Excellent customer service! Worked with Jen and highly recommend her. I went in to this experience with a low bar not knowing what to expect but Jen hit it out of the park with texts and videos to be completely informed prior to making a purchase. Alfa Romeo of Strongsville is highly recommended.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I picked up my car in May and I’ve since yet to receive the title for my car. If I can give it zero stars I would. I’ve reached out to Mike, the sales rep several times about this but I’ve been ignored on several occasions. What do I have to do to get my paperwork for my car? This is ridiculous, atrocious , and beyond disgusting to be treated like this. The vehicle was picked up in May, it is currently august, no sign of paperwork !!!

Salesmen are great, but the higher management is unprofessional and ignorant. They were unable to diagnose a problem in a truck, I had interest in, and wanted me to buy the parts to fix it, even though I had not committed to purchasing. Management is incompetent and looking to scam people into purchasing faulty truck. I gave me money to another to another dealership and was happy to do so.

On Sept 10th my daughter called the service dept. and said that her trunk handle on her 2016 Fiat 500X popped of. Someone asked for her vin number and said they would have to order the part. She called Sept 21st and asked if the part had come in. Well they asked for the vin number again. Hum, why is my daughter not in the data base. My wife and daughter both bought 2016 Fiat 500x's fifteen months ago. First she was told the part was in stock but then she was told they had to order the part and that the part in stock was for a 2015 Fiat. Hum, I believe the 500x's did not come out until 2016's.' The service guy became very vocal with her and was somewhat rude. She became frustrated and that was when I got on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager. After a long wait on the phone service came back on and said I had to call back as he could not transfer the call. What? This gave service time to explain his situation. And of course the manager will side with his employees. After a somewhat heated discussion with the manager he did look up on the computer her car. It was on the data base after all. He proceeded to tell me that the part had to be ordered and they would call as soon as it was in. Also that the trunk handle on the cars did have a problem and parts were in demand.Rude customer service.Data not available for the service department.Part that we thought was ordered was not.Not the way a business is to be run.

I bought a 2011 Silverado 3500 dually duramax from these people. I sent someone pick the truck up because I live in NYS. They drove the truck back and when I got it found out that most of the front end parts were worn out, needed 6 new tires and found out the def system had been tampered with and the truck was tuned and deleted. I'm an older woman and only wanted it to tow my horse trailers around to shows. They have been nothing but disrespectful to me, calling me a liar basically when I was never informed of any issues with the truck (which there are more but not that big) the truck is high miles but when you're paying 33k for a truck you expect it to be in safe and legal working order. I have had to file a complaint with the Bbb, epa, bank, and attorney general. Next I will be filing a law suite because now they are ignoring me and refuse to respond to emails. Do not do business with them you will get ripped off and once they have your money they don't care. Worst buying experience in all 70 years of my life!

BUYER BEWARE- READ CONSUMER COMPLAINTS on the OHIO Attorney General Site. I wish I had read these before I bought. They pride themselves on clean carfaxes. Ours was a huge LIE. A clean carfax to them could mean the car was in a car accident which had structural/frame damage to the car. In our case the vehicle had hit a parked car, a curb and a tree!!! They told us the carfax was CLEAN and the car had one owner and it came from TX. They said they did a list of things to the car brakes, oil etc. When we took our to get an oil changed at a different dealer, they provided a list of all work that had been done to the car at a dealer since the car was manufactured. NOT ONE SERVICE DONE AT FIAT OF STRONGSVILLE! Went to trade the vehicle in and found out about the "clean CARFAX". The car came from Maryland not TX as they had said, and instead of being a "HOT CAR THEY JUST GOT IN" it was a car they got in 9 months prior and tried dumping at auctions for months before we became their sucker customer. Do not trust a word these people say.

This was the worst possible experience I have ever had buying a truck!! I live in NYS and bought the vehicle online -I paid $700 extra to have delivered and $700 extra to have a B&W Hitch installed prior to obtaining the truck---they put a $210 hitch Reese Elite-then tried telling me it was better!! The tires were 100% bald!! 2 marker lights did not work, the inside of the truck was plastered with oil from the mechanic, the back up camera did not work and I had to drive 8 hours to meet them to obtain the truck---2 sensor lights were on in the truck AND they gave me the truck with 1/4 tank of gas!! The truck was a 2012 F-250 so not a cheap truck!! The truck will not pass NYS inspection and Rick kept blowing me off so I went to the GM, Scott who is just as big of an idiot!!!! We are still trying to obtain the refund check for 4 new tires at minimal!!! If the check is not here by Monday we will be obtaining a lawyer and go full force--We are putting in a claim to the Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney General on this dealership--what a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Veterans & Military!!DO NOT BUY from STUART DAVIS.... We purchased an F250 from him - for our Charity, working with VETERANS and Soldiers - for PTSD Suicide Prevention. Stuart knew what the truck was meant to do - haul HORSES to help our AMERICAN HEROES. Within 1 week off the lot the truck began showing major engine failures .. We reached out to Stuart with NO FOLLOW- UP. We worked over the course of 11months with our mechanic shop to make repairs... NO FOLLOW-UP from Diesels Direct Service Dept. ... Truck was towed today leaving the charity and OUR VETERANS without the horses. We had recommended numerous contacts to them - three others have the same issues with their trucks. Purchase anywhere but here Americans ... This Dealership and Stuart Davis knowingly sell broken down trucks, through a slick operation & hold ZERO accountability for it... Be prepared to be bankrupt behind the wheel of a Diesels Direct Truck.

I was looking for a new 2015 Fiat 500 Lounge 1957 Edition and found one optioned exactly as I wanted. The only problem? I live in Baltimore and the car was in Cleveland. No problem! I called Fiat of Strongsville and had the good fortune to speak with Jeremy Brandt. Due to our mutually hectic work schedules, we ended up communicating almost exclusively via texts between our personal cell phones. Several times Jeremy texted me with info or updates after hours or on his day off - once at 9pm Saturday when he should have been enjoying his weekend! Jeremy went the extra mile plus from starting line to checkered flag! I bought my dream car for an unbeatable price with fantastic customer service from Jeremy with tip-ins by Cheryl the receptionist, Dawn re documents, and Stewart, another rep who stayed late one evening so Reliable Carriers could pick up my car on Jeremy's day off. They even kept it in the showroom a few extra days so I could avoid transporting it during and after a blizzard. The genuine friendliness, conscientiousness, honesty and professionalism I experienced from Jeremy and his colleagues is off the charts. This is a car dealer that does business the right way. Fiat of Strongsville rocks!

Worst purchase experience I have ever had. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. The salesman assured me he would look it over very closely for me. Within 2 minutes I found a significant oil leak. As part of the deal, they agreed to replace the oil pan and delivery it to me. They missed the delivery date by about 4 days. Then when it got here, they had not put the valance back on. Also screwed up my rental car return costing me about $150. Additionally, wont return phone calls about GAP coverage that they slipped in on me. Steer clear of this one!!

I live in Columbus and am a good 2 hours away from here, so when we called and talked to Rick Shuba, he understood that we had a long drive so he made sure our visit went as smooth as can be. He let us test drive all the trucks we were interested in and lets us take our time making our decision instead of being the usual pushy car salesman. Great experience buying a truck from him and I recommend him, and Diesel Direct to anyone looking for a reliable truck!

I was researching the best price for a Fiat 500 Pop and I found FIAT Strongsville. July 2014 they had 2013 stock with no miles on them. I called the dealership and they hooked me up with Bob Altieri in sales. This guy has a passion for cars and he is a seasoned professional at the job. Now I'm a guy that has little patience for upsale schemes and a very low tolerance for feeling like I'm being played. BOB was fantastic. He gave us the bottom line and negotiated double the blue book value on my trade in. Because the price point was so good I ended up buying a 2013 Abarth and a 500 Sport for approximately the price that a 2014 Abarth would have cost me at other dealerships (and I did my research). Bob took the time to guide my wife and I through all the features on both cars even though the dealership had closed for the day. On the financing side of things Dawn Bell at the dealership shopped on our behalf for the best deal possible. She managed to get us a very good comparable rate for 75 months. Love both cars and the upgrades that came with them. The Abarth feels like there is a Lamborghini under the hood and when I tell people the price they can't believe it. RECAP: PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS SALES AND FINANCING STAFF, PHENOMENAL PRICE POINT, EXCELLENT UPGRADES FOR THAT PRICE POINT LIKE LEATHER, HEATED SEATS, MOON ROOF, NO UPSALE, NO PLAYING. TRULEY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

...And I haven't even bought a car from her yet! I live in Dayton, which is about 3.5 hours south of Strongsville. There's a Fiat dealer 5 miles from my house. But when I stopped by Fiat of Strongsville for an Abarth Cabrio test drive, I was immediately impressed with Brandi Kiewel. She knew I wasn't about to buy anything that day, but my brother and I had a wonderful, easygoing conversation with her. It was instant rapport, and I told her that when I was ready to pull the trigger and buy the car, I would drive all the way back up to Strongsville to buy it from her. Brandi is a great example of how all car dealers SHOULD be: knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure, and more interested in the relationship than the sale. As a result, I've accelerated my schedule. I hadn't planned to buy until next year, but I've asked Brandi to find me my perfect Fiat 500 Abarth at my stated price. When she tracks it down, I'll be headed back to Strongsville.

Thank you for such excellent service when buying a car for my 22 year old daughter. We spent 2 days searching for cars all around NE Ohio and finally found what she wanted at Fiat of Strongsville. Our salesman, Bob Altieri, was the BEST! We were able to take our time, test drive several models and carefully decide which model she like the best. Bob made sure we did not pay more than our budget could afford. He thoroughly went over every inch of the car with her and made sure she understood how everything worked before we left the dealership. Five Stars for your excellent dealership!

A few days ago my husband and I pulled into Strongsville Fiat JUST to look and nothing else. I have been driving a full size 4X4 and have developed a vision issue and I knew the time had come to consider trading in my truck. My truck always was a handful to drive but now it was becoming increasingly more difficult. I had always thought Fiat was a cute, small car but wan't sure I wanted to go from BIG HONKING Pick up to little itty bitty car. We drove it and loved it and the process began. Brandi stayed in contact with me all the way from beginning to end and we even communicated through text messaging when it was impossible for me to talk on the phone because of our own business. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, said hello as you passed by and offered assistance when needed. Last night when we picked the Fiat up, I have to say I was a mess because I didn't want to get rid of my truck for this reason. They made it as easy as possible, showed compassion and sincerity and Brandi even gave me chocolate. YES everything is better with chocolate. Thank You to EVERYONE involved.

I went here after driving by and seeing a truck I was interested in. My girlfriend and I pulled in with about three hours of closing and started walking around. We walked by a few of their sales staff who made sure to not make eye contact with us while they were talking to each other. We started to take a look at the truck, which was parked next to a truck running, and they proceeded to lock the running truck as we got close to it. We even walked within 10 feet of them as they were standing there talking. They didn't even try to flag down another sales person who worked there for us. After 20 min. of walking around their front lot, we decided to go back and walk around the back lot. We saw a few more staff members come and go, but no one would come out to us. I figured I'd give them one last chance and walk around the front lot to see if we could get someone to come out to us so I could look at the truck I was interested in. Finally, one of the sales staff came out, but stood 10-15 feet away, as if I was interrupting his free time, to ask if I was interested in the truck. I told him I was in the market for one and he proceeded to tell me the price. He didn't even unlock the truck so I could look in it. Even after I pointed out about $5000 worth of issues with the truck that would need to be fixed he said the price was still not negotiable. He even said, and I quote, "This may not be the truck for you." What type of salesman says this? He didn't even ask if there was anything else I may be interested to keep my service. I had a blank check to write that evening, but when the sales staff is so rude and doesn't want your money, I'll take it else where.

My search started for a 3/4 ton diesel truck and happened to see several choices at Diesel Direct in Strongsville. I visited the dealer in the evening and was approached by what seemed to be a friendly salesperson. I had a list of 5 trucks listed on their web site and only 1 of the 5 were actually at the dealership. The others according to Chuck were not delivered yet. I looked over several trucks and did take one on a test drive. It seemed to be a good truck and well maintained. I was given a price and started to get the sales line to purchase the truck. I told the salesperson that I was not going to buy that night and I would be in contact or return. I returned two days later to purchase the truck I had driven. I wanted to search the lot for the other trucks I had seen on their site but again did not find them. Chuck saw I was there and began to be the perfect sales person again. I took a test drive in another truck and then drove the truck I intended in purchasing. I looked everything over and completed my test drive. When I returned the salesperson was busy on the phone with another customer so I waited inside. I returned the key and dealer plate and began the sales process. At this time I was informed that the price Chuck had give me two days prior had actually increased by 1K. I thanked him for the bait and switch and then I of course was asked what I wanted to pay for the truck. When doing so was laughed at and asked to be serious. I asked several times for Chuck to give me a better price and intern had increased my offer for the truck. This was the worst purchasing experience and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. If they are firm on their prices then they should be honest and say that upfront. This dealership needs to be reported as others have said to the BBB and I plan to do so. Buyer beware the service and sales staff is not professional at Diesel Direct.

A perfect transaction. I'd been looking for a Corvette and found Fiat of Strongsville / Diesels Direct through an Internet search for 'Vettes. Buying a $45k sports car from a dealer you've never heard of who is 500 miles away has inherent potential for problems ranging from issues with the car to issues with the transaction. Thankfully, this dealer is terrific and their staff simply couldn't be more pleasant and professional. Chip Orlando was prompt and attentive to answer my questions about this 'Vette, and complied with all my requests for facts, pictures, options, etc. Chip even offered to pick me up at the airport, which worked out perfectly. The 'Vette was everything they had said it was, and completing the sale with Dawn in the business office was quick and accurate. I recommend Fiat of Strongsville to anyone.

I test drove a vehicle in the rain and was contacted the next day by the salesman stating that there has been a lot of activity and if I want the truck I better move on it. I purchased the truck and during the signing I asked about a 30 day warranty. The salesman laughed and said," that the vehicle is sold as is and we both know that nothing is going to happen in the first 30 days". I continued with the purchase and that was the worst decision.I drove the vehicle home on Thursday and when I arrived at home a 15-20 mile drive there was a large puddle of fuel on the driveway. I promptly called the salesman and he said that was odd, it did not leak at the dealership. Nevertheless, he said to bring it in on Saturday for service to look at it. I got in the truck on Saturday morning and it would not start. I purchased two new batteries at just over 300.00 and that did not resolve the issue. I called the salesman again and he did not understand how I could be having such issues. They had the vehicle towed and stated that the starter was bad, and replaced it.I brought the vehicle home and noted no heat. I called and was told that the Diesel takes a long time to heat up.....The next morning I went to use the truck and the starter was acting up and would only engage 50% of the time. I took the vehicle for an Echeck and was told that the vehicle was tampered and the Cat converter was removed. It is illegal to sell a tampered vehicle. I again called the dealer and discussed. They stated the vehicle was sold as is. I explained that the law applies to as is as well. They said that I could register it commercial and that would be okay. I called EPA and they confirmed that Commercial or not, the vehicle needs a converter.I have since contacted the EPA and filed a complaint. My only recourse is to file a civil suit.Buyer Beware......

I had been looking around for a Cadillac Escalade that was under 30,000 dollars but still in good shape. I saw a 2007 on the store's website and went in to take a look. As a female, I've had some unpleasant experiences at car dealerships so I was a little apprehensive. Chip came out to greet me right away and showed me the Escalade. What can I say? It was spotless inside and out and the price was right. I bought it on the spot and financed through the dealership. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending this dealership to friends!

I contacted Fiat of Strongsville over a year ago, because I was starting to look for a new or used Fiat 500. I checked around at other dealers and also watched Craigslist to see what Fiats were available. When I was ready to buy ( I had decided on a new 500 ) I checked prices at other places and they were all about the same. Bob and Chris contacted me several times and continued to work with me on the car I wanted. This continuing work with me made me decide to purchase my new 500 from them. I look forward to their dealership continuing to be helpful to me as I get my Fiat serviced there.

I actually purchased my fiat at another dealership....that didn't even have a dedicated fiat service department. I really wish I would not have given them my business at this point. I came to fiat of strongsville and they treated me like i bought my car there. They took the time to fix the minor issues that I needed taken care of. They also went over the vehicle again with me and picked up where this certain other dealer left off.

I bought my 2008 Acadia from this dealership. One of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Chip was up front and honest. Would recommend this dealership to anyone

First thing we were bated and switched. After we decided to purchase we ask to have the engine checked. We have it in writing to check engine. Truck had to be delivered because of work to be done. We told Tony we would only be using the truck once a month to pull our Travel Trailer. After first use neighbor ask us to clean the oil up off road in front of his house. We contacted Tony and he said the manager so to bad, so sad you should have contacted us earlier. This was within thirty days. Now we have a truck and payments and can not afford to have the truck repaired at this time. We had to replace the wiper blades immediately to be able to use the truck and found the CD player did not work, a $300.00 repair, the lights in the dash do not work so you can not read your speedometer, and we had to replace the fuses in trailer brake towing lights. Obviously there is NO inspection of their used vehicles and do not stand behind their word or service. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever.

I sent an email inquiring about a car listed for sale. Rather than answer my questions, I got a nasty response back from their internet sales manager no less. Fast food restaurants have better service. I would never buy a car from them. I cannot see how anyone would. There are so many dealers who compete for your business why would you subject yourself to them. I cannot imagine how they act after they have your money. I would give them an "F-". How insulting. Their owner should be embarrassed.

Called in to ask about a car they had on the used car lot. I talked to Stuart about the car and he asked if I would like him to drive it to see what he thought and he would call me back. He called me back and said everything is perfect. I drove down and he was with another customer, so Tony helped me. I asked to drive the car and the car had a flat. I seriously don't think he drove it for me, already lying to me? I drove the car and decided to purchase if they fix the tire. While driving home, I stated to hear a loud squealing sound. I got home and parked the car. I called the dealership and Tony referred me to the service dept. they said they couldn't do anything and pointed back at Tony for help. Needless to say I'm on a wild goose chase, and the dealership doesn't want anything to do with me now. I wouldn't recommend the dealership at all and would tell everyone out there - Buyer Beware!

I bought a used 2009 Ford F350 King Ranch from Chip Orlando. I had looked at a couple of vehicles that they had advertised as "immaculent" and "flawless". Exaggeration of the truth was an understatement. On the first "Immaculant" and "Perfect" truck I looked at, I found some darker staining of interior, a missing brake pedal pad, some shoddy use of touch up paint and a computer indication of a fault in the TPMS. That was a complete exaggeration of the truth. The truck I bought had several noticable minor issues. One of those was a broken driver side seat shield assembly leaving all power seat control just hanging. Fiat of Strongsville officially stated they would replace driver seat shield assembly with a "We Owe You" receipt. I live an hour away so they mailed me **3Z-1662187-DA shield assembly. I also was told to have Ford install it and send them the bill. You see how well that worked for 7246221651 in his 3/7/2012 review. This part is not for the correct color of the truck. It is not for the correct year of the truck. Oh, and strike three, it is not even for the correct truck model. My salesman and representative for the company, Chip Orlando, seemed to think his job was done and didn't want to be "stuck in the middle" of the proper sale not being completed. I conversed through e-mail, with pictures showing improper part, and through phone. I even did their parts manager's job and gave them the correct part number while only getting one continuous unsatisfactory answer. That answer was that whatever part was delivered to me was irrelevant and the only thing that matters is that their completely incompetent parts manager has a receipt saying a shield assembley (note: wrong part for color, year and model) had been mailed and delivered and that Fiat of Strongsville obligations were complete. Four months later and I still do not have the part from them. With the price of diesel fuel and the one hour drive each way, it is easier to order the correct part myself, out of pocket. Avoid this company at all costs. The arrogance is astounding given the level on incompetence. The final sale is so important that they are completely ignorant to the concept of repeat buyers and word of mouth advertising.Oh, and to top things off, the loan due date came and I was paying for a truck that I had no title to. I even had to get another 30 day tag from the dealership since I couldn't register it. Fiat of Strongsville took 59 days to give me a title.Do yourself a favor and avoid Chip Orlando from Fiat of Strongsville, completely avoid the parts department and management at Fiat of Strongsville and simply avoid the headache of doing any business with Fiat of Strongsville.

I called about an escalade I saw on autotrader. Talked to Tony the salesman who said he could hold it for me for $250 deposit until I got a chance to come look at it in person. Went to look at it, agreed on a price with Tony and shook on it. Next thing I knew he said that his boss was on the phone and wanted to talk to me. His boss basically said he couldn't do the deal for what Tony said and that I was going to pay this x amount for it. I told him that I couldn't do it for that price, then he proceded to yell at me and tell me that I wasn't going to get my deposit back. When asked about the deal that was already agreed upon he said that "he's the boss" and that Tony didn't have the authority to do this. So you have a car salesman that doesn't have the authority to sell cars!?!? After leaving I called to talk to a manager about the incident. It was obvious that the manager was already filled in on the situation, and was combative and stand-offish right from the start. I've encountered more professionalism at Wal-Mart!!!!
