I've bought and gotten my cars serviced at Mike Finnin Kia for about 9 years and probably won't ever go anywhere else. This time around Keri Ginter made it easier than ever. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, she helped narrow it down and had me driving off in my new car in no time! She explained everything in a way I could understand and made sure I didn't have any more questions or concerns. And if I did I knew I could call her at any time and she could answer them. I would highly recommend Mike Finnin Kia for any of your car purchasing or service needs. Since I have bought my car I have taken it in for routine service and Brad in the service department got everything done in a very timely matter.

Amy and Keri were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was very easy to find a car that I wanted, within my price range, and within a short amount of time! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car buying process. I will definitely be trading in/buying a car from this dealership in the future!

Our family just purchased our 3rd Kia from Finnin Kia. Tony Fassbinder worked with us on the last two and Nick (no longer there) on our first. Each buying experience has been smooth, no push or pressure, promises and commitments were kept, documentation tasks were clean and simple. After the Memorial Day holiday we decided to stop talking about leasing a new car and get moving and go check out the Sportage SUV at the Kia dealership. There was no appointment but that was not a problem. My eye went right to the brand new red Sportage and the lease terms were great, so Keri gave us a "tour" of the vehicle, showing us some special features, and then I drove it around the area. It is different than the sedans I'm used to, but I felt at home in it, and felt its home should be with us. The financing procedure was done quickly and efficiently and the payment schedule very compatible with our budget. Keri gave my husband and I a tour of the facilities, gave us more tutorials on the Sportage features, and invited us to call if ever we had questions, which I know would be welcomed whether this summer or this winter. Buying a car (or in our case, leasing an SUV) can be a frustrating and stressful experience but not this time--Keri was kind, patient, and genuine. When she gave us her card and said call me if you ever have questions or need help, I know she's in earnest.

Went in as the "soccer mom van" had finally run its course with our family. Tony Fassbinder did a great job having some vehicles ready for us to look at that were in our range and would work out for our busy traveling family!! EXCEPTIONAL service!! Steve Ries and April Finnin-Rink were fabulous. I leased a new Kia Sportage and was treated with the upmost respect. The entire team in the dealership were friendly and helpful. I purchased a Ford pickup that was 10 years old that was sold without warranty in December 2015. It was to have some work done on the body. In Febuary, Jackson called to see" how it was doing for me". When was the last time a salesman called you about a used vehicle, let alone one that was that old. I told him fine but about a month later a spot was missed by the body shop . I took it back to Jackson to show him what had happened. He got on it , set up a date , got a loaner for me and had it fixed!! I would recommend Jackson and the dealership to anyone!!

I didn't start out to buy a car that day. I had originally been to another dealership to check out leasing. Amy at Kia sat down with me and explained the pros and cons of leasing. After about the fourth time and lots of patience, I finally got it and realized that this was not for me. She was informative, friendly and made me feel like family. She then worked very hard to find just the right car for me. Keri Ginter, super sales assistant of the year, would go out in the rain and bring cars off the lot to test drive. After the fourth test drive, I decided on a car. Amy gave me the best deal that she could. From then on Keri was with me from start to finish. Keri preceded with the paper work with the utmost expediency. Keri was very caring, knowledgeable and willing to do anything to make sure I was happy with my buying experience. I couldn't have ask for a nicer, sweeter person to work with and who also made me feel like family. The next day I talked with April because you always think you could have got a better deal. April, being the kind, professional and diplomatic person that she is, explained the reasoning behind the quote that Amy gave me and I was then satisfied with my deal. So if you decide to buy a used or new car, please remember these four things: 1. Mike Finnin Kia is the place to go. If they don't have it, they will find it and will deal with you. 2. Keri Ginter is the sales person you want, always professional and willing to do anything to help. 3. April and Amy are always there to provide additional help. 4. We just purchased a vehicle from Keri Ginter at Mike Finnin Kia and what a great experience it was! We had stopped in some time ago looking for a vehicle. She took our information and was in regular contact with us until she found us something that fit what we were looking for. The buying process was completely painless and the purchase price very fair. Keri provided me with a tour of the service area of the store. This was one of the cleanest more organized service centers I have ever been in. She has since continued to follow up with us to make certain that everything good with our purchase. April, Amy, and Keri were excellent to work with. I am a decisive person and really breezed through the process. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable with what was being discussed during my purchase. They treated my daughter and me respectfully and we both left feeling like this would be the place to buy the next car as well!
