I would like to commend the Firmin Ford Dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! William Hill was the salesman that we dealt with. He was exceptional to deal with in the purchase of my truck. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. His "non pressure" selling approach was very much appreciated. I have never been to a dealership where EVERYONE was so friendly and personable. The person in finance was very nice as well. I was introduced to the Service Department and was equally impressed with the Service Department operation. Overall, I must say, this is the most positive experience I have every encountered in purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend William Hill's expertise to anyone who is in the market for a used or new vehicle. Very positive experience! HIGHLY recommend FIRMIN FORD DEALERSHIP!! Thanks!

Bought a 2011 explorer explorer from Firmin. David and Bob were great to deal with. Very fair price on my trade in. No pressure to buy and easy going friendly staff. Financing was A easy process and my paper work was ready to sign when I arrived. Car was clean and after going over Car I was in and out in no time. I usually despise going to car lots because of the pressure and staff pushing you but my experience here was not like that. I will give them a chance on my next purchase and hope it is as good as this experience.

I had inquired about purchasing a used 2012 Ford Mustang GT from Firmin Ford via emails/text from Salesman Mr.Bob Pace. After we agreed upon a price I was told the car needed to go to the body shop for a dent repair. I was contacted by Mr. Pace after the car was repaired and we set a date (not time) for purchase/pick-up of car. On my way to pick up the car and I admit i was running late due to not taking in consideration of the traffic during that time of day when received a call from the Dealership. The person on the phone asked me to hang on (i assume he was calling for Mr. Pace). I was in a remote area of Edgefield County SC and I lost connection with my cell phone and could not immediatley call him back. When my service returned I received a text and it reads as follows: "I thought you were a man of your word but i see you are not you could at least told me you didn't want the car". When I received this text it just didn't make me very happy and I turn around and headed home. I may be wrong but I feel the test or tone of the text was very unproffesional. Anyway I will take my business elsewhere.

Don't pass up the chance of checking this dealer out - They will work hard to do you right! I'd like to explain each rated section in detail in order to help you better understand what a top notch business FIRMIN FORD is! Customer service: I was able to speak directly to Mr. Firmin himself throughout the purchasing process. There was no pressure for me to buy at all. The Internet sales representative, Zeke, was very thorough and ran me several numbers on all of my trade and purchase scenarios - very helpful! Mr. Firmin also personally helped me work through some different financing possibilities. I unfortunately had some minor problems with my used car purchase about a month or so after my family bought the vehicle. I was out of state when this occurred, but check this out --- I called Mr. Firmin and personally discussed my predicament with him and worked towards a fair solution with him. Not only was he encouraging through the process, but he also helped out financially with the repairs even though I was out of state! I don't think you can get better customer service than that! Buying Process: Smooth. It was honestly the easiest and most efficient car deal I've made. I've worked with some other local dealers recently, and Firmin Ford is head and shoulders above their competition. No annoying waiting games or tricks. Ever spent an hour signing annoying paperwork for a large purchase at the end of the deal where the finance guy tries to up sell you at every twist and turn - NOT HERE. I was done in 10-15 minutes and shocked at how smooth the process was for me and my family. Quality of Repairs: I didn't have repairs done at Firmin Ford, but like I mentioned before, Mr. Firmin personally assisted me in getting the repair I needed out of state! Also, I would not hesitate to take my car to Firmin Ford for repairs or general maintenance for any of my vehicles. Facilities: Wow, remodeled building inside and out! The building looks sleek, sharp, and classy. The lot is small enough to walk, yet roomy enough that you can enjoy walking around cars without feeling cramped. Buying a car is such a big decision and emotions can play such a large part. The facts are these, if you're looking for a solid trade value on your current vehicle and want to purchase a car that is priced right, then Firmin Ford should be at the very top of your list. Not only will their buying process be efficient and enjoyable, but you can trust that Mr. Firmin himself will see to it personally that you will be dealt with professionally and courteously throughout the entire process and beyond. If you purchase a vehicle from Firmin Ford, you can trust you made the right decision, and my guess is that you'll be a customer for life.

We are extremely happy with our purchase of the 2011 ford Focus from Firman Ford. Our experience was awesome and we were NOT pressured into a purchase like many dealers today do. Our salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. We are very happy with Firman Ford and have referred many friends and co-workers there. We will buy our next vehicle there also! GREAT JOB!!!!

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Firmin Ford. I often highly recommend this dealership to friends looking for a new or used car. I have used their service department when needed for oil changes or repairs. The service is awesome, fast, and I never have to worry about the honesty of the repair!

What do we really want in a car dealer? Or in a place which works on our cars? We want to be able to trust them! Engines-- and for that matter onboard technology-- are now so complicated that most of us know very little about them, so we are at the mercy of someone selling us a car (or repairing our car). In my ten years in Greenwood, both of my children have become drivers, so we've had as many as four cars (and trucks and SUVs) at one time. During that decade, we have had a total of nine vehicles, and they have all come from Firmin Ford. The price is always good and the trade-in allowance generous. They also do all of our repair work, which is reasonably priced and completed in a timely fashion. Perhaps the best testament to Firmin Ford is that after our daughter got married and moved to North Carolina, when she got ready to buy a car, she came back to Firmin Ford! Like her mother and me, she has learned that Firmin Ford means a good deal from a trustworthy dealer.

I was the one that had the 2007 KIA for 3 days and it messed up and I finally got my Nissan today after Mr. Firmin got in middle of the problem. I wish I could have talked to him when This first happened because he was the one to help me get another car. Thanks Mr. Firmin. You are a great guy and my Hero.

My wife and I had been looking to purchase an SUV for some time now. A friend at work mentioned Firman Ford as a good place to do business with. He was certainly right about that! We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Zeke, the salesman. Not pushy at all. We just told him what we were looking for and he found the perfect vehicle for us at a dealership in Myrtle Beach. He had it brought to Laurens, and we picked it up from there. At the time of pickup, Zeke went into great detail explaining the features on our particular car. Our financing was through Founders Credit Union. We are both very happy with our new vehicle and highly recommend Firman Ford!

First off let me just say, that they have a jam up service staff here at Firmin Ford. A gentleman by the name of Tim called me personally to keep me informed on the status of how the repairs were coming along. Never have I seen this before. Most dealerships or auto-body shops just call you to tell you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up and how much it will be. This is really helpful because on one specific occasion it was going to take more than on day to complete the repair (They had also already mentioned to me that this may be the case), and so by Tim keeping me updated I was able to make arrangements for them to keep the vehicle another day to finish the repairs. I will definitely keep taking my vehicle back to them for any future repairs that may be needed.

I recently purchased a used 2002 Ford Focus SE from Firmin Ford, and had a great experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that none of the sales men were pushy like you find at some dealerships. The sales man who helped me out answered all of my questions that I had about the car, and made the whole process a breeze. I will definitely come back here again next time I need a new car.

I have purchased all of my vehicles from Firmin Ford for the quality of service I continue to receive. My first two purchases were used cars of which I never had any problems with. My current vehicle, Ford F-150 I bought brand new. I will continue to use Firmin Ford as my dealership of choice because they continue to go out of their way to help you. I was a first time buyer when I bought my first vehicle from them and since then I have purchased two more. I cannot say enough about the establishment.

I purchased a 2013 new ford Explorer. I shopped and found this to be the most friendly dealer in the area. I love my new explorer and would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Firman ford. The staff was extremely friendly and did not pressure me in any way. Perhaps the best was they took time after the sale to review all options on the vehicle and showed me how everything works. I love the sync system. I highly recommend ford and firman ford!

Unfortunately my wife & I purchased a car from Firmin Ford. We ended up getting a bill from the state for unpaid tax. The state threatened to suspend my driver's license if it wasn't paid immediately. (According to our verbal agreement, Firmin Ford should have paid this!) Worse, the car recently got caught up in the middle of a 3 car accident. While investigating why the air-bag didn't deploy we learned it had been in a previous accident and repaired WITHOUT REPLACING THE AIRBAG! This did not show up on the Carfax. Buyer Beware!

I have not purchased a vehicle through this dealership, but I have worked with their parts department. I have a 2005 F 150 that was in need a back seatbelt. Not being very modern car savy I had two other repair shops in the Clinton area tell me it would be a 200 dollar item with two hours labor to put it. It was upwards of 390 dollars to include parts and labor, for a seatbelt!. Firmin was reccomended by a friend, I called them up and they got me the OEM seatbelt for 180 dollars and explained to me how to put it in. I picked up the belt and had it in in 30 minutes. I then needed a gas cap and a possible replacement key fob. They put the battery in the key fob for 4 bucks in two minutes. Gas cap was 25 bucks. Not bad for under 30 bucks total. Online gas caps were going for 19-40 bucks plus shipping. I can't speak of their sales department, but the parts guys seemed honest and seemed to care more establishing a customer then making the sale. I plan on getting my 100k service done there soon, I suspect no issues.

I bought a truck from Firmin Ford in December 2012. Unfortunately, they very next day i tried to return it as it did not have the gearing I needed in it; however, they would not allow me to do so, and I believe it was because they were more concerned about loosing a sell than making a customer happy. I pull a heavy boat and needed lower gearing than what came in the truck. To be honest, it was an oversight on my part, but the fact that they were unwilling to help me out is completely unacceptable. I will never buy another vehicle from them. For everyone else, I would be cautious about buying a vehicle from them unless you are 100% sure you know what you are buying. It still frustrates me to no end that the upper management would not allow me to return a brand new 2013 F-150 less than 24 hrs after I had purchased it. They told me that there was no way they would be able to sell my truck as new again, and they I would have to trade it in if I needed something else. I believe that to be a complete and utter lie. If all Ford dealers behave in this manner, Ford is going to be in serious trouble. I really like my truck, but unfortunately I have to pull my boat with a borrowed truck. This is the first Ford i have ever owned and it will be the last. Thanks Firmin, I won't make the same mistake twice.

F350 diesel broken down while visiting the area. I suspected the EGR valve and confirmed with my own code scan tool. Had it towed to Firmin Ford on Friday morning. Alison told me their diesel mechanic only works three days a week and was not there. Someone would look at it Monday, get parts on Tuesday (would have to order), and could be ready Wednesday. Wesley was tow truck driver and mechanic who changed the valve - very nice guy. He researched Ford TSBs and used the Ford hot line seeking to determine why the EGR had failed. I spoke with him twice. I phoned Alison Wednesday morning and she didn't know if the parts had come in yet but said she would find out and call right back. She never called. Early afternoon I stopped by and spoke with Wesley who had replaced the valve but was still researching possible causes. I told them I really needed it fixed so I could leave the following morning. I phoned again at 3:30 PM and Alison said she was doing the paperwork. Overall they got it done on Wednesday but an EGR valve should be stocked (common problem on Ford 6.0 diesels) and replacing it should be a 20 minute job, plus I felt they could have kept me better informed.
