We worked through Finley GMC to custom build our 2021 Yukon Denali XL. All of the staff at Finley GMC was extremely knowledgeable, kind and eager to help us. We have four children (one newborn) and our work schedules are very tricky. Finley GMC patiently worked with us to get all pieces in place, and we were in and out of the dealership in about an hour with our new vehicle. I highly recommend Finley GMC!

Friendly staff and good pricing. Bought a 2021 encore in march and got my first oil change today free of charge. They also service my plow equipment in the winter. Would highly recommend. No hassle and honest people. The service department very knowledgeable as well

Had a bad battery and that is a concern. But got the car jump started and took it in for diagnosis. Expected a large repair but it was a warranty job on two year old battery. Concern is the reliabilty of Delco batteries now. But it was good that I did not have to tow it and I had bought the battery there (dealership) so it was a no hassle experience.

Everything done as requested. Bed cover had blown off during high cross winds and the service manager documented this and will attempt a warranty claim as the frame of the cover is now bent. The cover didn't hold up to high wind. Hopefully the warranty will replace it. Update: New cover installed this week. Dealer went to bat for me and got them to replace the cover, no charge. This is great service! And I see that the company who made the cover added safety straps now, which I believe will keep it from coming off ever again! Thanks Finley!

We dropped the truck off for a routine oil change & tire rotation to leave on vacation that day. The service dept. found some brake work & other issues. They knew we were leaving that afternoon & that we would be hauling a boat. They had the work taken care of with us leaving a little more than an hour later than scheduled. Thank you very much!

I came in to have my oil system checked because my warning light came on for an oil change 2000 miles before it was due. I thought it was odd but they explained that with such a cold winter warming up the car that its just likely it was needed early

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation ... when I arrived and Jennifer ( I believe) checked my records, she informed me that I had tires rotated just 3,000 miles before. I had forgotten so I appreciated her telling me and saving me some cash. Not sure everyone would tell me.So Thanks

I have been a customer for 15 years that should say something.What I like is when I walk in the employees in the service dept,collection dept, and the owner of the dealership always speak and call me by name. my vehicle gets excellent and prompt service, that's why I can drive them for so long. It was easy to make appointment in the am. This dealership was ready upon arrival with a loaner Encore and when we returned my truck was done. Extremely courteous staff and I am glad I made the decision to purchase my new GMC truck from this dealership. Will return when my wife decides she would like to upgrade her Lacrosse.
