I have honestly just had the best used car buying experience of my life at First Place Auto Sales. Jamal and Joy were an absolute joy from the first encounter to the last. They found a mechanical problem with the car we wanted and repaired it before we picked it up! We will DEFINITELY be buying more cars from them in the future. It's worth the trip from Jacksonville!

Purchased a car two years ago from them, they dropped the price for me cuz I couldn’t afford it and the car honestly held up really well for the amount of miles I quickly put on it. Never had to replace any parts. I am very happy I went with this car. I am returning today to buy another one from them!

I placed a call to this car lot on today. A guy with a Foreign accent answered the phone. I proceeded to ask about this lots financing options and types. The gentleman quickly asked how much money did I want to put down. I said 500-1000 and he said you should go to somewhere like drive time to buy a car from them and then he hung the phone on me. So I called back and the same gentleman answered. I proceeded to re- introduce myself and explain how he'd just hung up the phone on me. Which by the way he immediately denied hanging up on me. I asked him again about this lots financing options Just because I tell you that I only want to put down 500-1000 doesn't mean that I'm not open to different financing options. So he then proceeds to tell me he only has down payments of 2500 and all the others go through the bank. First I called this place after reading the reviews of how great the customer service was but clearly this has not been my experience with them. Plus none of the cars at this lot are brand new or newly used. They all have high mileage so I figured this was more of a buy here pay here lot. I just wanted cheaper options to purchase my daughter another car but I'd rather take my money and credit to a place where I am appreciated!

On line Offer was accepted on a vehicle. I was dissatisfied with vehicle upon test drive. Professional and courteous Owner Kamal Insisted I could have my mechanic check vehicle at his expense, and even offered a greater discount on an equally priced car. No pressure to buy just looking to address customer needs. Sale was easy and was out door at agreed price plus $150 licensing and state tax, NO DEALER PREP. Weeks After purchase replacement lights were ordered and installed. One of the best car buying experiences I have had.
