I have known these gentlemen for years and have purchased a car from them i have had it a year now and no problems what so ever. Right out the gate elie was a lot of help he detailed the car ..new breaks..new top of the line tires...he did a lot of favors that a lot of dealers didnt want to do for me. The radio had a cd problem that we both didnt know but it was a common problem in the car and he set up an appointment for me and had it fix no charge. Anything i needed he always bent over backwards and helped me cut coast where it helped. First class has been a great help and fully satisfied i will never look no where else what ever you need he can find it.

first class auto got me into the car I wanted and gave me a great interest rate. everyone was every kind and helpful. ever since I drove off the lot with my car I never had a single problem. id strongly recommend buying at first class auto and I will be coming back for my 2nd car

Was looking for a Mercedes S550. Had plenty of options on the lot. Wanted a specific color with certain features. Eli & Sam at first class auto made it happen. Got me exactly what I was looking for. Driving this S550 is a dream come true. Love it! First Class couldn't of made my overall experience any better. These guys are professional & the help there is so courteous. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND! Sam, Eli thank you so very much. My second Mercedes I've purchased from the family business. I'll continue to do business with these gentlemen for years to come.

We just completed our best ever car buying experience thanks to Sam and the First Class team. We found the car we wanted at a fair price without the drama we had experienced at other dealers. Sam's expertise, patience guidance and clear communications made for a pleasant experience without any surprises. We highly recommend First Auto and will definitely be using them in the future.

When a business gives exceptional service, I feel its worth noting, as most will only take the time when something horrible happens. At first I was a little skeptical about buying a vehicle online, but the end result was, I have never had a better car vehicle purchase/experience than I had with First Class Auto! They made the process so easy especially for being out of state. Within two hours they faxed the necessary paperwork that my bank required for financing. Because I was 5 hours a way, I just wanted to make one trip to pick up the vehicle. They reassured me if the vehicle wasn't what I wanted when I got there, they would give me my deposit back,( that I gave via phone). The vehicle was actually better when I got there. The pictures hadn't done full justice! Within a half hour of getting there, I was already driving back home! Doesn't get much better than that! Price was $4000.00 below of what it was in areas close to my hometown in N.H. I would highly recommend this dealership! Honest, Professional, No pressure! Was it worth the 5 hour drive? Absolutely!

I was in the market for a winter vehicle and traded in my smaller car. I am very impressed with this dealer. They made the buying process so easy, I learned a lot, and they never pressured me into buying anything. I felt like VIP from start to finish. I am very happy with my vehicle and I see myself and my family members buying more cars from them in the future.

First time visiting this dealer. We stopped there to look at a few cars we viewed on their website. They had some new arrivals that we liked. Test drove a few there and went on to look at other cars. After visiting seven other dealers and driving several different cars, we came back to First Class and made an offer. We were treated fairly and given a good price on our trade in. The day I went to pick up the car, Sam told me they sent it out for some issues I hadn't noticed. He wanted the car to be "right" when I took delivery. Very pleased with the attention to detail during the delivery of my vehicle. Service after the sale has been just as good. They make me feel comfortable walking back into the dealership. Doug and Sam will be the reason I start my next search for a vehicle at First Class Auto.

Was an out of town (1000+/- miles away) buyer who completed all the paperwork and "bought" the car over phone conversations and through emails. Did not "see" the car until I flew up to hand deliver the check and presumably drive it home. I was NOT disappointed. The car was exactly as advertised. Sam and Doug were great to deal with throughout the entire experience. They went out of their way to ensure the car was clean, safe and ready for me to drive back. By far, the best overall car buying experience I have ever had. Great people selling a great product.

I recently bought a vehicle from the guys at First Class auto and they couldn't have made the process any easier. Eli and Sam were very helpful in finding me the vehicle I was looking for and took care of everything, making the whole buying experience very enjoyable. This is the second vehicle I've bought from First Class and I always recommend them to my friends and coworkers.
