We purchased a car for my father. I cannot say enough good things about our salesman Gary Butler. He went above and beyond what was necessary. A truly nice guy without the usual BS you hear from other salesman. We love the car and could not be happier! Gary is the ONLY car salesman I would EVER recommend! He will have my business again for future purchases plus that of my friends and family.

I continue to take my Mercury there for basic service and each time have a good experience. I don't get sold on things I don't need and they are always thorough in explaining to me what is going on with my vehicle. Price is competitive and hours are great.

After researching used vehicles online, I contacted Fiesta and was connected with Steve Cobb. About the dealership: From the moment I walked in to Fiesta I was impressed. The facility was sparkling clean, and everyone I met was friendly and energetic. I have never enjoyed the buying process, but with Fiesta, I didn't have to haggle, and I feel like I did get the best price. The most enjoyable part of my day however, was test driving vehicles with Steve. His personality is professional and he's just a great person. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. I also enjoyed a conversation with the GM and finance person.

We started talking to Collin McKinney a couple of months ago, as we were interested in the 2015 MKZ's. He let us know what they had and I was able to drive it. It wasn't quite what we wanted so he continued to update us on the status of what was expected to arrive. Our car arrived on a Thursday, and we completed the deal on a Friday. Collin was extremely helpful, and patient, explaining the system to us. He even set up my cell phone for me. I will not hesitate to call him if I need any further information about the car. The entire experience of purchasing our new car was a pleasant one.

I've never met a car dealer with the integrity that Fiesta Lincoln has. They found the car that I wanted, brought it from another dealer and exceeded my expectations. They were not pushy and found my dream car with all the bells and whistles. I've searched everywhere for a long time and everybody else tried to push me into what they had rather than what I wanted. Better value, better service, better see Fiesta!

I recently purchased a new MKC from Fiesta Lincoln. The Fiesta experience was exactly opposite of many of the nightmares that we hear about the new car buying experience. Dean Pattison has been my contact at Fiesta you will not find a more patient, compassionate, professional or experienced salesmen. The manager Gary Seegan introduced himself to me and was an equally positive experience.

We went to several dealers for Cadillac and Lincoln. Most of them tried to sell us a car with a lot pressure and one Cadillac dealer even couldn't held the written quote he gave us. Another sold the car we reserved and finally we landed at Fiesta with Dean.We got a very good explication of the car and Dean didn't put any pressure on us to buy. We felt really comfortable, as he also explained us it's not always worth to buy the most expensive car. Hey we're talking to a car dealer and he doesn't try to sell the most expensive, think about it.We finally ordered the car and got all the things we agreed. Next car we will also but from there and even use the same salesman.

I met with Dean with questions of a certain price and mileage. He called me back and was eager to assist me. He was very personable. It was an extremely hot day and he noticed my daughter was hot. He offered water as we walked around the dealership. He has called me regularly to update me on the progress of a particular car and its whereabouts. It was not a new car but he treated us as good customers. I felt comfortable and am looking to buy a second car in the future with him.

I have been a Fiesta Lincoln customer for 10 years. Everyone at Fiesta extends the highest quality of customer care and service for cars. When we bought our car our sales person was very patient and well informed about the vehicles we were looking to buy. He walked us through the entire sales process and made everything so pleasant and easy for us. The service department from the initial call for an appointment to checking the car in to picking the car up when done is the best experience that I've had anywhere. The service writers and mechanics do an excellent job of maintaining and repairing my vehicle. When I drive it I have the utmost confidence in my vehicle. On my last visit the man who retrieved my car for me was very outgoing and pleasant and willing to do what ever it took to make Fiesta's customers happy and driving away with a smile. For me, service and price wise there is no where else that I will take my car.

Wonderful experience buying a vehicle from Fiesta Lincoln! I live nearly an hour away, and they gave me all the information I needed, as well as an exceptional price, over the phone before I decided to make the drive. I traveled a long way to work with this expert team. Our family is so grateful, and our daughter has an exceptional, safe car for her first vehicle. When we brought it home to our local mechanic, they confirmed the vehicle was perfect. This dealer is exceptional and takes pride in their work. They are transparent, accurate and very honest. We even got a call on our way home to make sure we were safe and satisfied. Every step of the way was easy, respectful and no drama. The experience was very painless and I was able to stay at the budget I had set before walking in. The surprise was the quickness of the whole process and the great non preasure I recieved from the sales person all the way to the finance table. The amount of respect I recieved even though I was just buying a used vehicle was as good or if not better then my experiences buying a new vehicle.

I went to Fiesta Lincoln in search of a new vehicle and was promptly greeted. As a woman shopper, I was ready for the typical car sales run around. What I got was respectful treatment and a great deal. I had shopped all over and did my research for what I wanted. I purchased my MKS at Fiesta Lincoln a week ago, from start to delivery it was a great experience. The selection and purchase process, well they were patient and explained everything. Delivery, took some time due to all the intimating electronics, in the end it was made pretty straight forward and usable. Great people with a great product, USA made, and NOT a dime of government bail out money. Doesn't get any better than that.

Bill was a great salesman to work with. He went above and beyond and did not seem to mind that we changed our minds about twenty times. He was more than patient with us and I really appreciate how easy he made this whole process for me, being a first time buyer. Everything he told me was well explained and no short cuts were taken. My experience was great. Everyone was very professional and friendly, even on the phone when I initially called. Salesman remembered everything I initially explained to him. While I was in the waiting room, I thought against looking at the showroom floor for fear of aggressive salesmen. However, they did not harrass me at all, which I very much appreciated.

After being treated very poorly at another local dealership, I was very aprehensive about trying another. Fortunately, I went to Fiesta. Everyone was very easy to work with and was able to give me a better deal than I thought because of where I was retired from. Buying a new car on my own, I would like to compliment how they treated me from the moment I came in the door to when I drove my new car home. It is nice to see that there are still good people out there.

My wife and I purchased a 2000 Lincoln LS from Fiesta in 2002. We sold that car in 2006 for a BMW. Since that time we have owned several luxury cars, purchased from a variety of dealers, but we had never forgotten the level of individual service, and overall sincerity that we experienced in our purchase from Fiesta in 2002. Through all of those years, they consistently reminded us via periodic mail pieces that they would like to earn our business if the opportunity presented itself in the future. This week, as we discussed our current automobile situation, we decided to visit Fiesta again. Out of all of the cars that we have driven over the years, the Lincoln had always been one of our favorites, and the experience of purchasing from Fiesta was exemplary. We walked in to the dealership and once again they made the experience and the decision to own a Lincoln, the kind of experience that dispels the "stereotypical" car dealer tales that people remember for all the wrong reasons. Fiesta has been, and remains, the type of dealership that could teach other dealerships how to help customers make a product selection that they can feel good about. To be clear, we walked into Fiesta with the intention of purchasing a car that day. The fact that they made the purchase of that car a positive experience that we will share with everyone who compliments our new car, and probably a few that never even see the car.

Drove a Lincoln MKX, and I felt that this will be mine, if the dealer is worth dealing with. They gave me a fair offer for my trade in, and after a short discussion met my expectations. They knew their product, even though the car with all its technology takes a lot of time to get to know. They were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I've bought a number of cars in the past, and no experience was any easier or more pleasant than this one, and I'm not the type to just sit down and agree with anything I'm told. My wife says that I don't feel stress, because I'm a carrier. But - there was no stress what-so-ever with this transaction. We didn't agree at the outset, but with a little give and take, I drove my vehicle away after just a couple of hours. I'll definitely go back, and I recommend them to anyone who's car shopping.

Service department was extremely efficient. My car betrayed me on a Friday afternoon while I was by myself with my toddler in the middle of rush hour traffic and on my way to dinner! I called Lincoln 24 hour Roadside Assistance, since my experience with AAA has been less than favorable, and these people sent me help right away! Tow truck arrived within 25 minutes, which considering the time of day, was pretty quick, all while an automated service kept calling me every 10 minutes to give me updates regarding their estimated time of arrival. The truck arrived and they took the car straight here, without me having to go too. Since it was after hours, the tow truck driver was able to leave the key in a lock box in order to get serviced the following day. Upon the car arriving to the dealer, an employee called me to confirm the car had arrived and to give me more information as to what to expect the next day. Come Saturday morning and bright and early, there was a mechanic calling my husband regarding the problem with the car and giving him an estimated time of pick up. My husband always deals with the same guy, Mel, and every time he has been equally efficient, whether he's doing an oil change or something a bit more complicated. At noon, my car was ready, less than 24 hours after it broke down. Again the employees were very friendly and diligent. Very pleasant experience and trustworthy service every time!

It took three trips to Fiesta before they had an MKZ in. Cork, the salesman, was a saint to do all the work he did to find a car with everything I was looking for. If you want low pressure and great service, please consider Fiesta Lincoln and Cork.

Very disappointed to learn that my local dealer had no CPO inventory and only a couple of new MKX to look at. Not sure how they can stay in business lot is always empty. So I drove to another Lincoln dealer and found a huge inventory of CPO used and new vehicles. Found exactly what I was looking for and drove it off the lot.
