We purchased a 2020 Jeep Renegade and we love it! A huge thank you to Ralph in sales for the excellent care we received in buying our Jeep. Ralph was very efficient in getting some things tied in fast and working along side with the service department. The service department was very helpful and quick to get it accomplished. I strongly recommend to stay from away from this business. They are unprofessional and dangerous to your family. To make a very long story short. We purchased a lemon jeep wrangler from them this year and we are still waiting for our overpayment check from the owner, Mindy Miller. This place needs to be shutdown. OSHA violations everywhere. I will go further into the details after our case against them is settled and our I9 investigation is complete. Remember you are warned.

Ralph O’Meara was wonderful! I just bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and the experience could not have been better. Ralph was lovely, no pressure and helped me set up phone and radio prior to leaving dealership. Will absolutely use again and highly recommend. Ask for Ralph!!!

We purchased a car on 11/14/20. Finally got title on 9/11/21. We had to call several times. They did not have clear title to the car they sold us! The lien release on the prior title is dated 11/25/20. Then it turns out they submitted a check for tax and title transfer (should have been 2 checks) without the paperwork! I requested the check be stopped and a new payment sent with the paperwork. They submitted the paperwork without payment…just a note dated 3/31/21 to send them a receipt for the check sent previously (dated 1/15/21). The paperwork was rejected. Since it was sent to us, we had to follow through to get the job done. Eventually Flagler sent a check for the title and plate transfer, but they refused to reissue the portion of the check for the taxes. It was rejected again because they had miscalculated the taxes, so we had to resubmit it with more money. We were out of pocket $258.19 for taxes, late filing, late payment and interest. We had a “we owe” for the windshield. The windshield was replaced at the place Flagler selected. They complained that the price was too high, but they did pay for it. We discovered that the car was not the trim package advertised. (Yes, we should have checked.) It was a $500 cheaper package. Flagler said it was a glitch in the web system they use. They could not control it. The sales receipt (which they certainly could control) also reflects the wrong trim package. They refused to compensate us for the difference, but offered to take the car back. They did not offer to help us find a car, supply a rental while we looked, compensate for the time spent on making and keeping the windshield appointment, or the cost incurred in oil change and service we did. We decided it was financially better for us to keep the car. That would have been the end of it had we received title in a timely manner without additional expense.

Well this was my first experience buying a car, and it was pleasant to say the least. The salesman I worked with, Zed, was awesome at providing an entertaining experience. The process was easy, the back and forth banter was pretty funny and it was just a good time. I would recommend this dealer to any of my friends.

Went to this dealer looking to buy a specific used vehicle. Liked the car and tried making a deal even though the battery was dead and badly corroded. They would only come off retail list price by $123. My wife talked to the used car sales manager to see if anything could be done to lower the price. He was very rude, loud and belligerent with her. He told her repeatedly that he was going to drop the price at all and he didn't care at all if we bought the vehicle or not. That it was a Honda and there would be someone else who would buy it at full price. We were able and willing to pay what they asked until she was treated so horribly by him. He was so awful to her we left there with her in tears. I will never step foot on their property again and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Went there looking to buy a specific used car. Like it and tried to work out a deal. They would only come off their price by $123. My wife talked to the used car manager. He was extremely rude and condescending. He rudely and loudly stated several times he would do nothing in regards to the price and he didn't care if we bought the vehicle or not. That there would be someone else who would buy it and pay full retail price. He was so belligerent towards my wife that we left with her in tears. I will never ever step foot on their property for the way they treated us and I will steer everyone clear of their that I can.

I was on my way home from FL back to IL when I noticed the engine light on. By chance, I found this dealership and I just want to say they treated me like I was a regular customer. It should have taken 5 hours for the repairs but they had me on my way in about 3 hours as the service manager put 2 guys on the repair. I was so very thankful to be able to get back on the road sooner rather than later. Van has been running fine since the repair!!! Thanks so much!

My buying experience was excellent. No pressure. Straightforward. Kenny started process and I wasn't ready to buy. Alan completed the purchase when Kenny was on vacation. Alan did all the detail calls for insurance and helped switch contents from my old to new vehicle. Pleasurable purchase!

Don the service manager is very rude and disrespectful. I also called to speak to the general manager and was told that she had left for the day, so I left my name and number and was told that the manager would return my call but they never called me back. I will never take my car to be serviced there again because of the way don treated me.

Friday morning, no tech's visable, so called service doing diagnostics with no tools, equipment, or knowledge. I am a retired automotive engineer and I have seen more able service personnel at lawn mower shops. If you like your car or truck avoid this dealer.

I am a disabled veteran , I was blown up in Afghanistan. When I got out of the service the VA system took over I had 9 different surgeries in 5 different states, the VA only paid me 1200 a month until I received a 100% during this time I lost everything, my credit was destroyed. This dealership helped me when all others would not. They have given me a vehicle that is safe and I now have transportation . I'm forever indebted to the staff there. They have given me hope . I highly recommend this dealer . Thank you so much Flagler Chrysler Dodge jeep Ram .

I was told by several of the sales staff that the new management is only interested in numbers and not customer service, customer relations or customer satisfaction. I have heard of arguments between customers and management on the sales floor. Their Used Cars look good, but buy with caution and buy with a good warranty. You gotta know to beware when the dealership staff speaks poorly of their business practices.

Well I would like to start of by saying I don't normally write reviews but the staff at Flagler Chrysler went above and beyond. First I was greeted by Dean Kaffe in the pouring rain just before closing on July 4th. I was pleased to know that I'm important to the dealership no matter the day or time or weather. Dean was courteous and friendly the entire time. We didn't end up purchasing that day and we weren't held hostage and made to feel bad for leaving. We returned a few days later and purchased a 2014 dodge dart the whole experience was pleasurable. We are very happy with our new car and we would refer all of our family and friends. Also Buck in finance was just as courteous and friendly .

Bran new dodge dart had 1072 miles on it. The clutch went out. We ended up having to pay for it, because Don Covey said it was abused. This was not abuse it was a defective part. Now Mick the owner seemed like a nice guy saying all the correct things, but he did not help us at all.

The service dept forgot to refill my transmission fluid after draining and flush. The entire car seized up two weeks later. I towed it in, they insisted I had a leak and it was my fault. The service dept confirmed there was no leak and tried to charge me $1200 for the repair that was the fault of their technicians. They took no responsibility and were extremely rude about a grave mistake they made. No support whatsoever. Stay away from here, stay away from their service dept at all costs. I am now the proud owner of an Audi Q7.

Not only did it take forever for a sales rep to actual come talk to us, but then after we bought the car we had immediate issues. They gave us the run around saying there were no found issues. We took it to another mechanic and they found the issues immediately, when we told them what the other mechanic said they told us they cant take any other mechanics diagnosis and it has to be based on what theirs says. The lady that works in service threw a big attitude and was very rude. The manager was also very rude and said we were wasting his time and that we just didnt know what the car sounded like, and that everything was fine. They discriminated based on how young we looked and made us out to look like we had no idea what we were talking about when even other mechanics said the car had issues!

Never buy a car from this place!! Not only are they very rude, but they discriminate against age as well. If you look young you will get the run around and they will treat you like an idiot. We bought a used car and within days had issues and brought it in and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it. We brought it in 4 times within the first 2 weeks of purchase with the same exact issue and they kept saying there was no issue and that we just didnt know how the car was supposed to sound. We brought it into a mechanic and were told within 10 minutes what the issue was and once we brought it to the mechanic they said they cant take any other mechanics diagnosis. Real convenient since it seems they just dont want to fix it. Very rude staff, gave a horrible attitude towards us when we spoke very professionally. Horrible experience and i do not recommend this place! Never buy from them!
