William May approached us as soon as we parked our car to look at a new vehicle. He was very, very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was professionally dressed, polite and very, very helpful. We were at the dealership early in the day, but had other places we were considering. We returned and he was willing to stay late and work with us on getting the vehicle. The finance department (Jimmy T) also stayed late to help close the deal. Two people from the dealership called us on Monday to see if there was anything we needed.

***********************I had to drive 140 miles from Tyler, Tx to get to 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX and it was worth every mile and then some. First of all, I tried a number of Ford dealers in and around my town and received the usual car dealership "baloney". None of them could match the price. I am not talking about a few hundred dollars, how about $1500! That was a profitable trip for my wife and I.But the one thing that stood out even more was the service we received from everyone we dealt with in in 5 Star Ford. An unexpected very pleasant experience. The people were great, from David Hill in financing who professionally laid out our financing options, Jimmie Mathews and his partner who spent quite a bit of time taking me through the "SYNC' system, and Sam Reggio who worked with us on after market purchases. But I must save special appreciation for Lee Clanton who made sure every possible rebate was included in our final price. And finally kudos to Rick Dike who I have been working with by email and phone to get everything ready and ease my anxiety before I drove the 140 miles.I have purchased 2 or 3 other vehicles from this dealership 15 or so years ago and if I ever need another I will be back to 5 Star Ford,

Kelly, the internet director worked really hard to find the exact car I was looking for (2017 Mustang with light leather interior). The combination of features I wanted weren't readily available but Kelly was able to track one down and get it delivered in no time. I worked with Nathan on completing the sale an he made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. I also worked with David in finance and he made the process go very smoothly. I left feeling 100% confident that I was getting the best deal! I followed up about a week later with some additional questions and Nathan was very responsive and went out of his way to get them all answered. Overall, this has been the best car buying experience and I would definitely recommend Five Star Ford to my friends and family!

Our second time to buy a car/truck through 5 Star Ford. I highly recommend them. We have never had a bad experience and I am a Ford owner since 1991 and will never go to another brand of auto. 5 Star bends over backwards to make you feel like a human being and as you know in this day and age is lacking. I appreciate great sales people and Tut Edwards their finance manager who make sure you are comfortable during the process of buying an auto. Our salesman Danny Trauth was pleasant to work with and I appreciate that. He worked with us and did not try to sway our thinking into a car we could not afford.

Realizing I was going to need a new car soon , I visited FIVE STAR FORD North Richland Hills , where I have purchased many cars over the years. However, on this occasion I dealt with salesman, DANIEL TRAUTH who listened to what I wanted and needed in a car . We are always pleased with the service Jeff brings to the table.We have purchased 4 vehicles (2 vans for my business a car and truck for my wife!)Jeff is awesome and will be returning customers for life!Now the service department...should have been on their toes.They put a truck on their used car lot without a full inspection, unfortunately cost us a few days before we received our vehicle.They did make it right with a loaner for the holiday. 5 Star is an excellent dealership. I shopped for several weeks, and dealt with three other dealerships none came close to the level of honesty, integrity, and transparency that I experienced at 5 Star. They have a tremendous selection of vehicles, very competitive pricing, and impeccable commitment to service. I dealt with both Joshua Fichter, and Marisa Thompson. They were both very helpful, and knowledgeable. They provided me with exactly the information that I needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Most importantly, they wer advocates and not sales people. Never once did they pressure me or attempt to push me to buy. This type of experience is unheard of in today's marketplace. Quiet simply, they treated me like a friend! The great experience didn't end with them. Tut Edwards in finance was outstanding! Friendly, fun, forthright, and honest describe my experience with Tut. I can't recommend 5 Star highly enough.

Contacted Sam Limo via internet sales and told him the truck I was looking at and he promptly went into action. I arrived at the dealership and Sam was ready with the truck for the test drive. No pressure sale. We had to negotiate about the trade and that was done with minimum back and forth. Low pressure and very enjoyable experience. Sam Limo is a top tier salesman. I recommend you ask for him and you will make a new frien.

I met Carlos on a Saturday afternoon while my husband played golf I was looking for a replacement for my totaled vehicle (really bad wreck). Shopping for a car is not in "my department", but Carlos made me real very comfortable and safe. He presented options with consideration of my budget and did not pressure me to close the deal. I returned later with my husband and he was also impressed with Carlos (this is big because my husband often refers to car salespeople as vultures). Alfred was very helpful and curtious. He answered all our questions fully so that we would understand. He is very concerned about the questions we had on the Ford F-150. He spoke with us as if he had known us for years. We were very comfortable with him. He showed us all the ins and out of the truck so we would be able to drive the truck and know all its ins and outs on all the gadgets in the truck. I would definitely recommend when you go here ask for him!!The "Tutman Experience" was just as great. He helps with all the financing and was able to get our payments so we could afford them. He has all the qualities as Alfred above. All financing people should have his attitude and we had a great experience with him. Five Star Ford has both of these men in there employment it would be hard to beat anywhere else. I will definitely recommend them to everyone especially if these two men are working there. I plan on getting my next vehicle from them!!

From the moment I walked in William May took care of me. I wasn't in a rush to purchase a vehicle and came in and out of the dealership over a 3 month period. Hector was so amazing from the minute I walked on the lot. He did not try and sell me a car the whole time I was there. He simply connected with me with a product and ensured that I was aware of how that product would work for the needs of my family. Hector is kind and patient. He is always willing to answer questions EVEN after the sale is completed. It does not stop there. Sam in the after-market department is a gem. He was so thorough in making sure I had the right accessories to make my Explorer perfect! The finance team presented a compelling case to protect the vehicle and not one time did they come across as over-bearing or pushy. I can't say enough nice things about this experience. I WILL be back and I WILL recommend.

I was newly in the market for a truck, and was deciding between a few different makes. I went into Five Star and was met by Alfred who showed me a few different F150 models. He asked me where I was in my car buying proess and respected that I was just starting to look around. I was never pressured to buy anything or to make any rushed decisions. Just so happens that they also had the largest selection of end of year models compared to every other dealer in the area. 2 weeks later I found a model in their inventory online, gave Alfred a call and he gave me a great deal. I would definitely recommend going to see Alfred and Five Star Ford.

Every step of the process in buying a new car was awesome. I've never had such personalized service. I received a phone call from Tony and later Jeff in management to thank me for taking the time to speak with the sales personnel. The sales personnel, Crystal and John were truly interested in my best purchase. They went out of their way several times to go over the top with a stress free sales experience. Even the finance end with Jimmy was stress free. I have been bring my previous car for service for several years. My service adviser, Ron Baron is awesome as well. I have told several people about my experience with Five Star NRH as they were looking to buy another brand of car, now they are re-considering and thinking about taking their business to Five Star NRH. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Five Star Ford! Our sales associate, Juan Hernandez, was great from the first time we meet. Although we did not purchase a vehicle on our first visit, Mr. Hernandez listened to our concerns and worries, and even gave us some advise that we should take into consideration. We came back a week later, and he was readily available to help us. He remembered every detail we had shared with him the week prior, and made us feel comfortable to proceed to move forward with trying to purchase a vehicle. We walked in feeling skeptical and worried about the possibility of even getting into a new vehicle, but worse yet, what would the financing be like? We had just had a very bad experience - or two - with a local Toyota dealership, and after going through that, we were not sure of what we wanted to do this time. I was introduced to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in NRH through AARP. Jeff Smith contacted me via email and set up an appointment to show me a few F-150 options. The very first pickup Jeff showed me was exactly what I asked for. I looked at a few more trucks, but ended up purchasing that first one I test drove. After all the incentives were applied to the price, I ended up paying less than expected and I received more than I expected for my trade-in. I paid extra for the spray-in bed liner and fabric protector, but these were options I asked for and were not pre-installed and forced upon me like at some other dealerships. Nobody ever tried to up-sell me on options I didn't need or want. And Jimmy Truong even made the financing a pleasant experience. This dealership definitely earns their name "Five Star" Ford.

I came in to buy a vehicle as a 'single woman,' and was extremely anxious about such a large purchase. A friend recommended that I contact John Little at Five Star Ford, so I did just that. I texted him a few days before going in, and when I arrived at my appointment, he was there to greet me with a smile and treated me as if I were the only person in the room. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Vehicles, and answered question-after-question from me without growing weary. I couldn't decide, and ended up test-driving 3 vehicles before I made my final decision. I appreciated the fact that he never rushed me, or made me feel as if I was "just another customer." He made me feel like I was dealing with a friend that I had known for years, even though we had just met. His partner, Crystal Sanders, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well. She was available to answer any additional questions, and helped me along the way. Jimmy Truong in Finance was also very pleasant to deal with. Once again, I had many questions for him as far as warranties and such, and he was able to explain everything in great detail, to my satisfaction.Overall, the experience couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend Five Star Ford, and this particular team of people to work with. Simply the BEST!!

From the salesman to the financing a great experience. We were dreading going car shopping. The salesman, David Hardick, was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. He listened to us and gave us suggestions on makes and models. Our finance guy was Tut Edwards. We did get the Tutman Experience! He was very informative and answered all our questions, all the while, making it a very pleasant experience. This is the third car we have purchase through Five Star Ford. I am one of those Car Buyers that was upside down on His Trade,not alot of money down and so-so Credit...I have tried numerous times to buy a new Vehicle at Chevy,BMW etc...with no luck. I went in at 4:00 PM to buy a new Focus RS, which is a very hard to get car, after working with Nathan Blackwell, Kelly Blackwell, and Lee Clanton in internet sales, I had the exact car I wanted at the exact prices I needed it. Numbers were what I expected but the service from these individuals were far and above. After all was said and done with the sales, now it was time for the dreaded finance office or so I thought. After being called back and Introduced to Anthony, I knew I had made the right choice. He was very clear and precise on the finance options and was able to get my into a % that works for me. I could not have asked for better service from anyone here. Even Betty, the receptionist, was helpful and prompt when trying to locate Lee and Nathan when I arrived. In today's world, 99% of the time I skip over positive reviews and only review something when it is negative. This dealership is the only reason why that is not a 100%. Despite the lateness of the hour, John took the time to answer questions and take a test drive. His offer was more than fair so no negotiations were necessary. Applied for the Ford credit. Had regular email communication with Aaron. I feel where it went south is Aaron wouldn't disclose to me, the one who applied for the credit, what happened with my credit app only that everything looked good but he need any trade-in information. I emailed Aaron back with the vehicle I wanted, the trade-in info, year, mileage, and how much cash I would put down and asked if a Friday morning would be good to come in. I didn't hear back from Aaron till 3 days later in the evening to which he replied he was there and was I coming in. Well, no because I have to work which is why I wanted to schedule a Friday morning visit (the purpose of emailing 3 days before). Aaron had no problems replying to emails before then. I'm glad I wasted a hit on my credit and applied for nothing.

I took my vehicle in for warranty repair and Josh took great care of me and my vehicle. The repairs took a bit longer than expected which is understandable for how busty they were. Josh kept me updated on the status and never over-promised what they did not deliver. I received my vehicle the day that Josh told me I would most likely get it back and my car is back to it's working condition. Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills has gained a repeat customer through this experience.

I had a great experience with Chad Ritter. After trying to work a deal with another dealership, a friend told me to call Chad to see what he could do for me. Within 24 hours I was sitting in front of him and buying a car at a great price. Chad took the time to explain lease options which were attractive but I decided to purchase the car instead. John Hilsinger was our sales rep. He was amazing. We told him up front what exactly we were looking for in a vehicle and our specific price range and he didn't try to sell us on anything else. He was very friendly and was generally interested in getting to know us. Our overall experience at Five Star was great. David was very knowledgeable of his product and took the time to answer all of our questions. He didn't seem rushed at all and made us feel very welcome. For that matter, everyone at the dealership did. The sales manager even came over to meet us and made sure that we got a good deal in our trade-in. We were very pleased. If there is one thing I could suggest for improvement - that would be just the length of time it took to get all the paperwork completed in the finance dept. We waited a very long time for that and it was really a pretty simple leasing deal. Don't get me wrong, all the people were very nice and professional, it was just painfully long.

I came back for my second purchase with Five Star Ford. Like last time, they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Alfred new exactly the features I would want, but was not pushy as to try to "upsell" me. He showed me my first choice and then read the situation to find the same model of car that had features which would better meet my needs. I will keep coming back to him for my future car needs for sure.By the time I had selected the car I wanted in my price point, Tony closed the deal on his end with a smile on his face. It was so refreshing to know that someone put me first and did not complain. He was the last person out that night (next to Alfred), but you wouldn't know it by his attitude. I was definitely impressed with the service he showed. I have never dealt with someone in financing who was so friendly.

Buying a car can be very stressful and quite honestly not fun at all. I went to Five star ford and my sales person was Josh Ingram. He completely changed my opinion on buying a car. He made it easy, and pleasant. He knew I was nervous just not knowing if my credit was good enough and he walked me through the whole process and made sure I got the best deal there was. I would definitely recommend Josh for your next car buying experience. I know I will be going back to him when it's time for a new car. My Finance guy Jimmy Yruong was amazing as well. I ended up in a fully loaded Ford Escape and my husband purchased an F-150 4x4 Texas Edition. We love our vehicles, and we love the way we were treated from start to finish. My youngest son, a recently discharged US Army Infantryman had been driving a beat up old Ford Explorer that finally suffered a catastrophic transmission failure. He's working two par-time jobs and going to college. Not having a car was not an option. I called Five Star at around 2pm yesterday, and my son and I were there at around 4:30. I'm driving a new 2016 F250 SRW that I bought from Five Star in January, and my wife drives a 2010 F150 that was also purchased at Five Star. Alfred (who helped with the F250) had a number of cars pre-identified when my son and I arrived. After a few test drives, my son departed the dealership at around 7pm with a very nice 2014 Focus SE with a meager 23,000 miles on the clock at a fair price and a 4 year note with a monthly payment he could easily handle. Robert did an outstanding job finding financing at a low interest rate to boot!Alfred continues to be a blessing to myself and my family. My wife is much happier knowing that our son has a reliable car to get him around. Happy wife, happy life. Five Star once again proves that their family is here to help your family.

He let me drive a car that would self park. That was a fun experience, but I opted for a car without that ability. Aaron was very thorough and efficient in presenting the deal to his manager. I live in Florida and shopped around for the truck I wanted for months online within 500 miles of my residence. I expanded my search to nationwide and found this Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Ford F150 FX4 truck at 5 Star Ford. It had nearly everything I wanted minus a few items, they were later installed by the dealer thru Sams help (spray in bedliner and remote start).We completed this whole deal over the phone and I never once saw the truck in person! Oh, I didnt mention I was out of town on a 2 hunting hunting trip 2500 miles from home. Sam made sure everything was in order, there for pick-up and delivery by a transport company and confirming. This was my first time buying a car, and was not looking forward to having to deal with pushy sales people, or the "hassle". I went with Five Star Ford because my brother bought his truck there several years ago, and had a great experience, and they had the car I was looking for. At Five Star Ford, the sales man was not pushy, but very helpful and patient, even with miscommunication on my part. All the hassle I was worried about was non-existent. Rick was great to work with, and went above and beyond what I was expecting a sales person to do. I was even surprised to find out that someone would be going over my new car with me, and showing me all the features. That alone, was very helpful, and saved me a ton of time trying to figure out things on my own. Jimmie was great, very knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to navigating Ford's Sync system. I definitely did not expect to have the car buying experience I had, but am very grateful for it. I'm very pleased with my car, and when I need a new one, I will definitely be back!

I brought my 2016 F150 in on Friday, Oct. 7, at 5:30pm. I was hoping the service department would be able to help me immediately, even late on a Friday afternoon. My truck air conditioning had stopped working about 30 minutes prior to my arrival at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. The urgency for a repair was due to my travel plans to Austin TX the next morning to attend my nephew's wedding. We did not want to make that trip with no A/C. I went inside the service department immediately upon arrival and was greeted by Landon Owens. I explained my situation to Landon and he immediately headed out to the service bay area to see if anyone was still around that late in the day that could possibly investigate the problem with the A/C. He returned shortly and said that "Mario" was still in the shop and would be able to take a look. A short time later, my truck was ready to go and the problem was resolved! I really appreciate the customer service I received from Landon that day, as well as Mario's efforts. I have done business with Five Star Ford NRH in the past and have always had a great experience no matter the reason I was at the dealership. Great work and a great customer experience! My wife and I are grateful for making the wedding trip in comfort with A/C! Excellent work guys!

We are a small business and buying new vehicles is one of our least favorite things to deal with. When the time came to get (3) new trucks with different options, I call Crystal Sanders. She had a straight forward and well priced quote back to me within and hour. I called another dealer that we had dealt with in the past to compare the quote. The other dealer took 3 days, got the options wrong, and the pricing was murky, to say the least. We ordered the trucks and went in to pick them up. Because of past experiences, I blocked my entire afternoon. Mark and Marie finalized the deal and we had the keys in hand in less than an hour (including financing paperwork). Best experience in car buying that I have had in years! Saw the car I wanted on the 5 Star Ford website last Thursday. Called the dealership and spoke with Jason Howell. He said that he would have it pulled and waiting for me on Saturday. I wasn't able make it in on Saturday. Called him and told him that I would be in today. Went in this morning(Monday), picked it up, brought it home for my wife to see. Took it back and told him I wanted it. Whole process took less than 2 hours, including finance! This is my first experience with Five Star Ford and I was referenced to the dealership by a work mate and he told me it was a hassle free buying experience and it truly was. My workmate recommended that I contact Rick Dike and he told me he was a no pressure salesman and once again that proved to be true. Rick had a truck ready for me to test dive upon my arrival and when I told him that I was still test driving other brands he said fine and for me to let him know if he could help me in the future. After driving a few other trucks I contacted him again about driving the truck again and once again he set up a test drive. Once I decided to buy I called him the third time and in just a few minutes he had the paperwork done and turned me over to Tut in Finance. Tut was by far the quickest I have ever experienced in getting the paperwork done. He was efficient and friendly. Once I completed the transaction Rick introduced me to Jimmie Mathews to walk me through the workings of my new truck. I am really glad the dealership does this because it would have taken me days to grasp the basics that Jimmie was able to explain to me in just a few minutes. He was kind and patient with his explanation. All three of these gentlemen did a great job.

After going to our local dealership and having a bad experience with the sales people I checked the internet to find a good dealership. After reading reviews I called Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills and spoke with Alfred El-Darazi. He told me that he had the Ford escape in stock that I seen on Five Star Ford website. Alfred told me to come over and he would help me out. After driving 50 miles to get to the dealership I was greeted by Alfred El-Darazi. He was extremely friendly from the moment we met and made my wife and I feel welcome. Alfred answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle go to Five Star For and ask for Alfred El-Darazi. I have bought many cars over the years and can honestly say Alfred El-Darazi is the best salesman I ever had. He will treat you like family and do whatever it takes to make you happy. I also want to say a big thanks to Anthony Snyder who did the finance for us he was able to get us a great interest rate and keep our payment down. He also made us feel like family.

I personally had a wonderful experience with this dealership. My parents are financing two cars from this dealership and have been treated so greatly- that I have chosen to finance one from here as well. Mario helped us out and he was wonderful; not hesitating to help us with any inconvenience and working with our schedule. I have worked with Tut several times and he is very professional and also has a sense of humor and can't say enough about him. We spotted a 2016 C Max online at the dealers website and drove to the dealership for a look. The C Max we wanted was on the show room floor but unfortunately was sold before we got there. Bob Nemri found another in inventory and had it delivered to his dealership. We got the factory rebate along with the dealership discounts and 72 month 0% (the combo was available only for the C Max). Robert Leet took care of the finance. Happy with the purchase and tickled pink with the car. It's our first hybrid...what a neat package... Stop and go traffic from Denton, Grapevine, Rockwall with 3.25 gallons....

Decided to purchase a specific vehicle in Texas. Upon researching I found a vehicle at fivestar ford and contacted Sam Limo. Originally Mr. Limo stated the car was going to auction and was no longer available but contacted me a few hours later to inform me the vehicle was still on the lot for sale. After spending the day looking at other vehicles I went back to fivestar but unfortunately my bank would not do paperwork after a certain time. Sam Limo held the car for me due to my personal schedule. I drove back the next day and picked up my new car (was planning on coming back a week later). Aaron Diaz assisted with the visit to fivestar as well took me for a test drive and also picked me up from Hertz after I turned the rental in. As a first time buyer it was not bad dealing with this dealership personally. They didn't blow my phone up like a few others but still communicated professionally throughout the whole process. Dallas traffic was the worst part.

Great Sales Team in Crystal Sanders and John Little. I was pre-approved for my auto loan thru the American Airlines FCU. I went to Five Star looking for a gently used truck. Crystal pointed me to a wonderful truck with miles so low it could be a new truck. I knew where I wanted to be in terms of trade in and sales price. We came very close, within $500, of where I wanted to be and put the deal together. Crystal and John worked together to make sure everything was in order, that I was comfortable and just gently moved us thru the process.Shout out to David Hill in Finance. I say and ad for a 2012 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and it was just what I was looking for. Drove to Five Star Ford In NRH which is a 90+ drive each way. I met with Sam Limo and he pulled the truck around for a test drive while my trade in was being appraised. The Truck looked great and drove great. My wife and I sat down with Sam to make the deal. Sam was a pleasure to bushiness with after a wonderful deal was reached we went to the finance man, this has always been a terrible experience in the past, boy was surprised. The finance man made the experience a real treat. This is a one of a kind dealership.

I want to take the time to say how amazed I am in the dealership and the sales associate. Destenee Dowd and Diron Lintz took there time to explain everything and go above and beyond to get me in the best deal and car from start to finish. I called an hour before they closed and Destenee was able to breakdown amounts and the best option for me before driving to the dealer to meet up with Diron who was professional from start to end he explained everything well without being pushy. Jimmy in financing was excellent as well, he explained the difference between leasing and buying, gave me his opinion in the process, broke down every figure for me and was very professional. I was in need of a bigger car for my kids and myself. I went in to talk to Alfred to see if there was anything he could do. My credit has gotten better since I bought my first car from Alfred, but it is still not great. Alfred cares for my kids and my needs and said he is going to help me out. We drove a couple of different cars and Alfred was working in his head what would be best for me and for my financing. He did not work this deal to sale a car, but to take care of my family needs. I do not consider Alfred as my sales person, but as family. He always has my families best interest at hand. I am a customer for life!!!!At one point I met Jeff out on the lot and Alfred introduced me to him. Alfred told Jeff that he is going to present a deal to him in a bit and that they really need to help me for my family needs. Jeff said, "we will get it done". I was amazed at the confidence and willingness to help my kids and I. Very amazing people.I had to leave the dealership to go pick up my kids from school. Alfred said, "Jeff, you go get them and come back up here and your deal will be done." After I got the kids from school, I went home to get my check stub and text Alfred. He sent me a text that said, "Good job man, approved". They were able to get me approved for 1.9%. I was floored by their work and dedication. When my kids and I got up there, we worked with Anthony. Again, I felt like family. My kids and I went into his office and he interacted with my kids and was able to make the process go so easy. There was no surprises and he gave me options and told me that I do not have to take any of them, or could take them all. Again, he showed concern for my kids and myself. He was able to work this deal and get it approved. Not just so they could sale a car, but so they could help out a family!!!!The first time I bought from Alfred, I became a customer for life. After this purchase from Alfred, Jeff, and Anthony, I feel like I am a family member for life. I will never go to any other dealership!!!Thank you for all you have done for my kids and myself!!!!!

Son had his heart set on the Blue Jeans Blue Ford Explorer with tan interior. Jim Fairweather worked his tail off to find one, loaded as we wanted and got it delivered. Really went above and beyond. I had a wonderful experience at 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills. It didnt feel like your typical car dealership where the sales people where very pushy and trying to get you to rush into something. Obviously they were trying to sell you car (its there job) but it wasnt aggressive at all. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable their sales people were. Mark Lancaster knew everything about the truck I was driving. I had never met a salesman who knew show much about the car I was driving. Most of the time if they dont know something its very obvious and you feel like you are wasting your time asking questions..However with Mr. Lancaster it was like I was in a F150 truck class. It was great. By the time I was done driving it I knew everything. He was a wealth of knowledge. Sadly, I had to come back at a later time to buy the truck but luckily his co-worker, Diron Lintz was there to help. And just like Mark he was knowledgeable and helpful. Both of these people are talented in their field which made for a good car buying experience.

From website info to chat session with Chris--that was passed to Jeff Smith and Carlton Abrams in Internet sales to Tut Edwards in finance, I can only praise and compliment each one for quick and factual info that found the car I wanted in 24 hours and I picked it up the next day. There was no need to negotiate because they proactively found all the incentives and discounts which was better pricing than I found in 3 other dealers.

We started our search via internet and worked with Jason Howell. He was very responsive and didn't waste our time sending information on vehicles we weren't looking for like other dealerships did. After we test drove the vehicle we told him we had to pick our son up from the airport and he worked very diligently and efficiently to complete the deal so we could be on our way. He was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. The finance person was Anthony and was HANDS DOWN the BEST finance person we've ever worked with. He was honest and didn't try to sell us unnecessary packages. He was hilariously funny and we literally laughed the entire time we were in his office. I will never go to any other dealership again. Kudos to Five Star Ford for treating customers how we deserve to be treated!! For some reason I don't have the ability to actually rate Jason and Anthony but they are both definitely 5 stars!

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the staff. Everyone was so helpful. My salesperson Rick Dike was helpful in meeting my needs by selecting the right truck for me. He took the time to go over the options of each vehicle to properly select the best vehicle to meet my needs.He went a step further by having the sync manager Jimmie Mathews go over the vehicle and all features with me. Kind and courteous, and we never felt pressured or bullied into making a decision. Carlton Abrams also assisted a few times, when Robert was unavailable, he was awesome too! I gave a 4 star review, because the work has always been well done on our 2010 F 150 Truck.However the waiting time is just extremely long, till service is provided. Sure would be nice if they could expand the service center to provide faster service.Today I waited 2 hours for an oil change. They I found out I need new breaks. Fortunately they have time to install them today. Thank you for that!I didn't want to wait any longer, so I took a courtesy shuttle home. Mr. Harry Waymire was a very nice man, very good and pleasant driver who know how to get me home fast, safe and sound.

I would like to relate what a pleasant experience I had when recently looking for a car. Jerry Reynolds from the Car Pro Show, after hearing what I was interested in, suggested I call Joshua Fichter, the GM at 5 Star Ford NRH. So I started out by making contact with Joshua, and described what I was interested in. I made plans to stop by on a Saturday afternoon.When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, I was greeted by Joshua, who immediately introduced me to sales associate John Hilsinger to see what there was available for either a Ford Focus or a Ford Fusion. I quickly determined that a Ford Fusion would fit better. After looking at a couple of cars, I decided my prime candidate was a pre-owned certified 2016 Ford Fusion. I was 95% certain but wanted to think on it a couple of days. Fortunately it was still available on Tuesday. I took a test drive and decided this was what I wanted. From the first day to the last, Carlos and Brieanna were very patient and helpful. They were very kind as I asked several questions. They were also very down to earth and realistic, as I filled them in on what I needed in a car. They helped me find a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. I spoke with Mel Seibel by phone in the early afternoon on Saturday. He helped us about 4 years ago when our daughter bought her first car, so I asked for him by name. He assisted me first by phone in picking out several options for us to see when we came over later in the afternoon. When we arrived, he was ready to assist us with several options. We drove two cars and decided on one that was displayed on the showroom porch. This car shopping trip was a long time coming, as we had shopped with Mel about 6 months ago, but decided to wait, you see, I was very attached to my 1999 Ford Expedition, which when turned in today, had over 533,00 miles! It has been a great car and I really did not want to part with it. My husband accompanied me because he was afraid I would come back home with the 1999 Expedition! I would seriously consider being in a commercial to highlight the reliable Ford brand.Mel Seibel made quick work of getting the vehicle we chose prepped and ready so that it would be ready when the paperwork was completed. He assisted with the paperwork and had great understanding for our needs and complemented us on our great credit!. Robert in the finance department handled that piece quickly and we were soon headed back to meet Mel. He went over details of the car and even parred my phone through the wi-fi. Saying good bye to my old vehicle, was tough, buy Mel made the process go quickly and smoothly. He took great care of us today, and every time we have come over to Five Star Ford! It was my first experience ever buying a car. I had no idea what to expect, as I approached the inside, I told them my reasoning of being there and I was helped immediately by William May. After explaining alll my needs for car, we had to see if I was approved to buy a new car, being as young as I am. During the whole process I was always reassured everything would be ok and that we could always figure out what my next steps would be if I were denied. I was very comfortable throughout everything. Diron Lintz is a very outstanding and thorough sale person, which we have not experience in a while. He came to our rescue when we first came on the lot of Sam Packs Five Star Ford. We visit this lot, because of an online picture of a car that I wanted to buy. I reach out to someone who answer the phone and at that time told us that he was busy with a customer and the car I was looking at was not available to that next Tuesday. After being told that I wanted to come to the car lot and look at the car myself. My wife and I drove up to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford and there walking toward us was Diron Lintz who later became our sale person. Mr. Lintz took us to the car that was supposed to be in the shop, let us test drive and stay with us until the final sale took place. The car needed additional work, so Mr. Lintz took the car to have it service with no extra charge on us, and the car was return back to us within 48 hours. We want to special thank the staff and the services department at Sam Packs' because we had been looking all that day to bring home a car, and when we got to our final destinations (Sam Packs Five Star Ford), not only did Diron treat us with respect but the staff that we can in contact with was gracious too. Diron so helpful and willing to answer all of our question, and most importantly he went out his way to follow up with us. Jim was great to work with. Started the process on the internet. When I decided what options I wanted I emailed them to Jim. He found my car, called me and I went to look at it the next day. It was perfect for me. I left with it that day. I visited Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, Tx a week ago on Labor Day 2017 looking for a 2017 Superduty dually 4x4. I was initially greeted by the Sales Manager Rick Dike who was helping another customer, so he said he would send someone out to help me. Mr. William May came outside, and I introduced myself, shook his hand, and I told him what I was in the market for. He said "well let's go inside and look at the computer". I then asked if we could just walk down further on the lot so I could look at the Super Duty's that were clearly visible on the lot. Mr. May's response was "you can, I'll be inside".... I was totally shocked at his response and just said "ok". At that point I contemplated leaving because I could not understand for the life of me why a "salesman" would refuse to walk the lot with a new customer who specifically asked to view the on-hand inventory. I'm a visual person, I like to see and feel whatever I'm going to spend my hard earned money on. I decided to walk the lot by myself, and was pleasantly greeted by another Salesman Mr. Diron Lintz. I decided to stay and tell Rick what I experienced with William, and Rick expressed his sincere apologies, and took very good care of me from that moment forward. He set me up with Diron, who was the perfect salesman the entire transaction. I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service I received from that point on, even with Anthony Snyder in Finance, and MM Ross (Finance Mgr.). Needless to say, I purchased a new 2017 F-350 Lariat Dually 4x4 that day! Mr. Willilam May definitely missed out on a good sale!! I would recommend this dealership.

I buy 1 F150 a year for my business. I met Lee Clanton, one of the internet salesmen, 2 trucks ago and have stuck with him since. I can tell him what I'm looking for over the phone, he gets it, and a price is agreed upon. I make the drive from Louisiana and when I arrive the truck is ready to go and paperwork ready to be signed. No haggling back and forth or running to a manager to see if they can go lower. The deal is still the same as what was discussed on the phone. Seems simple, but far to often salesmen will do that to you assuming once you've drove that far you will agree to it anyway. He is a no B.S. salesman that makes the buying process easy and as long as 5 star keeps their business practice the same and Lee keeps doing what he does, I'll continue to make the drive over.

Dealing with a dealership is not always about price, it's about "care" after the sale. John was so great! I stopped by Five Star Ford after going to several other Ford dealers around the metroplex, and ended up having to stay later than intended and not once did he complain. It was a Saturday and I was sure he wanted to be with his family, and he was insistent on wanting to find me the best deal possible for the car I wanted. He ran back and forth for hours trying to work the best deal possible for me, and was very attentive and willing to put the extra work in to make car buying as hassle-free as possible for me. Being a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect. John was so understanding and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or being ripped-off. He even worked wonders trying to find different rebates that would work for me to get my price down, and into the monthly payment range I could afford. He truly makes you feel like you are his only worry in the world, and that is such a nice feeling while trying to find the vehicle you will be relying on for the next few years. He works wonders and I would recommend him to anybody and everybody!

I had been looking for a certain set of features on a 2016 F150. I 'might' have had a trade in, or I might have been selling my old car to a friend. I tend to do a lot of research on my own and had an idea what a new truck should go for, and the value of the trade in on my existing truck. I called 5Star and Sam Limo was assigned to me. I explained the scenarios I was contemplating and Sam was straight forward, listened to each of my issues, made recommendations, and throughout the iterations of vehicles and final pricing, he remembered the key issues I was dealing with. I was able to do much of the negotiating and credit application process over the phone, or via the internet, allowing me to spend as little time in the dealership as possible. (I had a hectic 3 days and could not spend 2 or 3 hours). As we were waiting for a vehicle to arrive from another dealership, Sam kept me informed and recommended when I come into the dealership to minimize my time. I really appreciated his respect for my busy schedule.

I was treated with total respect and everything was explained to the exact penny. I left with total trust of the dealership and all of the employees. I felt like I had the red carpet treatment. We have just purchased our second ford from Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. This experience, like the last was very good. We asked the salesperson that we had dealt with in the past, Melvin Seibel, to find the model with the options we wanted. The dealership didn't have what we wanted so he spent some time locating the car for us. When he had the car at the dealership he gave us a call and we went in to look it over. We decided we would take the car and the purchase was negotiated. We were given the price that we felt was acceptable and drove the car off that same day. The financial rep at Five Star was very efficient and got our paperwork done in a very short time. We opted to have some after market items added to the car as well. These items were installed the same day we purchased the car and we drove away completely satisfied.

I always dread buying cars, primarily due to previous interactions with typical car salesmen. This time was completely different. I inquired about an Explorer Thursday evening, had an email response first thing Friday, spoke with Josh and let him know that I needed his best price and he gave me his best offer right off the bat and therefore, he didn't waste my time or his going back and forth. His price beat my local dealer's price in Oklahoma, and due to the price and the service I received from Josh over the course of several phone calls and emails to finalize details, I drove 3.5 hours that Saturday to give him my business. In addition, Josh's supervisor contacted me, well after the deal was agreed on to "thank me" for my business and for driving to their dealership from Oklahoma. Also, the finance manager, Robert, was very impressive and didn't employ the typical aggressive tactics to push extended warranties like most dealerships do. Bottom line...I can't say enough about how impressed and satisfied my wife and I were with our entire experience. We would recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely plan on doing business with them in the future.

The shuttle service took me back to work but I had no way home from work that evening. I explained my problem to both the Service Advisor, Sean Billhymer and Abel Baldazo, the shuttle driver. With a busy service schedule, Mr. Billhymer said he would try to get my vehicle looked at sooner but could not promise me anything. I got a phone call the same afternoon letting me know my vehicle was ready and that Abel was on his way to pick me up. When I get into the shuttle, Abel said "we like to take care of people at Five Star." We knew you needed your vehicle as you are a single person with no family here. I am very thankful that Five Star has employees Like Abel Baldazo and Mr. Billhymer.

Went to five star ford to buy a truck for my daughters 18th birthday. This was my second vehicle here and both were with Crystal Sanders. After completing the deal I mentioned to Crystal that it was a surprise for my daughter. Crystal offered to deliver the truck and I accepted. I went in as a first time car buyer not really expecting to come out with a great deal or great customer service but they actually proved me wrong. From the time I walked from the parking lot to the offices everyone working there seemed genuinely polite and cheerful. I worked with Juan Hernandez to get my new car and he was awesome. Very nice and funny gentleman who knows his stuff. From someone who has never been through the car buying process he explained everything to me so there were no surprises at the end. I never once felt pressured to make a decision I did not want to and he was very patient with me (I am very indecisive). I ended up driving off the lot with the car I really wanted which was a 2017 Ford Escape SE and before that Juan took the time to explain all the features and actually showed me how to use it! Overall I honestly had a really great experience here and I will definitely look to them in the future with my car needs, their first impression to me was everything and for that they earned my business.

This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. Jim was a great salesman; he did not make me feel pressured. It was straight forward here is the deal. When my current loan company responded with a better deal, instead of just blowing it off like they could have, I was called back out to re-do the paperwork at the better rate. Everyone I worked with was excellent, courteous, and knowledgeable. The financing was done before I even had to make the drive out there. Great experience, great dealership!

I dealt with Hector Cojulun while looking for a used truck. Hector was great i felt he treated me as if i was buying a new vehicle. Our experience at 5-Star was very positive. Ours sales person, David, was excellent and helped us find the truck we were asking for and achieve the deal we were after on our new F-150 Lariet. He was very helpful as we were wanting the V8 with Flex fuel as it is a tried and true engine and the cost of flex fuel E-85 is $0.50 per gallon less than regular Gasoline and the money stays inside the USA and Helping American agriculture. Our loan officer followed through with the closing as expected with the best rates FMC offered with discounts currently available.

This is my fourth car purchase from 5-Star Ford, Richland Hills. I live in Arlington, but I wouldn't go any where else. Doreen Parker and Jeff Crabtree were the best in negotiating my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. My husband and I initially stopped by this location to view pre-owned vehicles. After speaking with Doreen, she helped us to realized that purchasing a new vehicle was a better option for us. I purchase another truck from 5 Star Ford. As always, I was treated with respect without any sleazy, slimy, high pressure, behind the curtain deals. Everything was transparent, as it should be with any dealership. Buying a new vehicle shouldn't be a stressful and unpleasant. Literally, like the title states- the most easy car buying experience ever! Both Wayne and Jim were so friendly, informative, and most importantly not pushy! That's my biggest pet peeve when buying a car, and both gentlemen were not pushy! I loved how they gave me honest answers and valued integrity. I wasn't really planning on buying a new truck this year until I saw Fords $0-Down, 0%-APR, for 72-months on just about all of their vehicles. We bought my wife's 2013 Edge from Jim Rich in 2012 and I'd told Jim then that if I ever bought another Ford that it would be from him.I called Jim up on a Wednesday and he had the vehicles that I wanted to look at ready on Thursday. I went out and looked at all of them and selected a Ruby Red F-150 Lariat with the 502A package, V-6 turbo, tow package, and a spray in bed liner.The truck was ready on Friday afternoon and I went and picked it up after work and I couldn't more happy with my purchase!

We first visited Five Star Ford after visiting several Honda dealers in the DFW metro area and receiving substandard customer service. Both our Salesman, John Hilsinger, and our finance manager, Robert Leet, were friendly, personable, kind and gracious. I had my heart set on a Honda Fit for ages, but after one test drive of the Fiesta Titanium, the Fit was a distant memory. I got an amazing car at a fair price, and the purchasing experience was virtually painless (I say "virtually" because it's impossible to be completely patient and relaxed while you're waiting to drive away in your cool car). By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I will without a doubt continue to purchase cars from Five Star. Thanks again to Robert and John!

Randall was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect pre-owned F150 for me (and yes - I was a bit picky). Randall even called me a few days later after my initial visit to let me know that a truck arrived that he thoughts I may be interested in seeing. This is quite impressive and really showed me that ... 1) he was truly listening to me during our initial meeting and 2) he was working hard to make a customer happy. Randall even offered to meet me on his day off work to drive the truck. Who does that? Who offers to work on their day off? Well - Randall does - that's who! I appreciate all his effort and am completely happy with my purchased. Initially referred through TrueCar looking at a used Fiesta for my daughter. Her car was totaled and we were trying to replace with insurance proceeds. David called me immediately and told me I should look at the 5 Star website because there were some pretty good prices on new Fiestas.I actually hit make my deal and was heading to the dealership when he called and told the car I wanted was sold. David followed up Monday trying to fins something that fit but there was nothing on the lot. .I went to TrueCar again and spoke to a couple of dealerships. In the end, even though I spent a little more than intended, 5 Star had the best deal for a Fiesta SE and David was a great guy to work with.When I am ready for a new Truck I will come to 5 Star and speak to David.

I had been researching Transit Wagons for sometime and had trouble finding accurate information and actual passenger vans to test drive. I had shopped several dealerships before finding Five Star through an inventory search on Ford's website and drove over 90 miles to visit this dealership. Five Star offered everything I needed...a knowledgable and accommodating salesman and a number of Transit Wagons to test drive. On a sweltering August Saturday, Alfred El-Darazi cheerfully drove the vehicle of our choosing up to the showroom, offered us cold water, and after a test drive left us alone to explore all the perks this van had to offer, showing up only periodically to inquire if we had questions. On that same day we traded-in our current vehicle and drove away in our new van! Our entire experience was a positive one from start to finish!! BTW, I love my new van!!

As soon as I got to the dealership to meet with my parents, I was kindly greeted by Juan Hernandez. He was very straightforward and got to the point and let me know the information I needed to know about the car I was interested in. The dealer's asking price seemed a bit too high for me so Juan went back and forth with his manager and got me a great, reasonable price for my car. I traded in my boat for a Mustang! A BOAT! Sam Limo made it happen. It was a unique deal as he was very professional and quite honest with me the entire transaction, start to finish. My wife and I decided on a Ford Transit for our ice cream business. We looked at several dealerships before coming to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We were greeted by Juan Hernandez shortly after pulling into the dealership. I explained to him exactly what we needed and that's what he showed us. No tricks or games. Juan was a great salesperson and our speed when it came to showing us the vehicle. We left undecided and actually made three trips total before buying. We came to a deal j was by happy with and purchased the vehicle. It was the smoothest easiet process I have had buying a car. I do not like pressure tactics when I'm buying anything and never felt pressured by Juan or anyone else at the Five Star. We will be back to buy our next car. My wife and I have been researching F-150's and talking to dealers all over Texas for the last two months. I recently contacted Melvin Seibel about a vehicle listed on their website and received nothing but straight answers and firm pricing. I contacted him late last Friday about driving up from Waco to see the vehicle. He realized that he would not be there by the time we arrived but it was not a problem! He arranged to have the vehicle brought over from another lot, it was detailed and full of gas, plus he handed us over to Josh Ingram who was fully prepared to handle the sale. We then worked with Jimmy Truong on signing the papers and also met William Conner to discuss the possibility of getting a bed liner. To a person, everyone we dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. On Saturday, Melvin followed up by calling and offering his assistance if we had any questions about the vehicle.After talking to many poor businessmen during our vehicle search it was refreshing to find a dealership that treats their customers and one another with respect!

For the second time, we were in need of a vehicle on short notice. Destenee walked us the best options for our needs and pocketbook. We found the car we wanted, and were able to complete the deal on our time requirements. Destenee took the time to answer all of our questions, and we never felt pushed to consider any vehicle that was more car than we wanted. my daughter and her husband have purchase 2 cars and 2 f150's from Bob, so I thought I would see if Bob had any used f150's, after visiting with Bob ,He has now sold 2 cars and 3 f150s !! Melvin Seibel was a blessing to us, with a servants spirit and friendliness he answered our questions and was not pushy. He helped us get a car we needed while understanding our budget needs. Being down to earth and honest he found out anything we needed to know and helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. We usually try to avoid dealership's because of the pressure we often experience by the dealership's representative. With Mel we did not have this problem. There was no pressure. We went home rested instead of stressed. Mario greeted us with a firm hand shake and a great smile as soon as my family and I arrived at the dealership. He is great at keeping a conversation going. A very smooth transaction of buying a new F150 with David Hardick and Ollie Jackson in sales. I liked the internet price but was also given additional incentive discounts more than the internet price. I traded in a 2014 Focus and feel I got a fair offer for it the first time. I also enjoyed Sam O'Reggio in Aftermarket Sales and Jimmy Truong in Finance was great. I feel Jimmy gave me straight answers and did what was best for me.

We had been looking for weeks for a car. Just as usual we were on our way to another dealership to see about looking around, again, as the car we were interested in had been sold. But a couple of days before, I had gone online to Five Star Ford and talked to Sam Limo about what we were looking for. He had found some cars and invited us over to test drive them. Not wanting to get disappointed again, we decided to just head out and buy another car, just like the one we already had which we weren't happy with as the hood kept falling on my head when in he open position. As we were approaching the exit, we decided to stop at Ford, which was right by the dealership where we were going. Best decision w could have made. Not only did we get the car that had everything we were looking for, it also had at of extra amazing upgrades as well. Not only the heated seats we were looking for, but cooling seats as well, and no only for he front but for the second row as well. It also had a navigation, remote start and countless other amenities we were not expecting. We bought the extra premium service where we will never had to pay for an oil change for six years but it will handle all other maintenance issues. We simply pay for the gas and worn out tires; as nails and bubbles on tires are completely taken care of as well. We also got the paint butler to keep the car looking good on the outside as well. It pays for itself by not having to go and pay for detailing and polishing anymore. We bought our Ford Edge, and will get our car polishes, car maintenance, oil changes, as well as, mechanical repairs all taken care of at Five Star Ford .....truly a one stop shop, But none of it would have ever happened, I would have not even come in, had it not been for the outstanding and personably salesman, Sam Limo. Thank you so very much.

So i was looking for a new F150 and had several dealers send me quotes, all of which added things onto the price that as far as i was concerned should have already been in the screen price, but any way, i found a F150 on the 5 Star website, and didnt ask for a quote we just went in.We were meet by David Hardick, he was relaxed and asked if he could help, I asked to see the F150, we looked at it and it was what i wanted, we went on a nice test drive, he wasn't trying to sell me the car he was just talking to me about what i asked.Then we came to looking at the price, This is where i was ready to kick into my sales mode ready for a long drawn out battle with a car sales rep and his manager, my wife hates them and hates buying cars, this is where i have to admit i was a little disappointed that i didn't get to work my magic for betting out a deal, the screen price was the price, no hidden fees, no extras for paperwork or fancy air in the tires, no added extras for local cat grooming, the only extra was the Tax, but we knew that so not really an extra.Then we came to the finance guy, we had been at ford for almost 3 hours at this point, just because buying a new truck is not quick, but the finance guy was just as awesome as the sales guy, he advised what our options were and didnt try and push anything on us.My tags turned up and i went and picked them up and the receptionist was helpful with a big smile on her face.so here is the thing, me being me i will buy from someone because i like them, not always down to price, i Bought a new 2016 F150 not cheap but a very good deal, but here is the thing my next car in about 2 years will be a weekend car, and there is only one place i will go to get my GT350 5 Star ford.Thanks guys you made buying a car a pleasure.

We went in feeling anxious and afraid we'd be turned away with not great credit. But that feeling changed when we met our great salesman Wayne Biggers. He assured us that they would be able to find us something we could get into and be able to afford. I think we may have been at the dealership a total of an hour, doing our credit app, to looking at our credit, finding a vehicle and doing the paperwork! That was it, amazing, quick and easy. After hearing things about buying a car, I walked in pretty skeptical, but I did indeed drive off in a certified used car, It wasn't even the car I had seen on the web site! I had arrived later in the evening, but both salesmen were a pleasure to work with, both were direct, helpful, and courteous. Even financing was clear, and when I had questions, the explanations were to the point. 5 Star Ford was a very good first experience in purchasing, as indeed, it was my first ever purchase on my own from a dealer.

I dealt with Crystal Sanders, I had done business with Crystal's Mother in the past and found them both knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I don't like a lot of wasted time and dealing back and forth, I was given what I felt like was a fair trade and a livable price on my new truck. I would suggest having the Aftermarket department go over more details of accessories so we may make a more informed decision, if I had known more I may have chosen a different bed cover.

I test drove a couple of trucks with different equipment and decided what I wanted. When I was ready to buy, told the salesman what I wanted, I asked for 18" wheels instead of the 20" that a lot of the Lariat with the 3.5 ecoboost had, he called me back the next day, he found one just like I wanted in Oklahoma, but had one on the lot with exactly what I wanted but with 20" wheels. I looked at it and decided to go with the 20" for the time being. They gave a decent discount right off the bat and some rebates, and gave a reasonable trade in on my old truck. Closing the deal was painless, there was a minor issue where they gave me a rebate that I didn't qualify for when we were negotiating the previous day, and that was removed, but they immediately adjusted the final cost so that it was the same as agreed to the previous day, no arguments or drama. No hidden costs added in, upsell items were offered, but when I said no, that was the end of it. Very refreshing compared to a Dodge dealer that had almost $2000 in useless add-ons already installed in every truck on the lot. A great experience.

Mark was great to work with. On our first visit, Mark spent about 3 hours with both myself and my wife. We test drove the F150 we had in mind. Mark was very thorough with his presentation of the F150. He answered all the questions my wife and I had without hesitation. After we left from our test drive with Mark, we went on a test drive with a competitor. As I recall, after we left the competitor, my wife and I looked at each other and we both said we're going with the F150 and Mark is the guy we need to work with. I was looking for a new F150 4x4 for my husband and found just what I was looking for a NHR 5 Star Ford. Crystal Sanders and John Little worked very hard getting me the right truck and working with my credit union on a short holiday week. When I went to pick it up, they had found a scratch and wanted to point it out. Offered to paint but we decided to go look for a different vehicle. Found one comparable, and Crystal went out to inspect it herself before they brought it back. Since Tut Edwards and I had already completed the earlier deal (BTW the Tut Man Experience is excellent) it was a quick turnaround on the second vehicle. I was very pleased with the service.So the rough part, turns out this vehicle had an intermittent issue with the SYNC. It took several tries, and probably lots of discussions between the Service Manager Robert Morgan, Ric Calderon and Detroit, but the issue was resolved and works well now. I'd also like to thank Cameron Worthy who did a lot to facilitate appointments and rental cars.I would definitely recommend both the sales and service departments!

My 2016 Ford F 1-50 broke down on me this weekend ( I know Found On Road Dead), Threw a Throttle Position Sensor Stuck Open code. (Malfunctioning Throttle body) I limped it to the nearest Ford deal which was Five Star. Walked in and explained the situation and was told it couldn't be looked at until Tuesday. So I then called the Dealer I bought the truck from (Will leave unnamed) and was told the same thing. After a few minutes on the phone with no resolve I was meet outside Five Star by THE MAN. Ron came out, listened to my story (Third time telling it) and got to work. Located the part on site and put me on the schedule. I gave him my truck at 7am this morning as requested and he had it back at 5pm. Just like he said he would try, Thank you Ron and your team at Five Star. When you walk into the dealership you are immediately treated very well. Everyone is extremely friendly and very sincere and appreciative of your business. Had a maturing lease that I was excited to get out of. Started my research early and found that my next ride would be an F-150. I was introduced to Chad Ritter and I shared my needs, wants and concerns. The rest was history. Chad pulled inventory that met or exceeded what I was looking for. Lee and Jim were terrific! I talked to them ahead of time and told them what I wanted. The picked out the perfect truck for me and didn't try to push me into anything that I didn't want. This is a no pressure dealership. An on-line search the day before shopping allowed me to tell them what I was looking for. When I arrived the next day sale consultant Ollie Jackson had my picks ready and waiting. I took several test drives and asked a thousand questions. She always seemed happy to help me. When it came time to choose I didn't feel any pressure at all from her. In the finance department Tut Edwards made what is usually the boring part of vehicle buying very entertaining. He calls it "the Tutman Expericnce." Having gone through the Car-Pro, Jerry Reynolds before contacting the dealership not only provided extra saving but I was treated like one of the family.I love my new Ford truck and would highly recommend Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford.

He found a truck with all of the otions I had asked for except for the color. (They've I'd not have a white one in stock. Must be a very popular color) long story short is that I really liked the Ruby Red one he had in stock (Surprise, my wife loves it). I set out that day to get a car. First I went to 5 Star Ford. They were straight with me at every turn. They gave me the best deal they could. When they found out I was a police officer they made sure I got a "first responder" discount. They were polite and accommodating at every step. Even after we told them we were going to check a couple other dealerships. After we showed them the car we were looking at at Westway Ford, they simply said "Well if that's a better deal, then go for, if not come on back and we'll get you this car." I went to Westway Ford, and it was awful. They jerked me around at every step. They were full of crap, and did all but straight up lie to me. I hate games, and that's all they wanted to play. So I left. Eventually they called me with a deal that I probably would've taken, if they had been straight with me from the start. I immediately went back to 5 Star and started the paperwork. I do not at all regret my decision. I chose to buy a car from decent people.

Working with Chad was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I spent the last several weeks visiting OTHER dealerships, emailing, texting and on the phone with them. Chad was the only one who "cut to the chase" and listened. He didn't try selling me a car I didn't want/need/couldn't afford. My budget changed quite a bit in the middle of the process due to extenuating circumstances. Chad was the only one to "get it" and didn't seem phased by it, even though I know his commission was probable affected. He didn't change his attitude or his approach. He still found me the best deal and the best car. He was quick to respond to questions and didn't stalk like other dealers do. The receptionists, managers, sales people and the finance people were all a pleasure to work with. They were warm and inviting. No pressure. No haggle. Just a great experience from start to finish. I will be returning to Five Star Ford in the future.

My daughter was in desperate need of a car. I reached out to Crystal Sanders and John Little on a Wednesday afternoon and by 5 pm my daughter had a new Fiesta with the help of Crystal over the phone! John was not in however he responded to my email very quickly to offer any help. I never even left my office to handle this and when my daughter got a ride to dealership Crystal already had a car for her to look at based on our needs and my daughter loved the car and was able to leave with the vehicle a short time later with the financing of my employer at Unity One Credit Union where I am the Branch Manager at our Campus location. From the time I got to the dealership Mario was very helpful and more knowledgeable than any other sales person I have ever dealt with as far as knowledge of the vehicles he was sellin . He went out of his way in researching vehicles for me to find what I needed and wanted. Even though my first intention was to trade in two vehicles and purchase a new truck after having my questions answered I decided to keep my current truck and trade in my other vehicle for a new commuter car that would accommodate me and my three year old. And even though my credit isn't perfect Maria and the finance team got me into the vehicle I wanted and on the terms I was comfortable with. I am a single mother of two kids with a tight paycheck and no other form of income, no help from child support, just my parents as far as them babysitting so I can go to work. My old car kept breaking out on me and it was alwayz one thing after another. My parents have been into Ford before and have told me about their great experience. I was a little scared at first because this would be my first car that I pay for on my own but when I talked to Doreen Bainbridge not only did she help me out as far as finding an affordable car but she didn't everything she could to have me leave the same day with a great car. Five star ford is lucky to have an employee such as Jim Fairweather. He was excellent to deal with. He answered all our questions and more. One of the tail lights went out and he drove to auto parts store to get the part and got us in within 15 minutes for service and we were out by 20 minutes. Unbelievable! The employees at Five Star Ford are among the most professional and friendly staff we have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Our sales person, Alayna, literally worked with us all day to find the right vehicle at the right price. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed and enjoyed the process. When I came to the lot I was planning to spend two or three days, since going to my bank took over a week the last time I purchased a car. Alfred made everything come together so easily and quickly, I showed up at ten a.m. was done in time to go get lunch. Alfred called me just before five p.m. to let me know my care was ready with all the extras I had requested, he really took care of me. Anthony, in finance was like sitting down, and talking with an old friend. He was great, made me and my wife very relaxed. We were out of there in no time. I purchased 2015 F350 for a great price and Lee the sales guy was really helpful and honest. Finance sold me a warranty on the car without asking me. I told them I do not want but they did add to the paperwork. I signed all paper works on the trust and thought I didn't get extra things. When I got home I noticed the warranty but that it's not a problem I will be able to cancel. It's better if you are honest about the product you sell and explain to people what you sell. And they have to be aware what they buy. Overall I am happy with the dealership and process was smooth. Everything else can be fixed.

I just purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium, 60 miles, awesome deal!! John Little gave me personal attention from start to finish (and Crystal Sanders). As we entered the dealership we were a little apprehensive because of previous experiences at other dealerships. Alfred greeted us in a friendly manner, and we felt comfortable with him. We gave him the details of the truck we were looking for and he immediately found two that would "fit the bill." With his assistance we chose one of those trucks and "the process" started. It was actually pain-free for which we were grateful. He was very knowledgeable regarding the specifics of the vehicle and had accurate answers to our questions. What a pleasant experience overall! Alfred is not pushy, and we were most appreciative for this. We sealed the deal and drove home in a great truck. We would highly recommend him as a salesman. Great guy!!

Hector of 5 Starr Ford greeted me as I exited my Stratus. I explained that I was looking for a 2015 or 2016 Escape to replace my Stratus. He went out of his way to present me with a variety of possible vehicles, both to own or to lease. After looking at several possibilities, I finally settled on a silver 2016 Escape to lease. I have been driving it for several weeks now, and many of my friends have indicated that they have "new car envy". I keep telling them to visit Hector at 5 Star Ford and he will definitely take care of their car needs.

We just completed the purchase of a Ford F-250. The experience was very good. Associate Mark Lancaster guided us through the selection process. After he reviewed our plans for the truck he showed us many options, without applying pressure at any step. The lot had many, many vehicles to look at that fit our needs. Mark also knew the Ford line and helped answer all our questions. From paint, to options to styles, Mark showed us many trucks.Completing the process was also nice. Mark was able to help us select options once we selected a vehicle. His recommendations were spot on for our truck needs.The paperwork was also a nice experience. We've been buying cars from Five Star for years. That's due in part to Marisa Thompson who is so kind, and smart about cars. She's always helped us figure out what's right. This time, we also worked with Destenne, who was so patient and just wonderful to work with. There was no pressure. It was about finding the right vehicle for us. Turned out, the right vehicles. We bought two cars on the same day. It was an easy and great experience. Even in finance Jimmy T was great and helped us understand what we needed to protect our cars.

Randall came up to the dealership on his off day to help me close out a sale on my car! Tut Edwards gives you the "Tut Man Experience" which is unlike any other in finance. Decided on getting a new Mustang GT and started searching the many dealerships in DFW, found the best selection at Five Star Ford. Decided to check them out first and made my decision that the car would be purchased from them based on the non aggressive sales team and the reasonable pricing (I did visit other dealerships, but that was just for looking at other cars). My sales person Destenee Dowd was very helpful and not pushy as I have come to expect from other sales persons, made the experience memorable. Even had a pleasant experience in finance with David Hill, did not try to sell me extra crap that I did not want, again not the norm for car dealerships. When it comes time for a new Ford in the future Five Star Ford will be seeing me again.

Got a great price so took out the extended warranty. Price given on warranty was for one year and. . . finance guy did not mention it should have been times 6! Have emailed salesperson twice to find out about a $500.00 credit we should have received and he has not responded. Also stated that I wanted to buy a new truck;, possibly two now with my son looking. Still no response. I don't get it. Going in today to shop.

I bought a brand new F-150 in January from a good dealership in South Texas - Hacienda Ford, but while 500 miles away from home a message popped up that something was wrong. It was a Thursday night so I knew I had to get it fixed ASAP. I was far away from home and had many more miles to drive during the weekend for business, so early Friday morning I went to a certain Ford dealership in west Ft. Worth and they didn't seem interested at all in helping me out. Kinda blew me off!I then drove to Five Star Ford. I have owed many cars, trucks and vans through my life and I've NEVER had such a good experiance at any dealership. I was totally impressed with all your service staff and their undertrsanding of my delima. They went way out of their way to help me and I am so thankful. Landon Owens was AWESOME. What a Fantastic young man he was. I have nothing to say but Praise for his concern and willingness to do what it took to make a Ford customer, (even though I didn't purchase my F-150 at Five Star) feel important. He was AWESOME!

This is our 8th vehicle to buy with David Deger. He always tells us what can and can't be done. He never plays games to put you into something you don't want. We looked at a few vehicles one weekend, had a couple of calls throughout the week and set up a time to come in the next weekend. He had the truck ready to go and we spent just a little time in the office to finalize everything. Then we moved over to finance and had one of the best finance experiences ever. The Tut Experience. this guy made one of the final proceses the most entertaining ever. His energy is during the process is above all. I had an excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle. Actually, It was the best experience I have had at a dealership. The service and professionalism was second to none. Eddie Laguana dropped what he was doing to help me when I walked in. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. He made me feel comfortable and was not overbearing. He exemplified leadership and drive from the start. There was not a detail that he missed. He made sure that I knew everything about the process and the vehicle. He took the time to help training me on the Ford Touch Sync system and made the whole process easy. I will definitely refer anyone I come across to 5 Star Ford. I am a female driver in my 50's. Over the years I began to mistrust dealerships, so I started taking my vehicle to an individual mechanic. About a year ago my mechanic let me down and that's how I met Ron Baron. I was caught in the middle of what my mechanic was telling me and what Ron was seeing when I brought my SUV to 5 Star. Ron took the time and the patience to explain the issue to me; to give me options to fix the issue and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do next. From our discussions, I decided to have Five Star repair my vehicle. After the repair I was still having some issues but Ron took care of it and the service department did not charge me at all to repair those remaining issues. Back in December when my SUV needed a new transmission Ron helped me walk through what the cost would be to keep the 10 year old vehicle and repair it or to get a different car. He never pushed me to go and look at the cars at the dealership. He just suggested I might want to look to compare what the prices were with the end of year rebates. Ultimately after looking at the new car pricing with rebates and talking to Ron about the cost to repair my car; I made the decision to buy another vehicle. All through this process I was never pushed or felt like I didn't know how to make the decision on my own. That's a big deal for a female. Since then I have referred 2 other people to 5 Star and they have purchased vehicles. I will be honest. If Ron goes to another Ford service dealership in my area, I will follow him. With all the employees that I have met at 5 Star Ford - everyone has been positive, helpful and courteous. Ron is the best for me. He is above and beyond my previous dealership experiences. My kids and I stopped by the QT and while I was looking at my tire, Robert Morgan the Service Director for Five Star Ford who just happened to be at QT too, asked if I was needing any help. I told him about my tire and explained that I'd get it taken care of after I dropped my daughter off. Mr. Morgan asked me to let him and his team take care of it. I drove my car right over and was met with such nice people. I later learned that they were all done for the night and actually clocked out, but they stayed and helped my kids and I with my tire. This was such a kind act and truly appreciated. Five Star Ford will be where I always go for car maintanance. They are a group of very caring individuals. I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

I found a truck at Five Star Ford online and was very interested in it. I called my Salesman that I have dealt with that last eight years. I told him what truck I was looking at and how much I could afford. He called back and told me to come see him that he had it worked out. My salesman came in early Saturday morning and I left with the truck by 11 that morning. Diron Lintz was my salesman and he will go out of his way to get you into a new vehicle and doesn't try to pressure you into more than what you can afford. Since 2006, I have bought seven vehicles from Five Star and through the same salesperson. I have had nothing but great experience both from customer service, the finance team and management. I recommend this place over any other dealership there is.

I have bought several cars in the past, but this was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The sales person never pressured me to buy, he felt more like a friend and worked to get me every rebate that I could get. When I went into to the finance office to sign my paperwork, it was very pleasant and friendly. I plan to buy all future cars from Five Star Ford.

The salesman (Diron Lintz) was awesome. He was honest and friendly.The part liked is that i was not pressured. The whole dealership was clean and friendly.. I had a bad exprience at my last dealership ( David McDavid Ford) and Five Star Ford just blew them away. Alayna was wonderful. We loved her knowledge of the F150 and her all around professionalism. Marisa, the sales manager along with Alayna did a terrific job explaining our options and completing the deal. Anthony from finance finalized everything in a timely and patient manner . Finally although we stayed late into Saturday night the service team was fantastic, answering all our questions and preparing the vehicle like it was mid afternoon.

Five Star Ford is all about their customers! Every sales representative that passed by asked if I needed assistance, but did not come across like other eager and intrusuve car dealers. They were all courteous and friendly. While we were there, they were having a BBQ for veterans. I cannot think of a better service experience I have had! The car buying process was great and hassle free. John did all he could to find me a vehicle that best fit my needs and wants. John was very considerate and explored all options and spent a great deal of time with me. After thinking it over, I returned the next day and worked with Crystal on the purchase due to John being off work. Crystal made it simple and already had an idea of what I wanted due to speaking to John. Crystal made everything as easy as possible for me and made it too easy. To finalize it all, Tut Edwards assisted me. Tut had a great positive attitude and was able to answer all my questions. Overall I would definitely recommend this group of three with any vehicle purchase.

He actully offered a purchase price for less than I thought I could get and was very patient with my wife and I trying ti decide on colors and packages. I could not have asked for a better experience! Diron provided me with some solid advice but ultimately left the decision up to me. Tut was very funny and engaging. He gave me all the ins and outs and explained things in a simple manner omitting all the finance jargon. They are both great assets to the Sam Pack and Ford names. We bought a new Ford Explorer for my wife and it was a smooth process. Rick Dike is the best in the business, no hassle. We told him what we were looking for and he brought it in from another dealership and had it waiting for us. It is exactly what we wanted. Tut Edward's in finance made sure we got the best rate we could and did a great job showing us out options on the extended warranty. Made that part of the process so simple.
