Unfortunately I left a bad review last time due to miscommunication but I am trying to remove the last review and wanted to let everyone know the outcome. Kenny from the other branch contacted me and I have to say he was nothing less than a star with me. The salesman was new and made an honest mistake all I can say is both branches then went above and beyond to make sure I got the car and the deal I wanted. Thanks to Jacob for his long drive to make sure I got the car and having the pain of driving my trade in vehicle back! All I can say is I love my sonata and I look forward to many years of happy motoring! Thanks and if any of my friends or family need a car I know where to send them.

Purchased a used 2001 F150 with Amii Ridgell as our sales associate. She was wonderful to speak with on the phone, answered all the questions I had about the vehicle, and it was overall and excellent sales experience. They had the truck detailed and filled with gas andnreadybtongonuoon our arrival from Raleigh NC. The truck was advertised great and the service we received was behind our expectations. They stayed after closing a few minutes to help us complete the deal and Amii suggested places to stay the night as we arrived late with a long drive to return home. Would conduct business again with this dealership anytime. Amii was excellent In helping our transaction goes as smooth as possible and even checked on us as we traveled to make sure we would make it in time.

I have been searching different sites for a new pickup or SUV. After researching, I decided to stop in to Fitzway dealership in Lexington Park Maryland. I was given some alone time, and then was greeted by Tanya. From there on in my experience was very pleasant, I went from not thinking that I could get a new vehicle, to finding out it was possible. Even the employees who did not assist me were pleasant, they were not pushy, and I walked out with a great deal.

I have NEVER been to a dealership where I haven't had to sit for hours. I was at this dealership for under 2 hours. The staff was great! My salesman, Mr. Whitley was awesome! he had everything ready for me when I arrived. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles ,and he made sure I was completely satisfied. I will ALWAYS come back! We saw the 2012 Ford F150 that we wanted on line. What at great deal! Our salesman, Herb Hardy, completed the paperwork in Lexington Park and because the truck was in Annapolis, Herb met us there to finalize the deal. He was thorough and went over everything with us. The drive back to DE in our new truck was delightful. As always, it was good doing business with Fitzgerald.

Just leased my first Jeep through Fitzgerald at Lexington Park. I had a great experience with all especially Herbert Hardy and Bill Blumenfeld. Was leery of buying a car, and a used one at that. Billy, Steve, and Kenny made it a pleasant experience and not the usual adversarial process. Amii really listened to everything we were looking for in a car when buying and suggested a car that she knew was in inventory in Annapolis. We saw it online and they had it brought down for us the following day. It was everything we were looking for and any little issues we had were fixed before it was delivered to us. Truck was not cleaned properly when I picked it up. Truck already had a recall on it but they didn't bother to correct it or let me know upon delivery. Went back and had a trailer brake module install by the service department. Found screws laying on the drivers side floor the next day. Seems they never bothered to re-install the screws when they were done. Also this was the 2nd chance to correct recall but they never said anything. Engine light came on and made an appointment.......when I showed up I found out they did not have anyone qualified to work on a diesel engine. Why not tell me this before they make me an appointment. if you know your not qualified to do repairs on the engine why waste my time? They said cause it might have been the gas cap. Sorry, it's a diesel........they don't have that type of gas cap, DUH. Now the third time they could have taken care of the recall....did they NO. Never said a word about it. Took truck to dealer in Prince Frederick to have engine serviced. guess what? First words out of their mouth was there is a recall and we will take care of that also if you don't mind!!!!!

I had front wheel bearings installed on a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500...I paid for new MOPAR parts. About a year and a day after installation one of the bearings failed. Called the dealer...sorry only a one year warranty! Bought my own premium quality parts and had them installed. In looking at the removed hardware, the failed bearing was not the correct part number...the other one was and it had a MOPAR stamp and had not yet failed. Took the discrepant part to the parts department and they told me the part was not purchased there and they could not cross reference it. Chrysler service reps say what are you complaining about...it lasted a year. This service station appears to be installing sub standard parts while charging you a premium for MOPAR quality. They gave me a story that MOPAR parts are purchased from different suppliers but can show no traceability to what should be a MOPAR source controlled part. I have NO confidence anymore in this garage to do any work on my vehicle, nor do I have any confidence in their quality program.

I found the Jeep of my dreams at Fitzgerald Lexington Park Auto Mall. The dealership was able to get me in my Jeep with an affordable monthly payment. Their vehicles are competitively priced and service is outstanding. Salesperson Lowella Wasson was a true professional and wasn't your typical "pushy" sales person. You CAN find a great deal in Southern Maryland. I would recommend you go see her to help you make your dreams come true! : )

The entire team at Fitzgerald Lexington Park were very professional, freindly and helpful. They allowed me to freely roam around the lot without any pressure to come inside. Once I did venture in, Donna was more than helpful. She was pleasant and easy to talk with. As I was undecided about exactly which exact RAM 1500 I really wanted, they searched for additional vehicles that might more fully match my wish list. As I honed in on two vehicles, their insight and experiences helped my decide which one was best for me, and it was not the more costly of the two. I received a very fair offer for my trade. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything, or feel I was being pushed in a perticular direction. I would deal with these folks and Donna in particular again, should my transportation needs dictate.

In searching for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee I visited four dealerships. All were very different experiences, and none came close to Fitzgerald. Donna Allen and Bill Blumenfeld were courteous, friendly and expeditious. At other dealerships I waited more than an hour just to get a legitimate offer on a vehicle. At Fitzgerald on my first visit my trade in was evaluated and I had a firm offer in less than 30 minutes. Further negotiations were quick and painless with none of the "I have to check with ..., who has to check with ..., who has to get approval from ..." They immediately matched or bested my best offer from others. Fitzgerald quickly obtained the vehicle with the equipment I wanted even though it was not at their dealership. Every other dealer tried to sell me a vehicle on their lot with extra equipment that I did not want. Fitzgerald never tried to do this. The paperwork was also handled quickly and efficiently by Dewayne. Donna demonstrated the numerous features of my new Cherokee and connected my phone to the vehicle. I have never had a better buying experience, anywhere, anytime. All 10's, I highly recommend the Fitzgerald experience to anyone searching for a vehicle. Awesome!

I wanted to trade up from my currently owned Wrangler to a newer one. They afforded me the opportunuty to order one exactly how I wanted it as far as options, color, etc. I actually saved money by ordering factory direct. The customer service at Fitzgerald's Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. The vehicle that I was interested in was brought to the dealership from another Fitzgerald dealership and it was here within 24 hours of my inquiry of it. My salesman, Herb Hardy, was spectacular. Easy to deal with, no pressure attitude, and a personality that you felt right at home with. The whole sales team made me feel like their number one priority by expediting my deal so that my wait time was at a minimum. The finance manager went above and beyond the call of duty by spending extra time on the phone with potential lenders to secure me a lower rate for my vehicle. All around the customer service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend the Fitzgerald Park Dodge Chrysler Team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Sales staff, Amii Ridgell, fully supports the customer in the quest to find the perfect car (JEEP) no matter how long it takes. Started the search for 2003 JEEP replacement in FEB 2013. Purchased 2014 Cherokee NOV 24 2013. No sales push, just friendly humor and focused search for the right car. Result was a beautiful Jeep that far exceeds any expectation. Finest car I I have ever driven. Last Jeep Liberty 10 years old, 234000 miles.. New Jeep 10 times better.

I found a Jeep Wrangler online and called about it. Donna, the salesperson helped me out with everything. The best part about this story is that I live in Charleston SC. The vehicle was on her lot in Maryland. She had it to my front door in less that a week. No hassles, straight forward. Got it for under blue book including delivery. I have bought new vehicles before from Toyota, Ford and VW, and this was by far the easiest one thanks to Donna.

Most of all I would like to Thank all the people that worked with me and my wife help us to get into our new Toyota Scion XB. We have been to so many other dealership try to rip us off but we know it was not right so we keep on looking. Thanks to my wife for running across this XB Most of Mrs. Donna so gentle with us most amazing sale rep you could ask for she did not try to force us in nothing we were not satisfied with. Nitrogen tire pressure was low, blam - I show up. Fitzgerald takes care of my car, and all FOUR tires on the spot! Super Service. Following week, car is due for servicing, they notice a few things that I don't, and professionally coordinate with me. Work is done, Chrysler 300 is running like a champ! Fitzgerald always exceeds my expectations! Keep up the great work!

I recently bought a 2014 Ram 1500 in October, 2013. I could not have asked for a more seemless enjoyable experience. I dealt with both Maurice Martin and Bill Blumenfeld. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. Bill took about 5 minutes to locate the exact truck I was looking for at another dealership and made arrangements for it to be shipped to Fitzgerald. Maurice delivered the truck to a Fitzgerald store in Frederick, MD near me, and had all the paperwork filled out and ready for me to sign. Maurice went over every feature of my new truck, we took it for a quick test drive, and I signed the paperwork. The entire process only took an hour and I was on my way with my new truck. I also purchased the Fitz buyer protection plan, which I have not had to use yet so I can't comment on, but it seems to be worth the extra money. It includes a free rental car to use while your vehicle is being serivced, free towing to the dealership, and a $35 discount coupon every 90 days (which should just about cover the cost of an oil change).

I discovered an oil leak on my driveway coming from my Chrysler 200 and brought it into Fitzgerald Automall Service Department in Lexington Park, MD to have it checked out. Customer Service was great! Made me feel like my problem was very important for them to solve. I dropped my car off without an appointment, and within 90 minutes I received a call identifying that they found the source of the leak (a loose clamp on the power steering line), completed repairing & servicing it, and my car was ready for pick up. "Fast and Friendly" service was obviously the motto of the day! Thank you!

Pro: Great selection at a fair price. Steve was very nice and made the purchase easy. Con: I didn't like the video and tier levels because I think the services should be included as part of the car purchase to help maintain the quality of the car and it made me feel like I couldn't afford the best product. I just chalked it up as a business maneuver by Dodge.

They let us try multiple vehicles throughout a few weeks before we settled on a model that wasn't even on their lot. They went through the process of getting it from another dealer in VA and then drove and got it by the next day for us. They also offered to help us understand/work some of the features.. I wish we could could've avoided/escaped the excessive offers of extended warranties & protections - but understand that's the way things are nowadays.

This is my 7th purchase from this facility, the 1st purchase from Fitzgerald. I told the manager that this was the easiest yet. I like dealing with just one person (Steve Sloan), he handled everything, was knowledgeable about the process and the particular vehicle we purchased.
