We bought two cars from them and the manager Brandon went out of his way to make it as easy as possible and as fairly as possible will keep on coming back have bought a number of cars from them over the years and have trusted them with a lot of my family members as well

I went to several different dealerships when I was purchasing my new car. Fiat of Scottsdale listened to my needs and my budget and never pressured me or tried to get me to spend more. They let the car speak for itself, and were the most helpful in getting me in a new car that I was happy with. Not only is the car great, but since my purchase, I have gotten several calls just checking in and making sure I am still happy with my experience.

My experience with this dealership (even tho I didn't buy) was outstanding!! My salesman, Josh or Jason, was excellent. The only reason I didn't buy was because I live out of state,& couldn't see the vehicle in person. But it was exactly the color & options I wanted. If I lived there, and it was as nice as it looked in the pictures online,I would have been an owner. They had an excellent price on it & I was notified every time the price was lowered!! I'm just sorry I couldn't have seen it in person!!! I can't say enough about the salesman! I sold cars & was sales manager for over 30 years,and would have loved to have this salesman on my staff!! Answered all of my questions,sent me extra close-up pictures of the vehicle,& followed up after every inquiry with enthusiasm,but didn't go "overboard" !! Also let mme know when the vehicle was sold,and asked if could He do anything else for me. Very genuine,sincere,and professional in every way!! Must have had great training!!

In the past 5 years I've purchased 5 vehicles from Fiat of Scottsdale and Airpark, and I will continue to come back when I want or need another car or service. They treat me fair and honest and that's what I like about this dealership. They set the precedent of car standard for customer service and sales.
