Lately I had been looking at the possibility of purchasing a Dodge Caliber. While searching on the net I found a nicely optioned, low mile, 2011 model at Flow Honda in Statesville, NC. Last weekend I contacted them and spoke with Stephen, telling him of my intention to come look at it, but it would be Wednesday before we could come. Tuesday night I confirmed with him that we were coming Wednesday morning, and he agreed to hold the car until we got there. It was a 4 hour trip for us. When we got there we were greeted by Chris and Michelle. Michelle filled us in on the history of the car, which had been a trade-in with them a couple times, and so she was very familiar with it. Then she took us out for a test drive, which was one of the highlights of the transaction. She gave me plenty of opportunity to thoroughly try it out, while also explaining various things about the vehicle. The Caliber was in excellent condition, and was as least as good in person as in the pictures. After getting back to the dealership Chris let me know what they could give on our trade-in. While you always hope for a fantastic deal, we thought the offer was very fair, especially in light of the 100,000 warranty included, and the condition of the Caliber. So, we agreed and Gary took care of the paperwork (we paid cash for the difference, no financing), and Buck took care of a few details on the Caliber. Their detailing department also gave it a final going over, and they topped off the gas tank. Then we were heading back home with our "new" ride, and it did fine. We got 33.3 mpg for the trip, mostly on the interstates, and that was with the A/C running almost the whole time, and also going through the hills around Asheville. I was very happy. Dealing with the folks at Flow was deliteful, and was the best transaction with a dealer we have ever had. They were super nice. Many thanks and best regards to Michelle, Stephen, Chris, Gary, Buck, and the rest of the gang. If we ever need another vehicle, we will be looking their way, despite the fact it is 4 hours away! Highly recommended!

Michelle and Dean listen closely to my daily driving habits and needs. I bought my CRV from Michelle and she is great. When I came in for service she pointed out that I might like to consider trading due to miles. I had not thought of this, so I drove a 2016 CRV. She and Dean pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of trading before 100k and waiting to beyond 100k. No pressure --they let me decide what was best for me. Michelle & Joe are awesome. We had initially bought a 2013 Odyssey a few years back from them. We needed a new car because the 2013 was totaled from an accident. They made the new purchase seamless and worry free. Even in the midst of dealing with insurance and waiting for payment they worked with us so that were not wasting money on rentals. As long as I am in NC (an even if I move) they will always be the place I will go even for service & repair. Keep it up guys !!!!

I have been extremely happy with my purchase of my Honda Pilot and Honda CR-V. They are dependable and comfortable. For me though, the service at the dealer is what is most important. I have always had a good experience when taking in my cars. Their facilities are always extremely clean. I, also look to see how ckean the service area is and the waiting room is comfortable and accommodating. I have had several times when something was't quite right and they took it as soon as I brought it in. I will continue to purchase Hondas in the future.

Joslyn did a great job helping me find the right trim level for me in my new CRV. She answered all of my questions and walked me through on how to use all of the fancy features on my new car. She's even answered a few text messages days after my purchase. This is the second car I've purchased from this location. I feel like I've gotten a great deal. I'm treated like family anytime I come. It really makes the experience feel more personal. This is the second car i got from them in the last 5 years and it was great working with them, just like last time. We had a great car buying experience at this car dealership. We worked with Dwight Roberts buying our car. He did a very good job explaining all the difference features on the car. He was very courteous and professional to work with , and very attentive to our needs. He stayed late that night to work with us, and answered my questions the next day when I called back. I find a place on one of the door handles and he came and picked the car up at my work and got it checked out then brought it back to me. He helped me get set up for my first oil change on new car. We avoid buying a new car because of past experiences. Not so with Flow Honda of Statesville NC. From start to finish, Dwight treated my wife and I with respect, courteousness, and professionalism. We drove cars from dealers of other makes and they did everything they could to pressure us into a deal when we were not completely satisfied or ready to buy. With Dwight, we drove different model Hondas on different days, returning to try another car after thinking over what we liked and did not like about the last model. No pressure to buy! Not once! And when Dwight made me an offer, he bettered discount sales outlets by a sizeable amount without a hassle. I started a search for my truck over 9 months ago. Over that time I was able to learn pricing and determine exactly what I was looking for. I also had a budget I needed to meet that was non-negotiable. Ask if I have very specific wants/needs or am just high maintenance and I'll say "Sure". Eventually I discovered Flow Honda of Statesville on cars.com. They had a good selection of the type of pre-owned trucks I was seeking. And more importantly, they had THE truck that met my search criteria to the last detail. I chortle with incredulity at the fact that even my hopes of the type of previous owners were met! *please don't expect Flow to screen or categorize previous owners of their pre-owned inventory. I'm just pointing out an additional delightful dimension to my car buying experience with this dealership* With all of this in mind it was still not yet time for Mr. Fred Sanford and I to pop the cork and start spraying people down with champipple. I was not overly excited to contact them or any other dealer given my last less than stellar car buying experience. But after looking at their customer reviews I was a bit more optimistic. I had some email correspondence with them but the truck was still just a bit out of my budget. As some other reviewers have stated, they do not haggle. Some folks don't like this but I see it from either direction and understand their stance. Whether you are Bill Gates or the person that cleans the porta-johns in a 3rd rate traveling carnival circuit; you will get the same price. I can't speak to their pricing on all makes and models but in the case of mine it was priced very aggressively. Even so it was still just a bit outside of what I needed in a monthly payment. I was contacted personally by the management and asked how they could help me purchase this vehicle. I had sent a somewhat tongue in cheek email the previous evening yet to their their credit they still took me seriously, which I greatly appreciate. Their professional yet very friendly finance department was able to aid me in meeting my monthly budget. The price was still the same but I have no qualms with it because as I said, it was a very good price already. I was also able to get a better APR than where I was already preapproved. I made the decision to purchase (with no pressure from them). Unfortunately for me the dealership was over a 2 hour drive. They then offered to bring it to a local dealership at no charge! --Que Ethel Merman: "EEEverything's coming up RO-ses...!!!" I was greeted and asked if I would like to take a test drive. After bringing the truck across the state to me they were prepared to drive it back if I did not want it. There was STILL no pressure to buy. Myself, Gates and the porta john cleaner don't care who you are, that is some excellent customer service! The purchase process was quick and easy. They answered all of the questions I had with attentive patience and affability. I don't know about you, but all of that lawyer-speak verbiage on those documents is difficult to understand and a bit intimidating. (kind of obnoxious too, imho) I sometimes think I'd have an easier time getting a crate of 6" thick protocol booklets from NASA and formulating atmospheric re-entry approach vectors for the space shuttles. But challenges and the high pressure of certain space program positions aside, we worked through the signing process and I was able to walk out the door without that kick-in-the-guts feeling of just having signed my life away. There were a few other things that amounted to icing on the cake I could share but I wouldn't want to be long winded... So I will leave you (finally) with this; know what you want, have a firm budget(don't get in over your head), BE PATIENT and shop Flow. Professional, courteous and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.

I came into flow honda with a broken collapsed moon roof a couple of months ago. The service dep looked at it and said it was not a factory sun roof and since it was'nt installed at flow they couldn't help me, service rep Jenna nunn gave me the name of a place that could.sales professional art Calloway got involved and the wheels started turning. He got on the phone and made some calls and found out the manufactures name and found out there was a recall on this brand of moon roof pointed me in the right direction and next thing you know I've got a new moon roof. Thanks art for going above and beyond, you truly are a great sales professional. I've bought one car from you and I'll buy my next car from you to.

All I can say is that Flow at satesville is the most relaxing car dealer ship I have ever been to. they know how to sell cars and they know how to treat you with respect. I was driving on 77 and a thought came in my head I need to buy a new car I was looking around but never found what I wanted. then I stopped at this location. Then out comes Roger Hill. He had a great attitude not a fake one but one that he wanted to be there and one that he liked his job. He showed me around and there it was a 2013 Honda civic (Black). That car was made for me everything about that car was me. He showed me around took it for a test drive. Then I bought it everything was smooth and the payments worked I am very happy with this dealer I will be back for another car as the time passes.

Our car was on the outs and my sister had recommended Flow Honda to us (she has purchased 2 cars there). I wasn't sure I wanted a Honda, but we did some research and contacted several dealerships. I decided to go with Flow an spoke to Michelle about what cars I wanted to look at, but we would be late because of work. We got there and the cars were ready, test drove and all questions were answered and no pressure, even though it was 8pm. We love our Accord Sport!! "Michelle" and everyone who had to stay til 10:30 were wonderful and lots of help. We have already told all our friends to drive the extra time to Statesville, for the great service and ALOT better prices than the other Honda dealerships in the Lake Norman area.

I went to Flow Honda to have a "recall" check on my 2006 Honda Civic. While waiting I decided to go to the Showroom and see what the new cars looked like. There was a Burgundy 2014 Civic LX sitting there. I opened the door and sat in it and was "in love". A nice lady walked by and introduced me to Roger Hill. Roger is a wonderful person, very funny, personable and easy to talk to. I told him my car was paid off, and I was "just looking". He asked if they could make it happen for what I could afford would I be interested in buying that car? I said, well, we can at least see what they say. So, he pulled a black Civic around, completely opened it up, showed me all the interior bells & whistles, as well as, the outside and the engine and trunk. I was very taken, then we went for a test drive and I was hooked. It drove like a dream. I told Roger Hill if I were to buy a new car, I wanted the Burgundy one in the Showroom. I met with Ron in the Finance Department. He was also great, and took all of my information. I went back to Roger's office to wait, and in just a few minutes, Ron came back with the deal. I could not pass it up. So, I went home that night with the Burgundy 2014 Honda Civic LX. I must say, I bought the car I traded back in 2006 brand new, and it took over 8 hours to complete the deal. Here I am 8+ years later, and it only took a couple of hours to finish all the details and complete the purchase. I have never been treated so well, or given such a great deal. I really can't find a single negative thing to say about my encounter at Flow Honda. They all were wonderful, professional and incredibly cordial. They made me feel as if I were the only customer in the Dealership. I wish I could afford it, I would buy another car from them today.I have been buying new cars since my first Honda Civic CVCC in 1977, and this is truly the best group I have ever dealt with. I am beyond pleased with the entire experience. Other dealerships could learn from the Flow Honda Business Model on how to sell a car and treat a customer.Thank you Flow Honda for my beautiful car and for making it such a pleasant experience. As for Roger Hill, he is TERRIFIC!

After my Totota Avalon was totaled, I had to find a car quickly. An Internet search found precisely what I wanted at Flow Honda in Statesville, about 1.5 hours away From the first time I spoke with them, I noted everyone there was friendly and easy in their manner. Roger Hill was the salesman who helped me, a novice car-buyer, decide if another Toyota would be the best fit for me. He quickly became a helpful friend instead of the pushy salesman I had feared. He let the car speak for itself, but was able to answer my questions with ease. For the second trip to Statesville, he picked me up in High Point in the vehicle to provide both an worry free trip back west and to further demonstrate the car. What great service!!!! It was a totally pleasant experience at Flow Honda with Roger's good help. I'll go back there when it's time to look for a new auto.

It was an overall very easy, smooth transaction. No high pressure sales tactics. They offered me a fair price on my vehicle, and found me a better interest rate than my credit union offered. The whole deal was completed within 2 hours, which is the shortest time I have ever spent when buying a vehicle. Everyone involved was professional and courteous every step of the way. When they say they make you feel at home, they mean it. I have never been treated better at a dealership than at this one. They are very professional, not like other dealerships that flock on you like a bunch a birds ready to devour you. First they find out what you are looking for then they go over the vehicle in detail, even opening the hood and going over that. When you have decided that you you want to buy the vehicle, dealing on the price is not painful either. You can sit down and deal on a price without getting mad or taking all day or night. They make sure all your questions or concerns are addressed before you leave. This was the best car buying experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I haven't bought a car in 10 years, and I looked at a couple of dealerships before stopping at Flow, "just to see". I definitely should have started with Flow. I loved the low pressure low hassle policy. My salesman, Roger Hill was friendly, professional and very patient which meant a lot to me and my boyfriend as we are not technically adept. He even stayed late to meet us so I could pick up my new car and explain all the bells and whistles which was very much appreciated! Ron Powell was wonderful at making the numbers work, all the staff I met were friendly and helpful with out making me feel pressured or like I was out of my league. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I live in the South Charlotte area (where there are plenty of Honda dealerships to choose from) and decided to purchase my car from Flow Honda of Statesville. I went into Flow Honda to just look around and what i liked. A salesman came out and was helping me look at what type of cars they had. He was never pushy as in trying to get me to buy a car. I had already went to a few other places looking for a car and everyone I talked to was extremely pushy which made me not want to buy from them. Flow Honda was very easy and explained to me everything I needed to do. The paper work was fast. Literally it was fast i was out of there in no time. They even got my tag in and put it on my car for me so i didn't have to. If i need to trade in my car or by a new one first place i will be going to will be the Flow Honda of Statesville.

If you are in the market for a Honda, I can't recommend Flow Honda of Statesville enough. I was unsure about the type of car that I wanted to purchase, trying to decide between a Honda and another brand. Rather than pressure me, both of them patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I've dealt with Flow Honda in Winston-Salem before and am glad that the professionalism and low pressure environment that I found there extends to their dealership in Statesville.

We did our shopping on the internet by contacting a number of Honda dealerships for a new 2014 Civic sedan. We compared price, availability and negotiating style. Without a doubt, Flow Honda/Statesville not only very competitive on price, Michelle knew the dealership's inventory and all the features on the 214 Civic. Flow Honda is a good place to buy a used car. The cars are good quality and their prices are competitive; however they will not budge a penny on the prices. I found that disappointing since I was originally quoted a price that was more then a $1000 less than what I had to pay. The salesman was very nice and I realize it was honest mistake. In fairness I need to say they did try to make it up to me by giving me some free services, so in the end, it was fine. I'd recommend my friends to shop at Flow, but to be proactive on making note of the prices instead of calling back to confirm.

I recently bought a 2013 Honda Civic from Michelle at Flow Honda of Statesville. She was very respectful of my prior plans that evening and was kind enough to get me into a new car inside of an hour and a half! She could tell I didn't have time for unnecessary banter and cut straight to the chase. Less than a week later, I purchased another new car from a competing dealership and had a much worse experience. They wound up keeping my wife, son, and I for 3 hours after my wife had already test drove the car and agreed to the terms of the contract! That was 3 hours just for the paperwork! The folks at Flow Honda are top notch and I will recommend them to everyone in the future. Keep up the good work!

They gave me a generous amount of money for my trade-in which I put towards the new car purchase. They also made the paperwork process a breeze. I had visited the dealership several times in search of a new/used Accord. Art was always very helpful and a laid back letting me know my options, but not pushy which was awesome. YoYo Scam Buyers Beware I purchase at Flow Honda in StatesvilleApproximately one week ago I purchased a new Honda Accord from Flow Honda in Statesville. The initial experience with the dealership was positive until yesterday. I received 2 voicemails from the sales manager Josh within an hour or two of each other. It seemed important so I called him back. I left him a voice mail. Today he calls me back and tells me that Honda financial came back and said they cannot finance my loan at the " signed contracted" interest rate of 2.69% that I needed to go back to the dealership and sign a new contract at 3.89%. I told him that I found that obsurd that he was calling me a week later with this information. Josh said it was because I had another auto loan that was fairly new. I replied to him by saying that it was no secret it was on my credit report when they ran it. He then said well I understand if you have to you return the car and we can cancel the deal. I was in total disbelief. I told him if he wanted me to sign new contracts at a higher interest rate he would have to reduce the price of the car. He then said I have an idea let me talk to my GM and I will call you right back. That was 6 hours ago. My guess is he realized I wasn't that customer he could take advantage of. This is so wrong on every level. I have great hope that you can air their scam. I wonder how many people he was successful in scamming today alone out of their hard earned money because they didn't know better.

I went to the Service Dept. of Everhart Honda because I was having a problem with my battery. While I was there, Chuck Vanacore helped find what the problem was and was very patient and took the time to solve the situation. Not only did he test my battery, but helped me find the radio code (which I would have NEVER found on my own) and got everything back in working order. Every time I have done business with this Service Dept., I have been pleased with their helpfulness!

I have just recently purchased my second vehicle from Michelle Helms. While having my civic serviced, I informed her I was thinking of a larger car due to 2 large dogs and she introduced me to the CR-V. A few hours later after receiving a great deal with trading in my civic I was drivingoff the lot with a new CR-V. At Everhart, whether in the service dept or dealing with a salesperson, you can rest assure you will be treated with respect and not feel pressured. I had never in the past understood people who said they only bought from a certain dealership, now I do. If I ever buy another vehicle it will be from Everhart.

My wife and I were looking for a Mazda CX9 for a while and stumbled across the one we bought at Everhart. We found it on the Internet, who would have thought to look for a Mazda at a Honda dealership. I called and talked to Dan to see if they still had the vehicle and told him I would come by and look at it. We drove up to the building which happened to be the new car showroom. They called Dan (he was in the used car building) and he drove the vehicle down and met us. Dan was super nice while we drove around. When we got back we discussed price and it was several thousand dollars different than what we had found at a Mazda dealership. My wife and I were going home to talk about it. Dan offered to put tags on it and let us drive it some more. That evening we told them that we would take it. Dan and Kelly handled all the paperwork quickly and had us ready to go. I have never been that impressed by they way we were treated at a car dealership. Excellent. They called me a few day later and told me my tags were in. They could have mailed them to me but I was going right by there so I stopped in to pick them up. It was 30 degrees outside and the lady I dealt with insisted on putting the tags on the vehicle and offered coffee while I waited. I am very impressed by this dealer and would not hesitate to go back and buy from them again. Great customer service and great price.

I had been searching for an SUV to purchase. After over a month of looking and coming up with nothing, I decided to go to Everhart Honda in Statesville, NC. Upon reviewing their website's used car listings, I discovered a 2000 Tahoe at an awesome price. I called and was put in contact with Michelle Helm and we setup an appointment the next day for a test drive. Needless to say, it drove great and I had a wonderful conversation with Mrs. Helm. I planned on coming back later that day to purchase the vehicle but before I could return someone came in with cash and bought it. Mrs. Helm called me and was very sad to break the news to me. I was pretty upset and went to the dealership to see what could be done. Lo and behold, Kelly, a manager spotted me when I came through the door. Seeing how upset I was, he directed me outside and pointed to his 2002 GMC Yukon. He let me know that it was his car and wasn't for sale, but he wanted to make what seemed wrong back to right. A few phone calls later it went from being his to being mine. Its really sort of funny how it happened but I'm glad it happened. Thank you to Mrs. Michelle Helm and Kelly for making my experience pleasant and I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I can now say our exp has gone down with this dealer since we have made the bad decision to buy this 22,000 rolling pile __ _____! dodge caravan from everhart honda used cars sales sharks has been back to the dealer every week since we bought it from them , during the "test drive" the salesman riding along with my wife Michelle (who is well versed in knowing what a problem with a car feels like) said to the salesman, the tramsmission has a hard upshift and runs rough , and slips when taking off from a dead stop , the salesman saids " oh its because you just have drove a new honda , most men would know that" and yse thats NOT made up thats EXACTLY what he said to my test driving wife during the test drive , since then the dodge spends more time being broke then driven ...MY advise to you is STAY AWAY FROM THE SHARKS AT EVERHART HONDA OR ANY SALESMAN WHO TRYS TO BRUSH OFF A PROBLEM WITH A VEHICLE YOUR THINKING OF BUYING , if your gut and common sence saids somthing is wrong NEVER listen to what the salesman tells you , run to your car and drive of the lot as soon as you can ! your wallet will thank you ! then the mgr has the gall to call me and tell me its OUR fault that his salesman is new at being a salesman and WE should have been more forgiving FORGIVING ! WHAT WITH OUR WASTED 22,000 WE LOST ON THIS PILE HE SOLD US ! THEN HE "FORGOT" to insure the car before we left , said he was going to gas it up , he didn't , said there was two keys , there wasn't , we only got a second key because I made him wright it down on the contract that the to complete the sale vehicle must come with two keys as verbally stated...

I bought a car from them and three days later the battery went dead. I got that fixed and two days later my gear shift was stuck in park. The next week while driving on the highway the visor fell in my lap (I hadn't even used the visor). Two days later the car would not start;( The customer service representative called to see how I was "LOVING" my new car. I told her that if it stays fixed it is a nice car, but each week it breaks down. She concluded the call with if you refer anyone to us you will get a check for a referral fee. I contacted my sales rep, but because I purchased the car as-is I have no warranty. I went online to KBB to check out the value of the car and it is $1,500 less than I paid for it! I know it was my fault for not getting the car checked out before buying, but they assured me that the car had just been inspected by their shop and it was in perfect condition. I know cars break down, but my "new" car has been broke every week since I had it and I still have to make a payment!!!!! That is not good customer service. I was supposed to take a lady to the lot to purchase a new car but I told her about my experience and she is now going somewhere else. I know I may be 1 out of a million, but when I have only had the car for 3 weeks I think there should be something done about that.

I have never purchased from Everhart, but if I were to be shopping for a car, I would look there. I was traveling down I-40 with my parents, 2 hours from home, when our car broke down. Eddie Everhart saw my mother and me on the side of the road and stopped to take care of us. He helped us create a plan of action, took my mother and me to his dealership, while my father worked with roadside assistance to get the car back to his dealership. It was getting close to closing, we didn't know how long we would be there, or if we could even give them any sort of business. However, Eddie made sure his staff knew who we were, and they were to make sure we were able to get home safely no matter what, even if it meant staying late. The staff was so friendly! They didn't mind helping us at all, and they even let me bang the gong in the showroom for fun. In the end, we wound up having our car towed home that night. They got no money from us, didn't expect any, and treated us like we were the most important priority even so. I tell ya. If they go out of their way like that to simply help strangers and keep them safe along their journey, I can't imagine how fabulous their customer service would be! Thank you so much to Mr. Everhart and staff. You guys turned a scary situation into a rather pleasant evening. I appreciate you and hope you have a successful 2012!

I bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from EVERHART HONDA on 10/20/2011. When in the process of buying I complained about a roaring in the front end. I asked them to have service department check it out. They said it was the tires making the noise. After purchasing the van thinking everything was good. I listened to the noise the whole way home. I took it to my local dealer (Vann York Honda, High Point, NC) before we could get out of the parking lot thier technician said it was a front wheel bearing. $315 laters I was noise free. I call EVERHART HONDA and complaint about what had happened. They told me I had bought the van as is and they would do nothing. Six days later I get a call from my Insurance company asking if I bought the van I had called them about. The fiance guy didn't call my insurance company and give the information they needed to process my policy and get my coverage corrected. I feel they have sorry sales ethics and poor management. I emailed Mr. Everhart and told him what had happened, NO REPLY. Imagine that, just like the rest of his employees. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I just stopped by to price the new honda's. I did look at a few used one's a couple of day's before and there was a silver 2007 honda accord I liked at a glance. Since I been driving a honda accord for the last 5 yrs I knew it would be a good car but the price made me stop a few days later in the new car lot. I was not planning to buy another honda I was on my way to the toyota west to actually buy from them. Michelle came over as I was looking at the civic's. She sure wasn't pushy like toyota west. Michelle spent a long time with me got me a great trade!!! I was driving a new civic the same day!! Thanks Michelle you been great and I hope they keep you around for a long time. From the moment my wife and I walked onto the lot at Everhart Honda we were greeted with a friendly welcome. We were interested in the special lease deals being advertised on the 2010 Accord. Our sales person suggested we test drive the vehicle to appreciate all of the features the car had to offer. My wife and I were truely impressed. We went into the dealership and sat with our sales person and explained that we needed to be at a specific paynent with no money out of pocket and together with his sales manager they came back with the payment we needed with no money out of pocket. At no time did they pressure us, even when we said we would go home and think about it. They even offered to let us take the vehicle home overnite. We declined to take the vehicle home and they still did not pressure us and said that when we came back they would still honor the price they gave us. We returned the next day, after visiting a few other dealerships and not being impressed with them, and spoke with the manager who did honor the price he gave us the day before and purchased a new 2010 Honda Acccord 4-door sedan. The puchase procces was smooth and my wife signed a few finance documents and we left with her new car. We definately would reccomend this dealership and we intend to return to purchase my replacement vehicle in the near future.

I was considering getting a new Honda Civic recently and was going to go to my Local Dealership which is Everhart Honda in Statesville, NC. I called a friend of mine that I knew was working there to get some information about the car and I got a lot more information than I was anticipating. I discover that my friend who had been working there about 6 months had to miss a few days of work early this month because his wife was admitted to the ICU in the local hospital. Then, when he went to return to work after she was released from the hospital they fired him. Now I understand North Carolina is a employment at will state but this is just cruel. After asking him for more information, he told me that the dealership told him his priorities were wrong, and that business comes before family and that he did not need to be at the hospital because he was not a doctor or nurse. This speaks volumes to me as a customer, if they treat their employees like this then how are they going to treat me or you as a customer. I know for sure they will not get a chance with me for I will definitely look elsewhere to purchase my vehicle and I will surely not bring my vehicle there for service! Beware, this place obviously cares about nothing but the money because they sure don't care about their own people!

This is our second purchase from Everhart Honda, matter of fact we visited several other Honda dealerships before returning to Everhart. There is a hometown feeling within the dealership and we were not jumped by sales people when we got there and got out of our car. We looked around for about 20 minutes which allowed us the time to look at the different vehicles we were interested in. Michelle is personable and an asset to the Honda Corporation. She knows her stuff and details regarding our new Honda CRV. Chandler, sales manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He spent the time needed to explain the process of purchasing our vehicle. The openess and friendliess of this dealership and its employees is what it is all about for us, we were not just customers, we were made to feel like it mattered what we thought during the whole process. Great job Everhart Honda, you have our "hearts"

Everhart is wonderful! I have serviced my cars there for over 10 years. I actually started servicing my car there due to a problem I had with another dealer in Hickory and was so pleased with the awesome service department that I bought my next car from them. Even after moving to Charlotte and then to Greenville, SC, I still continue to make the drive to have them service my car. The service department manager, Reno, is extremely nice and he's what has kept me coming back after moving away - I know I can trust him and they never have me doing unnecessary work on my cars. And, I love my Honda Accord that I got at Everhart. It is a 2003 and I have 282,000 miles on it currently and it's still going strong. I highly recommend Everhart for service or sales. I have had so many negative experiences with car dealers and service at car dealers, but I have never had that at Everhart. They truly care about their customers and it definitely shows!

kris lanbert at ever hart honda in statesville, nc was very courteous and professional. he quickiy responded to my request for information, gave me a realistic price to expect to pay for the car and went the extra mile to get a car that had just arrived resdy for me to take home. in over 40 years of car shopping, this was the most pleasant car buying experience that my husband and i have had.i had a car in my driveway that i was test driving-i returned that car and drove to ever hart honda because he made it worth that effort. there was a considerable price savings and he listened to what was important to me in terms of what i wanted on the car.

We were looking for a new Odyssey and it seemed as if Chandler and his group were going to be fair to work with. When we got to the dealership, we told them we would have a trade in vehicle. When Chandler came to tell us what our vehicle was worth, he said a carfax report had shown that the vehicle had been in an accident. I immediately knew this dealership was playing games. Our vehicle had never been in an accident and I knew this was there way of paying us less for our trade. To say I was furious is an understatement. I asked for the print out from carfax stating it had been in an accident and ofcourse Chandler couldnt reproduce it. I asked him why he couldnt show me a copy and ofcourse he didnt have a good answer. That showed me a lot about this dealership, how they treat customers, and where their ethics stand. Needless to say we bought our Odyssey about 3o miles from this dealership in Huntersville. My advice is to be very careful when considering this dealership. They obviously are not upfront and honest. On a side note we have had work done in the past in the service dept. and have found them to be very straight forward. With the service dept. we are pleased.

I was looking at the dealers website www.everharthonda.com at a certified pre-owned 2008 Honda Civic Coupe. I called Dean and found out that the car had been sold however Dean ask me if I had thought of a new car and got me interested in a 2010 Civic Coupe LX.I drove the 1 hr and 15 min that night ot the dealer in Statesville, NC.Dean met me as I got out of my trade ( a 1997 Honda Civic HX with 220K on it)He laready knew what it was gonan take to get me in the car and what payment I wanted, we haggeled a little took a test drive and stopped by yhr finance managers office to sign the docs and we were on our way back home.Kert the Sales Manager and Chad the Finance Manager were both excellent and Dean was awsome. I have to go back in 2 weeks for dealer prep and clean up as it was late and the service department was closed once that is done I will do a follow up review.Overall a graet experience
