Came to Findlay Acura yesterday to seek out options whether to keep our current lease or possibly purchase it. We never really desired to get a new vehicle as me and my wife have discussed before we went to the dealership. Kinda we’ve come prepared so to speak. We meet up with Mary at her quaint little desk conveniently located in front of the beverage section of the buliding. Mary presented us with excellent options on every angle as to how, what and why a lease is better. Of course the hesitation was there but keeping an open mind. Happy to say we ended up getting a new vehicle! Mary provided and actually filled all the holes and much more. I believe her sincerity really is the key. Not many like Mary is out there and I’m glad to meet one like her. More power Mary!

Just bought a used car from Findlay Acura. I can't begin to describe how great the buying process was. I initially dealt with German. He was very nice and attentive. When I went back the second day I was introduced to Juan.Both of these gentleman made my buying experience very pleasurable. From the beginning to the end of the buying process everything went smoothly with no pressure and no hard sell. I would recommend Findlay Acura to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I am enjoying my "new" 2005 corvette.

At Findlay Acura it is truly BUYER BEWARE. On 7/15/16, my wife and I went in to buy a 2017 White ILX from salesman, Joe Marino. After the usual back and forth negotiating we went into the finance office to sign the normal mountain of paperwork. Like most, I did not read everything put in front of me. However, one thing I did notice was the color of the car listed on the finance agreement. We thought we were buying a white car, but the agreement said silver. I thought it was a simple error and asked to have it corrected. They could not do that because they did not have a white one. Supposedly, one would be shipped to us from out of state, but they could not even come up with a VIN number for this fake car. Looking further I noticed, the amount offered for my trade-in was $1000 lower than agreed upon and the amount for the car was $2000 higher than agreed upon. Tried getting to talk to Kevin Hicks the General Manager, but I guess this fraud and deceit is common practice and nothing unusual because he never even called me back. We walked out and never got as much as an "I'm sorry we tried to rip you off." Joe Marino was calling and texting all day on 7/12/16, trying to get us into the dealership. Once he got caught being dishonest he lost his ability to communicate. Tried calling Acura Customer Service too. That did as much good as leaving a voicemail for Kevin Hicks. Truly Acura does not care to what length their sales people go to to try and sell a car. I expected more from a Findlay dealership.

After purchasing a RDX, my salesman John Williams was caught in several lies when I asked if my registration ready for pickup at the dealer. He told me there was no-one was on duty (it was a saturday, the most busy day of the week). I drove to the dealership and discovered all the offices were open and functioning. He explained he was too busy to call me back. I went back to the service department the next week to have a small piece of trim replaced. They were the best, courtesy and kindness prevailed.

So just a quick overview, I'm in the market on buying an SUV. I just had my new born and my wife and I have been sharing a car for the past year. Safety was big in my mind and the top two SUV that came in my mind was the Honda Pilot or the MDX. After all the countless and lengthy research, I was set to get the MDX; used or new. I first went to Acura of Las Vegas and as soon as the salesman approached me and my friends, I was already looked down as if I'm not capable of getting this car. I was asked so many questions that made me so uncomfortable that I just decided to just leave the dealership and away from the rudeness that the salesman was giving me. The only other Acura dealership in the valley was Findlay Acura, which by the way is not the nearest dealership from where I live. It was Friday night and I have nothing to lose, so I just decided to head there. As soon as we got in, Juan presented himself as a true salesman who does not judge you or look you down (since an MDX is not a cheap car). He was very knowledgeable about the car's blows and whistle that everything I read during my research of the car, was answered with no ease. After test driving the car, Alex who is the Sales Manager was just as friendly, helped me decided whether to buy or lease the new car. After 2 hours, I walked out at the dealership with a brand new MDX Tech Package. Just to be honest, I wasn't expecting to get out of there with this beautiful car, but with the help of Juan and Alex, anything was possible. THANKS GUYS!!!!

Was referred by Yelp and as a single female was very skeptical, but was delighted with Anthony, he put my mind at ease.I went in with a set price for the vehicle I wanted, and also wanted my vehicle paid off (even thought I owed more than it was worth). After 3 hours I walked out with a much newer car, low miles and with no down, payment went up by $40.This guy will really go to bat for you ;-)

Horrible experience purchasing a used vehicle here. They say one thing and do another. Make sure you get everything in writing! I live in California was promised my car would be titled here, but guess what, not only was that not done - I was told after the fact - oops, sorry, nothing we can do and now I have a HUGE mess. Have had the car for 4 months and still no registration or license plates. They are a joke.

Very honest salesman. The whole experience was very calm and comfortable. Would recommend Anthony Martinez for the sale of any car no matter what dealership he was working for. He is honest and straight forward and holds to his word. He will get you the best deal and even after the sale, will continue to help with anything you need with the car, including maintenance or just any random questions. I have texted and called him many times with questions about my car and he personally responds to them all. He has set appointments for me or has even come and gotten my car and taken it to the appointment.

When I came in looking for a new Acura I was introduced to Allen and Anthony. Once we got started, Anthony asked me questions about the kind of car I wanted and what I was looking for. He listened, and showed me cars that he thought would fit my budget. Anthony took his time to explain the different features of each vehicle that I was test driving, which were the TSX and the ILX. Anthony was very patient with me. Not once was I rushed or pressured into getting something I didn't like. I've been to other dealerships in Las Vegas and Henderson, none of the salesmen ever treated me with the respect and kindness the way that Anthony did (female buyer). While waiting for the banks to give me an answer on my deal, which was the next day, Anthony answered all of my questions promptly when I contacted him about any questions or concerns. He made me feel very important:) I ended up getting an ILX and before I left the dealership, Anthony made sure I understood how all the features of the car worked. My experience at Findlay Acura with Anthony was a very pleasant one. I will defintely recommend my friends and family to him! I will surely go back to buy my next Acura with Anthony! Thank you Anthony for everything!!!!

As a first time buyer, I came in nervous mainly thinking I was going to be denied just like every other dealer I went to. Long story short, I went in wanting to trade in my 2002 Acura tl into something newer. With me still paying on the car and payoff balance being pretty high, we were unable to do the trade but my sales consultant, John Williams, brought my nervous feelings down to no worries. We moved on to purchasing a vehicle that fit my budget, monthly payments were also affordable and the down payment was just right. I felt like I had gotten the deal of the year. John as well as as the whole Findlay crew made me feel just like home by acomodating us with drinks or snaks they had and most important not being rejecting because of your credit score or not enough money for a down and so on. I will definitely recommend this wonderful dealer to everyone and I'm glad to say this won't be my only purchase from here!!!!!

Trading in a 2013 Cadillac ATS for an Acura put me in a strong position regarding price. I came in that day just driving around checking out cars. I had been thinking about buying a new car for months and was not expecting to buy that day in May 2013. Everything changed when I met Juan. He was nice, friendly, and not pushy. It was like we were long time friends. He took care of my hydration by supplying me with 3 bottles of water without me ever having to ask. Juan explained the process to me step by step in a way I could understand. He took excellent care of my used care I decided to trade in. I received an excellent trade in deal for my used Honda CRV. I ended up purchasing the 2014 Acura RDX tech package. Juan made sure the car was washed and had a clean interior. He helped me program my vehicle to my cell phone. He has contacted me since the purchase to follow up on my experience and any thing further I might need. Every time I go back to Acura for a free car wash I say hello to Juan and give him a hug!

As I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a warm smile and a friendly handshake by Ty. He asked how he could help me, listened carefully, and took care of me through the entire process of my car's service. I don't want my care to need any work done to it soon, but if it does, I'll be ok with it because I know that I will be going to see Ty at Findlay Acura right away. The dealership was clean and accommodating. The work on my car was done right away and I was not pressured in any fashion by anyone. This is how car dealerships and their employees should all be.

I recently bought a certified 2012 AWD TL from Findlay Acura. Simply, the best car buying experience in my life. I have bought numerous cars over the past 20 years and no other purchase was as simple, straight forward and honest as it was with Findlay Acura. If I had to choose one word to describe the folks at Findlay Acura it would be INTEGRITY. I live over 300 miles away from their location, so all of the negotiation process was completed via email. When i arrived, they were true to their word, the car was exactly as they had said, and more importantly the price of the car, the $$ for my trade and the financing were all to the penny as promised. Words can't truly express how satisfied I am with this recent purchase. I suppose the true test of any experience is would you do it again? Absolutely. Even though I live in the Los Angeles area (a 4 hour drive from Vegas) if I ever buy or lease another Acura (which is very likely) it will be only from Findlay. My deepest thanks to Marcos Pelaez for putting up with all my emails and phone calls regarding this vehicle. Also, Dave in finance and I'm afraid I can't recall the sales manager name, but they were all fantastic and have my deepest gratitude. I am actually looking forward to my next car purchase/lease after this experience. Thanks Boys, and keep up the great work! You are truly unique in the dealership industry.

I had already researched the vehicle online, but hadn't test driven one yet. I went in to just check it out & see what kind of payment plan I could get. Wasn't nearly ready to walk out of there with a new car! Everyone was very friendly & helpful from the moment I arrived. I felt as if I was the only one there because they were giving so much attention. I was impressed with the look of the dealership as well. I have been a big fan of Hondas over the years & wanted to stay with the brand, but, upgrade to what Anthony & Juan told me was a "luxury" vehicle.......I've never owned a "luxury" vehicle!! I do now.......woo!hoo! Anthony was very helpful in trying to go over all the features of the car in a short amount of time, since, I had a previous engagement & was running a bit late. In fact, I had originally wanted a manual transmission & he got me into an automatic.......with the sports mode option, so I have that extra power........love it! He painstakingly worked with me on trying to get a payment that I would be comfortable with. When he came out & shook my hand after the last haggle, and said "congratulations", I thought he was kidding! Then he brought out the manuals & the keys! Next thing I knew I was in finance office signing my life away!Needless to say, I had a "buyer's remorse" moment and called wanting to rip off everyone's head today!!! Once again, the whole staff was very patient with me and tried to make me happy. I went to dealership & apologized. We were able to agree on a compromise & now everyone is happy. Overall, this was a great buying experience & I am very pleased with my new car! Thanks to Anthony for being such a great salesman & getting the perfect car for me!! He's the best!

I was in St George, UT on vacation.....decided to drive to Vegas, after seeing the Findlay web site of inventory. There were 2 MDX's I wanted to get a closer look at. Mike Brady and Marcos Paleaz were so nice, gave us the keys to take it for a spin. Gave us ice cream! Gave us a tour of the back lot to see the other MDX that had just come off the truck. No pressure when I asked for a quote. Sha-zam, within minutes I had decided to buy the MDX just off the truck. We left to grab a Capriotti's and when we returned it was out waiting for me. Everything went well; however, the car battery was dead when I purchased the vehicle. The next day was a holiday so I had to take home a loaner car; however, the next day, Juan A. took the time to replace the battery in the car himself so I could get the car I purchased (where partts/service was not open). John was a good salesman and very thorough; however, I felt pressured by him into making sure that during the evaluation, I gave him all "10's." He mentioned this several times throughout the buying process saying, "even if you give me a 9, it means that I failed."

Bought a used car before we drove it out the lot we noticed some issues we wanted fixed before we took it home Marcos our sales consultant assured us he would take the car n get it fixed couple days later n the same noise was coming from the car not too mention they put floor mats that belong to another vehicle causing them to stick to the gas peddle so we take the car in to get it fixed for the third time now n all they did was make excuses and give us the run around passing blame on to eachother. Really they couldn't just gone over next door n get floor mats from Cadillac and order a part that's less than 70$ dollars really disappointed will never buy from these people again.And p.s what they told us was get everything they say in writing. Guess there words and promises are all LIES just to sell u something that will just break down; they must not know the meaning off certified used vehicle.

A Rave Review Definitely Earned! I had been shopping for months. I was extremely apprehensive regarding dealerships. I had been to so many dealerships, looked through personal ads and even went to credit union car sales events. I was determined to get the best deal. I was driving by Acura after hours when I saw a used car that I thought I could afford. It was not exactly what I was looking for but again I was looking for a deal. I pulled over to look at the car and check for a price. Michael Pool walked over and introduced himself. He was still at work and had just finished working with another client. Michael was extremely kind and NOT pushy...amazing right.. I explained to Michael what I was looking for in a car. I was use to driving really nice cars but had decided to become debt free and down grade my car. We laughed, because I wanted the fully loaded, leather, sun roof, multi cd, seat heaters, etc. with out the cost. I honestly ended up with just that. I got a fully loaded TSX with really low miles and a three year bumper to bumper warranty for less than I was paying on my bottom of the line no frills car. I have owned many top of the line vehicles and have never received service like I have at Findlay Acura. The entire staff has been professional, kind, and truly given me the best deal! I am simply amazed at my overall experience and the service I have received from Michael Pool. I am so happy with my car and would not recommend any other company over Findlay Acura. I honestly believe you would not be wasting your time.

Called up the dealership looking for a manager, Red Donohue answered the phone, he was very pleasant and very informative on the product. He offered me a 50.00 dollar try out our service department coupon. Well I stopped in to get my Lexus an oil change. The next minute Red showed up and ended up showing me a 2011 TL. I ended up driving the TL home. The deal went so smooth, I woke up in the middle of the night to take a look in my drive way. It wasnt a dream. I had originally stopped at Findlay Acura just to see what they had to offer. I was leasing my then Toyota Avalon and wasn't sure what I wanted next. I really didn't want to get to involved this time around as I wanted to check out all my options. Alejandro greeted my husband and myself and told me about the different models Acura had to offer. He suggested a test drive of the TL and I secretly fell in love with it that day. I loved the way it handled. Two months later and many others test drives behind me I went back to Findlay and asked for Alejandro as I remembered how informative and pleasant he was. This time I drove the RDX and the TSX as well. Car buying is usually sooo painful but not this time. We arrived at the price we wanted and never felt pressured or annoyed. It was truly a pleasant experience. Alejandro has been in touch with me on several occasions making sure everything is going great with my new TL. Service extraordinaire. And free car washes too! I proposed a price and they essentially met it. They worked through the payment process so that it came out exactly like I wanted. While it took a long time to get the paperwork done, Mike Pool sat with me and made sure that I had everything I needed.
