This dealer does not answer its emails I must have sent them 5 emails over a week and they did not answer any of them. I went to there auction and wanted to see a car that they advertised on Cars.com and no one there would show me where the car was.

Overall experience was good. I wish the dealer would have put pictures on the website of the tires showing that they were very worn. We drove many many miles to pick up the X3 we purchased also in terrible weather conditions (snow and ice) and not having good tires made things bad going home. Our salesman as well as the finance person were both very professional and did as much as they could to make my wife and I happy.

They NEVER got back to me on any of my email requests. Most ads say "email for price" or "email for miles" and they never respond. I'd like to buy something from them as it looks like they have some deals it looks like you have to hang on a phone with them or go there personally???

I need a car and they sell them. Thought it was pretty simple, I asked about scheduling a test drive just like the video on their site states you can do. The woman said I couldn't test drive. I asked about miles she didn't know any of that information, or accident history or mechanical issues. I emailed them and 3 days later still no response. I'm not driving 100 miles to find out the car is a complete lemon. I was told by my mechanic to stay away from them, I still tired, now I won't.

Very good customer service. Got a pretty good deal.. Recommended dealer for everyone. The customer service was great! Very friendly and professional. Gave us the keys to the vehicle for a test and told us to take our time. The only thing was they stick to their price, I understand the fact they need to make money, therefore I'm not going to give them a bad rating for that. Great experience, just couldn't agree on the price!

I called about a van I was interested in buying to see if it was still on their lot before making the 2 hour drive to see it. I recited as much vehicle information as I could, including the make, model, year, and stock number. Instead of an answer to my question, I was given a list of their hours and told that all their transactions were in cash so I should make sure I brought cash. I gave up and took my business elsewhere. I thought that was the end of it, but now they're spam calling me and hanging up as soon as I answer (after one ring, on the last call). I called them back and asked them to stop calling, and I was told that I would have to tell the next person who called me to take me off their list, even though they hang up as soon as I answer. I'm not slow to answer the phone, and I don't ask much of dealers. However, based on this experience over the phone, I would highly recommend anyone considering a purchase from First Marshall to find another vehicle at another dealer.

Lou owns several dealerships in the area, but was always there when we contacted them. He had a warm, funny personality. It was a refreshing experience, in that we felt like he wasn't trying to impress, but rather just said exactly what he could and could not do. If you can deal with a less than glamorous facility, it seems like a great place to buy a car. We didn't end up buying the car, but like Lou and his employees.

The staff was very nice and professional. Khaldoon was willing to lower the prices on the cars We wanted. Everyone was friendly and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions and relieved any concerns I had with the car i purchased. I was very happy overall with the whole experience. staff is nice, dealership was clean and the whole experience went smoothly. I will definitely refer family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to get another vehicle from here. They make you feel very welcomed. It's all small gestures I'd buy from them again. I encourage everyone who goes to the auction to read the rules on the bidder card before you bid in anything. Deposit is not refundable. There are at least three fees you must pay in addition to your bid price. Also, bring a chair and a lot of patience. You have to stay until the end if you bid on a vehicle. And it's a couple more hours after that to finalize purchase. My feet still hurt. The car we bought is decent though. Really high miles, but still good shape for price we paid.

We drove 3 hours from Indiana came to South Chicago . We had minor complications with finding cars. The inventory is very large. The staff was very friendly and helped us with finding the right cars. So I had to test many vehicles to find the right fit. The Salesman Aatef had no problems showing me many cars and finding good cars . The pricing was very fair and you pay for what you get. The general manager Mr. Khaldoon was very helpful and personally with us . There was no pressure in buying anything was awesome to bids with . If you are looking for a decent cars at a decent price I would strongly recommend this auction .

I've never been to an auction before, it was a little intimidating, I bid on the car I wanted and got it! I can't believe that I've been paying retail prices for automobiles my whole life. I bought a Mazda CX7, feels like it's in really good condition. If I had to replace the engine, I would still pay less than if I were to buy it at a dearlership.lol... Very Happy!!

they advertise vehicles with great mileage/prices to get you into thier auction. most of the time they DO NOT have the advertised vehicle all the tim they tell you many different stories to get you thier and keep you there. In my case I called and was told the vehicle was available and to come on down. When I got there I was informed by a rather unfriendly rent a cop that everything happens at 5pm so I returned at 5PM and then was told that I need to register for the auction (the ad had a price to by directly) and was told to go into the storage lot, look for the vehicle and wait for a salesman.Not only was the vehicle not in the lot but no sales rep showed up! then after asking another employee about the vehicle they told me to wait until the auction started and ask one of the floor sales people to show you the vehicle because it was in a different lot then the auction vehicles! after asking 3 different sales reps who basically ignored me and the 15 other people there to by advertised vehicles I was led to another area as if the sales rep was going to show me the vehicle (FINALLY) but to my surprize I was told that he didn't like my attitude and that I had to leave!?! Cash in pocket ready to by a vehicle and they didn't want to sell me one because i wasn't going to buy an auction car!!!

Nothing about this place made sense. I emailed the establishment and it took more than a week to get a response. I received a call from a pleasant lady whom I told I would be coming in from Michigan. I asked about the preview times and was told 5 - 6 pm on Wednesday and 12-1 on Saturday. I arrived on the stated Saturday at 12 pm with the printed ads of the cars of my choices and was told that the viewing time was actually 11 am to 12 pm. I was then told that I must have misunderstood (really - knowing that I had a 90 minute drive surely encouraged me to get the times right). I was quickly directed to register and then slightly guided into the auction building. When I attempted to inquire about the availability of the ads I was holding, the not-so-nice guide told me, he didn't know, he just dealt with the registration. Once in the building, I realized that the orchestration and organization of this event was poor at best. After 5 minutes of "bobbing" and "weaving", my daughter and I of 5' 2" soon realized that we would never see a vehicle pass through the auction hall. This was by far, the worst purchase experience we never had.

I emailed them several times to get more information on a vehicle. They will not return a email. They will only contact you via phone. They called while I was at work, so I returned there call. They lady I talked to was nice but didn't answer any of my questions. Couldn't tell me how many miles on the vehicle or anything else other then it was still for sale and they they deal with a lot repossessions. I asked her to please try to find out the miles, and such as I live 9hrs away from them, and didn't want to waste my time driving there, but she told me that they don't have that info. I have never heard of someone trying to sell vehicle either private or dealership that couldn't tell a potential buyer how many miles the vehicle had on it. I ended up get a subscription to CARFAX and running the VIN number to find out more on the vehicle. I still am looking and still considering looking at this place as there prices seem to be pretty reasonable if I don't find anything closer first.

I saw their ad online. They had a truck advertised. I called to ask if the truck was still available. I gave the receptionist the stock number and she said it was for sure there. So I drove an hour and 30 minutes there. I stood and watched all the cars go through for two hours and 30 minutes. I asked about the truck, a guy told me they sold it two weeks earlier. I explained that the receptionist said it was there. The man then explained to me that they tell everyone the same thing to get them there so they will buy something. So then they tried to sell me a car instead of a truck. I was lied to. Told false information. I would say the quality/price of vehicles was not bad but I would not trust them or recommend them to anyone. Will never return!

I contacted them about the mileage on a vehicle that was listed, but they couldn't give me that info over the phone - they want to get you there. I was told that a lot of the vehicles are repossessed so they can't be sure if the previous owner did something to show the incorrect mileage. I called and left a message and they returned the call a couple of hours later. I hope to be able go look at a few of their vehicles.

I inquired online about this vehicle. I asked "I would like to know more about this vehicle. How many miles? Anything needing repair? (I have to drive it back to Albuquerque, NM). Does it have a tow hitch/tow package?" I was called the next day by a young lady who answered exactly 0 questions about it. Clearly, one one would have to live close to the auction to check out any vehicles, as she would answer none of my questions, and they knew I would be coming from a long way away to get there. Might be good for local folks; not really sure.
