NEVER a bad experience at Findlay's. The Service Department is second to none. If you need a ride, they will take care of it. They treat you like family...because you are! Between Scott, Brandy, April, and Cris, if there is ANYTHING you need done, they will make sure that (a) it gets done, and (b) you will be ultra-satisfied! My family and I have been long time customers and especially Brandy and April do their utmost to keep us...and they will make you happy as well.

Every time we come in you all step up even more. We get our Jetta services here and we had an A/C issue that took some time with warranty, the part, and timing of work. After all is said and done, Chris F was amazing and calm through it all. We were both thankful that we could work together and see the best in the situation. Thank you for taking care of our car.

I really like the service I get here. And the job they do. But it takes them 5 hours to do a oil change. For 120 and some change. It’s a bit steep. I brought in a coupon book that I got in the mail. And the service writer said it was from Henderson. So they don’t honor them. I have to definitely consider finding a place where they do quality work for a more reasonable price point.

We had a great experience with Franky in service! He went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. He worked his magic and got us the best deal. We really appreciate all his hard work and all the Findlay North Volkswagen Centennial Hills staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, thank you all and a special thank you to Franky! My sales associate was so patient and knowledgeable about each and every car on the lot, I was really impressed. We were able to take our time and look at everything we wanted to without being pushed along. This dealership is also spotless! It looks brand new and we felt like we were the only people who had ever sat there because it was so sparking clean and seemed so new. Everybody that works there was so cheerful and happy which made it very comfortable.

Last week I brought my car in for repairs and realized that I could get a new Passat and fore-go having the work my car needed done to bring it up to speed. It was time for a new car and Anna really made it fun. She was knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel very much at home. Easy process overall!

We really only came in to have our old car serviced and then our salesman offered to show us some new models while we were waiting for our old car to be repaired, ( or find out what was needed). Little did we know we would be driving away with a new car. We're so happy that we looked at new ones! Thank you!

Mel was very professional and knowledgeable about the VW's.. I would recommend him to friends and when it comes to trade-in out Toyota, we would give him our business again. It was a very positive experience. Mel was able to get our payments within our price range.

My salesman Jason was very informative and polite during the whole buying process. He was very patient with us and bent over backwards to assist us in our decision making without rushing us at all. We also found him to be quite knowledgeable about all the vehicle on the lot. Working with Jason was like having a friend that was there to help all the way through! I got the car I came in for at the price I could afford, so I couldn't be any happier!

Every time I enter this facility am amazed at how organized, clean, and efficient it seems to run! Everyone is doing something that they seem to find very important, but they never hesitate to take the time to smile. This to me is very professional. My car is also very well taken care of!

Jason is by far the pushiest salesman on the planet. We felt extremely pressured, he kept bringing up religion which made me uncomfortable...and he seemed extremely hyper. He knew the max we were willing to spend, and after we agreed on the car (which we love) he then tried to talk us into leasing a jetta! The dealership itself is immaculate, and I've had repairs on my car I have now, which I feel were overcharged big time. So, I'll be sticking to the original Findlay VW in Henderson.

Our salesman was Jason Wells and he was absolutely amazing! He acted like we were the only people that ever mattered to him and really cared about our finding the car we wanted at a price we could handle. We were not rushed or pushed, we felt like we were in control of it all thanks to Jason!

As a woman I hate taking my car in to be worked on at all. But I must say that after going to Finley North VW, I am feeling very differently. They were not only helpful, but they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I will definitely go back.

When Jason introduced himself, I knew right away we had the right person for the job. He's warm and sincere and doesn't rush you or push you in any way. Jason is so knowledgeable about the Volkswagens on the lot that he answers all the questions before I asked them! All in all it was an enjoyable and smooth process from beginning to end.

I hate going in for car service, but the people over at Findlay North Volkswagen were very polite and make sure I am comfortable while I wait. Then when my car was ready they explained everything very well and didn't rush me at all even though other people were waiting.
