Ordered tires and had mounted. Bruce in parts was very nice, and got the best price for me including a rebate on my tires. Gwen, service writer, made a quick appointment for installation, and was great! Mark the tech was nice and knowledgeable, made me feel good about my purchase. Suzie the receptionist that took my calls (numerous times) was always polite and friendly. The entire operation at Ford Square is fantastic!

I bought a beautiful 2008 Lincoln Mkx from Kenny Johnson of ford square of mt Vernon. His service and manners were impeccable. If I ever have to come back for service or Even for another new vehicle I will most definitely be coming back to see Kenny!

I bought a new Fusion from Al Lake (Sales Department) I can't say enough about how at ease he made me feel throughout the process. I love my car and when I bring it in for routine service, Gwen (Service Department) is extremely accommodating and tries very hard to get the best time to fit my busy schedule besides being very friendly. Suzie (Receptionist) always treats me with great respect and makes me feel comfortable during my visit. Everyone at Ford Square puts the customer and their needs first. I have no complaints.

Ford Square did fine today! They put a new water pump in our 03 Mercury Marquis, and got us on our way. People in the waiting area were friendly and nice to visit with. Roy (the owner) came by to say "Hi, how are you?" It has been a good afternoon!
