Came in for the yearly oil change checkup. Always drove a Saab in past but they went bankrupt so this is my first Audi. First, Dave my service associate was professional, discussed some issues and came right over to give me an update as to how many more minutes and test results. I felt he was outstanding and the new service center is clean, comfortable and the actual service to the car completed quickly, efficiently with no nonsense! Love my Audi but might get a SUV - next. Getting the car back washed makes you feel like you just got a new car!

My whole experience with Fletcher Jones is nothing but the best. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They keep me informed about the status,of my vehicle when in for repairs. And if they have to keep it overnight or several days they call me and keep me updated on its status. My buying experience was just as good as well. I went in for a test drive(2013 A6) my salesman never pressured me into buy the automobile of course the car sold itself. After building one to my specifications he tried his best to check inventory across the dealers across the US Audi network so I wouldn't have to wait 8 weeks for it to arrive. But to no avail he couldn't find one so we placed the order and he would call me and he kept me informed on where my car was on the build at the factory. So it's that xtra attention that my salesman gave me that I feel makes Fletcher Jones a very good dealer to do business with. And one more note the new service center is unlike any service center that I have seen before. The building is huge spacious and very well lit with lots,of lighting. Even has a food counter for healthy choices. One side is for Mercedes and the other is for Audi. And they have their vehicles stored there so you can walk around and look at the vehicle of your choice while you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. If nothing else stop by and visit and see what I'm talking about.

Bought a new car at the dealership. As a customer, they make you feel valued and dealt with you professionally. Pedro Ballesteros was the salesman who was working with me. To his credit, because of the hard-to-turn down price offer, I was able to buy a car that day. The negotiation was done professionally and with a good sense of humor. So, it was not that stressful as it should be. I highly recommend this dealership. In fact, I haven been telling friends that I will be happy to take them to Pedro if they want an Audi car like mine.

Went in with a 2014 Honda looking to potentially upgrade to a 2016 Audi. Was able to get an awesome vehicle at a good price with a reasonable down payment. Originally had been talking with Sam D. But he was busy when I arrived so I worked with Bill W. Bill took great care of me and even Sam checked in on me while he was working with his other clients. Both of them were great and helpful during All parts of the process.

Called dealership and gave vehicle type and budget I could spend and asked if that would be feasible. Was told it wasn't a problem. After going to the dealership, the story changed. Worked with Michael Ludwick who said he would follow-up with other options and never did. Would not recommend working with him!! Got the car from another dealer in Hoffman Estates!

I'm definitely upset with service with no customer satisfaction, There is host of things why I'm feeling as such 1. Check engine came on = 8 cylinder misfire2. Scratches on driver side quarter panel3. Over spray all over car = had to get entire car clay bar to remove over spray and buffed4. Oil and grease all over driver side seat and door panel.5. Engine compartment full of dried up antifreeze residue with white stains every where6. I still smell antifreeze burning I've been a customer over 10 years with fletcher jones , it's sad that you all let me down , when I put so much trust in you all to provide excellent service. When I know that you all are more than capable, something happen and I'm not pleased with changes for customer service.keep in mind my car was there over 4/ weeks just to replace intake runners and lower control arms

My experience was great. The service took a while but I was frequently checked on with updates on my vehicles status. I was also informed of my vehicles service history without asking, which was great. Although the service that needed to be done on my rear fog light was unable to be completed. I was informed that the part had been ordered and I would be made aware as soon as it was available. Overall a great experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Jon RaLis - a top Chicago body shop had repaired my car (Audi Q5) and left swirl marks throughout the body (Black Paint). I wanted this repaired but did not with to take it back to the body shop. Jon indicated that this would not be a problem and coordinated with the in-house team. Jon was enthusiastic throughout, inspired confidence, and reported back in advance of my pick-up that his team had succeeded and that he was personally pleased with the results. Sales pro Bill Wieringa did a great job helping me select a Q5 and work out a lease payment that worked for me. Bill was very easy to work with and there were no silly games or phony sales gimmicks. Bill never asked that moronic question "how much do you want to pay a month?". He listened to what I wanted and came back with a solid lease price that was better than any other dealer I had visited. John Lim in financing is a straight shooter and got the deal wrapped up quickly. After Bill's thorough tutorial on the Q5's many features I was out the door with my new Q5 feeling great about the experience and the deal. I highly recommend Bill and Fletcher Jones Audi.

Service staff is top rate. I do have issue Audi Care Vs. BMW's first five years worth of service covered. BMW is zero hassle - Audi Care you pay extra for. Certainly, BMW covers costs in the sale price of the car. Given that across the their respective line-ups net car costs appear equal - I would give BMW the nod for being lower cost at entry - or perhaps better value. I like my Audi - but the Audi Care approach is off putting - I am jealous every time my wife takes her BMW in for service. Audi wanted $990 for $15K service on my Q5 TDI - they offered me Audi Care for $1100 which would cover the 15K, 30K, and 45K services - a deal (relatively) but certainly did not make me feel good. Would not have had the conversation at BMW... Not a dealership issue - but then again, if I do not feel good, maybe?

I purchased a new A4 from Fletcher Jones Audi and by and large, the experience was quite good. The customer service was top notch. When I arrived, my sales advisor was with another customer, so I started working with someone else, who handed me back to my original advisor in a smooth manner. The only reason I didn't rate them as excellent is that it took about six hours from the time I got into the dealer until the time I walked out with the car. There were a lot of factors that went into that, some of which were beyond anyone's control. But while I was waiting, several employees asked if they could do anything for me and most went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Definitely would recommend Fletcher Jones Audi.

Service doesn't get any better. This is my first Audi that I've owned and when it comes to servicing my car it's the best I've ever experienced. My service advisor is always waiting for my arrival. They tend to any needs you may have like transportation a ride to,work or home. I don't always need a appointment I can walk in and usually they can get a technician right away to check out my problem. If I'm waiting for my vehicle they keep me abreast as to the repairs are going. The waiting area is very comfortable you have access to refreshments and sweet rolls you can watch television or just,walk around the showroom and checkout the new cars. Fletcher's Audi is certain the way to go whether your thinking about buying a car or getting you Audi serviced..

We traveled over 200 miles in order to purchase the vehicle we wanted. We saw the car on-line and did the complete transaction over email and the phone. Our sales person Rohail was the ultimate perfessional. He spent unlimited time to ensure we understood the vehicle and its functions. The car was detailed when we arrived and we took it for a test drive to verify it was what we wanted. The weather caused the car to get dirty and he had it detailed again before we drove it home. Was really impressed with the set up of this dealerships service. The best I have ever encountered. Many cars roll in in the morning and a mass of people are there to take care of things. Despite all the hustle I was in and out in about ten minutes. Then received appropriate updates on my car and was able to go in and collect with the same amount of efficiency as when I put the car in, now with all problems effectively dealt with. Everyone I met was also extremely helpful and friendly. If my experience was standard, I would definitely recommend.

I got much more than I expected from my experience when buying my first Audi from Fletcher Jones. I found the Q3 that I wanted in exactly the configuration that I wanted. The sales staff, including my salesperson Lainie, was totally helpful and perfectly professional in dealing with me, helping me find what I wanted, and getting me through the process very efficiently. I will recommend any friend or family who is in the market for an Audi to Fletcher Jones Audi. From finding just the right configuration, to getting help deciding on Lease vs Buy, and looking over the inventory to find what I wanted, I got more than I had hoped for from the staff. The finance department did a fine job in getting the paperwork together quickly, explaining everything very clearly, and helping me get all of that done in very short order so that I could get on the road right away with my new sweet ride!

I am posting so everyone knows about our experience and is very careful when deciding to purchase a car here - especially if you are a first time buyer. When we leased our A4 we almost went with a Q5, BMW X3 or RDX instead in the event we needed something bigger if our family expanded in the 3 years that would follow. Our sales person (Terrance) and his manager assured us if we started with the A4 (our choice if we went with a car) we were leaning towards at any time during our lease FJ Audi would let us trade it in for a new 3 year lease on a Q5 without any penalty, extra fees, or additional downpayment. We would just bring the Audi back in, resign a 3 year lease and pay whatever monthly fees we negotiated if the Q5's MSRP was higher than the Audi A4 we had before. We confirmed this point a number of times before signing because it was crucial to our decision. They repeatedly assured us we'd be fine. Now a year and half later we have tried to do the exact thing they said we could and Terrance let us know our payments would go up $300 a month and we'd owe $4000 down and would have to sign a 42 month lease instead of 36. We pushed back and he said he could not come down at all because of fees and penalties associated with trading in our lease that would now be rolled into the payments. When we reminded him that he initially told us we could trade the car in with out fees or down payment, he stopped responding to us - odd for a car salesmen to do when a former client is coming to him for a new deal. We reached out to other audi dealerships in the area and they have let us know Fletcher Jones is known for this type of deception for first time car buyers. They also confirmed that the 'deal' we were assured of would never be backed up by any dealership. Before posting this I have connected with Dan Flood the general manager of FJA and Michael Halloran director of sales in hopes they would at least address the situation. Their response has been to continue to try and sell us a new car vs. even acknowledging the unethical practices that lead to this. Go elsewhere to lease or buy your car. Our experience with Westmont Audi has been top notch and the have been very transparent with us.

Jon at Fletcher Jones Chicago is the epitome of an excellent Service Advisor! I have visited other Audi dealers in NWI and their service pales in comparison to that of FJ! While having my 35k service at FJ service, a noted to Jon about a previous problem I was having. During two previous visits to Team Audi of Merrillville, I was hearing a vacuum noise in the footwell and speaker rattling on my '13 A7 Prestige who could never 'duplicate' the issue. On my very first visit, FJ heard the noise as was committed to diagnosing the problem. They uncovered the issue and determined that it was a Supercharger problem. It is now on order and I am waiting for it to be installed. They also fixed my rattling speaker. FJ is focused on taking care of the customer, when most dealers are only concerned 'selling' them service and not the entire customer experience. They are focused on the customer and it was one of the best service experiences I have had in a very long time!

The buying process is somewhat burdened by the interminable amount of paperwork you have to sit down and fill in, but this is mostly a governmental thing and not really something the dealership can be faulted on. Joe is a top-notch salesperson. I get into the details and ask lots of questions, and he knows the cars and has the answers. For example, we spent a good amount of time talking about the differences in the AWD systems across various Audis and various years. Or about the performance of the double clutch and its impact on performance. Met with my service advisor, Jim Ebe, and as always, he's a pleasure to work with. I explained some issues I was having with my Allroad, including a suspected mouse nest somewhere under the hood. Jim was in touch throughout the service process and called to let me know that a mouse nest was indeed found and removed. Called Fletcher Jones Audi a few days ago and spoke to Audi consultant Joe McCann who answered all my initial questions regarding a 2016 Audi A3. We agreed upon a test drive date. When I arrived at the dealer Joe McCann greeted me very professionally and showed me the exact vehicle I was looking for. We went on a test drive and Joe McCann related all the technical information on the car and sold me on purchasing the vehicle. Joe McCann made me feel very welcomed to Audi. As a recurring Audi purchaser, I cannot express the gratitude that Joe McCann showed me. You should dred bringing your car in for service. But, I look forward to it. Jon in service is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable person about my S5. He puts me at ease and always knows how to put my needs first, even when I don't know what I need. I also love visiting with Jack when I wait for my car to service. He tells me the latest Audi updates and I look forward to the next car I buy from him. Overall, how could you ask for more. I use to think Motor Werks was something special. They are in Borrington for a reason. They don't come close.

We went to FJ Audi after making an appointment for an appraisal and test drive of a new SQ5. Melinda Speer was the brand specialist who worked with us. Melinda was well-informed and helpful with the detailed questions we had related to our possible trade-in and new model specs and options. She stayed in close contact with us over the course of a week and then we came in to test-drive a more specific model that we ended up buying. Throughout the process, Melinda was professional, helpful and patient- never pushy. We would certainly recommend the Fletcher Jones dealership for purchasing an Audi.

I was interested in purchasing a used Saturn Sky from this dealership. Being from Minnesota 10 hours away I asked them on Wednesday to hold the vehicle so I could fly out Friday night and if all was in order I would buy it first thing Saturday morning. First the price went up nearly a thousand from Wednesday to Thursday. Then they said they will not hold used vehicles. They required a $3,500.00 deposit. I said okay but before I would put money down I would have my nephew from Chicago check over the car Thursday and if all was well and I would again fly down Saturday to buy it. He was not a block away from the dealership after checking it out and I called and said I would for sure take it. They said another party, who looked at it earlier but did pass their credit check, was again looking at it and it might be for sold. I said forget it. I had enough. Two hours later they called and said they would hold it and it was mine. I said no thank you. Everything about how the deal went down was not good. That next Tuesday I found a new car and the dealer delivered it from 9 hours away to my doorstep without receiving a penny form me in advance! It is easy to see the difference from a quality dealer!

Omar was very friendly and responsive. He stayed 2+ hours late to accommodate us on a Saturday night and made sure we had a great buying experience. He answered all our questions (we asked a lot of dumb questions about everything), and where he could not, he brought in his manager, Ammar, who was even friendlier and more accommodating. Overall this was surprisingly the best car buying experience so far with no sales pressure, no rude behavior, instead just friendly advice and detailed answers. Even the finance guy was the happiest and the friendliest finance guy I have ever met. Usually they are typical to the point, serious folks, but John was different.

Eight years ago we purchased our first Audi, an A3, from Fletcher Jones, and had a great experience with the purchase and the service over the years with the car. Oh, and we loved our car too! Our family is growing, so we decided to get a larger vehicle. We knew we would be considering another Audi, though we had some other cars on our radar as well. We of course went back to Fletcher Jones to look at new cars and Omar and Brandon were so informative, helpful, and kind assisting us. My experience with service advisor William Gonzalez at FJ Audi was hands down the best I've had with any service department. And I have had quite a few cars serviced. William was quick in accommodating my schedule for the drop off and pickup of the vehicle. Once the vehicle was in service, he was prompt in calling me with a diagnosis and estimate of the repairs. His attention to detail was fantastic. It's been 6 months since the service was performed and I am extremely pleased with the service performed and my experience with William and FJ Audi. I highly recommend visitng him if you need your Audi serviced or maintained.

Awful experience. Three months ago I was looking to purchase a CPO A6 Prestige. I found the one I wanted at Fletcher Jones. Since I live in the suburbs, I did the entire deal over the phone on a Saturday afternoon. We came to an agreement on terms after the dealer was closed for the night, so they asked for $500 on my credit card to hold the car for Monday morning (because they are closed on Sunday). I happily obliged because I definitely wanted the car.I took Monday off from work to go purchase the car, and on Monday morning I confirmed everything was still set with the dealer. Right as I am walking out the door of my home, I received a second call from the same salesman and he told me the car was sold. How was a car sold that I paid $500 to reserve?In the words of Jerry Seinfeld regarding reservations: "You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them."The salesman then tried to up-sell me to a significantly higher-priced car. I of course said "no" and I was then lucky to find an even better-equipped CPO A6 Prestige (this one with the Sports Package) at the AUDI EXCHANGE in Highland Park, IL. For a MUCH better buying experience, drive the extra couple of miles and ask for Lucas Kielar.

I've been going to the Fletcher Jones Audi Service Department since 2003. I've never been disappointed. Tim Mettille is outstanding. I am met immediately. The paperwork is ready for me to sign and I'm on my way to work in the shuttle in no time. The repairs are always done on schedule and the car is returned to me all washed. This last time, I called on Monday and had an appointment for Tuesday morning. Needed new front brake pads and the engine was making a lot of noise. Besides replacing the rotors and brake pads they quickly figured out that one of the wheel bearings had gone bad and was causing the noise. That also got taken care of. I have nothing good to say about this place. Today, I went in to get a car wash and I was told by Patrick it would be about 45 mins (11/21). I waited for 50 mins only to find my car sitting in the corner untouched. After, I was helped by a service representative and was told it wouldn't be long, so I waited for another 30 mins. I approached the representative that helped me and he pretended like he didn't know me. The staff at this dealer is extremely rude, unhelpful, and don't have customer respect. In order for someone to get their car cleaned it takes an hour and a half? This is by far the worst audi dealer, who is not even worth 1 star!

The main reason we stay with Fletcher Jones. Service is excellent. Repairs are done in a very timely manner and paperwork is facilitated in such a manner that we just have to drop off and come back to collect. Tim makes the whole experience work very smoothly.

Very easy and convenient to make an appointment, even an early one like 6:30. They explained all they would be doing. They had it done by noon. They even wash your car. But the car was not washed to my liking, so they rewashed it and then drove it over to my home. They covered some future brake issues that I might be having in a very transparent way. I like that.

I very recently bought a a used jeep grand cherokee from Fletcher. They were nice enough over the phone but I literally payed out max retail price for this vehicle. I took the train down from Milwaukee and they were nice enought o pick me up. It was late in the day and raining so there was high pressure to look the vehicle over and get the deal done. I found a couple dents they agreed to have fixed, no big deal. I sign papers and get the vehicle home by midnight and go to bed. I woke up early to check the vehicle over before work and found out that 4wd low was broken on the jeep. (common problem found out after the fact). I asked my salesman to get it fixed and he proceeded to blow me off all day, and then today tell me there is nothing they can do. So my advice is this, if you are picking up a used vehicle from them pick over it with a fine tooth comb cause after the fact (not even 12 hours) they wont do a damn thing for you.

I showed up at the dealership with my car on a tow truck and was met by Jon, the Audi Service Consultant, who turned my not so great day into a positive experience. They handled everything with professionalism, accuracy and truly went above and beyond. I purchased my Q5 from Fletcher Jones back at the end of April and have driven it a lot. It was time for the 5,000 miles check up. I used their online scheduling tool which was awesome...received a confirmation email, a reminder email and phone call. Dropped the car off at the appropriate time and met Jon, the Audi Service Consultant, who was great in making sure my car was ready when I needed it. In the meantime, I received an email from Bill W. Bill sold me the Q5 and noticed it was in for service, and he wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong. He went to talk with Jon to make sure everything with the Q5 was ok and found me when I came to pick up the car. Really great, easy, process. And the car was nice and clean when I got it back.

Adam H always takes care of me. His customer service skills are excellent, from the greeting, through keeping me posted on the work being done, concerns about my comfort if I choose to wait on the vehicle, and final checkout. I receive periodic updates during the servicing, and advice as to the importance of doing some repairs (and an honest assessment of services that can be postponed). In the past few months, I've started driving from Naperville for this service; in Chicago morning traffic, that's an effort. The work that was done at this appointment was exactly as requested, just as it was in previous visits. On the way home, I noticed that the air conditioner was not keeping up with the heat (this was not related to the reason I brought the A-4 in for service), and I have already made arrangements to bring the car back in next week. This is an efficient, well-run organization with great, conscientious employees.

Many people dread the entire car buying experience and most have a good reason. After buying my first Audi at Fletcher Jones, my perception of the sales and customer service within the car buying industry has changed for the positive. For once, I worked with a true professional on the sales side! My sales associate, Melinda Speer, comes from Hungary (where most of the Audis are made). She not only knew her product (for every model I sat in), but she knew how they compared to competitive brands. Some car salespeople sell cars as a stop to their next job. Melinda has been in the car industry for many years and has worked for the competitors. Whether it is engine details or quality of specific components, she has an answer and knows what would be best for you. What impressed me was her bluntness about saying, I like this aspect of a competitor but this about Audi. She knows the Audi product sells itself and is not afraid to give complete information and education to a prospective buyer. I had the opportunity to not only meet Melinda but a straight-forward finance manager, Brett Anderson. When I was negotiating final prices and options, Melinda stayed with me. She did not throw me to the wolves and let me fend for myself. She had no problem jumping in mid-sentence while the finance manager was speaking and saying, We dont need that or Lets do x instead. At the end of the day, buying a car is not only about the car you get. It is about the total package including maintenance, customer service, accessibility, and being reasonable. I felt like I wanted to come back to the dealership specifically if something went wrong. I felt like I would get honest answers and honest treatment. Only time will tell if they can continue to deliver this kind of service. I came into the dealership not intending to purchase a car. I was there merely to compare Audi with BMW and Mercedes. I left purchasing an Audi TT Roadster because the car felt right and I was comfortable dealing with Melinda and Brett professionally. If the professional aspect had not been there, I would not have purchased the car. Being in sales myself, I know that who you work with determines everything. If you purchase an Audi, specifically ask for Melinda Speer. No one else who works there comes from where these cars are made and no one there has spent most of their professional life working within the industry for competitor companies.

This service center is a model for all others. Tim was fantastic, and the entire experience was as good as it gets. the waiting area is comfortable, and quiet enough to allow for work to be done. The communication was also top notch; not only were text updates sent, but I also had the ability to check the status by sending a text to Tim. I had been to Fletcher for repairs many years ago and wasn't terribly happy with the service. I recently tried them again and it was a totally different experience. Jon and his team were terrific. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 overall is that it still seems like the prices are quite a bit higher than independent automotive services, so if the car is out of warranty you'll pay a little more. But I guess that's to be expected. The service really is outstanding.

I brought my A4 into Fletcher Jones Chicago on Saturday because of problems that had suddenly appeared with the engine. The problems were rapidly diagnosed and Lance walked me through the technicians' findings and recommendations, carefully taking the time to explain the significance of each of the issues that were identified. Since the work that was needed to be done was substantial, it was not possible to get back my car on the same day, consequently Lance arranged for me to receive a loaner vehicle to use until the repairs were completed late Monday afternoon. Throughout the experience Lance was in constant contact with me, keeping me informed of progress and answering any questions that I had. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone that I came into contact during my visit was extremely friendly and courteous and the service was first class, I would strongly recommend the dealership to a friend.

I'm a huge fan of German Cars and Audi's are my favorite brand. Quattro AWD, the best there is. Snowy Chicago winter's have "met their match". I love my previously owned Audi A4. I was ready to buy another Brand New Car and once again I chose an Audi. After doing all my online research and shopping around at other Audi dealers, I went to Fletcher Jones. Within a couple of minutes of looking around the store, I was greeted by Lainie S. I explained to her I read several favorable reviews Of the new model 2015 Audi A3 Sedan. I enjoyed Lainie's friendly, cheerful attitude, and her knowledge of the product and love for the Audi brand. I also like the fact that I felt no high pressure during the sales presentation. After going over the car, Lainie introduced me to her sales manager, Brian O, and then to the General Manager, Niko... I was extremely impressed by my conversations with Niko and Brian. Brian is laid back, cool and its easy to do business with him. Its the first time in any dealership, that I was introduced to the General Manager of the dealership prior to a possible purchase of a car. This Audi store is very, very busy. Yet, Niko ( The General Manager) spent a lot of time with me and I felt like the only customer in the store. Niko, made it clear to me that any concern that might come up, would always be taken care of.. I will only buy a car from people that I like. In that regard, Lainie, Brian and Niko were great to me. After several days, I made my decision and went back to buy the car. Having a no pressure experience and being confident in the people I had met made it happen. Had a flat in Chicago (gee, what a surprise with all the potholes). Audi Roadside got us up and going in about 90 minutes. AAA was quoting 2 1/2 hour wait time. Once we got the spare put on, the FJ team got the car/tire issue solved, along with an alignment and a complementary car wash, same day.

Just completed a great purchasing experience with Fletcher Jones, and wanted to especially thank my salesman Michael Ludwick along with others on the customer and finance team for an exceptionally good job and pleasant experience to boot.We were replacing our Mercedes GL450. After comparing to other models the Q5 became our choice, but we were frustrated in trying to find the 3.0L model in our preferred color - silver, because it seems to be maybe the least common combination Audi makes in the Q5. We aggressively worked dealers in the suburbs (near our home) and the City (where I work) trying to find the silver 3.0. After another dealer wasn't able to secure the 3.0, I was resigned to go back to square one, but gave Mike the charge to find a silver 3.0, if possible. Even as he took on the job, I was skeptical that one could be found, since the silver 3.0 seemed to be like a unicorn at that point. Not even Audi's national website or other national sites (like Cars.com) showed inventory in our market with our desired spec. So I was prepared to break the news to my wife that Fletcher was possibly chasing a ghost like the first dealer. But my faith in Mike proved to be well worth it. One day after the other dealer came up empty, Mike was working on a trade/swap with an out of town dealer who had our desired car. A tense 24 hours later, he confirmed not just that it existed (to my surprise), but that Fletcher's trade manager (Matt) had gotten the swap done.I went in to the dealership to start my paperwork, only to find Mike wasn't available. His colleague Brian stepped into get me started, and told me Mike had been dispatched personally to pickup the car from the other dealer and would be gone for much of the day. Brian got me up to John in Finance in no time and I was prepared to call my bank to complete financing. When I sat down expecting a whole rigmarole, John was ready for me to sign... DONE. Audi Financial had matched my very favorable bank rate and I was all set. In and out in around 2 hours (probably less in real time, but if I count my browsing the Audi catalogs in my down time, I guess I'd round up to 2 Hrs). Never before have I had such a painless experience buying a new vehicle.Beyond Mike's personal hustle and very casual approach that made me warm to him right away, I have to say that I was very impressed that they all served me so well as a team, and covered/supported each other at each step of the way. Made it seem so easy from my perspective, but I know it's not common, so it's worth saying it here. Thanks.

I was all set in my mind to buy a CPO Allroad. Bill W. in sales reviewed their upcoming inventory and in the mean time 2 cars away from his desk was a 2014 Lava Grey Q5. I had looked at a 2013 Allroad at another dealership but they would not give me what I wanted for my trade in. Bill and I talked a little on Saturday about the numbers on the new Q5 and were able to make the numbers work on the new car and on the trade in. I found this 'negotiation process' really very easy and stress free. Bill was really easy going...not high pressure sales. I actually felt like Fletcher Jones wanted to earn my business back (bought a 2008 Eos, a 2004 TT, a 2002 A4). We made the deal on Monday and scheduled for delivery around 5pm. I was paying for a portion and had arranged financing for a portion (check in hand)...when meeting with John in finance he asked what rate I had...2.24%...he said with your credit, I can beat that....1.7%! Bill took a lot of time going through the car and how everything works. I was really incredibly pleased with the entire experience....I felt I was treated fairly and with respect and Bill followed through with everything.

From the moment I drove into the service entrance I was greeted by enthusiastic, friendly, helpful personnel who acted as if I was the only customer in the service department despite the evidence of many cars. Will Gonzalez has been my service representative both times I've been to FJ. In fact, I specifically asked for him before making my most recent appointment. He is consistently responsive in all ways--phone, e-mail, text--and extremely helpful. Most recently, I asked him to prioritize a variety of recommended repairs, and he worked with me in away that gave me confidence I was doing the best for the vehicle's service at the right price. in addition, he arranged loaner vehicle on short notice. I always have a good experience at fletcher jones Audi. On my recent visit for a minor repair my service advisor was waiting for me when I drove through the door. He always greets me at the car. He gets me checked in and if I'm waiting I just go to the waiting area and sit back and relax. My service advisor keeps me abreast of the service of my vehicle. Then they always deliver my car back to me washed and cleaned. In my opinion Fletcher Jones is the best when it comes to a complete automobile experience.

The glow-plug light (Diesel) went on while driving out of town. I called the 800 number for Audi help to see if it was a big deal or not. The very nice lady was concerned and tried to set up an appointment for me at a local Audi dealer on Saturday in Ann Arbor. No one was there - then she tired an Audi dealer in Farmington Hills - they had the voice mail thing going on and on and never answered calls either. I did reach FJ to make a Monday appointment! Fortunately the light went off and stayed off, so I drove it back to Chicago and went directly to Fletcher Jones on Monday. It's not a common problem, but FJ called the national repair techs for Audi and it was suggested to replace the fuel pump- which FJ did. So far, so good. Car came back spotless and working great. While it was in for repair, they had to rent a car from Enterprise - what a lousy car I got, but at least I had transportation. Couldn't wait to drive my Q5.

My service advisor just nailed it. Had a flat tire. Called FJ and they patched me through to road side service. I was notified when my car arrived at the facility by John. He got the tire replaced, and promptly called me to inform that it was completed. I asked him to have the car ready on my arrival and it was complete with a fresh wash. Don't think I even stopped moving from the time I entered the facility, to the time I drove my car out. Thats the way it should be. I still think my a3 is a terrible car, but FJ service came through again.

This has to one of the best Audi dealers in the Country. This is the first time I brought my new car in for service (after buying it here) and the service was as great as when I had my other car serviced here for 4 years. The employees are always attentive and very knowlegible about my vehicle. The place as an up to the minute feel so you believe you are getting state of the art service. I bought a CPO 2011 Audi S4 in November 2013 all the way from the state of Virginia. My car purchasing experience with Matthew Bogdan at Fletcher Jones Audi was the best I've ever had. At the time, I was deployed overseas, but from the start, Matthew worked with me from long distance with quick responses to my numerous questions. Their pre-owned prices are unmatched. He cut me the best deal in the country as I was searching nationwide for my car. I was personally welcomed at the airport by Matthew and he immediately displayed his professionalism. After arriving at the dealership, I was out of there within 2 hours because he knew I was in hurry to get on the road. He got me the best finance rate (beat my credit union) and even coordinated my home state (Virginia) taxes and DMV registration fees. Matthews honesty, extensive Audi knowledge, and hard working attitude will definitely bring me back when I'm ready to buy another car.

Worst customer experience ever! Sales managers engage in shady, unprofessional and unethical business practices. On August 29 2013, I scheduled a 2pm appointment to test drive a 2009 Nissan GTR that was listed for sale. I traveled from Milwaukee to Chicago, and when I arrived I was met by the sales representative who I scheduled the appointment with. We went on the test drive, and when we returned were met by another customer asking how the drive was and then the other customer told us that he just purchased the car. The sales representative and I went to speak with the sales manager Joe Benne, and when asked why the car was sold from under me while I was on the test drive, Joe just shrugged his shoulders and did not even get up out of his desk to listen to the problem and gave theimpression that he did not want to address the issue hoping that it would go away. He was more concerned about making asale than the fact that there was a scheduled appointment going on that would have resulted in a sale. After talking to himfurther, the only responses I got were that there was no guarantee that I was going to show up for the appointment, eventhough I did show up and he didn't even think of picking up a phone to call me, and that because I had a trade in maybe Icouldn't afford it. I proceeded to show him the loan information I had from USAA to purchase the vehicle and told him that itwas disappointing on the way he handled the situation. I got my car back from being inspected and left. I will neverpurchase a vehicle from this business and will be sure everyone I know never does either.

This is literally the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I experienced both the sales and service side. I saw a car online that I was very interested in, a non-audi, used car hat Brian the sales guy had no issue telling me was not as profitable or as worth their time as new audi's were and therefore they had to have a decision within a day or two. The car was not inspected properly before purchasing it and was in the service department within 2 days of me driving it off the lot. Once there, it took them 10 DAYS to fix an air conditioning problem, which they refused to pay for even though it should have been fixed before I left with the car. Finally, they submitted it under warranty and said they'd cover the $100. When I went to pick up the car 10 days later, they told me I'd be responsible for the $100 deductible (that they'd already promised to cover). After this AC issue popped up, I had the hardest time getting anyone to respond to me at all from the service department, let alone give me a timeline on the repair. I also requested the required by law inspection report that I have yet to see/receive. Then, they "politely" offered me a loaner after 5 days of having my car. The loaner happened to get a flat within a couple days of me driving it. They told me to call audi support and it would "all be covered". However, I just noticed a charge from Fletcher Joans on my credit card for $264....no authorization ever took place for the charge. They are deceitful, money hungry jerks. I will never, ever deal with them again and will certainly be reporting them to the BBB. I would give zero stars if possible.

Tim the sales manager gave me the absolute best deal possible and made the numbers crunching painless. This is my second vehicle from Matthew and Tim what keeps me as a customer is the knowledge, professionalism, and courteousness of Matthew and Tim . Matthew took me to their storage lot to see the cars as well as coming to my office to have the papers signed. Tim the sales manager was extremely efficient. I did not have to sit around and wait. Even though they were busy everyone took care of my needs and were not distracted with other customers or other deals. It was the quickest turn around time to get the new car that I have every experienced. I will be sure to come back for another vehicle!

After the warranty on my Mini Cooper was up, we stopped into Fletcher Jones Audi near closing time on a Saturday to check out their A3's and 4's. We were promptly greeted by Brandon Dunne after we requested to talk with a sales person. He couldn't have been any better to us. He answered all of our immediate questions about the two model types and then suggested we hop into an A4 for a test drive. Throughout the ride, he helped point out different features and addressed our questions as they arose. Needless to say, we fell in love with the test car and took our conversation back inside to look at their A4 inventory. We settled on a particular A4 Prestige, which they brought over to us from a different lot, even after closing time. We finalized my trade-in and deal very quickly (they offered us the same trade-in price as Mini did) and we were out the door in the new car. We felt like Brandon was just as excited for us as if he were buying his own car. To allow both of us to part ways for the weekend, we set time to return on Monday for him to give us a thorough rundown of the various features. In between, he e-mailed a variety of videos on how the A4 works. He kindly sat with me that Monday after the fact to walk me through every single detail of the car, as well as its manuals. Brandon made our experience a wonderful one and I would recommend him to any future Audi shoppers. I read some of the comments here about the costs for services and I had to wonder if this was the first time anyone had ever had their luxury vehicle serviced? This is what it costs to own and maintain a premium vehicle. They do offer a program called Audi Care, which helps to cover service. (This may appeal to BMW buyers who are used to worry-free maintenance.)

I often do not take the time to write reviews online, however, I have been using them more and more and have found them very helpful. When I came across a few of the reviews of Fletcher Jones, I was a bit unsure of what to expect. When I spend 60,000+ on a new car, I expect top-notch service. I recently purchased an A7 from FJ, and couldn't be happier. I found the car online, traded a few emails back and forth, and went in the next day and purchased the car. (I had already done quite a bit of research, and knew this was the car I wanted.) The online salesperson, Mandi, and the salesperson I dealt with in the store, Doug, were both great. They answered all my questions, and were a pleasure to do business with. (The finance guy was a bit of a jerk, though, but not bad enough to tarnish my experience.) They could not find one of thee two keys on the day I purchased the vehicle, but Doug found it the next day and overnighted it to me. Great service! Overall, a great experience, and couldn't be happier. I have had the car just two weeks, and I am loving every minute of it.

I visited Fletcher Jones to lease a new AudiQ5. I said I was interested in test driving, and, after testing my auto-knowledge Paul informed me that it would be $800 to lease. When I informed him I could lease a Mercedes or Rover for a similar price - and that I had received a lower quote at a dealership in MI - Paul informed me that most people lease from those companies instead. Whereupon, after no test drive, he walked away to speak to the receptionist. Luckily the gentleman at Grossinger on Dayton were much friendlier & helpful - and I am now leasing a new Cadilac. Thank you Paul & his manager at Fletcher Audi for showing me that sleezy car salesmen still exist. Absolute worst customer experience; I have never taken time out of my day to write a negative review.

I really enjoyed my salesman Brian. He was attentive, easy going, provided great follow up and was very easy to deal with. However, their "company policy" of doing a hard credit check on you even when you do not need financing (including paying cash) borders on illegal. I received two different answers as to why they would look at my credit when I came to purchase the car with checks in hand. They were willing to walk away from the sale when I said they could not do the credit check. After I offered 3-4 other options they said if I brought a cashier's check instead of a personal check they would forgo the credit check. Like a credit check is going to show my checking account balance. It's information they have no right to have if I am not financing with them. They were flexible and accommodated my ever changing schedule, but when I went to finalize the sale and my salesman wasn't there, everyone else had air of snootiness to them while assisting me. Finally, the battery was dead when I went to start the car and leave with it.

Overall a really great experience at Fletcher Jones Audi. Came in on a Saturday to test drive a pre-owned (non-Audi) car. I had called ahead and they had the car waiting when I got there. Car was in mint condition and very reasonably priced from the get go. Negotiating and final transaction was easy as everyone was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Never felt pressured to buy anything different than what I wanted. Would recommend this place based on my personal experience, though realize that others have not been so lucky.

I used Fletcher Jones for service. Their staff is always very friendly - from the greeter at the door to the men and women who work in the service department. I felt they were very professional and seemed to care about the quality of work and how quickly it's completed. The location is a little difficult to get in and out of but this is understandable for the city. I would recommend Fletcher for other Audi owners in the area.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Fletcher Jones Audi. During the negotiation process, the salesman was very helpful and supplied more pics and info when requested. He followed up on phone calls and questions and all was good until the purchase was complete. I had two very basic questions about the vehicle a day after we got home, so I emailed the salesman, but he never responded to my email. I also had a question about the financing, so I emailed the finance guy we dealt with, again with a very basic question...never heard back from him either. In addition, I had a trade-in and although they gave me a trade-in price w/o seeing it, I was also lead to believe that they would probably be able to increase that price (possibly up to $500) once they saw the vehicle if it was in good condition. The vehicle was in excellent condition, but they only offered me $100 more, because we drove so far to get there. When I started to question the low amount, the salesman jumped right in and said he would take the $100 and add it to his commission...in a half joking way, but it was also like we should be happy with the bone they were throwing.

So I requested quotes from 5 dealers for a new Q5. Fletcher Jones was the most responsive when dealing with an Internet customer. My contact, Mandi, was willing to share what they had on their lot and what she could order for me. The other dealers were very vague and wanted me to come in before they would share what inventory they had. And every piece from trade in to financing to getting a loaner car while mine was prepped was easy. I will definitely use these guys again. And I LOVE the car.

Our experience with Fletcher Jones was awesome! Every interaction via phone, email and in person was professional, yet comfortable. This is a high-end dealership that makes you feel warm and welcome. We had the pleasure of working with Tony Basich who was fun, personable, knew his cars and was not pushy or salesy at all. He gets five stars! The used vehicle we saw online was just as he described... "a 43,000 mile car that looks brand new" - which made the 2.5 hour drive to downtown Chicago worth every penny. They really take care of the used cars they sell unlike other dealerships we visited. I would definitely buy from FJ's and Tony again!

I've probably bought a couple of dozen card in my life including acting on behalf of friends who know that I know how to deal with dealers. My experience with Fletcher Jones Audi was fantastic. We discussed the Audi A6 I was interested in over the phone, I came to see the car (clean, staged and as perfect as described) and we consummated a fair (terrific!) deal in under 10 minutes (including my trade-in). I was out the door, with the entire transaction completed in under an hour!!! Knowledgable, professional, efficient AND nice !!! Fletcher Jones Audi is redefining the dealer experience!

I worked with the Internet Sales team at FJ and they were outstanding in every regard. Our communications via email were extraordinarily clear and responsive. The car in question was clean, well prepared, beautifully staged inside, and ready to go. Our price "negotiation" went very smoothly and far quicker than any time I've ever bought a car (easily I've purchased a dozen cars from dealers over the years and it's always difficult and time consuming - on purpose). And, when we agreed on a price, I was literally out the door in 30 minutes - unheard of these days.I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones as a dealer and Mandi, Charles and Joe as key people to deal with. They were professional, fair, responsive AND they have great coffee and a beautiful showroom.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. 33 days later the brakes went out. I contacted the dealer for assistance with the cost of the repairs and no one will return my calls. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these people. They do not care about you after they have your money. They DO NOT stand by the vehicles they sell. Buy from someone else!!!

Nick listened to me gripe about my bad experience with another Chicago area Audi dealer. It seemed he actually listened to my needs and put together a plan to help expeditiously. He was able to locate a car from the same inventory all Audi dealers have access to, and the other dealer apparently could not locate the same car. He was able to expedite a dealer trade and get the car to the dealership in right about or under 4 days from our initial conversation. My only reason for dropping the overall experience and customer service from great to good was the fact that we didn't get the all-weather trunk liner with our all-weather mats I thought that was a package deal since that is the way it is listed on the options on our buying service website. Honestly, I haven't asked about it yet. Once I get a chance to work with them on that, I can go edit the ratings to all Great.

I've had bad experiences with other dealers before, but this was a very smooth, simple, and relaxed sale. The salesperson that I dealt with was Dan Flood, who was friendly and easy to work with. The car and the service were first-rate. I love my car. Highly recommended.

They stole from my car money and sunglasses. When i brought it up as i was leaving they said call back tomorrow. When i called back they said i should of brought it up before i left. In the end They and Audi said i am out of luck. Go to Schaumberg they will treat you right.

Falsely advertised that the car was Audi Certified when it wasn't according to AudiUSA. Big mess up on their part about sales tax since I purchased the car out of state - submitted to a collection agency after contacting me for the first time about the situation. My car still isn't legally registered in Ohio because of their screw up - even after 4 months. Stay far away from this disfunctional/high employee turnover business.
