My recent experience at Fields of Daytona was truly a great experience. Will, one of the sales associates, went the extra mile in quality customer service. I love my new car and will definitely consider buying a vehicle from this Volkswagen dealership in the future.

my salesperson andy was truly exeptional. he made me feel like he had my best interest at heart, and did not make me feel like "fresh meat on the lot" this was the biggest factor for my choosing a pre owned from fields

My sales associate, Diane Karel, went above and beyond the call of duty several times throughout the process. I purchased my vehicle over the phone, from 80 miles away, as my wife was 9 months pregnant and due the next day. Diane stayed at the dealership until 9pm to make sure one of my family members could view the vehicle in person. The negotiation process was a breeze. I told Diane that the car of interest was at the top of my price range and she and her manager worked with me to purchase the vehicle by giving me a great deal. To top that off, my wife went into labor the next day and the closing package was sent to me in the hospital by fedex. Diane understanding that it would be impossible for me to drive across the state, personally delivered my vehicle to my driveway on the complete opposite coast of the state. All around a great experience. Bravo Diane and Bravo Fields for hiring true professionals and not just salesman!!!

I visited Fields looking for a pre-owned Volkswagen CC. I was greeted by Andy Machel and right away we hit it off. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable and great with my two young children (6 & 4). He was able to quickly identify my needs and desires; while maintaining a professional demeanor and not flooding me with the typical "car salesman" antics of pressuring me into something I didn't want. Andy took the time to make sure I knew and understood the vehicle and then offered to not only take us on a test drive, but also assisted with transferring my car seats into the car. We didn't make a deal that day. I visited several other dealerships, including Volkswagen of St. Augustine, which I walked away from after 15 minutes. I kept Andy and Fields VW in mind and looked as far as Orlando. After several weeks, I came back to Andy and Fields VW and test drove two more CC's. After my initial offer was rejected by the sales manager, I left. I later called Andy and we spoke about the other CC I drove. He, and his manager, agreed that if I came back we'd make a deal happen and I'd "be happy". So back I went. After a short period of time, we were all able to reach a number everyone was satisfied with. By this point, my kids were shot and I had to go to work. The tag transfers still needed to be completed and few other semantics but I was able to drive off with the car. I had it for the weekend and went back that following Monday to finalize. In the 2 1/2 days I had the car, I found a few small issues. I raised the issues at final paperwork and they immediately bent over backwards to get a date scheduled to repair/replace the item(s). I went this morning and everything went seamlessly. I have to say, Fields has been an absolute pleasure, as has Andy. The showroom is meticulous, the snack bar always clean and well stocked, and the service department takes care of everything quickly and with a smile. I certainly have been nothing short of satisfied the entire way and would absolutely encourage any and everyone to not only visit Fields VW, but see Andy Machel. I will in the future without hesitation.

Car shopping is traditionally a dreaded experience. My first visit to Fields VW was a refreshing change. As a single woman it can be difficult with the high pressure and sometimes disrespectful attitude of many salesmen.From the minute I entered the lot, everyone was helpful, friendly, respectful, and courteous. Andy Machel went out of his way to assist with a test drive and discuss the features of the VW Tiguan. He asked what was important to me and helped me find the perfect vehicle. No pressure, no attitude, just a friendly helpful salesman. After shopping other brands and vehicles I found myself back at VW for just one more look before I took the plunge. Again I was greeted with warmth and sincerity. He patiently gave me a tour again of the car and answered my laundry list of questions. Purchase day was the easiest experience I have ever had buying/leasing a car. I applied online for pre- approval, showed up for the appointment and was driving away in my new Tiguan in a short time. No excessive waiting, haggling, multiple trips to the manager to negotiate price or any of the usual tactics so many car dealers use. Andy again went out of his way to give me a tour of the car, all of its features and even helped me set up my blue tooth. I cannot emphasize what an amazing experience it has been getting a new car from Fields VW. This dealership has made the new car owning experience a pleasure. No pressure, no haggling, just a straight transaction. I am thrilled with the ease of the transaction and even more thrilled with my new VW. I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen

Purchasing a vehicle can sometimes be a stressful experience if your not working with the right dealership that has your best interest at heart, but not at Fields Volkswagen located in Daytona Beach, FL. When i came into the dealership i was greeted by the Sales Manager Richard DelBuono and I explained i wanted to turn in my existing Lease (VW EOS) that was ready to expire and purchase a new car. I further explained to Richard I was looking for a NEW VW Dealership to purchase ALL of my VW Vehicles from moving forward (9-VW's - Vehicles purchased to date from Myself and Family Members) and since Aristocrate VW was sold out to another dealership the new owners WERE NOT interested in creating a long term relationship with me and my vehicle purchases moving forward. Richard immediately explained that Fields VW was a family owned Dealership and I receive a better overall experience and he was not kidding. Richard, Andy Machel explained all of my options weather to buy out my current lease or purchase a new car. We were quickly able to quickly come up with a plan where I could purchase a new VW EOS and still stay within my monthly budget. Richard, Andy and Diane Karel ALL went above and beyond to earn my business and this was without a doubt the most STRESS FREE Vehicle Purchase I have ever experienced in my life. They had the Vehicle i was looking for, the right price and the entire team was very knowledgeable about all of the current VW Promotional Plans and VW products in General. NO GIMMICKS, NO GAMES, NO HIGH PRESSURE, just a great place to do business. In general this vehicle purchase was a NON EVENT- STRESS FREE PURCHASE and the Entire Team was Unbelievably Friendly, Curtious, Knowledgeable and Professional. I look forward to many new car purchases at Fields VW in Daytona Beach in the future.
