This was my first experience with Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins. Your dealership is top notch! I have purchase 2 new cars from your dealership within 2 months. I can't say enough about Terrence Fannin as my sales point of contact. Terrence went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the cars I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. The finance department Manager Mr. Darnel Daly was very quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Terrence Fannin and Darnel Daly to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

They try to take advantage of women. The service manager talks to you like you are xxxx under his feet. If you call and leave a message don't expect to get a call back, and be ready to replace tires at 22 thousand miles and was told by service manager Mike they are the cheapest, bottom of the line tires you can get and the car is set up to wear them out from factory and be ready to replace steering column bushing clamps for 350.00 dollars that they replace at least 3 a month average that should be a recall on Hyundai. I recommend any manufacturer but Hyundai, or any Five Star Dealership.

Very nice vehicle, but not what I was promised. I was told the car I was getting had no sunroof (which I did not want) but when the car was delivered to my home, it was a 2016 not a 2017 (as promised) and it had the sunroof, which I did not want. Buyer beware.

Recently I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Utility. I must say this was the most pleasant, professional, courteous, and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I contribute all of the credit for this experience was due to the very first person I spoke with. His name is Chris Wade. He remained in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Then, after all of that, I advised him of the injuries I sustained in the accident and would not be able to make the drive to pick up the vehicle. Not many people educate themselves on local laws regarding sales of vehicles in advertising. In the great state of Georgia...it's supposed to be simple. The advert price includes all dealer fees except tax, tag,license and lemon law (if new) and government fees. It's by law, only allowed to show rebates or incentives EVERYONE qualifies for...not a minority group (military, owner, lessee, Uber driver, college grad etc). The advert price was one thing...I got a break down. Simple. Great! I'm excited. Next day, it's more and then all these fees were included. They want to charge me way more for a cash sale. Total is almost 3k more than I was told. When I said they were in violation of the FBPA and TILA he laughed "not many challenge that" and then said "not to say we're above the law, but we have 22 dealerships and we do this at all of them." I am sorely disappointed that they charge the unsuspecting public dealer, freight or doc fees in addition to their advertised price..which by George law, is supposed include all that. Georgia Department of Law consumer protection unit Auto advertising and sales practices enforcement policies:Section 6 B price representationSection 6 B special incentivesSection 5 principles and precedents I suggest you look it up online at georgia department of Law consumer protection.

I met Shaun Browning when I first pulled up and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the inventory, and was excited to help...but not pushy. When I came to Five Star Hyundai, it was VERY hot outside and he was more than happy to walk the lot (at my request) and look at cars. He was supposed to get off of work at 6pm but didn't leave the lot until I was finished at 9:30pm. I did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase that night. I was also extremely impressed with the Finance Manager and his knowledge of everything. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend that my friends and family consider Five Star for their next purchase.

.Previous owner of a 2010 Santa Fe which saved my life in a highway speedaccident recently. It was my wife's vehicle so she looked around at other vehicles and dealers and decided on the Santa Fe. Would like to thank Jon and Paco for their outstanding knowledge and help in the purchase of this vehicle. Paco went beyond the norm to make sure my wife got the vehicle that she liked. Jon was very courteous and provided great after the sale support explaining to my wife the many options of the vehicle and setup for the first oil change along with setting up her Bluetooth. Brett Garman wants his customers to have a great buying experience and he will do whatever it takes to make that happen. I purchase my used Hyundai Sonata at the end of Dec. 2015. Six months later I am very happy with my vehicle and with the service I have received from Five Star Hyundai. I have all my oil changes done at the dealership. I'm about to have my oil changed for the third time in six months (I drive for a living). The service department is friendly and quick. I'm not a huge fan of buying vehicles, but Brett and his team made my last purchase a great experience.

After explaining our budget and the one must have option; Shaun assured us that the dealership could have a Sunroof installed on the vehicle we chose. That allowed us to select an SE model with a lot of cool features without going into the limited model price range. The feature was installed within a few days and we are more that satisfied with both the fit and function.

I bought 2 vehicles from them 2 days in a row, April 21 & 22 2016. Once vehicle i had a trade in with. week later I get a call to come back in as the paperwork needs to be resigned for one of the vehicles. Then a week later yet again get another phone call that something wasn't filled in right on their end and I had to go back yet again to resign the paperwork. I bought in GA because my wife and I are there for a couple months and our residence is Nevada they said that is no problem to register it in Nevada. So almost a month later i notice my trade in has not yet been paid off..called dealership, they would look into it and call back by end of day..well next day comes and no call back so my wife had to go in and find out the problem and grab the paperwork for a 3rd time for me to sign and had to make them figure out why the trade in is still not paid off, after they had to search for someone who handles that, found out it was just sitting on someones desk not getting paid off. Next, get a phone call from Nevada that they didn't show we traded in our other vehicle with dealership so we were about to be charged a no insurance fee because we cancelled insurance on the vehicle we no longer had. I finally proved it was traded in, then they inform me as well that the dealership did not pay enough to cover tax title and registration, like $270 short. Call the general manager, not available left message, no call back that day, call again next day again not available left message, called later and finally got him he said he let it slip his mind to call back..then says he will call back Monday morning by 11am..well of course no call so call the GM and he is busy, left a message...nothing call back at 7:30pm he is with a customer he will call back. It is now Tuesday and do you think i got a call back yet?....The customer service was great while there buying the car, the sales man was excellent but after the sale happened and our problems began it has been quite horrible. Also on both Vehicles the tires were low, they filled it up said tires are good but guess what...tires keep loosing air...go figure still trying to get in touch with them but I will never see a five star dealership ever again and neither will anyone that we know.

Very pleased with the way I was treated when I expressed an interest in the 2016 Azera Limited. I had done a lot of research and the vehicles and decided on the Azera vs the Genesis. Since I was pretty familiar with the Azera, drove it and checked out all the bells and whistles, I was satisfied with the vehicle. I took it home so my wife could drive it, she did and felt very comfortable with it. I was more interested in the safety features and as a senior citizen, feel much more comfortable driving long distances. I value input from the mechanics that service and maintain the vehicles and find them very interested in how I feel as an owner.

I bought two Genesis cars with Terrance as my sales person both times. Terrance took a good deal of time showing us all our options and pointing out features that helped us decide. Based on this knowledge, I knew I'd be contacting Terrance Fannin when I was ready to purchase a new Sonata. I decided on the Limited Model, with all the extras, and Terrance was more than happy to explain all the features to the wife and I. Searching for vehicles is easier now than ever using the internet and all the resources that come with it. I used a third party site to find a certain car on cars.com and found an amazing deal. After calling Five Star Hyundai, I spoke with Terrance Fannin. He assured me that the priced vehicle on cars.com was indeed the advertised price of the vehicle. The next day, I traveled 2.5 hours to purchase this vehicle only to find out that the price over the phone was too good to be true. I was lied to over the phone and the vehicle I spoke about was a few thousand more than promised. I negotiated for a fair purchase price and purchased the vehicle only because I did not want to waste my day.

I bought a 2011 Genesis Coup in 2011. I even bought the maintenance agreement that covered the first 50,000 miles. At 75,000 miles the timing chain slipped and the valves blew, requiring a new engine. Mike Heard, the service manager first tried to tell me that the car had been submerged in water. That was ludicrous! It HAD sat in the rain with the rear window not completely closed. And, the taillights leaked in strong rains - like others have noted on Genesis reviews (common problem with this car). Once THAT did not pan out, the next reason to reject my warranty claim was because the oil receipts that I turned in were 'bogus'. So, from 44,000 miles to the 75,000 were in question. I had a patient that changed my oil at an auto body shop he worked at - as well as a few receipts from another oil change shop. A fax was sent to the Hyundai rep from the service manager (I have a copy of this fax) stating that my receipts were bogus. THEN, when that seemed like a dead-end, they decided that the after-market air changer was the cause for the engine's failure. Hyundai stated the warranty had been voided by this after-market part. I truly believe had I taken this car to a different dealer the outcome would have been far different. Mr. Heard had decided from the day I called to tell him I was towing the Genesis to Five Star that he was NOT going to fix this car under the warranty!!! He told me that in 15 years he had NEVER had the timing slip on these cars - that just was not a problem this car would have. He made that statement and then backed it up by creating every excuse possible to negate the claim. BEWARE!!!! The warranty is worth only the paper it is written on. Most of the time, my stuff craps out just AFTER the warranty expires!!!! In this case, the warranty was in effect but Five Star along with Hyundai have refused to honor this warranty!!! I will NEVER buy another vehicle from ANY FIVE STAR dealership. PS I have previously bought several cars from Five Star. The sales staff is great but what good is that if when trouble strikes, there is no follow-through?????

I am a retired military veteran who currently works for the Red Cross. I went into the dealership to buy a car because of the great warranty and gas mileage. As I travel a lot I briefed the dealer that I would like 2 years of oil changes and an extra year of satellite radio. In addition, I wanted an actual spare tire and a spoiler. The salesman agreed and we made the deal about 3 1/2 months ago. As of today (with at least 7 visits to the dealership and the same in phone calls (many not returned) I have the spare tire. The spoiler has not come in? And the salesman now says the satellite radio was not included even though they have said numerous times they were going to get it paid for. I love my car and have purchased Hyundai's in the past but this salesman and the dealers shady ability to provide the items promised puts the entire organization at risk. If they are will to lie and disregard their end of the bargain after you bought the car then there should be some type of action taken. I have left a message for the General Manager but he has yet to return my call after two weeks. I will try again today.

My experience with WR Hyundai Service Department no matter which car I bring is always top notch. Everyone greets me by my name and welcomes me as if I'm part of the family. Mike Heard and his team are polite, respectful and eager to do the right thing every time. Yes, not just the first visit, but every visit! The comfort I have with Mr Heard and team made them my first thought when a neighbor needed help with her cars, and neither of them Hyundai's. If Mike and his team can handled it.he'll tell you..Come on In. If not, he has no difficulty, referring you for a solution. I would strongly recommend 5 Star Hyundai as everyone's first try. Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. This has been the absolute best car purchase I have had in a large number of years. I worked with Terrence Fannin. I appreciated his confidence and knowledge of the Sonata as he was very careful to fully explain the various aspects of the car. He did not pressure us as we discussed the cars price and our trade in value. He thoroughly explained the various cost areas (MSRP, discounts, trade-in, taxes, etc.) and allowed us to make our decision. In addition to Terrence, the finance manager (John Scinso(?)) provided a great experience in what has in the past a tiring and frustrating activity. John got us in and out in a very short time while still explaining all aspects of the "signing" process. All in all, I'd rate this whole experience as a 10 and would highly recommend this Five Star dealership.

I am from out of state. I found a beautiful used vehicle. I talked to a salesman over the phone and discussed my trade and the logistics of car delivery. He sounded nice and promised he would call me back at the end of the week. He even told me not to get impatient and we would work out a deal. He wanted me to promise that I would not buy and assured me he would call back. I checked a couple of days later on the website and the vehicle was gone. I called the dealership to find out if it had sold. They connected to the used sales manager. He was abrupt, told me it had sold, and hung up. what a shame because I was planning on purchasing two vehicles. Salesman never did call back.

We chose to go with Five Star Hyundai because they gave us a good quote on our trade in and were close to where we live. There was a used Hyundai on their lot that had been listed online for a week or more. When we arrived at the dealership, the salesman we dealt with had a hard time finding the keys to the vehicle. Apparently this was a recurring problem for him. He spent a good half hour just looking for the keys. Then he informed us the car had not been cleaned since it had arrived. He spent another half hour trying to convince us to buy something else before he would let us test drive. After the test drive, I knew I wanted it. We had to wait around even longer while they appraised my vehicle, something that should have been started sooner. Negotiations only took a few moments before we settled on a decent price, not a great deal, but an average one. Then we sat around waiting even longer to sign the forms. Once they were signed, we had to wait again while they "cleaned" the car. They basically sprayed the outside down and squirted some Febreeze. The car was still a mess. I didn't really expect a miracle, but everyone at the dealership was talking about how "clean" it was and how good of a job their service department does. Maybe we have Extremely different definitions of "clean", but there was still dog hair, crumbs and dirt everywhere. All in all, it took us 4 hours to get done with the sale. Its been almost a month since we made the deal and they are still harassing us about forms THEY forgot to have us sign. We have already gone back to them three different times. Despite our trips back, the paperwork is STILL not done. I do not recommend this dealership at all. They are slow, inefficient and lack proper communication between all departments.

I went to this Hyundai dealer to test drive the Veloster. The sales person that helped me did nothing but read the paper taped to the car windows when I asked questions about the vehicle. I knew that I like the Veloster from test driving and online research I performed, which led me to inquire about my financing options. After speaking to four financial representatives at the dealer, I was given a quote that was over twice the amount offered by two other dealers down the road and instead of accommodating the client, I was told that my expectations were unreasonable and I will never be able to find a payment like the one I'm looking for. Thank you, but I will be taking my business to one of the dealers who had already offered me that unreasonable expectation of a price.

Tried to over sell. May have given false info to the banks on how much I made. Was very high pressure and wanted me sign now when I said I had to leave and would come back. Did not want me to leave and said he could get me in my new car in 20 minutes!I had to leave and the finance person said he would call me with the bank's answer. While I was there a bank called me to verify my wages, which I thought was strange. I left and got no call. I called back a couple days later was was advised that the bank denied me.If I was denied, how was he making these offers to me and wanting me to signs quickly so he could get me in my car in 20 minutes?
