and never using their terrible service center again.its been well over a week.

Dealing with Jonathan Arjun was a pleasure! He was totally, competent and professional. Helped me sync my phone and made my entire transaction seamless! I never look forward to getting a new car because it's usually an all-day affair. Not this time! In and out in 3 hours. We shopped for a Explorer a week before and received an incredible deal but unfortunately we couldn't commit. We returned a week later and were surprised that the same deal was on the table, however this time around it was for an upgraded model. When I visited Fette Ford to lease a new vehicle, I expected to be in for a long day of paperwork and back and forth with the dealers. Instead, I spent less time there than a weekend trip to Walmart. Juan C. Mejia made my dreams possible today! I came in for my first/dream car a 2017 black on black mustang. Even though they didn't have it in stock he literally traveled to the next state and got the car for me. I came in this morning around 10 am by 2pm he called me and told me he was on his way to get my car, by 6 pm I was back at the dealer waiting to have my car turned over to me. Not only did he get me the car in the same day he also gave me the price I wanted to pay! This man went above and beyond for me, next time you come to Ford fette ask for Juan Carlos Mejia you will not be disappointed. Let him make your dreams a reality just like he help me!

Called and made an appointment for three recalls on my Ford Fusion. Since I don't drive on the highway my daughter took off work to bring my car in for 8:30am. The recalls were going to take all day so I decided to leave my car overnight. The manager Gene was very appreciative and promised the car back to us by 11am the next day. My daughter took another day off of work to help me with my car. At 10:30am she called the dealership to inquire about the car. She was told that the car needed brakes. (Mind you the car was only in for three recalls but since it was there I said to change the oil) She was also told that he car was almost done though it would take another hour and a half. She then told Gene to call me regarding the brakes Since my husband recently passed away I agreed for them to do the brakes. At 12:30 my daughter called Fette Ford for a status. We were told the car was still not ready and it was going to take another hour and half. At this time we were both very upset. We had family friends coming to take us back to Fette Ford. They made arrangements to pick us up by 11 which we changed to 1. We decided to go to lunch since now the car was to be ready by 2pm. At 2:30pm we got dropped off. The car was still not completed. We heard excuses after excuses about how the one recall takes a lot of time. If that was the case maybe the person servicing my car should have only worked on my car. At this time they had the car almost two full days. I'm not an idiot my car was not worked on until that morning. I was upset...but I was screamed at by Gene telling me not to ever come back. He was rude and sarcastic. I finally got my car at 4:30pm.

I had looked on the Internet for Ford autos picked one I liked and filled out my info. Received an emailAnd phone call from Mario - but we went to the dealership without calling Mario first - other salespeople introduced themselves but we walked into the dealership Mario very nicely started talking to me and I said OH ITS YOU MARIO ITS ME SANDY JARRARD!! Lol we then looked at several cars etc etc not knowing which one I liked better or what we could afford it was getting late so we told Mario we would be back Monday with deposit etc not signing any papers yet. He was very very helpful even introduced us to another manager who could also help in our deal.

Very poor service starting from customer service who messed up my appointment that I made 10 days earlier and made it one day earlier than what I asked to the service department who took my car kept it overnight and still tell me. Sorry we didn't get to it on the next day because my guys are staying only till 4:30 on a weekday. I really don't care what time they leave, they wasted my valuable time and I ended up getting my car the next day with absolutely nothing resolved. What a waste of time! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't even think about using their service department.

I came in with my daughters Focus (purchased June 3,2016) which didn't have mats when I purchased it. I took my 2013 Ford Fusion into Fette Ford for service after it broke down on the side of the road. At first, I was pleased with my initial communication with my Service Advisor, Gene. After a few days, I was contacted and told my repairs were fixed and the car was ready to be picked up. I picked up the car in the afternoon the same day and it drove away fine. Two hours later, the car broke down again on the side of the road. I called Fette back and to my disappointment, no one seemed remotely concerned or sympathetic that this happened again. I had my car towed to the dealership once again. I was contacted the next day by the dealership and they apologized and stated the technician did not see a small part that needed to be replaced, but it had been repaired and was ready to be picked up. Again, no apologies or kind connotations. When I returned to pick up the car, I went to start it as I was leaving their garage, and it died again. I approached the Service Manager and he did not have an explanation as to what happened but assured be he would personally oversee the repairs. Fast forward 5 days later, they told me a battery cell needed to be replaced which was what caused all of the break downs. I picked up the car and proceeded home. The following morning as I was heading to work, the car broke down once again on the side of a VERY busy interstate, which was frightening and obviously dangerous. Following this incident, I made the decision to have my car towed to a different dealership in NJ. I'm very disappointed at the level of service I received at Fette Ford. Not only did I have to have the car towed on multiple occasions, I also had to find personal transportation home from the dealership when I literally could not leave their garage after I was told it was repaired. I would have expected more compassion and understanding from the staff at this location due to the numerous occasions that I was inconvenienced by all of these service oversights. Even a common courtesy of having the car washed before I picked it up would have been a nice gesture, but nothing. I hope that others who frequent this dealership don't have to deal with such a detrimental and inconvenient experience with the service department.

I'm currently a college student and my old car broke down. I went to Fette Ford to look into buying or leasing a new car that would be in my budget. Love my new Ford Escape-- My salesman, Mitchell Goodson was one of the nicest people I've ever worked with. He took care of all the necessary paperwork, including everything necessary for the return of my previous lease, and ensured all the rebates I was entitled to where applied, as well as everything necessary for a vehicle I was trading in. He facilitated everything, gave me expert data on safety, not only on the Fords I considered, but also competitors, and really helped me choose the best vehicle for me. Besides showing me the vehicles and taking me for the test drives, he even drove home with me to pick up my trade-in vehicle and brought it back to the dealership, which saved me another trip. Was at the dealership for repairs on my 2009 Escape with plans to purchase a new Escape within the next month because my commute to work more than doubled. While there I decided to look at the new Escapes. Met with Jonathan and went for a test drive. He gave me a quote on my trade-in, no pressure to buy. After talking it over with the wife, we decided to get the car. Fette had what we wanted and we didn't want to loose the car. Jonathan made sure we got all the discounts available, checking with Ford because we had Ford retiree pricing from a family member. He explained everything thoroughly regarding the contract and all the features of the car. This is our 3rd Escape and we have always had a positive experience at Fette. After 2 weeks and 1,400 miles already, I'm glad we made the decision to purchase.

I had my car brought in to replace the side view mirror on the driver's side, first the wrong part it ordered delaying the repair, then the same night the mirror is finally replaced the interior light for my car would not turn off. After several minutes it finally did and at first I thought nothing of it. Then several time over the course of the week my dashboard light would ring door ajar and the interior lights would all go on (while driving this would also occur and my doors would unlock because of this). I would pull over or if I was still parked I would open and the door (often several time for the alert to finally turn off). The only thing that could be the reason (since it was the driver's door this would occur with) was the side view mirror on the driver side door that was just replaced. When my car was brought back to see have it fixed we were told the computer for the mirror and the alert for the door ajar open was in a different place????? So what now I am expected to pay to have someone elses error fixed. Ridiculous!!! The service center can't even own up to its own error?! Don't Bother coming here.

What can I sa, 5th car I buy at Fette Ford. This last one today, was for my daughter 24 years old... She did not have bad credit, just had no credit. She never had a car financed nor lease or any credit cards.. So, I call my guy Mario at Fette Ford. As always he says "Come in we will get you the right car that you can afford" Mario and the whole team are the true blue. The can make magic happen. Yes, ok I had to co-sign but, they got her into a brand new FORD Fiesta with a FORD Lease within her budget. We were looking at a used car.. but, Mario would not have that he wanted her to have a new car, he said my daughter deserved a new car that is reliable and that she would be safe in. Fette Ford and specifically Mario helped me set my doubts aside by introducing me to the 2014 Ford Fusion. I have purchased many fords in my life. I moved to Wayne NJ. I was looking for a second car. I purchased a Ford Fusion from Fette in 2012. The Salesman was non-pressure. They were able to get me into a car at my price. I have taken my Fusion back for all regular maintenance and they ROCK with service also. Today, took my Fusion for service. As always they took me in quickly. My wife said, hey just check out that notice they sent you about trade-in at the same payment, less or a bit more then you are paying now... I SAID "you have to be kidding that is only a gimmick to get you in and then stick you"... well, as all good husbands do I went inside... why not, I am on vacation.... I met the manager and I said I will give you 30 minutes to give me the number I want... no more no less...so he put me in contact with Mario Castellano. Talk about the right time and the right salesman... not only did they get me the car we wanted to upgrade to a 2016 Ford Escape... THEY ACTUALLY DID IT... only $20.00 MORE A MONTH verses my current payment on a 2010 fusion... ONLY they can do this with no pressure and no lies or gimmicks. They actually did what they said they could... FETTE FOR PRESIDENT is what I say! So I went in for service and walked out better than before... I want to thank the manager but, especially Mario Castellano!!!! A friend and I consider family... THANK YOU FETTE. You have a customer for life as long as I'm in NJ. Let me also acknowledge Paul Batista... WOW! Great guy. He is a true gentleman and non-pressure finance guy! Kudus to you Paul... stay true and as you are. You and Mario are the A Team. Thank you for making my life easy by allowing me to make my wife happy without any stress or worries! Bravo to both of you! NOTE: To Fette Management... Mario and Paul... they are keepers and I hope they are around for many more years... Mario was superb from start to finish. We came here for a new truck and we were amazed by the quality of service Mario provided us. He was patient and worked with us to find the truck we were looking for. He was funny and charismatic and isn't your typical dealer trying to just take your money. He's for the customer and follows up with you. My car got totalled about a month ago and I specifically wanted to get a Jeep, I'm having a kid so I needed a car that's better than a two-door. Concidentally, Fette Ford had a trade-in 2008 Liberty. I came in and met with Andrew Orengo. He's the first salesman I have ever met that actually cared about his customers. He showed me the car and told me everything I needed to know and had me test drive it. It literally felt like I was talking to a friend. He was very polite and honest, it was a very comfortable experience.I was brought to financing and spoke with Anthony Greco, very nice guy, as well. He helped me get the best deal for the car with warranties still included.The next day, I was called by their manager, Zack, he told me that there were a few things with the car they needed to check. Personally, I was really impressed. I didn't expect any dealership to actually care and call a customer because there were things needed done. I really appreciate that! I was brought over to the Quick Lane and spoke to Roger and dropped the car off. The service was a little slow, but I understood that were a lot of cars that needed to be fixed. They had my brakes, wiper blades, air filter and oil changed with the warranty.All in all, my experience with Fette Ford was beyond amazing. Very impressed. I definitely recommend Andrew, he's definitely one of the best salesmen out there.

Leased a car from here and am very unhappy that I did. Ironically, when you call, and are put on hold for at least 20 minutes, the recording says that they want your buying experience to be great. Mine has not been. Nothing that they promised has been given. Service is below par. Don't buy a service contract for oil changes - you will wait forever, if you can get them on the phone to make an appointment. You can leave a message to be called back, but they won't. I like Ford but definitely will go to another dealership next time.

They advertise a truck on their website however, the price did not match the truck shown. Called the dealership since we live an hour & a half away. Omar told me the picture that was listed was the actual truck for sale. However, he would have his boss Manny call me to verify it was still available. Manny did call me, verified the truck pictured was still available and the following morning we took the drive. When we arrived I showed Manny the actual picture listed of the truck and the price of $28,855. Never did he say to us the body was not included. Proceeded to the lot and began looking at the truck. It was then we were told that the truck pictured on the website was actually over $48,000. The price posted did not include the body. What dealership advertises with a picture and a price but it isn't for the whole truck pictured? Manny apologized and appeared annoyed that it was advertised the way it was. Has their website changed and been corrected? No, they continue to advertise a truck with an incorrect price. I really don't know what they expect by advertising like this. Obviously a turnoff for us and we immediately let him know how we felt and left. Immediately got on the phone with another dealership further south in NJ and what a pleasure to do business with Burns GMC in Marlton, NJ where they advertise a truck with a correct price. The best part was it was $13,000 less than the one at Fette Ford. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this dealership. A shady way of doing business!

This was actually my first time buying a car, i'm glad I did it here. As soon as you walk in through the door, someone is there to assist you right away. In my case, it was a lovely woman named Christine Pelli. She was absolutely willing to walk us step by step through all our questions. She was helpful, polite, and very friendly. She was persistent as well, in fact, our entire duration at the dealer was roughly six hours, and she was there every minute. I left with my brand new 2014 Ford Escape, and i couldn't be happier. The poor service continues at Fette FordDriving out of the garage and getting 2 hours into a 4 hour trip and my brand new car after an oil change shows all oil lights on. They did not close off a part so my car leaked oil. It cost me calling someone else to help me out of this issue.Do you have a service contract with us. This is after I have been going there for 5 years. Not sure what the use of a computer is with them.. One would think once you file for service that your name would pop up. But this explains that once they have your sale the care dwindles the closer you get to the fence line.This morning. Again do you have an appointment -- Not sure why I bother going to this place. Monday I am calling the BBB -- John Fette you need to look into what is going on in your business. I left you a message today. Let us see how much you care.

Wow what can I say! I had such a great experience at fette ford. I was a little nervous about the situation at first because my credit is not so good. That was the first thing I mentioned when I got there and that was the best thing anyone can do. Right away they got the finance director, Charlie La Mantia involved and he has made this the best buying experience I have ever had. He ran my credit and asked how much money I can put down and what can I afford a month as a car payment so we can pick out the car that works best. The bank asked to see my recent pay stub and I needed to show proof of where I live and that was easy to do by pulling up my cell phone bill online. I suggest you bring this information when you go car shopping because it makes it easy when you have it up front. Charlie was very upfront about how the process works, sensitive to my credit problems and did not treat me bad because of some mistakes in life. I am so excited that I left with a new ford fusion and that someone like Charlie took the time to help. I already sent a friend of mine to see if Charlie can help him as well. Thank you Charlie and the whole fette family.

My 2003 Ford Escape had suddenly reached that point where it needed to be replaced..I decided I wanted a 2012 Escape and starting looking in the area, visiting a couple of dealers but not seeing exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay until I saw one listed at Fette Ford. They had the perfect one for me at a price $1000 less than another local Ford Dealer; so I stopped by and had the good fortune of being greeted by Paul Batista. Amazingly he lead me straight to the exact vehicle I was interested in, even though all I had said was, I need to replace my vehicle. He must have a gift for matching people with the car that's right for them. Paul was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and stayed past closing time for me...you couldn't possibly find someone better to help you through the process of buying a car. And he was very patient showing me how to use the features of my new vehicle..even taking the time to sync my phone for me. I recommend Paul very highly, as well as Dan in the finance department who was also very personable and patient. Do yourself a favor and buy your next car through these guys!

NO one wants to help you. Kept being told they do not make any money off buying out lease better off buying new car. Would not answer any questions. Wanted to know why when I orginally leased car was told I had to take out a wear care package or I could not lease. Was told person who dealt with me was no longer there could not help. I received a letter from an attorney about a throttle body issue and again no help. Called again today and gentleman today said he had no idea why no one called me back and when I asked for manager name he said there were many and hung up on my! Thought it was a good dealership when leasing but unless your buying a car new they do not seem to want to help at all.

This dealership was visited for the intent to just browse. There was no specific car we wanted, nor were we leaning toward a ford to be honest. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Kevin Happle. He approached us in a welcoming manner and we were instantly in a better mood (coming from a bad experience with a kia dealer previously). Instead of playing games and beating around the bush, Kevin took note of what we were looking for down to the specifics and then worked with our budget, making our dream car realistic. Right then and there we started to sign the paperwork and while everything was processing he made sure we were comfortable and made our experience enjoyable. We did not imagine driving out of the dealership with a new car when we first arrived there, but the service provided was outstanding to say the least. Out of the multiple cars bought and dealerships visited over the years, we now have our "go-to" dealership. Mr. Happle is highly recommended; awesome personality, very knowledgeable, and he works with what the customer wants!

Tony made our visit to Fette Ford a pleasure. We were not certain what model of used car we would like, but we had a budget, Tony patiently showed us all cars that would fit in that budget and we are very happy to say we chose a Fusion which we are enjoying now. he knew the inventory very well and we test drove several cars. Tony was patient and tactfully helped us to reach the best decision for our family situation. He arranged to have scratches corrected and he even delivered the car to our door after they were repaired. There was no hard sales approach, but he carefully laid out our alternatives clearly so we could make the decision. I made my third purchase from Fette Ford/Kia/Infiniti today. My husband and I shop there because the service, not just during the sale but during the maintenance appointments thereafter, is excellent and thorough. We have browsed cars at other dealerships and found that the customer experience at Fette is incomparable, such that this time around, we only considered cars at one other dealership (where my husband bought a car 12 years ago), and Fette (where I bought two cars previously). Fette had the better deal of course. We will go straight back to Fette again if and when we need another vehicle in future, too.

After reviewing the Ford Taurus on the website we traveled to Fette Ford in Clifton,NJ on the way to a Wedding. We selected Fette for the larger selection of Ford Taurus cars on the lot. Traveling 82 miles we were privileged to be welcomed by Tony Catalano as we parked our old Taurus. Tony spent hours with us as we checked out several cars. I visited the above dealer and met Paul Batista really meaning to just look. I found Paul to be the perfect sales person, not pushy, but friendly and informative. I described my situation, and he listened, really understanding what I was trying to do. He then presented a possible vehicle and after he filled me in on the details, I test drove the car. After having a terrible experience at another local Ford dealership, I wanted to give Fette Ford a try based on their reviews. This was the greatest decision that I could have made for myself. I met with Manny and told him about my financial situation and what I was interested in for a new lease. After speaking with the finance manager Anthony, they offered me a deal that was better than my previous lease! Manny and I test drove the new 2014 Ford Escape and I loved it. He took the time to show me the details in the car and answer any questions that I may have had. His patience and personality truly made my experience so positive and I cannot thank him enough.As a young woman, it is very intimidating walking into a car dealership because you never know what to expect...not only did Fette Ford meet my expectations, they by far exceeded them. There was one tiny blip that happened during my deal, and it was taken car of immediately before I even had time to worry about it. Lets start from the beginning...I brought my car here and got my thermostat replaced, they were also supposed to do a detail on it because I had a business card from Chris saying he would give me a free detail when I first got the car. Okay so 7 days later I go to pick up my car; the detail was not done but I didn't pay for it so I was not that upset about it. About 3 minutes after getting my car, going down RT 46 my windshield wipers stopped working and it was raining! So I called and had to bring it back the next day because when I went to pick up my car I was on my lunch break. The next morning I go in my trunk and they did not even bother to put the engine cover back on! Furious about my wipers not working now this, I go back to the dealership talked to the service manager (do not remember his name) he apologized and sat me at Kevins desk. They put the cap back on. With my wipers they disconnected it and reconnected it and it started working. A day later guess what happened?! The SAME THING my wipers did NOT work AGAIN! I went back and they discovered that the motor was shot. They had to order one. Once that was replaced, a couple weeks later (today), it stopped working again. So of course I was late to work because I had to spend $55.00 on a taxi to bring me. I should NOT have to come here repeatedly for the SAME THING. This will be the fourth time going back to the dealership to get my wipers fixed. I will NEVER purchase another car here nor will I recommend anyone else. My uncle has bought 4 trucks here and thats why I came here. I referred my 2 friends who both bought infinitys. But now that I need something fixed, and they cant seem to get it right the first 3 times, never again will I recommend people to buy from here. I work on commission and I have customers coming to my job because I told them I will be here at a certain time and I am not here because a car that I have a warranty on cant seem to be working. It is very unprofessional for me to tell my customers I will be here at a certain time and I am not. Not to mention my manager speaking with me. This is the 2nd time I had to take a taxi because of my wipers not working. I am going back tomorrow we will see what will happen but to be honest I dont see anything good coming out of it. I am beyond dissatisfied to say the very least about this dealership.

I bring this up because my reputation exceeds my competition. I have purchased 4 cars from your company over the past 3 years. Like every person does even though I am loyal to your company, I have always checked out the competition. Doing this always lead me back to Fette. A purchase of a new vehicle is the second biggest purchase in anyones life so the stress level is very intense. Every time I come to your company for a final purchase I am always satisfied with the outcome. We all always have to check out competitors to know what makes us better and gives us our competitive edge. I have to tell you people hate having to negotiate with the back and forth it makes the stress level increase, not only the haggling it is the 4 hour time to even get the car. So I was at a competitor due to a referral it was my worst experience they started at a crazy number and after calling me 6 times came down to the actual price I wanted to pay. This tells me they were more concerned with their pocket rather than having a customer for life. My last 2 purchases from your company have been so pleasant and painless. Knowing I am very busy and need my hand held making a purchase. I did not have to bother with the back and forth of haggling, I had clients calling interrupting my sales person trying to sell me a car. Again I have to say I was impressed. I am about being real not a fake sales person actually I wish I had sales people like him on my staff. I could not pick up the car and my wife just started a new job. So there were so many things going on and time was an issue. The sales person Don and Ed assured me that they will take care of everything. Don even gave me his cell to call him when I was on my way. He took time from his day off to finish up my sale. Sorry for this long letter but I really felt you needed to hear the whole story. I always refer people I truly believe will go above and beyond, not worry always about how much they can make off a sale and truly put the customer first. That is what Ed and Don have done for me with my last 3 purchases. I will be advising people to not waste their time at other dealers because I went to 3 of them in the area and not one of them could shine Dons or Eds shoes when it comes to customer quality, and service. It is very difficult to find people like this so you have found 2 of the most valuable assets in your company. If you should have any questions please feel free to contact me. I am a divorced mother of 3, and had no money, except what we could get out of my trade in, to put down on a new car. Ed and Paul worked out a lease deal for me that allowed me to trade in my old vehicle (Ford Explorer with 104K miles), pay off the loan on the Explorer, and still have enough money left out of it to put down on a brand new car. They also lowered my payments by $15/month from the old truck to the new car. I leased a 2013 Ford Edge...its fully loaded and I LOVE driving it! I was worried about what I would do when the lease is up in 3 years and I have no down payment for a new car, so I spoke with Charlie in the finance department. He really put my mind at ease and told me no worries...he said there are always deals and incentives from Ford and I would absolutely be able to get into something new in 3 years without raising my payments! In 3 years, Im hoping to be writing another great review for Fette Ford! This was the best experience I have ever had getting myself into a new vehicle! The BEST!

We brought in our leased Kia Sorento for an oil change. In the mail, we had received a postcard regarding early lease return. While the Kia was in getting the oil changed, I spoke to a Kia salesman about the postcard to find out what kind of a deal I could get. Then, I walked over to Ford to see what kind of a deal I could get from them and I spoke with Jim Brandeberry. He was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the Explorer, which we leased, and he showed us how to use all the different functions. He even called to follow up and see how everything was going. We had a good time with everyone we dealt with at the dealership. Everyone there was friendly. I would definitely recommend Fette Ford to anyone looking to get a new car and I would highly recommend dealing with Jim Brandeberry.

We purchased our 2010 Mustang GT from Fette new in July of 2010. They were nothing but accommodating. We were trading in a Fusion and they did very well on the price for that and they did good by us in regards to the price of the Mustang, but first they had to find one. They searched high and low for an automatic GT and we wanted only Charcoal, Silver, White or Red without weird interior colors. Needless to they found us a Silver, automatic with black leather interior. :)We only use them for service on the car and they fit us in immediately. In fact we only use them for service on our 2004 Ford F150 as well.We are pleased with the dealership and would highly recommend them.

When I got divorced in 1984, I went to Fette (with my 2 sons) to get a new Mustang. I was led to a "I'm god's gift to women" salesman and when he asked what I was looking for, the manager said "She's looking for a father for her 2 kids." Very insulting. I turned to leave but was asked what I was looking for. I was specific in what I wanted: Manual trans, convertible. I was told I couldn't get a manual in a convertible and they proceeded to show me automatic trans vehicles with T-tops telling me they were "the same as a convertible". Needless to say, I bought nothing from these people. Bad experience #1.August, 2011, I decided that enough time passed and decided to give Fette another try. This time, I went alone and was looking for a Kia Soul with a manual trans, Alien Green. I was also willing to get red or black. Not one of the salespeople even offered to show me the inside of ANY of the Souls on the lot, let alone test drive one. I was told that it was impossible to get what I wanted because Kia didn't make many vehicles with manual transmissions and that I couldn't even order a new 2012 model to my specs. I was also told that I didn't want a manual because it was "too difficult" to drive, especially in traffic.So...two bad experiences YEARS apart. I will never go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. My son also had a bad experience with them when he bought his Mustang in 2005. He walked out on them and bought elsewhere.

Originally brought our 2002 Explorer in to have it checked. Was told that I needed a new transmission and wasn't going to replace it in a 10 year old vehicle.Mike was very helpful in helping me make the decision to go with the Escape.

When I entered Fette Ford I Was Greeted With a smile and Cordial Hello. I told Them I Was there To buy a car, the manager took me to Pat Rizzo To help me Purchase my Vehicle.I had the x-plan. In A matter Of Minutes The Paperwork Was Done And I Was Directed To dan In Finance Who Finished Everything Up. When I Left the finance pat had my car ready to go. Pat Rizzo was the best sales person my wife and I have ever dealt with, He was very friendly and more than helpful in every way possible. He gave us a great deal for our Ford Edge and we are more than pleased with his sales expertise. He set up our blue tooth,showed us everything we needed to know about our new vehile and answered every question we had. My wife needed to replace her car so she test drove several cars at Fette Ford. The salesman Mike Colombraro let her take her time and suggested different models. She liked the 2011 Ford Escape and she told him that she would come back in the evening with me to finalize a deal. Mike said no problem and he asked us to call him on his cell phone because he would be off work, but would meet us at the dealership to go over the deal. We got a great deal on a Ford Escape and took it home that night. Mike set up the insurance, the Ford Sync System, XM Radio and explained all the controls for the vehicle. We are very happy with our new Ford Escape and would come back to Fette Ford the next time we need a vehicle. About four weeks later my Ford Taurus was parked on the street and was hit by another car. The Ford Taurus was totaled and I needed to replace my car as soon as the insurance company sent me a check. I went back to Fette Ford and talked to Mike. I test drove a 2012 Ford Fusion and I liked the car. I was out of the dealership two hours later with my new car. I want to thank the staff at Fette Ford for making my experience a pleasant one.

I was very pleased with the customer service at Fette Ford. There can be alot of anxiety surrounding such a costly purchase. I find it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed when dealing with sales personel: however my experience at Fette proved to be the exception to the rule. My salesperson was comfortably approachable ,informative, and persuasive without crossing the line. At first I thought that the process of purchasing a car would be very stressful and complicated however, the salesman, Hamad Deeb came to prove me very wrong. He made the purchase of my 2011 fusion very easy and stress free. He provided me with all the facts that I needed to know in order to purchase my fusion. I went to Fette ford to get a 2011 ford edge. I saw sammy and they started to work out a deal for me. we worked everything out and started to fill out paperwork. I took the car for a test drive and seemed to be ready to go. My salesman Sam and I went back and forth with Rob over what my model car that I was trading in was. i gave them all the registration information and the payoff was in order. Everything was fine Rob and Sam told me. About 1 hour into doing paperwork and agreeing on a price, Rob tells me that he would have to add 60 a month to the payment because he had the wrong model of my car written down. THIS WAS A DEALER ERROR!!!!ROB EVEN ADMITTED THAT HE WROTE DOWN THE WRONG MODEL AND HE HAD TO GIVE ME 4000 LESS FOR MY TRADE. AFTER LEAVING FETTE I WENT TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER AND WORKED OUT A DEAL FOR THE SAME PRICE AS ORIGINALLY STATED BY FETTE. FETTE IS DECEPTIVE IN THEIR SALES PRACTICES. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING IS THAT ROB AND SAMMY WERE SMILING AND CORDIAL THE WHOLE TIME. I GUESS THAT WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE SMILING BECAUSE THEY HAD A SUCKER. OR THEY THOUTGHT!! I HAD THE LAST LAUGH!!!!

I have been to many dealerships in the past months searching for the right car for myself! Upon walking in I was greeted with smiles and was asked if I needed anything , (Coffee,Tea, ) I thought this was pleasent and refreshing to be treated so kindly . A nice gent (Hamad Deeb) was absolutely helpful and had much knowledge about the fusion... Mr Deeb, suggested I take my time (which I did and did not feel preasure) There were two other really nice gents Rob and Chris, such a pleasent staff at this location. I closed a great deal with Mr Deebs, and would not have so if the employees were not so helpful. I recomend this dealership highly....

After finding, driving, and deciding to purchase a new 2011 car from their inventory, the sales managers would not give the salesmen and us a price on the car until they knew how much we were putting down on the finance. I've bought many new cars and NEVER has the negotiated price of the car rested on the amount financed. They refused to even talk to us unless we could commit to at least 2 hours of time with them AND a quote of the exact amount of money being put down. After explaining we were going to put down 25% of the cost we were told to come back when we had more time. I bought a car from this dealer 6 years ago and I thought I would have the same professional people working with me. I see I was wrong. Apparently the dealership is not run by the same people as before or people Ford would want to represent them.

I visited this dealer to purchase a new car, 2011 model. I had two trade in cars, and was going to finance a new car.PROBLEM#1 In my first visit, dealer gave me an approximate trade in price for both my cars, $15k for one, $12k for theother. In my second visit, I decided on purchasing the card, but they did not hold their promise and told me that the max price they can give was $13k and $11k. PROBLEM#2 I said OK to these prices and they told me that they can bring the car tome in max two days. We had some further discussion on prices and agreed on everything. At that time, they gave me two options 1. I could buy a 2010 model which was $4000 cheaper (but they declined to apply this difference on the totalamount) 2. I can wait for 4-6 weeks to order a new car. This whole process took 2 and half hours. I went to other dealer, and both the 2011 model car for a cheaper price and higher value given to my trade ins.

I just completed my 5th Fette Ford lease/purchase transaction since 1998, purchasing a 2010 Ford Edge. As always, the staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and patient. For this latest purchase Brian Trainor and his sales supervisor Eddie were my sales team. They were great. I know that if in the future I have any issues with my new car they will continue to be there for me, long after the "ink has dried on the paperwork". I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchasing a vehicle can be a difficult experience for many and I was not a person eager in this process. So when I went to Fette Ford just looking to see what vehicle options were available, I feel lucky to have met Fabian as my salesman. I didn't feel pressured, and he was extremely patient with my multiple questions and requests. He walked me through the process step by step and made sure that I had full knowledge of how to work all of the prime features that were installed. I feel that I made a great choice in purchasing an SUV from Fette and would definitely visit again to purchase another vehicle.

All aspects of my purchase were great. I dread going to look for a new vehicle, but my experience at Fette was very hassle free. My salesman Brian Trainor was very helpful from beginning to end of my purchase, even helping me set up my sync. Everyone I dealt with was enjoyable and not "pushy" as I was expecting. The customer service was great all around, managers to sales rep. Everyone was very friendly, no pressure and very knowledgeable about the car(Escape). I recently purchased a ford escape and i have to say this place really made it easy for me. I walked in, spoke with one of the sales reps and told him that i didn't want to be pressured and wanted to look at the car. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle and made sure that i liked it. Explained everything to me and i was interested in the car. I told him that i wasn't going to buy that day and he didn't pressure me into anything but insisted that i would love the payments on the car. The place was extremely busy yet the sales guy and managers were all able to help me out. I was able to negotiate while i was still comfortable. I was able to go in negotiate for the car trade my old hunk of junk in, and drive away in a brand new car all under 2 hours. If anyone is interested in a new car, i would recommend this place.

This is the home of bait and switch. After being here for several hours we finally made a deal. Mind you I get cars via x-plan so you would think it would be easy but not at Fette. Once we made a deal of $1500.00 down and $296.00 per month on a car I thought everything was a go. After all 3 managers came over and shook hands on it. Well after waiting 2 hours they came back to me and said I needed to put $3000.00 down and my payment would be $340.00 per month. This is not the first time this has happened when they make a deal then come back and say I need to pay more. The manager told me to take it or leave it so I left. DONT BUY FROM FETTE BOYCOTT AND DRIVE THESE JERKS OUT OF BUSINESS

The salesman kept us waiting for over 4 hours after having taken away my trade in car. They also continuted to change the cost of the new car with each hour. They tried to claim my trade in car was a salvage, even though the title clearly showed it was not. The salesman seriously mis-stated the coverage and lengh of the warrenty over 10 times when questioned on the details. And lastly they changed the agreed upon finance rate three times, with no explanation as to why.If they hadn't taken my trade in from me before giving me the new car, I would have walked out, but they purposely took my trade in car from me, thus forcing me to wait for 4 hours for them to attempt to scam me out of as much money as possible.Save yourself the aggrivation and go elseware.
