Just purchased a 2017 Passat SE and worked with John Green. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I had planned on buying out the lease on a 2014 Passat, but after working with John decided to purchase a new one. Luis Linero, the Sales Manager, was also extremely friendly and upfront with all of the details. This service was typical of all my experiences, fast, very polite, clear understanding of the problem I presented them with and a clear explanation of it to me. The advisor under promised the length of time to make the repair and over delivered by far. I stopped in for a minor problem which was found to be much larger, but the part was in stock so no second trip required. How much better could it have been?

Brian Stodd helped us with a purchase of an extremely well cared for and clean pre-owned 2013 Passat. The car was one of the cleanest I'd encountered in our search and the dealership was very accommodating on several levels. I have had my VW for almost 7 years and Fitzgerald Annapolis offers the quickest and most reliable service. I now drive there from DC for regular maintenance. The technicians are great and respectful of your time and wallet. They have kept my car in great shape with regular maintenance and helpful replacements to prevent more expensive fixes down the line. I also appreciate the fact that when given a rather expensive laundry list of replacements to be done, they told me which ones could wait a couple months. Their honesty and understanding will keep me coming back.

The Annapolis Fitzmall has a wonderful service department (Scott - VW) and sales staff (John). We just bought another VW from Fitzmall and John made the process run smoothly and in a timely manner. When I have gone to the service department for our other VWs- Scott is always friendly and helpful. He keeps me informed (with status updates) and explains the problem and the solution so I will understand what is going on. I would highly recommend the Annapolis dealership.

Fitzgerald is consistently professional, attentive, and personable. The representative that checked in my Passat was there at 7:45 a.m. and also at 7 p.m. when I was the final customer of the day. I hate to admit this but I accidentally took the loaner car keys home with me. The rep kindly called to inquire, stayed even later after hours, and waited for me to drive back and return the keys. I felt horrible! However, he was just as professional (and forgiving) as he had been early that morning. I was so appreciative!

Check engine light came on and I called Fitzgerald for service. I was told to bring car in on Wednesday and I asked if I could bring in on Tuesday and they said yes but no guarantees they could get to it until Wednesday. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem but were able to finish the repair on Tuesday. And not having another car available to me this was a blessing. Awesome service

I went in to buy a VW Jetta walked out with a Jett SE TSI, Ed my car dealer was great to work with. From the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot there was zero pressure. I was pricing out a few other cars and was up front with Ed about it. He told me why he thought the VW was better and I didn't feel he was just trying to sell a car but giving his honest opinion. I also work with Luis in the Finance department who was also extremely helpful and once again no pressure. Both Ed and Luis answered all my questions and were extremely helpful when it came to explaining exactly what I was paying for and what I was getting for my money.

Having service work done by Fitzgerald is as it should be: polite and friendly and professional, setting an appointment could not be any easier, the work is done quickly and estimated. The shuttle service is rapidly available and they don't make you wait while they fill the shuttle. I needed a return pickup after the service was finished, and was called twice to update me on driver's location. I was met at the entrance of the service area by my adviser, handed the papers and keys and off I went with this having taken all of twenty seconds.

My recent purchase of a new Passat TDI from Justin Beam at Fitzgerald VW was exemplary. As a seasoned sales person of large-ticket items myself, I am frequently displeased and frustrated with the incompetence of auto sales "consultants" who have little to no real sales training or knowledge of their product. Justin was an excellent sales consultant to work with. He has the knowledge of product and good personal introspective ability to know how to deal with the customer. We struck a deal that benefited both parties. A true win-win situation.

I've purchased two vehicles from Fitz. I've tried using the service department but it is frustrating. They have a nice online service appointment system but the prices on it are not accurate? No one contacts you after you have made the appointment to confirm it but they will call you that morning to tell you they can't fit you in and out that day? I have the lifetime program so I get a loaner car but I assume they try everything to avoid you actually using that feature of the program? I have nothing but good things to say about buying a used car from Fitz.

Sad to have to let the old Passat go but the experience of buying the new Jetta was painless, well except for having to pay for it. Our salesperson, Tom Asher, who we have purchased cars before from was as expected awesome, knowledgeable, good natured and a downright pleasure to work with as were Luis and the others involved in completign this purchase. Love the car, had everything we wanted that our Passat had room, loaded with accessories, sunroof and heated seats (wife requirements) at a substantially lower cost than the Passat. There was never an instance where I felt (as I usually do with sales people) like I was being led into something I never wanted in the first place. I've always HATED dealing with car salesman and I can honestly say there was never an instance where I had the slightest hint of that resentment in my dealings with Brian and the rest of the Fitzgerald sales team. I did my research beforehand and their posted prices are extremely competitive already so it eliminates that dog and pony negotiating show. I walked out of the dealership feeling great about my purchase, feeling great about the fair value I was given for my trade-in and looking forward to continuing my relationship with the dealership well beyond the 3 year warranty on the car. There is no doubt I will be going to have the car maintained regularly at the dealership because they are all great people to work with, very fair, competitively priced and most importantly honest people.

I'm impressed with Fitzgerald's "No Hassle" approach to selling a car. We got a great price on the exact vehicle we wanted. Even better, because of our circumstances, the dealer agreed to drive the car from the Annapolis location to a super-convenient location near us. Brian Stodd made the drive and completed the sale. Because there was a small glitch in the paperwork, we had to have some of it re-done. However, we were able to make the actual transaction and retain the vehicle despite that glitch. I mention this because while the small error might have derailed or delayed the process elsewhere, Brian and his team made it right. It was truly "no hassle" for us (though I suspect it was a bit of a hassle for him). This is my first Fitzgerald purchase, and I will recommend Brian, AJ and the others I worked with.

My background: I went into this with a little bit of research on what model of car I wanted and some of the features I was looking for. I'm very reluctant to buy new cars and this was my first experience dealing with a dealership. I ended up buying a used 2009 4-door GTI. Experience with FitzWay After asking me a few questions to figure out what I wanted, the sales rep, Breton Grant, found several cars that fit my needs. We went out and test drove one of the cars a bit and I went home to think about if I'd found the car I wanted. Since then I changed my mind quite a bit and Breton kept working with me to come up with good deals that matched what I expected. I took forever trying to make up my mind on what I wanted and they stuck with me trying to help me out. The whole process of me making up my mind on what I wanted took two whole weeks or so and I came out with a decent deal. Breton was honest in his opinions of the cars to the best of his abilities. Future potential: When buying the car, I learned that FitzWay has a great deal on loaner cars if I need to take my car to them in the future. I'm hoping I don't run into any issues... but if I do, this deal definitely sounds good.

I just helped my 80 year old mother purchase her car from Fitzgerald Cadillac. The service was outstanding. Ronnie, the sales rep was responsive to emails and phone calls. When we arrived Saturday morning to preview and test drive the car (2011 Cadillac CTS) it was washed, waxed and ready to go. Ronnie and I discuss the pricing earlier in the week and the "deal" was same throughout. My mother and I were in and out in about 1 hour but honestly we could have stayed all day. Great staff, great experience and of course a great car! Simply put....these guys get it!

After checking with a couple other vw dealers we decide to check Fitzgerald out. Our research showed they had a 2014 vw jetta tdi in our price range we we're interest in buying, but when we got there they no longer had it. Our salesman Ed Weglein was very knowledgeable, responsive to our question and helpful to fine the car we wanted. Ed didn't pressure us to pick another car on the lot he said he could look to fine the car we wanted and he did. At the same low price with no extra cost.they had the next day. The car was already when we got there to finalize the deal. Louis was very helpful with our financial concerns. I've used Fitzgerald service department before and have been very pleased . This is our first new car purchase at Fitzgerald and it was a great experience.

Bought a new VW Touareg three years ago from Fitzgerald VW in Annapolis. Whenever I've brought the vehicle for service, the staff has been polite, competent. The most recent visit (Sept 22) for yearly service was superb; a quick drop-off and a call when the vehicle was ready. When I returned to the service department to pick up the vehicle, there was a line at the cashier and one of the service writers took it upon himself to pull the customers out of line and help them retrieve their vehicles. I've never seen that kind of teamwork and customer service before and was truly impressed. I have only good things to say about Fitzgerald VW

Did a fair amount of research on the Web concerning a 2014 VW Beetle and found very few that offered a Manual Transmission. I did find one at Fitzgerald Automall of Annapolis, and stopped in the evening of 8/19/14. I was met outside by a Sales associate who's name is Ed Weglein. I explained to Ed that w/ my unusually low yearly mileage use that perhaps a Lease would be better suited to Me ? Ed took the time to explain the various differences between a purchase and a lease, and could not have been more Friendly or Helpful. No high pressure at all. (I like that).... I also like the fact that the price is clearly stated and that they offer a Low price match. I closed the lease deal that evening and Picked up my Red Bug the next afternoon. Ed took a generous amount of time sitting in the Car w/ Me and going over all the needed info.... I never once felt rushed, and He answered every question I had w/ knowledge and authority.....I was very impressed !...This was an Excellent buying experience for Me, and would Highly recommend this Dealer to any of my Friends.

I called and made an appointment to look at a certified pre-owned 2012 Touareg. I spoke with Tom Asher, and he gave great directions to the dealership. I drove out to take a look. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. We went on a test drive, and since I wasn't very familiar with the area, I relied on Tom to pick a route. He selected a route that included a variety of road types and driving conditions, and I was able to get a good feel for the vehicle's performance. I appreciated his insights on the Touareg, and could tell he was genuinely excited about his product. We worked out a deal I was comfortable with, and I am very pleased with my "new" Touareg. I would not hesitate to recommend Fitzgerald's, and Tom in particular, to any friend in the market for a VW.

I was impressed how Breton Grant was able to show us their 3 models, let me do a test drive, gave me a quote on my trade in (done by the rest of the VW team while I was driving) and walked me through all my options in one hour. We just recently bought a 2015 escalade esv. It was the quickest buying experience we have done. Tania was very nice and helpful. Never had a woman sales associate before. She made everything quick and easy, no back and forth. Don't think I will buy from a man after knowing how great a woman can do the job. Great experience with entire staff though. I feel robbed. I had to get a tire sensor replace today in my Mazda. On the phone they qouted $130, i took time off work and when I turned up they charged $240. They claimed thier price excluded labor. While I was there I called Heritage Mazda they qouted $160 including install and the sensor. I had no choice but to go with Fitzgerald as I needed it done. However i just called pep boys...$69 for te sensor and $20 to install. You expect dealer prices to be high, but pepboys were $89 (total),heritage (another dealer) were $160 and the gangsters aka Fitzgearld were $240. I will never buy from them again.

They happened to have the color / configuration that we preferred in stock (our local dealers didn't). Jason was great via on-line and over-the-phone purchase process. We didn't get the run-around on price, trade, financing, etc. that we got at a lot of other dealers. They sent a courtesy car to the airport to make getting to the dealer easier from long-distance. We ended up with a great car at a fair price.

I don't like car dealers. Nine times out of ten, they live up to their reputation. I was shocked and very pleased to find this was not the case with John Green and Fitzgerald VW in Annapolis! From the first time I stepped through the door, I was treated with respect and dignity. I told John I was interested in the Jetta and the Passat. He gave me the keys to a couple cars and sent me out on my own. After a lengthy test drive, I decide the Passat was the car for me. I couldn't decide between certified pre-owned or new (they had multiple of both!). John patiently worked with me and helped weigh my options. I decided on a brand new Passat and went to my credit union for financing. They provided what I believed to be an exceptional rate, however John and Fitzgerald VW were able to give me a better rate AND a rebate. I was absolutely thrilled with the entire car buying experience and definitely recommend John Greed and Fitzgerald Volkswagen.

The car buying process is difficult. There are many dealers making outrageous claims that may or may not be true. Fitzgerald Volkswagen was a pleasant surprise. They are true to their claim of a no haggle pricing policy. Their fair price is clearly displayed on each car. There are dealers that might offer modestly lower prices, however the ease of doing business with Fitzgerald Volkswagen out weighted any price differential. In addition, our salesman, Craig, was outstanding. There was no pressure, just an incredibly helpful, well-informed customer service representative. The test drive was exceptional. Craig clearly and concisely demonstrated the features of the car and pointed out those features that were important to us. At the delivery, he helped program the blue tooth features, enabling us to immediately use the key features. The F&I associate was efficient, accurate and well versed in the closing. The entire process was exceptional.

Having done so once before at another dealership on a Saturday, we were prepared for them to be slightly unwilling to do the test drive, as we were not going to purchase the car that day, as was the other dealer. However, it was quite the contrary. Justin Beam allowed us both to take the time to test drive the car and find out just what were needs and desires. We decided then and there that when we were ready, it would be worth the drive to Annapolis to give Justin the business. Justin then took the time to find us the exact color and model of the CC that we wanted, had the car in a few days and made the buying process very quick and easy. His customer service was outstanding! Luis made the financing again quick and easy! What an excellent car buying experience we had at Fitzgerald! We would recommend them to anyone and say it is definitely worth the trip!

I purchased my first new car here seven years ago and I needed to trade her in for a new one. Brian Stodd was my car dealer. I knew mostly what I wanted, but didn't see a perfect match on the lot. He discussed with me other options available with VW passats and made sure I was completely comfortable with the care I purchased. After speaking with me regarding my requirements in a new car, he was able to find my dream car. The test drive allowed me to do downtown and highway driving. I'm not terribly tech savvy and Brian took the time to set up my carnet, my bluetooth and answer all my questions. It was a delightful experience and I am glad I chose to return to this dealership even though I live in Delaware. It was well worth the commute for the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and, specifically, Brian to anyone looking to trade in and/or purchase a new vehicle.

Fitzgerald VW gave me a great deal on my 2013 Passat TDI. My salesman Tom was very knowledgeable about the car and diesels (I have been driving various diesel cars for 26 years). They had the best prices and best selection than other dealers. I have had two services and have 20,000 miles on the car. The service department finished my car in less time than they thought and both of this two services were free. My Passat averages 43 MPG and will get up to 50 MPG during highway driving. I would recomend this dealer and the Passat TDI to any one who wants a comfortable, safe and fuel efficient car from a dealer who knows how to treat their customers.

Just came home with my new 2014 CTS Cadillac from Fitzgerald. My score card now reads, 2 new CTS Cadillacs and one barely used CTS. The buying process was painless and relatively quick. The lengthy portion of my visit was just for me to get acclimated to my new car. A lot of technology had happened since my 2010 CTS purchase and I was determined not to leave Fitzgerald's property until I felt comfortable enough to drive my 20 miles home! Ed Wegleine, my salesman, had infinite patience with me. He was also so knowledgeable about the leasing process and all of the vehicle's bells and whistles. I purchased my vehicle from Fitzgerald about two years ago and I recently brought my Jeep in for the regular oil change to Fitzgerald Annapolis. I was going to downtown Washington the next day and wanted to make sure everything was in excellent working order. I knew I had a reverse light out and I asked them to replace the bulb while they were doing the oil change. About a year ago a friend of mine had a light bulb replaced in his vehicle(at another service location) and told me he thought he overpaid-they charged him $ 7.00. Well when I got my bill, I was floored with their charge. They charged me $42.00 to replace a bulb that cost less than $1.50. They told me that they charge a flat rate to do the bulb replacement. I told them that they should at least tell the customer the cost of such a service before performing such an expensive operation. I immediately thought " Fool me once, shame on.....-well you know the rest of that saying.

We visited Fitzgerald VW and Breton Grant on the recommendation of a neighbor and were quite happy with we did. We took several test drive and he informed us fully on each vehicle. When we decided on the Tiguan, Breton answered all of our questions and priced the vehicle with several options. We left without purchasing that day and were not nagged by the salesman at all. When we called to say we were going ahead Breton was able to still get us the same deal even though the month had ended and a new sales program had started. Wow! And I don't use my wows loosely. I am a third time car buyer at Fitzgerald Auto Mall. Incidentally, I have been the owner of five VW brand vehicles; Fox, two Jettas, CC, and as of today, a Passat. The last three were purchased here at Fitzgerald. Same salesman and closing representative in each experience, both of whom treated me with dignity and respect. Salesman was knowledgeable about vehicles, including extras and performance, while the closing rep was meticulous, methodical even, about getting the documents signed and explaining the particulars as he went along. Additionally, in the last 12 years, I have enjoyed high quality service, where my time was considered valuable...no long waits. Service times were monitored to coincide with warranty requirements, which kept the guesswork out of the equation. Fitzgerald Auto Mall is a classy operation, and aside from service visits, I plan to see them in four years when it's time for the next one.

Have been thinking about a CTS for some time and finally decided, as my old cars registration was expiring, to go ahead and look at one. I had been communicating with Justin Beam over the past few months after my wife had test driven an ATS and he kept in touch, without being intrusive at all (as some can be if they smell blood in the water). We drove both the standard CTS and the V-sport. We did some searching for the package/color I was interested in and Justin worked hard to find what I was looking for. However, they were few and far between and I settled on something a bit different from my original thoughts. Justin was fully helpful and patient throughout this process and worked hard with me on my trade and the deal in general. He answered all my questions and was readily available by email or phone. After a frustrating and dead end experience at another dealership, I visited Fitzgerald Annapolis. What a difference. My sales agent, Bret Grant, was knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. Three days later, I drove away in a car I love for a reasonable price at a very good interest rate. This purchase was not without drama. The car I selected was promised to and had been ordered for another buyer. Despite the fact that I was prepared to buy on the spot, Fitzgerald honored the commitment to the original customer and, despite an already prolonged wait, gave her two more days to come purchase the car. They did this knowing I couldn't wait and was looking elsewhere for the car I wanted. Happily for me, that customer was unable to complete the sale and the car is mine. The fun part was how much everyone at the dealership made me feel they were rooting for me. Throughout the process, I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone from Bret to the sales manager (AJ) to the receptionist (Michelle) to the finance manager (Louis) and every other sales agent who gave me smiling thumbs up when I got my car. Fitzgerald Annapolis delivers a warm welcome, competence, and integrity. You can buy a car anywhere but the package doesn't always include all those important features.

I walked in with no knowledge of the VW brand and by the end of the day walked out with a new Passat and have no regrets. It was my salesperson's birthday and he still spend the entire day with me while I was undecided between a Jetta and Passat. After a number of years after having owned a VW and then trying other brands, I came back to this brand and Fitzgerald Auto Mall having decided upon a Passat. When sitting in the first model I instantly knew it or any other VW was right for me. My sales agent Brian Stodd was very knowledgeable, very low key and pleasant to work with and he did work very hard to pin down the right model for me from stock. This is pretty much the way I remember the first experience with Fitzgerald although maybe even better than the first purchase from them.

On Friday, November 29, 2013, we bought our 4th VW from Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis. We work with Tom Asher every time for many reasons. Tom has extensive vehicle knowledge and can answer questions or clarify information for every vehicle, every operating system. Tom is a no pressure representative who goes out of his way to ensure that the process of buying (and trading) is seamless. As another reviewer pointed out with regard to his agent, Tom came in on his day off to accomodate our schedule. The facility is consistently clean and well maintained. Everyone we encounter there is professional and helpful. Finance had us in and out in no time. The routine maintenance and repair service we have received on all of our VW's has been thorough and timely. I looked at other models prior to purchasing another VW, but the quality of product used and the consistency of performance previously experienced brought us back once again. That combined with knowing we would work with someone who really knows his stuff gave us confidence that the experience would be pleasurable. I'm sure we'll return here in the future..

My wife and I just purchased a new 2013 SRX-4 from Fitzgerald in Annapolis. We could not be happier with the entire purchase process. Our salesmen, Justin Beam, approached us as we were looking at their outside inventory. His approach to selling cars is refreshing - he was informative, yet low pressure at the same time. We let Justin know we were not going to purchase a car that day, and that we were going to visit several dealerships over the next few days before we make a decision on which vehicle / brand we want to purchase. We test drove a new SRX and then moved on to other dealerships for additional test drives. We mulled over all the information gathered during our visits to the various dealerships during the weekend. Justin followed up with a quick phone call asking if we had any questions. I told him we would contact him if we had any. We communicated with Justin on sever occasions over the next few days via text. I feel texting is the best method to communicate with the dealership because it takes the emotion out of the conversation and allows both sides to think about the offers being presented before responding back. My wife and I made the decision to return to Fitzgerald's and proceed with the purchase of the STX. Justin was off that day, but agreed to come in and help us with the sale. Everything went smooth and within an hour or so we were on our way home with our new car. If the service department operates as smoothly as the sales side of the house, we will be truly satisfied customers.

Brought my car in for service for a check engine light while I was in Annapolis and was charged in excess of $400 for the repair. 10 days later the check engine light is on again. Brought it back and was told the cause of the check engine light was because the gas cap was not on correctly. The gas cap had not been touched since the original visit. How many times do I have to bring my car back to get the $400 repair I paid for? I want my money back. It isn't fair to charge a customer to repair a car that you can't repair. Contact with Mr. Sanders and Mr. Jenkins has gotten me no where. Mr. Jenkins told me that they will not refund my money because they didn't do anything wrong. I never said they did anything wroing, but they aren't doing anything right by keeping my money when my car is in the same condition it was in $400 ago. My request to speak with the owner, Mr. Fitzgerald, has been flat out denied by Mr. Jenkins. Heed the warning. Bad customer service.

Being from Southern Delaware, we have one local Cadillac Dealer in Salisbury, Maryland. I bought a used 2008 CTS in July with 28,000 miles on it. Only one check engine light in 6000 miles, Ok not a bad fix. Shortly thereafter I noticed a vibration in my exhaust system when I stopped with my foot on the brake. It only did it when I was at a stop. After about a month of looking on the Internet Cadillac Forums, I gave up trying to figure out the cause and I went to the dealership. They diagnosed a fix from a GM Bulletin that described the problem. I was told this was a simple fix. Next day I was told my car was fixed, but the Service Manager added "in his words" that this might not work and 90% of the time it doesn't...What! Why was I charged $189.00 if this didn't have a chance. When I picked it up after work the Service Manager had gone home early so I paid my bill and of course it didn't work. Next day I call, Service Manager busy, I leave message. He calls back leaves me a message, nothing else they can do, I need new exhaust. $1717.00 plus shop charges and tax. Now I call GM directly and my contact Jim finds this unacceptable that a exhaust system with 35,000 miles on it needs replaced. He suggest another dealer, enter Fitzgerald Cadillac. I called Service Manager Matt Beam and explained my situation. I drive 75 miles to Annapolis, meet Matt, get Service Ticket written 45 minutes later my car is fixed. Fitzgerald Cadillac literally saved me a $2000.00 repair. What else can I say! Never had this kind of treatment locally. I will drive 75 miles for my next Service and a good chance for my next car. I found my car buying experience with Fitzway to be seamless from beginning to end and quite refreshing compared to other dealers I was working with. My Salesman Joe Frantum did an excellent job of keeping me informed on inventory, helping me choose a specific car and options. Further, I found that the price I was given via e-mail was very competitive without playing the car buying games that you might experience by going elsewhere. I was able to work out all of the details on my car purchase easily with just a few e-mails and phone calls and their online credit application. Even being 6 months post-discharge on a bankruptcy, their finance dept was able to find me the financing I needed to get into the car that me and my wife wanted. I was not a local customer to Annapolis Fitzway, I travelled in from PA to close the deal. I can honestly say that even with the travel, it was well worth the trip considering I got a great car at a great price without any hassle. Joe frantum worked hard to ensure the additional options we asked for were ordered and installed so the car would be ready when I came in to pick it up. I would rather do a little traveling than to get all stressed out playing the usual shell game that is typically associated with car buying. I traveled into Baltimore and Joe had one of his service assistants pick me up to bring me in the rest of the way. Upon arrival to the dealership I was shown to the sales floor and introduced to the Business Manager Ginger Forsythe and my salesman Joe who I had been working with over email/phone up to this point. They did a great job making me feel welcome and were very respectful. Once I was introduced to Joe, we took a quick look at the car (which was shined up, fueled and ready to go) and took a quick drive to ensure everything was in order. Once we got back we went over the numbers one more time. It is worth noting that the deal numbers were in order as I was quoted over the phone, they did not try to sneak one in on me. All I had to do was sign some papers with Ginger and I was ready to go. After the deal was closed Joe stuck around (he was supposed to be off at 5PM, it was now 7PM) and ensured that I knew how to use the features on the car so I could get home safely. All in all it was an excellent car buying experience, though this was not my first car purchase from a dealer/auto lot, this was in fact my first NEW car. I could not have asked for a better experience. The folks at Annapolis Fitzway get a solid thumbs up for being open, honest, respectful and easy to work with. If you are local then these guys are definitely the way to go. If your from out of town and your not getting this kind of service, then perhaps its time to consider a day trip.

Fitzgerald Automall of Annapolis made the whole car buying experience relatively easy and painless. They had the exact car on the lot that I wanted and when I told them that was all I was interested in they did not try to sell me on anything else. The upfront quote I was given was very reasonable based on current market values and there were no hidden fees. The sales staff were laid back and did not try to pressure me in to any sort of deal, especially CAMERON CHRISTIAN who was very accommodating. Based off their reasonable prices and professional service I would definitely consider buying a car here again.

Everything was excellent! Anthony Johnson did an exceptional job at selling this car to me and went over the car and how it works. He even put the books in order that come with my car that he thought would be of benefit to me. He call for a follow up to see how I was doing . I do have a suggestion for when you have customers. While they are sitting there, offer coffee and/or water. My sister and I had been sitting there for awhile while our salesperson was looking for the car, or getting info,etc. and it would had been nice to had been offer something to drink. None of the Mazada dealers do this so if you do this, I bet it would help your sales a lot!!!

My wife and I just purchased our second car from Tom Asher at Fitz of Annapolis. I called Tom in advanced and had a discussion about what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the different Passat models that we were considering. The car was for my wife so I wanted her to be happy with the experience. Tom had the car prepped and sitting under the awning waiting for us. It even had a sign on it saying sold with our last name. He explained all the features. We were in and out at a fair price and the financing that they offered beat my credit union. My wife felt like royalty and we are very pleased with the vehicle. My wife and I had been to a couple other dealerships in search of where best to find a certified pre-owned Passat TDI. Unbeknownst to us, used TDIs are tough to come by, particularly the latest generation of Passats (we wanted a 2013). We looked mostly online, and visited a couple dealerships... same ole insulting tactics, cheesy sales pitches, and slimy salesman at the dealerships we visited and spoke to on the phone. I'm not a fool, and I've bought a few cars in my life. We were on our way home one evening, and fortunately we made the decision to stop in at Fitzgerald VW in Annapolis. We were greeted by John Green, and from there it was what I would consider the correct, ethical business model of how transactions should take place. My wife and I are both very patient and careful buyers, yet we left that evening with a new car (2014). That's how "right" they did business with us, and it was simply a no-brainer that we were finally at the right place. And that was evident from the start; when we arrived John was on his way out the door for the day, yet stayed and treated us with genuine hospitality well into the late hours of the evening. I felt it important to share this info online, and hope that some other folks benefit from it. Based on that evening's experience, I highly recommend this dealership for purchases. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else in this general area - trust me on that. And even if you're coming from a good distance, it'll be worth it. I give an A+ for sure.

Joe Frantum was outstanding to work with. This was the first dealership we visited that didn't lie about their inventory and quite frankly the first dealership that treated us with respect. Ginger Forsythe was also outstanding to work with. We almost bought a car at another dealership in the Montgomery county area, but when it came time to seal the deal, we ended up with a someone who could barely speak English and basically was extremely condescending to us....needless to say we walked out. The folks in Annapolis were a breath of fresh air and treated us with respect at every level. Thank you Joe and Ginger. And although I have never in my life ever owned a Mazda, after buying this Mazda3 iGrandSport, I'm now a life long fan. The car has such a luxurious feel on the inside, but easy enough for a middle ager like me. I'm so happy with the overall experience. Thank you again!!

After shopping around for a fuel efficient used car (< 80k miles, < $10k), and test driving competing makes and models, I settled on a black 2007 Jetta sedan that I found at the Fitzgerald Automall in Annapolis. Sales Maestro Bret Grant called to respond to my late-night email inquiries before I had my coffee the next morning, walking me through the basics of car choices and financing. The Fitz operation is big enough to provide a range of choices under one umbrella, staff were smart, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the cars they're selling and the financing process. I thought I'd have to settle for work-a-day, look-alike, basic transportation, but the Jetta's a blast to drive, proximity to my work will make service easy, and Bret showed that service doesn't end after the sale by responding in minutes to afterwork text messages about different features of the car. (Dude, get some rest.) So far, a great experience.

I drive from Montgomery County to Fitz Way in Annapolis, Md. The drive is worth it - I receive better service and courteous treatment exchanging a few extra minutes of driving. I sent an email in the late evening inquiring about a specific car that I saw on their website, and it was answered the next day. Since we live quite far away, we made arrangements to come to Annapolis and see the car, and we were greated by the salesperson who answered my email. We had been looking for a used TDI for quite a while and had done a fair amount of research. This dealership offered the best price by far of any other dealer or private seller. They were able to show us the maintenance and service records since the original date of purchase. They were also willing to do some additional maintenance that we requested. The additional maintenance requested some parts that were not available before we needed to return home, and the dealership made arrangements to have our car delivered to us in NJ. We were amaized at how far they went to make our deal work out, especially on a used car.

First thing, We have been wanting a 2014 VW Touareg TDI Executive edition since June. Our sales professional was Justin Beam who was the best salesman ever. He kept searching high and low for my REG with the options and color I needed and stayed in touch with me to keep me updated as to his progress. We finally located "THE" vehicle. In one day they secured the vehicle and cleaned it up for delivery. Also, The price was right. NO HASSLES. Can't say enough good things about Luis the finance manager. He was able to obtain me a better finance rate with one of his banks versus my personal/business bank.(This makes me sad) If in the market for a new VW, You must call Justin for the best deal and service. PS- I did trade in a 2001 BMW X5, Much happier with the Touaregs looks and comforts along with technology and finish.

Went in with my future son-in-law to help him with his purchase of a Mazda 3 and had to good fortune of having Joe Frantum as our salesperson. Joe was very knowledgeable about the cars and made the purchase painless as compared to some of my previous attempts to buy a new car. We were then informed the morning of delivery that the vehicle was sold to another party the night before pending financing approval. The other party was informed that we had arranged to pick up the vehicle the next day. Purportedly the customer became agitated and they sold them the vehicle. Bad behavior pays off.

2005 Lincoln town car at this dealer listed as black.I called to confirm the color and availability . After I got there to see the car, color was wrong- it was gray. I told them and they said sorry. I accepted the apology and moved on. I gave them an offer and they didn't accept, but they offer me a small discount from the listed price. i didn't like the offer and I left. I thought about it and the next day I called and went to pick up the car. When i got there they told me that because of the year and mileage they couldn't finance it so it was cash only. I said no problem and I went to the bank to get them a cashiers check. While I was getting the check, I took the car for a test drive and I heard a noise that I mentioned to the salesman. He offered to take the car to their shop and I left for lunch. A few minutes later, he called me and told me the problem was the catalytic converter. And I asked if they could fix it for me and he said they could do it but it would cost me over $900.00. I told them they were supposed to fix it before trying to sell the car. This is cheating. I had hoped someone would be able to get back to me. But they never did. They had terrible customer service and when I later checked cars.com, they had re-listed the car as gray and had raised the price by $500. I would not recommend doing any kind of business with this dealership. Thank you.
