One of the best car buying experience that I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald Used Cars to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My sales person Axel Ben was a no pressure salesman. When I had questions about the vehicle and he didn’t know the answer he did not hesitate to do some research. I saw a vehicle on Saturday, test drove it and then purchased it on Tuesday. Also kudos to Chris Collins. I would definitely shop Fitzgerald Used Cars Germantown again.

Hernan and Chris were great to with from the test drive through the purchase process. Unlike some dealerships in the vicinity, the dealership will not forget you after the purchase is made. Happy with the purchase (even in this crazy market) and would recommend Fitz Used Cars.

Went into the dealer on Sunday to find out the car we were interested in had been sold. While there we met Hernan and he walked us through the available inventory. We landed a nice, lightly used 2018 Nissan Sentra which still has factory warranty left on it. We came back Monday evening, finalized paperwork and was out the door at a decent time! Definitely will be referring friends and family.

Best experience ever Hernan Fernandez was so personable and professional (that’s rare). We were in and out no uncomfortable haggling. I brought Toyota’s from other dealership in the past but this Germantown dealership I recommend overall. Ask for Hernan Fernandez for the best experience.
