If any of my friends are going to be looking for a Truck or Car, look no further than my new friend Tim Denton! Dude works harder than any car salesman Ive ever seen. I don't want his head to get too bug here, but I did see the 37 salesmen of the months awards at his desk. I believe those were all in a row! Besides that, it was ZERO pressure. We talked before I got there, soon as he saw me, he took me right to the truck, gave me a tour of the truck, then tossed me the keys and told me to take it for a spin. It was really nice doing a test drive by myself so I could drive it the way I drive without worrying about riding with someone I don't know well. To top things off, he had the truck gassed up, threw in some floor mats, and then even knocked some more cash off! I talked to him last night until 10pm, then he was back at the dealership at 6am this morning, and now he is working tomorrow for his clients. I truly believe this guy when he thanked me for my business. Tim just gained a customer and a friend. I highly recommend him and 5 Star Ford Lincoln in Warner Robins.

My wife and I were having a hard time finding the kind of deal we wanted on a late model, low mileage minivan, until we ran across a listing with Five Star Ford. They're located almost 4 hours away from us, but I worked with Tim Denton (sales) and Tom Hicks (manager) over the phone, and we quickly came to a tentative deal. There was no run around or hassle -- both of them were very professional and easy to deal with. My wife and I made the drive, loved the van, and had a great buying experience. I am not at all happy with my repairs I came there ten days ago to get work done on our Honda accord mark heard did a full inspection on our car and found safety issues they said the radiator was cracked along with unsafe problems with the tires and they were replacing it but I have only had the radiator ten days since the repair and it's spewing antifreeze all on the engine when we park,we were better off with the old one and I try to call and can't get anyone we were referred by a friend but I'm sad now that we went there that car is how we live I'm scared to move my car cause it might overheat from something that was supposed to be fixed!!

We arrived at the dealer around 7pm after a tiring day of searching for a vehicle for our large family. Tim Denton raced across the showroom to greet my husband as soon as his feet hit the threshold. He was friendly and patient with our children and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We got a great vehicle at a very fair price, and he bent over backwards to make sure we were in good shape before leaving the dealership. He had to stay late because of us, although the whole process from start to finish (including test drive) took less than ninety minutes. I was very concerned about my Ford Edge thinking I was having computer problems plus a little sluggish when I cranked it. Chris assured me they'd check it out from top to bottom to find the problem. I was relieved when he called and said all I needed was a battery. I was also impressed when he told me my tires didn't need rotated due to the front tires having more tread than the rear ones. Many times the business office employees get overlooked when rating a dealership. We paid off a vehicle recently and applied for refund of remaining life insurance we had taken out on it. During this process, I got the pleasure of dealing with Ms Leslie Head. Ms Head gives OUTSTANDING customer service. If she tells you she will call you back, she does!!! That's unheard of in this day and age but it really means a lot to the customer. Ms Head is an extremely valuable asset to this dealership.

Nic Peters has always taken good care of me. He has even gone above and beyond for me. I had forgotten a favor he was going to do for me and he reminded me of it. I will update this review later as warranted but right now I am disatisfied with service support. Was told clutch needs to be replaced on 2012 fiesta but have to wait 8 weeks for part. Still waiting!. I replaced dead battery on same vehicle only to have warning lights come on along with bad TCM and actuator occur after replacing the battery. While tcm was covered by warranty. I was told the actuator was not and would cost $185. Time and money being spent on my part over quality issues that I shouldn't be having to deal with.

Going to Five Star Ford my family had just left another dealership and were overly exhausted from being drug around for 7 hours. We were aggravated and ready to say never mind a new car was not worth it. Tim Denton stepped up to the plate to not only deal with our frustrations, questions, concerns, and a unique situation. I really liked dealing with Tim Denton. Tim keeps it simple, he'll show you what they have that best matches what you're looking for. Then he lets the vehicle sell itself. If you don't want a model that has all of the bells and whistles on it, he won't try to put you in one that does. He put me into a C-Max Hybrid last month. Very comfortable car with plenty of get up & go when you need it. On the first tank of gas, I got almost 46 mpg in town.

My experience with this dealer , the first round was with five star Chevrolet they owed me a refund for a rescinded insurance policy it took four months and phone calls Linda Hurd and sales manager Allan Johnson never followed up on promises to settle this matter. I thought I would try again and purchased a truck from five star ford. Again the salesman Jerry Gray was professional , but his supporting cast was rude and not concern with customer satisfaction . I brought my truck in to have the tires changed, and the service lady told me after I told her I had been told to come in the morning , they told me it would be a wait, I told her they told me to come first thing in the morning her reply , I can't help what nobody told you I would have to wait. Then I didn't get the tires I agreed on before the deal , but I can't get anybody to call me back, or answer their calls. I've had the truck 2 days and I had to get a ride back home which is 50 miles away. They never offered a loaner you just wait.

I went in to look at an explorer for my son and his wife. I ran into Tim and explained what I was looking for and why. They had a really good 2013 explorer that fir their needs and wants. Tim worked the deal, met the budgeted price they were trying to keep it at and wallah, the deal was done! I feel my son got a great SUV at a fair price yea I know there could always be a better deal out there but the dealer HAS to make money, I feel it was a fair deal for them and us, otherwise they're not in business. Tim had to work with mt son from out of town over the phone. Things went great the deal was completed and everyone was happy. Overall a great experience. Tim was honestly awesome to work with, no games, no major issues, answered all our questions overall a great buying experience.

Quality F150 crew cab 4X4 found on their web site. Checked availability and Brandon made the vehicle ready for a test drive within 15 min. Vehicle was in showroom condition although it is three years old. Every possible option local trade bought at Five Star new. Brandon took the time to go over all the options, programmed my phone and updated the GPS. Accounting financed through my local bank at an excellent rate. This has been an excellent experience I'll be recommending to anyone needing a vehicle. I hold on to my vehicles for quite awhile but when I'm ready I'll be coming back to Five Star

To say the least, there Service department is severely lacking. To give you the scoop, I had water damage that my insurance covered that requires the front differential and transmission to be replaced as well as some interior components. My truck was there for over a month and required the company owners executive's involvement to even get it back in that time. When I got my truck back, the seat was not installed correctly, all of the screws were not put back in the console and the engine compartment wasn't detailed even though my insurance paid for it to be done. Immediately, I noticed the transmission was quite right even though it was a brand new transmission direct from Ford. I took it in and was told it was my universal joints which I knew it was not but played along anyway and had them replaced. Problem was not fixed... Now 18 months later, the new transmission is leaking fluid and they say it is not covered by my 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. I call Ford and they said yes it is covered. What is funny is that when the service manager Nic called me back, I called him a m'fr and he got really butt hurt. When Ford called him, he fabricated a story that my truck was used off-road in justifying not covering the warranty. Bottom line is they do not back the workmanship and the quality and timeliness is very very poor! You notice none of their Five Stars on their logo are gold. At least the sky is the limit for improvement because these guys are rock bottom.The good news is there are other reputable Ford service departments in the area and my warrant work is being done... Under Warranty!!

Katie Reynolds did an outstanding job getting my warranty work done and also some regular maintenance on my 2012 F-150 EcoBoost. They did try to get me to do a rear differential flush at 49,000 miles and the owner's manual says it is not due until 150,000 miles. Also another suggested service was an AC/Evap flush. I can't find anywhere in the owners manual that says when this is needed and what I could find on internet was "when needed". Those two services would have cost me around $450.

I was very pleased with my car-buying experience. Brandon Rairden went over and beyond to make sure I found the vehicle I was looking for. I saw some vehicles on the website, however they were from a different Five Star Lot. I was able to go over and test drive them from the Watson location. I found my Dodge Journey and drove it back to Russell. Shortly thereafter, I drove it home. There was a discrepancy on the cost between the sticker price and the website. Brandon and his team honored the lower website price, no questions asked. Brandon was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

I came with my mom to Five Star for maintenance on her car. I wanted a newer used car with manual transmission and hadn't had any luck on finding one at any of the other 4 dealerships I had been to so I came unprepared to buy a car- thinking I definitely wouldn't find one here either. I was in need of a new one after driving a very old one for 4 years so I thought what the heck and looked around anyway. A very friendly salesman Stephen Hastedt showed me the selection and much to my surprise he found me a car! Stephen was by far the friendliest sales guy I had dealt with and I'll be sure to give him a visit the next time I buy another car. He made me feel like he wasn't just trying to sale me a car and get my money like I had felt at other dealerships, where some of the salesman even tried to sale me cars that weren't what I had told them I wanted. I cannot say enough about how superb Ken, the service representative was. He was a great "face to the customer" for Five Star Ford in Warner Robins and was simply excellent at customer service. Awesome individual. Awesome service.The Service Manager and the General Manager at Five Star Ford Warner Robins are another story. Short of a complete catastrophic issue I will not do business with Five Star Ford again because of these two individuals. CarMax -- these two individuals do not trust you. I had extended warranty work done. Before the work was started Ken worked with the CarMax rep to define who would be responsible for what. Simply put, there were pre-approved terms and conditions between CarMax and Five Star Ford and between Five Star Ford and me. Even so, the Service Manager and the General Manager at Five Star Ford do not trust CarMax to honor its commitments. I promptly paid my costs when the paperwork was complete. Even so, these two managers would not release the vehicle too me. As a result of these two individuals I was held hostage for almost two hours waiting for CarMax to pay. CarMax....I can only assume you cheated these guys in the past for them to act in such a manner. They were hell bent I could not have my truck until you paid -- even though there were agreed upon terms and conditions between the two companies. Given the superior service I received from you when I bought my truck I was shocked to learn you, CarMax, were considered to be unreliable and completely untrustworthy. I am amazed, given the fact you, CarMax, had to have cheated Five Star Ford in Warner Robins in the past, they would continue to even attempt to do business with such an unreliable, untrustworthy company. These two so-called managers displayed poor judgement in dealing with such a nefarious company as yours CarMax. But...no worries CarMax...if there is a next time for warranty work I will avoid Five Star Ford in Warner Robins like the bubonic plague if at all possible. You honored your commitments via the agreed upon terms and conditions as did I. Five Star Ford in Warner Robins...not so much. Not trustworthy as a company from my personal experience.

I came to five star with a trade in expecting it to be a day long process. I met with salesman TIM DENTON and he had me in my dream truck within hours. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I had ever had period. TIM DENTON went above and beyond from start to finish. Shortly after my purchase my check engine light came on. TIM DENTON and five star ensured me that it would be taken care of. TIM DENTON had a very nice loaner car waiting for me when I dropped my truck off. Within days my truck was fixed and was covered by the manufacturer as a recall. I was charged absolutely nothing even though the dealership had time and labor invested in fixing my truck needless to say it was preowned and I bought it with NO WARRANTY! Do not do business with Five Star Ford's service department. I made an appointment to have my 2013 Ford Explorer serviced, not only was the customer service horrible. The service department manager was totally incompetent and had no knowledge of Ford's warranty policies. My explorer would show shift to park while in park. Ford released a memo for this issue and gave step by step instructions on how to correct this "known" problem. The service manager told me the message would have to be seen by the technician to be repaired. I asked him if they did in fact shift the car from drive to park and he said no. I asked how can this be fixed if you do not troubleshoot this issue, he had no answer and he hadn't even seen the memo released by Ford. Not only did they not fix that issue, they didn't even fix the two recalls on my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this department at all.

I wanted the 2011 Buick, aftee been waiting for 3 hours & he showed me a 2016 Ford Fusion, it was very a very nice car, The payments was very high, plus the down payment has well. He was telling me it is best to get a newer vehicle with very good warranty. So Martavious West & Kellie Schofill has been telling me lies from the start. Even though the F150 is a high selling truck, he still helped me get all the discounts and bonuses possible! What was even better was after the sale, I found out at the DMV that the odometer disclaimer form was filled out improperly so I had to go back to Antonio to get it re-filled out. He apologized profusely and offered to reimburse my gas costs from the DMV and back! He has offered me great service both before and after the sale of my dream truck and I would highly recommend my friends to him.

I purchased a 2015 F150 from Five Star Ford Lincoln in Warner Robins GA. I had to have a co-signer. The following day I find out that they have put my co-signer on the tag and title. (Most people assume that a co-signer has to be on the tag and title, but that is not true. If you co-sign and get put on the tag and title you are not only responsible if the buyer defaults on payments, you can also be sued if the buyer has an accident and gets sued). I went back and told them if the co-signer was not taken off the tag and title then the sale was over and I would not accept the vehicle when it arrived. The Finance Manager claims to have called the bank and have my co-signer removed from the title. He also says it will increase my payment amount. The new sales contract was signed and only I signed the tag and title forms. I asked if the old contract was going to be shredded and he tells me yes it would. I pickup the vehicle a couple of days later. A week later I call the tag office and find out Five Star Ford still had my co-signer on the tag and title! I call them and ask why did this happen. I am told that the wrong contract got submitted by mistake. The one that was to be shredded got put back into the sales folder and they sent it in instead of the correct one! They ensure me that this mistake will be corrected and for me not to worry. Fast forward over a month later with several trips there, phone calls to them and a four page letter to the General Manager they say that they cannot change what they did. I had to refinance the vehicle even before my first payment in order to get my co-signer removed from the title. The General Manager finally admitted to me that they made a mistake but that it was out of their hands. Plus during one of my trips to the dealership I am on the sales floor trying to get the receptionist to find the manager and I am suddenly surrounded by salesmen acting like bouncers. Then the salesman I bought from says "I liked you at first, but now you are getting on my nerves"! There is no communication between staff members at Five Star Ford. I have also found out that they ran my co-signers credit as if they were the buyer and not the co-signer. All they care about here is getting another sale and moving to the next one. Be very careful when buying from Five Star Ford because their mistakes and business practices will cost you dearly.

Very disappointed in the honesty and integrity of this dealership. I must say that Tim Denton and Jerry Gray are exemplary salesmen and I would work with them any time. The problem is the management..I was quoted a price that I expected the dealership to honor. However, after having given a deposit and worked out financing I went to pick up the vehicle (2015 Mustang GT). The manager stated that he had "made a mistake" and incorrectly offered me a price that was $3500 below factory invoice. I said, well that is not my problem and expected to complete the deal. I then spoke to the GM (Josh Thompson) and he stated there is no way they could honor that deal and gave me another deal that he stated was '$200 below even what he could buy the care for"...I got my deposit back and left. I have bought many cars in my life and am very savvy, however I never expected this from this dealership.

Nic Peters is AWESOME! Nic greeted me with a smile that warmed my soul. After telling me it would take approximately 1 hr to service my truck (oil change, 6 month inspection and a recall), I decided to wait. The waiting room is very comfortable with refreshing coffee and water for us to drink while we wait. The new building is AWESOME looking as well. They were in construction when I bought my truck. I walked out 55 minutes later, after Nic went over everything they did and explaining to me what to expect on my next service visit. Extremely friendly and comfortable environment. The facilities have been significantly improved without the level of service being degraded. I took my car back for two recalls (simultaneously) and I informed Mark Heard that I absolutely had to leave within an hourdue to something that had come after I had made the appointment (even though the notice said that one of the recalls would take at least 45 minutes). I expected him to tell me to reschedule my appointment but Mr. Heard immediately got on the phone and called the mechanic to come to the desk. Mark Heard did a remarkable job handling the repairs on my touch screen in my 2011 Ford Edge. He handled the warranty part I did not have to do anything. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by the manager himself, Andy Sittin. Mr. Sitten was personable and proficient. My car was ready to be picked up in the time frame given. For months I had dreaded taking my car in to get the window fixed (thank goodness for garages) because I just knew driving in there a hundred other problems would be "recommended". While I knew the car needed some extra things done I wasn't pressured or told I had to have it done today or that it would be "stupid" (been told that before at other places) that I was ignoring issues. At the end of the day I had a window going up and down smoothly and a chance to bring the car back for a much needed cleaning another day. Thank you so much Nic Peters! They built in the price of a service on the vehicle financing and when it came time to have the service performed. They would not honor. They said the price had changed. Ok I can buy that however when asked to refund what they charged us and built into the financing of the car, they would not refund. Sold me a car telling me it was a local trade and it had not been in any accidents. Five star said it had a clean Carfax. That was convey verbally and in writing. A month later, Ran a report through Autocheck, Car was sold at an auction with structural damage to uni-body and frame. Dealership refuse to help me out at all. Blame their purchasing mistake on Carfax. Found the original owners name and called him. He verified Autocheck's version of the car's history. Do not rely on what they say to you and go somewhere else! They have no integrity!

Not only was he polite, and professional, but he worked outside the norm when he finally found a car that would fit in our budget. He had to find several cars for my wife, before she was finally happy. I would out of my forty years of buying cars, I would say he is probably the most knowledgeable of the whole selling process. Even after the sale and the car needed a re[air he was right there to help us with a loaner car and keep me updated on the status of my new car. Got a hold of Thomas with five star ford and the fun began. I had questions, he had answers. He kept in touch through the whole buying process and worked hard to find the car I wanted. I just picked up a brand new Focus, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received at 5 star. The original deal we negotiated yesterday was for a vehicle in Conyers that they were going to go get for me, but this morning Antonio (my sales rep) called and told me that they had just gotten one in on the truck with all the same features...for less. I went in, redid the paperwork for the new car and drove off the lot a very happy person. I was treated with kindness and respect, and never once pushed to get something I didn't want. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and am already planning on taking my husband to Antonio when he decides to get his new car.

This circus of a dealership needs some classes on being professional. For starters I purchased a car 4 months ago on an A plan. Provided the PIN and was told by the sales guy (Antonio) that all was well. Then a month later, I receive a call stating that the PIN wasn't good so requested additional information and never heard back from anyone. Two months later, receive yet another call about the PIN number. Come to find out, they ran the incorrect PIN number under the incorrect name, and over charged us significantly. When I brought it to their attention, I was hollered at by their customer service rep (Paula Battle) and hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to the General Manager and was able to get in contact with them. This is the most unprofessional circus of a dealership that I have ever encountered. Having said that, if you want to buy a Ford and get treated with respect and know that you are being given the best deal, then drive a little out of your way and go to another dealer. This one should be closed down immediately!

I bought a used car there. After the purchase the next day I realized I had left something on my old vehicle. I called and texted multiple times over the course of three days. I even spoke to the sales manager once and he told me he couldn't help me, I needed to talk to my salesman ( and he wouldn't return my calls or texts). So after a week I gave up and I need to buy a new pigtail for my Wheelchair lift. Selling OK, after the sell...not so good.

I have bought several cars from Five Star Ford in Warner Robbins, Each time has been exceptional. We drive 3 hours to get Five Star Ford in Warner Robbins, I am always impressed. They work with me to get the payment I need and our Salesman(Elvis) was great. He has done both of our vehicles for us. They are always respectful and helpful. The Service Dept is also wonderful when we go for our oil Changes. Will definitely continue to buy from Five Star!

However, due to the poor customer service, we left the facility and drove to Atlanta to purchase a vehicle! This facility has quite a reputation around town, and I should have listened to the advice given before going in! I would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family!

I have been looking for cars and searching for a dealer I think could better help me. Contacted Five Star Ford and I was working with "Willie R". He started of really cool and understanding and it seemed as if he was definitely trying to help me out..... days he would call if I missed they call I get a voice mail or an email.... So I thought I could trust him to help me honestly. I stay 2 and hour away. He told me he would do a "SOFT PULL" on my credit to see if they may be able to help me. He pulled it 2/24/14 at 1pm.....an hour later I texted him and was like ok is it that tough? He said he was still working on it. He then called me back at 8 pm.... (long time to just be looking at a SOFT PULL). Now I wouldn't be upset if you can't help me but I like when I'm told the truth. I'm trying play games. I missed his call at 8... didn't see it until 9 :50.... I didn't want to call him back that late so I figured one of us would call the next day (today). He never called. I called three times. Phone not in service. Called the dealership was placed on hold for 10 minutes. What kind of customer service is that? I disappointed that sales person want to sound all "cool" and be "on your level" as soon as they AREN'T CAPITABLE of getting a lender to a agree they don't responded.. smh. Thankfully I was smart enough to allow another dealer to go head and try . They pulled my credit and called back in 15 minutes and I have a car! smh! Thanks FIVE STAR!

Been searching around for a used truck for almost a year now and I've actually found quite a few I was interested in at this dealership and some at the other Five Star dealerships that area. Due to distance and current vehicle, I can't just drive out that way to look at a vehicle just to find out it's not what I'm looking for or disappointed at what I find. So when I email or call about a vehicle to get all the information I can and/or explain my current situation, they stop returning my emails and calls. I don't like to go in blind so I ask every question and concerns I have about anything I'm interested in just to have them not even respond back or get a response like those are not questions people normally ask about when buying a used vehicle. I know you can't answer every question but at least answer key concerns so I can make a sound decision.

That's exactly what happened to me. I bought a used vehicle at the beginning of August. It didn't make it another three weeks. It was a 2006. It had less than 100k miles on it. I was told that it was driven very easy and was assured it would last at least another year or two. I was told so many good things about my Ford. So, since I only needed it to last basically a year, I signed an "AS-IS." So, three weeks later- less than 2,000 more miles on the car- I've got engine stalling, knocking, and extremely rough idling. It hardly starts. I took it to a mechanic who gave me a $2650 estimate that I know is reasonable for what he described to me. Major engine repair needed. I would have to at least replace bottom parts of the engine and some bearings. He suggested replacing the engine with a used engine. I understand "AS-IS." I may have to replace a starter, an alternator, maybe even some fuel injectors. COMPLETE ENGINE OVERHAUL, though? That's ridiculous. When I called them, they told me that basically there was nothing I could do for me. Yes, I know that Georgia Lemon Laws won't help me. However, I just refuse to believe that fair business practices would tell them to do nothing when I basically chose the car because they told me it would definitely last at least a year.I did not rate repairs as I was told I would have to bring it 95 miles to the dealership when it wouldn't even drive.

I have a $300 service credit from a couple of year ago. The service department had severely taken advantage of my teenage son and at the same time tightened the oil drain plug so tight I had to take a pipewrench to it. I now have some work that I need to have done and want to use the credit; been waiting a day-and-a-half to receive a call back from a message I left on their website and all day today to receive an email response back from the Service Manager. Tried calling and got a voice mail. I expect them to honor their promise (from a previous Service Manager) of the $300 credit but as for now Im just waiting

Buying process was smooth. Negotiated price over phone and drove up next day to drive it. Bought truck after driving and they did give me a full tank of gas which is rare nowadays especially a 36 gallon tank. Overall the salesman was great and process was smooth. I live in Florida and I found the dealership and car via AutoTrader. I called the dealership and Josh sent extra pictures and performed a walk-around of the car while on the phone. He sent me a buyers order with final figures and made sure the car was detailed and ready for me when I drove up to pick it up in the evening. The final price was exactly what I expected, the car was perfect and I was able to test drive, review paperwork, pay and leave in 45 minutes. The facilities are nice, staff was professional and the service was excellent.

My daughter was in from out-of-town, and I felt like it was time to trade in her old car and get something newer, more dependable & roomier. Well, I did my pre-shopping & comparing before going. The vehicle my daughter was interested in didn't show up on their website, but was on the Ford.com website. So I called the salesman who I have previously purchased from and he went out on the lot to check and they had it.He had the vehicle set aside and waiting for us when we arrived. My daughter test drove it and liked it. We worked out the deal and she purchased it. The paperwork went like clockwork and fast. This was the 5th new vehicle we have purchase from Corey Lawson over the past few years at this Ford dealership. I gave the rating I did because they did everything they could to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They followed up with me a couple days after to make sure I didnt have any questions. I, also, feel like I can contact them in the future if any problems arise. Elvis took time to show me all of the functions of my vehicle. Rico made sure that my car was detailed properly and that I didnt have any problems or questions.

I had a terrible experience when I initially went to Five Star to look at a vehicle. After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the General Manager to ask how he could improve my experience with Five Star. I intially was hesitant, but was actually able to work out a deal. I purchased a Lincoln MKZ hybrid, which I love so far.The staff at Five Star couldn't have been any nicer today. I am happy that they were able to improve their Customer Service. (Thank goodness I was able to only work with Antonio, the financial person and Wes, the GM.)Thank you, Wes and Antonio.

Origionally I had not planned to buy a new car but Big Al's knowlege and presentation convinced me otherwise. I'm VERY HAPPY with my decision. Al not only pointed out the advantages of Focus ownership, but his knowledge of the car itself was impressive. I have since passed some of the same information to friends and family and I will not be surprised if I see them in a new focus soon as well. These guys are great to deal with. I'm not quick to trust many sales people, but these guys were honest and worked hard to meet our needs and answer any questions. Antonio Hodges was friendly, courteous, and worked hard to help us out while not being pushy at all. The price of the vehicle we bought was fair and I'm really happy overall with my experience with these guys and gals. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends or family to them.

Purchased a used vehicle from them on a Saturday. The next day the vehicle started making noises.went up there that Monday and sat for 2 hours with nothing accomplished. called for the next 2 days and they finally let me bring it in to have it looked at. Put me in a mini van with NO gas in it. then had me bring it back 2 days later so they could "sell it" put me in a F150 with NO GAS. it's been 11 days and they still have my vehicle. I've had to call them EVERY DAY and they tell me "tomorrow" every time. Come to find out, my vehicle was never even logged into the service computer. STILL waiting to get my vehicle back and dont even know if the reason for the noise has been diagnosed. Never been treated so poorly in my life. I will do whatever I can to make sure no one gives this company business!

Jerry Gray did an outstanding job of demonstarting the benefits of the Ford f-150. He went over everything even some features that I did not know about. He was not pushy and just allowed me to make up my own mind as to what I wanted to do. I was also looking at a chevy but after his professionalism I went with the Ford amd I am glad I did. We visited Five Star Ford Lincoln dealership and traded our 2003 Ford Escape for a 2011 Ford Taurus. We actually bought our 2003 Ford Escape from this same place back in 2003. Our Salesperson, Jerry Gray, was one of the friendliest sales persons we have come into contact with. Not only was he friendly, he knew everything about this Ford Taurus and took time to show me how to use everything and then when my wife showed up, he took the time to go over everything again. To be honest, we are very skeptical of car salesmen, but Mr. Gray was not your typical salesmen. He seemed very honest and caring. He made us laugh and I think we even made him laugh, too. He showed us how to use the Sync feature and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Mr. Gray did not act like we were wasting his time and he did not pressure us any.....which we truly liked. We do not like to feel pressured to buy anything. Purchased a F250 Diesel truck 2 years ago and bought the Silver Package for $2,000. After having the truck for 2 months the computer went out and the warranty didn't cover. Now, the EGR Cooler and Oil Cooler which is a known problem with the truck went out. The motor is vapor locked. Because it is not a "Main" Component of the Motor, they will not cover it. They tried to get us to trade, but wouldn't give us anything for the truck. When we bought the $2,000 warranty, they told us this would be covered. After only owning the truck for 2 years and it has less than 100,000 miles, we are very discouraged. Never will we ever buy from Five Star again. IF you sale a warranty, make sure you cover what you tell your customer.

Jerry was AWESOME! Probably one of the most friendliest people I've met in Georgia so far and I've been here for 4 years if that says anything. Needless to say, I hadn't seen any Southern Hospitality since I've been here. Honestly, my fiance and I were not looking to buy when we drove up to the dealership. We had already done all our research and all but we had a long day already and we just wanted to see if the Mustang she wanted was all what it was cracked up to be. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable on the Mustangs and always had a great smile on his face (even though it was over 100 degrees that day) and very professional. After the test drive, my fiance was feeling more up to negotiating and we started talking finances. This is the part I dread because it usually turns friendly salesmen into jerks who think they know you and your finances from a single number. Anyways, Jerry remained Jerry and got us a great deal. When I say great deal I really mean great deal it was incredible. Thanks to Jerry and his Manager who worked with us. All of you guys were awesome.

The Salesman, Nick, was quick to offer help,very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help find the correct vehicle, not rushing or pushing for a sales. When it came time to work a deal, he was helpful as was the sales manager who assisted with the final negotiations. Originally, I had gone to a different dealership that had lost my business with extremely poor customer service. Truth be told, I was irritated and disgruntled as I pulled into Five Star Ford Lincoln Mercury. We were met with pleasantries as soon as we pulled in (which I did not return). However, the Sales Representative kept a very happy disposition which honestly put me at ease. After talking with our sales representative about the makes and models I was interested in, he showed me everything on the lot I had described without reservation or hesitation. I could tell that he was knowledgeable not only about the cars but also by what he had on hand and where they were located. I was unexpectedly impressed with one vehicle in particular, a low-mileage 2007 Lincoln MKZ. That's when we started to get into finances, the part of buying a car I hate the most. The team that was helping to back our sales rep seemed to forget that they worked for the dealership because they gave me an incredible deal not only on the price of the vehicle but also on the amount of my trade-in. I was blown-away by how easy they made the whole experience and how they managed to honestly work with my budget to help me walk away with a fantastic vehicle. If I ever decide to trade-up for a new vehicle or buy one outright, I'm definitely going back there to do it.

Five Star Ford has renewed my opinion of car dealers. In the past I have been pressured and led around for long periods of time. The folks at Five Star treated me like my time was important and did not waste it. They also made sure that I was pleased with every aspect of my vehicle and knew how to use my Sync etc. Very Professional as well as Friendly. It was a Great experience pruchasing my 2011 Ford Fusion from them and would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them.

Had a very good salesman (Tom Hicks). I bought a Mustang. I liked the car so much I bought another. The second deal was terrible in my opinion. We had to follow up with the finance manager twice because of his mistakes. My wife and I both had to take time from work to go back and redo paperwork they messed up. It took them two weeks to pay off my trade. This cost me money in additional interest. The car was in the shop for two days out of the first five days I owned it. The dealer did not know what the problem was. I had to find a TSB online and take it to them to help them out. The hood was out of alignment and they could not fix it at the dealer. They sent me to the local Chevy dealer to have it repaired. My car smelled like gasoline on the inside when I picked it up. They had the door and windows open trying to air it out when I got there to pick it up. One of their workers (Vonda) called me at work one evening to explain to me how important it was for me to fill out the survey that Ford sends you after a purchase. She offered me a free tank of gas to bring it to them and let them do it. I think that undermines the importance of the survey.

Well, it was the typical dealer experience. I got jerked around, told one thing, then another thing, then another. I never got the deal I was promised, and I don't think I ever talked to the same person twice. I was looking for an F-150 and the salesperson barely knew anything about it. You should at least know about what you are selling. The whole trip there was a waste of time. Don't even bother going there.
