This is not your typical car dealership! Mark was our sales guy and he made our experience so awesome! No pressure just personable, knowledgeable and professional. Next we met with Travis, the manager, and I have to say he went above and beyond to get us into our car! He is awesome and well deserving of his position. We met with other members as well and all I can say is this is an awesome group of guys! Our car is beautiful and all we could ask for! Thank you guys so much for this great experience! We would recommend you to anyone looking to buy a car!

Got approved online so made an appointment when I got there I let him know I didn't know who my appointment was and he said I'll look up your information he did not go get neither of the men that I was expecting to have the appointment with and also he had no personality didn't smile, not sure if he's new but he clearly needs training in how to be a salesman . he ran my numbers and told me I needed to put down $5000 on a $12,000 vehicle because of the money that I make every month and then when it wasn't something I wanted to do he suggested completely other types of vehicles no options or ways to work with me on the car I wanted. and what I was looking for A van or car when I was looking at an SUV and then tried to get me to put somebody on the loan and that's exactly what I told him I didn't want to do and then he tried to get me to do leasing I left there unhappy with no vehicle I'll be doing my searching elsewhere and business as wellnot even sure why I even got approved for but to me it just seems like a scam to get me in there

Had an amazing first experience here! I had Sherlan, who was amazing. Very friendly and was on it. He did a good job on making me feel comfortable and helping me make the right decisions. George, Ryan, and Travis helped me close on the deal as well. Actually, the whole team here is great, all the guys are awesome and it's good to see people who have fun but are very efficient on the job. I couldn't be happier with my car, and I can't thank these guys enough. Didn't think it was possible to get a car considering my credit score, but I made the right choice coming here. Thanks a million, Drivetime.

I had an amazing car buying experience with these guys! Awesome group of guys from the fort myers drivetime. They all worked together , never once pressured me, gave me all my options, went above and beyond to help me in every way shape and form. I would highly recommend to anyone..Have a friend going today. I know they will help her just as much!!! If your looking for a new vehi me drive time fort Myers is the way to go!

I would recommend drivetime to anyone i know. I have horrible credit and no where wanted to work with my bad credit and budget. I love their new lease to own program. It's perfect for me ill own the car in 2 and a half years, and you save money because you can get pip insurance! Not to mention i can return the car if i ever couldn't afford without a penalty. The salesmen worked with my budget and was very informative. They showed me the car and i was sold. Thanks for the awesome experience! Im glad they were open late and stayed to fill out the paperwork.

From the moment you were greeted at the door, through financing, the experience was great.My sales specialist Greg Watkins was very knowledgeable, and explained very well the differences between a finance and lease.We opted for the lease, that gives us the option to own or upgrade later with drive time dollars.Was shown multiple vehicles, and was looking at a suv. Left the dealership to think over the purchase overnight. After a couple days, had numerous conversations with Greg about what type of vehicle I was looking for.He called me and said they got in a nice suv for the lease program. He emailed me photos and I came in next day to purchase. When seeing this vehicle I couldn't keep the smile off my face. Thank you Greg, you understood my wish list and am truly grateful.When picking my daughters up at the bus stop, my daughter got in and started crying, the other one was just smiling, she was truly grateful also. Being a single mother he helped us to make my family's life better.We are grateful to everyone at this dealership, and not once did we feel pressured.Best of luck in SWFL.

we went in to trade in a car and get a newer one. everyone was very friendly. they took thier time letting me drive whatever car i wanted to and even laughed at my dumb jokes while driving. it did take a long time, we were there over 3 hours but other than that, it was nice. tom was our salesman, very patient with us (the family was all there). i will be sending my son to him soon. i honestly forget the finance guys name but he was great

Aside from being short handed which led to the deal taking a little longer than expected. Everything went so smoothly and all the employees were extremely helpful. And they stayed almost 2 hours past closing time to get me done and on my way. The lease program is the best deal going. Drivr time is going to revolutionize the way people with not so perfect credit buy cars.
