Worst service all the time, I stay in folsom and work close to automall, so i have no option to go else where if something needed to be done by Honda dealership only. I had bad experience all the time here, so i usually try to avoid going to dealership if possible. I will share last few experience.Car Service: My Car was giving some bearing sound last month, so I decided to get it diagnosis, so based on my previous experience i tried to avoid going to these guys and took it to one of the chain car shop close to my home, they did diagnosis and said right front bearing has issue and need to be changed but they don't have machine to press it, so i will have to take it to Honda only and they gave me full report for the issue, so i called honda and asked explained then, so guy said i will have to do diagnosed again with then and it will be 30min charge, so i took appointment and went there. On my appointment I explained him that front right wheel bearing has issue but he said let us diagnose, when i checked paper work that he gave me for Diagnose, it was saying 1 HOUR charge, so i said why 1 HOUR now, then he said sorry and change it to 30 min, then they did diagnosis and said its not right side but left side has issue, i said its right side, they said no its LEFT, i said ok replace it. After sometime he called me that car is ready and they have replaced Right side Bearing. i said hwy right side, when you diagnosed it was LEFT according to you, they he said sorry we made mistake, it was RIGHT only, so i said i did mentioned you in morning then he said really, did you? he said if you have mentioned me, i had saved $100 of charge, I said i did mentioned it, he was like if you had then we don't need it again, i said at that time you said we need to diagnose our self, he said i can't do anything now. I was like you guys are changing statements1. On phone they says need 30min diagnosis but put charge of 60 min.2. After taking diagnosis fees, their diagnosis report was wrong(Front Left), they ended up replacing part which other Autoshop Diagnosed(Front Right).3. Initially they force to pay for Diagnosis again and later says, its not needed if you have report from someone already.On top of car service, they are worst in shuttle service which is courtesy though, its slowest service, my office is 2 mile from there but they take you 3 miles other side to fill the GAS, they say be ready at 4:50 for shuttle and shuttle comes till 5:50 and you are waiting for them in sun. after waiting for 30 min at dealership for shuttle for 2 mile ride they take shuttle to opposite side 10 mile to drop customer which is not in hurry(according to customer) and they drop you at the end so you just spend 1:30 hour to reach 2 mile far office on time.There are many more things about this dealership.

Great experience, prompt phone calls, willing to go the extra mile to make a great deal. Lynn Was great about following through and doing exactly what she said she would. Ben made the financial part of the deal work smoothly and painlessly. Would highly recommend.

We asked on line for a quote on a CR V specific color and trim model they readily supplied it.. We arrived they had the car pulled up for us to inspect and test drive explained the buying options. Completed the process. We where very happy with our experience.

I had a great experience trading in my used car for a brand new one. They're great in the service department and work well with the sales department to get me the best deal both on the selling and purchase of the vehicles. They're very accommodating to families with kids with snacks, a kids room, t.v. and all around friendliness.

From our first visit, we felt very comfortable with the FL Honda team! I am so happy that we had the opportunity to work with Josh Banda (by far, the best and most hardworking individual on that sales floor!) Josh worked tirelessly to get us the car we wanted, for a fair and honest price- no games, tricks or up-selling- and provided excellent and personalized customer service at each step of the car buying process. Needless to say, we are loyal customers who plan on returning again soon (hoping to do a trade-in for our 2nd vehicle). Phillip Barretto turned my car buying experience from a nightmare to a dream. As a female with not a lot of car knowledge, at the other dealerships I was afraid of being taken advantage of. At Folsom Lake Honda there was absolutely no pressure. Phillip listened and addressed all of my concerns & I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They've taken two people who started at five stars for the car and the dealership. Now it's two and headed lower. All their smooth PR and promises are just BS. Deal just once with their service manager and they lose two stars. They let Colors on Parade do paint work on their lot, after you sign a complete release. They've just wrecked my paint job. Ugly swirl marks and bubbles in the clearcoat. Honda's response: You signed the release. They promised a rental car, dropped me at the agency, who did not have a car available, but said I could wait until someone turns one in. I've been back three times for a rattle in the door. It was returned as fixed. Yeah, for four days each time and now the same rattle is back. I hope people come back and update their reviews after dealing with these guys for a few months.

Long story short: This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Lee Schwartz and Jason Davis worked very hard to earn my business and didn't play the games that some dealerships tend to play. I am still shocked that they not only beat the deal I already had but enhanced it so much that I bought it on the spot. With .9% financing for five years it was an offer I could not refuse. I love my new CR-V and I loved my car buying experience at Folsom Lake Honda. I am a customer for life!! Details: I totaled my car on 11/4/14 and started looking for a new one online the very next day. Being a widow and not sure exactly where to start I reached out to several local Honda dealerships and received some good offers on new CR-Vs. Clay Jackson at Folsom L:ake Honda was one of the first to respond. He put no pressure on me whatsoever but made it clear that they would love to compete for my business. I first visited another high volume dealership because they had the color I wanted and they made me an offer I thought was truly amazing. Because my insurance hadn't resolved my claim I told them I was not comfortable buying the car that day. Clay followed up the next day and asked me to give them an opportunity to meet or beat the offer. He put me in touch with Lee Schwartz and after several texts and emails Lee convinced me to stop by Folsom Lake Honda on my way home from work. He said they didn't have the color I wanted but told me about a color I hadn't seen called Urban Titanium Metallic. I was intrigued by his description of it so agreed to stop by. Long story short I bought the car that day, 11/11/14. I just got through talking to a co-worker and telling him about my new car. It turns out he bought a new CR-V there last year and he said they love it and they love Folsom Lake Honda. Glad to hear that there service department is as good as their sales department.

Basically, it wasn't bad working with these guys. Had to work on them to give fair trade-in, but that's what you expect when working on a deal with car salesman. Be sure to note the web price they are promoting and make sure you start negotiations there.

This Honda dealer should not be selling cars .I have had nothing but problems here ,when i got my van i was told to come back the next week to get floor mats three weeks later i had to go down and fight for my mats .Then i got my van services there and they dented the back of my van and try to hide it from me. You buy a car here you will be very very sorry.

Bought a used car from Folsom Lake Honda. Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had from a car dealership. The salesmen (Dominic) was excellent, no pushing, no trying to hard sell, just let me look over the car at my own pace and then went for a test drive. Back at the showroom, was given options on choice of years to pay and final payment, all very upfront, no bargaining or backwards and forwards trying to get as much as possible out of you, as is the practice at almost every other dealership. Came with free Carfax and car was serviced at the appropriate makes dealership to sort out any problems before I even drove it. It drove like a new car, despite being nine years old. When passed to finance for final signing, yet again no hard sell, very pleasant person. As a footnote, this is a family owned business, with many employees working here for years. It just seems to be that people actually enjoy working here to stay that long.

So the owner contacted me and told me the salesman made an error. The internet price is good for 48 hours. I went in the next day and got treated exceptionally. I got a great deal to say the least. Awesome selection, the sales staff if top shelf. Finance dept was super fast and efficient. Was absolutely the best car buying experience I ever had in all my years of buying from dealerships. I am a fan of Folsom Honda and will not go anywhere else for service or buying a Honda!

No haggling on my trade in. Excellent selection. Awesome sales staff (Greg and Don) Finance dept is fast and efficient!! My wife and I walked out amazed at the wonderful experience. These guys rock.
