Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light, expecting to pay maybe an arm and a leg. The vehicle turned out to have warranty for my 2014 volt and they also addressed a recall software update to it as well. Was able to drop it off and they care of everything for me within 3 days. Thank you and recommend good service here!

Mike Wallace was diligent at getting me a good deal, but the experience actually closing the transaction was very poor. There was only one finance person and even though I had provided all of my financial information the paperwork was not ready when we arrived; the entire transaction took over three hours. In addition most staff were wearing their masks only over their mouths (not noses) and there was lots of unprofessional banter between salespeople.

I can't remember his name - Jarrod, maybe? Super polite, very professional and got the job done quickly. I had a recall on my 2015 Tahoe. I had my dog with me and he recommended a nearby park where we could go hang out while we waited.

I usually have a great experience here. But this time I didn't, brought my car in for a tune up and knocking sound in the undercarriage. During the test drive the agent made me feel like I was loosing my mind. He came across very rude. By the way after a $1300 tune up I still have the knocking. People may not always remember what you say but they will always remember how you made them feel.
