Royce and Alex were absolutely the most professional people and upfront with all aspects of the process in buying my Ram. I had a horrible experience at Sarasota Ford the previous night. Royce went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted and made it look easy. Jason in finance was helpful with warranty and gap questions. Made sure I had all paperwork to get my money for old gap insurance on the previous vehicle. Again thank you so much Firkins for the complete professionalism I was given. This will be where I do my business.

I believe the thought of having to take your vehicle, for any reason, to a car dealership, is one most of us dread. However, I must give a big shout out to Firkins Chrysler. From the first person I spoke to, who then rightfully transferred me twice (in order to answer a question and then make an appointment), all the way through the process to getting a result...EVERYONE was fabulous. When I arrived, I was immediately pointed in the right direction. I found my guy, and then realized that I was in the best hands. What a pleasure it was to work with John Orr. He has a great personal customer service touch. He was a lovely young man. Super friendly. Very informative. Made sure to relay possible issues if all didn't go to plan. (I LOVE that, as I'm someone who likes to know all of the options or issues.) It took an hour from arrival to departure, but that was expected. Firkins is doing something right, as the employees are making the experience as pain-free as possible. I suggest they ALL get a raise!!!

Always makes sure I'm happy and satisfied with my repairs. No gimmicks. No surprise extra costs. He lets you know up front what it's going to cost you, and what is wrong with your vehicle. He makes sure my vehicle runs right, and that I'm happy. The repair techs are also great! They know what they're doing. If you need you Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, or Mitsubishi (they sell them also next door) serviced, go see Joe!

Firkins to start off with they have great customer service and just all around really good people.😷 if you've been there before and I've been going there for over 3 years if you have a technician representative that you like you can request to have that representative when you come back for work again. Always willing to listen which is nice. Even in parts the people are Great they'll take the Time and Care to make sure the little extras you want for your car are right. Even when picking your car up and checking out you don't need to wander around the parking lots. Just hop onto the golf cart and you will be driven to your car. Also I must mention that during this time in life where all precautions need to be heeded. Firkins seems to be doing their job to make sure you feel safe.😷👍

We recently had to turn in my mom's lease Jeep early because she wasn't t able drive anymore. Chris Richardson was our representative to help us do that. He not only was helping us turn the vehicle in but to end the lease without paying any out of pocket expenses. He was a Godsend and suggested an option that we were unawares and it worked out better than we could have expected. He was a Godsend! Chris goes beyond expectations to take care of his customers. It was the best experience we had at a care dealership where you're most often not confidence they are honest brokers. Chris was that and much more - he was not only professional but conscientious and compassionate. Did everything he promised he would do. It was the first time I felt good after leaving a dealership. If you're looking for a Jeep, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't have Chris Richardson to be your sales representative at Firkins. He was wonderful and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Chris!

I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee SRT with a tow package. I towed my jet ski with no trailer lights 1 hour to the nearest jet ski dealer. Across the street was Firkins so I pulled in to see if they could test it to see if the problem was with the jeep. No cars were in the service bay and about 6 or 7 men were standing around. No one approached me so I flagged one down and explained my problem. He talked to another guy who told me the service department closed in an hour and a half so I'd have to make an appointment and come back another day. I just need it checked not fixed I explained. Sorry you have to make an appointment. So I left

Scott Betti, Fred Noyse, Royce Oliver and Jason Byram have been great with us the past 2 times we have needed to purchase a car. We bought our first car with their help 2 years ago and today we bought our second car, my son's first from them again. Scott is very pleasant, personable, honest, hard-working and no-pressure salesman. He knows his inventory and cars. He can answer any question you have about the cars he has on the lot and pretty much most other cars in the market. We didn't feel stressed, worn-out or worn-down after our shopping experiences with Scott. He gave the space and time we needed to arrive at our own decisions without any pressure on his part. At the same time, the customer care representatives at Firkins stayed in touch with us so we didn't feel neglected either. I think it's just a very well-managed and smartly-run business because they have a great inventory and selection, new or used; they compete price-wise and their service is second to none!

Excellent experience from the time we walked in. We were greeted by the receptionist and brought right to our sales representative for our appointment. We were greeted by all that came in eye contact. We were offered coffee, water or soft drinks. Scott our sales representative asked what we were looking for and brought us to see several models and we took one for a test drive. Not a lot of high pressure.

Was notified to bring our car in for a recall. Was taken care of as soon as I drove up. Was told it would take about an hour. Went to the waiting room and found coffee and donuts plus French Vinilla creamers. One hour later my name was called and the car was ready. All of my car needs will be done Firkins in the future.

We are from Virginia & were in the area for vacation. We were upgrading in the Jeep line to a 2016 Jeep. Requirements were that we purchase a towable vehicle to use with our Motorhome. We phoned a relative in the area that stated Firkins was the best dealership in the area but specifically told us to deal with Teresa Stevens. She was extremely knowledgeable about the brand & what we could or could not use with a tow package. Firkins didn't have the exact Cherokee Lattitude that we chose but Teresa found one & had it delivered within 48 hours. This was a no hassel, no flaw process. I would buy another vehicle from these individuals if the situation presents itself!

We had contacted the dealer through the internet and let them know about when we would be visiting. They were very flexible and asked that we call when we were about 10 to 15 minutes away. We made the call and they had a salesman waiting for us when we got there. We explained exactly what we had looked at on the internet and what our budget was and that we needed our trade in appraised. First thing they did was start the appraisal process while we looked at Wranglers. Once the appraisal was done and we had looked at the Wrangler we wanted, the buying process was easy. There was no high pressure, pushy techniques. We just walked through the process and came to a price we could agree on and were done. The car was prepped while we waited and we drove it off the lot. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and responsive. Great deal, great buying experience, great dealership. Joshewa Vest was our sales rep and he was with us through the whole process answering questions, getting additional information, etc... The trade in value was fair and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of.

Just one big shock, the replacement of the right side front head light bulb of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was $331.94 (tax and labor included).Where is the time that a light bulb was a few $ and you could do this yourself? The only reason not to give 5 stars is the ridiculous price of this light bulb.

This would have been a five star review if it hadn't been for minor problems after the final sale of the Town & Country Van involving the sticker price info and the headset not being left in the car. I still had not received the headset after sending many e-mail requests. When I took the car in for the first service, I told Matt I wanted to see someone in Customer Service. He asked what the problem was and said he would handle it. He did and was very courteous in doing so even though that should not have been his responsibility. Thank you, Matt, for your help.

This is not the only dealership I visited but the professional and courteous greeting and presentation of facts and figures was superior to other dealerships. My salesman (Patrick Eagan) was the real difference maker. His knowledge and personality made buying a new car a comfortable experience. Most mentionable was how Patrick went step by step through the set-up and delivery information when I took delivery.

While waiting for my oil change, my daughter & I spoke to Mike Boykin about a vehicle. I told him that we can't do anything now, but he took the time to talk to my daughter anyway. Firkins will be my go-to next time I need a vehicle. When my 2004 Chevy Tahoe finally but suddenly quit, I submitted three or four finance applications online, immediately, and John Nicholson (my write-in, below) was first to reply. He got me into the office the next morning and, two hours later, had me driving off the lot in a cute, gas saving 2012 Nissan Versa. My credit isn't spotless and time was short so I'm impressed! John & staff were very friendly and the team worked quickly for me. Go to Firkins if you want the task of buying a new car over with and you want to walk (drive) away feeling confident.

I was searching for a 2014/2015 Dodge Durango to replace my 2012. I found two almost identical cars listed on the web in the colors I was looking for. I pulled my own car fax report and saw that both have been there since March. I sent an email and got a scripted response back, you could tell nobody read my email. We exchanged several emails back and forth, all of them were confirming appointments and confirming that both cars were still there. We live in north Pinellas County and the trip there is over an hour each way so I confirmed on Friday night they were there, but somehow when I got there on Saturday both cars were sold. I went to the GSM and there was not a record of a sale of either car the previous day or week for that matter???? I would beware of anything they said to you! These are the things that give all car dealers a bad name, when in fact most are actually good. It's just the few like Firkins and their employees that keep the poor car business reputation going.

Collision Center is extremely unorganized and the dealership lies. Do not trust your vehicle repair needs to this dealer. I could not get anyone to return my phone calls nor my emails. That is sad when the collision center manager completely blows you off. This dealer likes to pride itself that is a factory certified repair center. This place is full of liars and cheats. I had my insurance company cancel my repair order because after a week of sitting on their promises, nothing had been done with my vehicle. If you want lied to and the run around then by all means use this dealer. I for one chose not to and would advise against anyone using this dealership for their collision needs. I had my insurance company drop this place as a preferred provider because of the way I was treated. Bud Hoshaw, Carmelo Torres, Christ Hunt. Liars and more Liars. Don not trust!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Just a thank you to the service department for taking care of my car when the check engine light came on,I called made an appt they checked it out and found out what was wrong they had the part in stock,and fixed my car.I have been buying my cars at FIRKIN'S for years now and ONLY get them serviced there.I have sent my family and friends there and will continue to do so,very friendly customer service not only the service department but also in sales,parts and the body shop.

Took my 2009 Dodge Caravan into Firkins because it would not start all the time, it would just click when turning over. Two days later they told me it was the battery with corroded cables that cost $195.63 car rental was $118.21Over the weekend had trouble with my van so Monday took back in which is 2 miles from my house and all the sudden out of the blue my van is over heating and still had same starting problem. Two days later my bill is $567.25 they said I needed a radiator hose and service on my coolant system flushing, presser test, new fluid. And dont forget car rental again. Next day my van would not start so I decided to ask around for a reputable Mechanic was told to take it to Keillys on Cortez in Bradenton. First there was no car rental because they had a free shuttle service no matter where I wanted to go even to the beach. They found that all I had was a loose wire my total bill was $57.51The reason why I wrote this review is because Keillys took pictures for me and looked over my bill and proved to me that Firkins did not complete all the work or replace the parts they billed me for. Actually they said I had 1.8 hours worth of work wrote on my bill from Chrysler so I asked Joe Murray at Chrysler what they charge per hour he said it ranges from $60.00 to $100.00 per hour so even that is a lie. Yes Firkins is all nice and polite but to take advantage of people like that is not right.

Three months after purchasing my new 2013 Nissan Sentra, I was unfortunately in an accident that caused extensive damage to my passenger side and rear axle. Being that the Firkins Dealership has a Nissan Certified Collision Center, it was a natural thought to have it repaired there. After about three months of my car being in the shop and me being in a rental that is in no way comparable to my own car, I am told that my car is ready, so my brother (a former auto body detailer and lifelong car enthusiast) and I go to pick it up. Unfortunately as we had dreaded, our standards were not met with multiple small cosmetic details that should not be apparent on a brand new car. Parts were ordered and I was sent on my way with my car with an appointment in the near future to have them taken care of. That evening my car died and would not start in my driveway. Missing work, the next day I had the car towed back to the body shop to be looked at. They can not explain what happened and essentially blame it on the staff at the Nissan Dealership for doing something wrong while checking a computer code, and now all of the sudden I need a new fuel pump. Another month of waiting for the part to arrive, during which I paid an unexpected visit to the shop to see how things were going. I was previously told that all the cosmetic issues we had discussed had been complete and we were only waiting for the pump. When I arrived not only were barely any of the cosmetic issues dealt with and it seemed as though my car had been sitting in the same spot the whole time, I also happened to find a rusty razor blade stuck to the top of my new car with a large rust spot around it.Miraculously, after my visit that friday, the part is in and my car is ready for me to pick up on wednesday. All seems well except for yet another cosmetic detail that was not present the last time I saw my car that is scheduled to be dealt with within the next few weeks which meant I would have to yet again inconvenience myself and bring the car back on my day off. After a day of driving a loud vibration begins to resonate from the dashboard anytime I put my foot on the gas. An appointment is scheduled for monday, I am provided with yet another rental car. The monday appointment goes well, the vibration was a minor detail and I was even surprised to find that they took care of the cosmetic detail I had pointed out at our last meeting.My brother was not able to attend the final pick up with me, but upon seeing the car he was able to point out yet again, multiple cosmetic details that are ammature mistakes in the auto body world (painting and sanding while trim is on, causing scratches on my chrome and paint where paint should not be, tape lines and uneven clear coat, Sloppily installed parts, uneven buffing causing unattractive swirls in the finish)While any average Joe may not notice the issues or think that they are a big deal. But being that my BRAND NEW car that I have owned for seven months, four of which I was paying payments on a car that was in the shop, I expected perfection and was extremely let down. While the staff at the collision center is very nice, it does not make up for the ammature, sub par work we received. My brother even went so far as to say that if he were the manager that he would be embarassed by the work that was done on my car.

we came into your dealership on 05/12/12 not really shopping for a car because we wanted to more because we had to my wife was in a car accident 3 weeks prior and totaled her car so as you could imagine we weren't really looking forward to countless hours of shopping for a car,however once at your dealership we were approached by Rose and she informed us she had only been there a short while and was still learning and we would just like to say she was great,what ever questions we had that she didnt know she quickly found out and thats where brian came in he stepped in answered everything we needed to know,then it came down to our credit which at this time isn't so great so we were thinking we would have to go through the buy here pay here program that you offered so they went over all of that with us and the amount of money needed down we could not afford at this time,thats when your wonderful manager Royce stepped in and said lets give regular finacing a try it cant hurt, so we did and now we own our new hummer and could not be happier every thing went quick and smooth,Rose was a great sales person not only was she helpful with the sale,it was like we known her forever,as well was Brain so we would just like to tell you that you have a great team there and they all sure did thier part we felt right at home not once were we pushed or made to feel uncomfortable we had the best service we have ever had at any dealership we have been in. We will for sure tell all our family and friends where to go when they are in need of a new car once again Thank you! Paul Willis

My husband and I had purchased our first Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004 at Firkins. We were never disappointed with our decision to do so. We had a great experience then and were treated excellent. Never had any problems with our Jeep and performed great. This time going back to purchase a new vehicle we hoped to have the same treatment. It was even better. In meeting Scott Tierney in sales he really knew his stuff. He didn't rush us, he explained everything to our satisfaction, never swayed us one way or another. This man is full of information and stats on every car on the lot. Let me tell you, buying a new car is one of my husbands worst favorite things to do. He hates being pressured and cringes when salesmen approach him. He absolutely thought the world of Scott. We were looking to go maybe a little smaller than our Grand Cherokee. We settled on a Jeep Compass 2011. It is perfect for our needs. We have the had the Jeep for 2 weeks now and are very happy with our purchase.I would not hesitate to recommend Firkins to my family or any friends.

I came in for an Oil change. Had previously stopped to make an appointment 2 weeksprior. Joe Murray did not write anything down, he knew me personally and uponarriving for the service it went perfectly. i was in and out in nothing flat. What a great experience. Joe is a great employee. This dealership was awesome! They had the largest selection of Jeep Wranglers that I have seen in one place. The sales manager knew we were in a bit of a rush since we were intown for my kids' spring break and we needed to check in to our hotel. The dealership expedited the sales process ansd we were driving off in our new jeep in no time! When my husband went back to get help with taking the top and sides off, the sales team showed him the whole process, twice!! I would defintely buy another car from Firkins!
