This is the third Toyota Camry that I have purchased at Fort's Toyota of Pekin. I returned for the third Camry because I have been very satisfied with the service I received on my first two Camrys. I was pleased with the attention I received when I recently purchased my 2014.5 Camry XLE. Todd S. reviewed the entire car with me and spent over an hour trying to hook up my bluetooth and phone. I found out my phone was obsolete and needed an update. I would definitely recommend buying a Toyota at Fort's Toyota in Pekin.

Really like this place. Today they took over an hour and a half for an oil change. Went to see what was going on and two associates too busy eating pizza to help me. Might start taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Very impressed with entire process. Todd was an excellent salesperson. NO pressure. All the new features of our car were carefully explained to us. All of our questions were answered. Best car buying experience we have ever had.

My salesperson was very pleasant and willing to take the necessary time for us to evaluate the car. His sales manager was a straight shooter with good knowledge of the business and his product. There was no pressure and they were aware I was shopping several types of sedans and several dealerships. My purchase was a good value and I didn't have to put up with a long sales process and the usual games some dealerships can make up go through.

Kevin Carrington is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and leaves no stone unturned. I would and do recommend him to others. Mr Stark is also all of the same things I mentioned above. All of these things are try despite not being able to discount the truck from MSRP.

This is the first car I've ever bought, and the second car I've had from this dealer. Very impressed! Staff is wonderfully friendly, and takes the time to not only explain everything but to make sure you understand and are comfortable with the information. Best deals, best cars, best experience! Building is clean, comfortable, and homey. I definitely recommend this dealer, not only for purchasing a car but also for the service department. All around wonderful!

Normally, I'd rather poke my eye out w/a stick then buy a car and put up with rude, annoying, pushy salespeople. This time however, I was pleasantly surprised. The dealership was quiet the evening we arrived which was nice. Todd was real laid back and nice even through the negotiation. The man who offered us additional products and did the financial part of the transaction was a genuine and nice person. For the first time in my life, I will look back on buying this vehicle as a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Fort's.

Just wanted to take the time to briefly share my experience with this dealership and buying process. I was in the market for a new/newer vehicle and was looking to trade in my car for a fair deal. I have to say, the staff was very helpful and patient and I didn't feel at all like I was being rushed or forced into a purchase. The entire process felt real and fair. If I had a disagreement on a number or price, the team worked very well with me to help come to a good negotiation. I felt that everything I had discussed with the dealer was taken at full value and did not feel cheated in anyway. I had a good overall experience and am very happy to have bought my new car at this facility. I plan on making my next purchase in the future here as well and hope they continue to provide an excellent customer experience. I think they were very fair after doing research prior to and after my trade-in. The numbers matched very closely with what I had expected and everything felt genuinely honest through the entire process on both sides.

There are other SUVs out there, but i keep leasing a RAV4 because i love this dealer. Fort's is professional, helpful, cheerful and, above all else, totally honest. This is true for the leasing process and, most importantly, for servicing. If their people tell me something needs work on one of our vehicles, i have 100% confidence that in their judgement. We have purchased two Toyotas, one in Utah and one from Fort Toyota, and this is my 6th Toyota lease, the last two from Fort. I intend to stick with Fort as my dealer!

This is our third Camry (1991 & 1997). The 1997 was 17 years old and it was about time to replace it. The salesmen Kevin spend extra time showing us and explaining all the features and accessories - and there is a lot of bells and whistles on this one. It was a pleasant experience making this purchase. We went here for the first time because they had the particular model and color we wanted and at reasonable price. I highly recommend Fort's Toyota - it was an hour drive but worth it.

Good experience buying a new prius v. Was able to test drive with the whole family, car seat and all. Tried a few different models. Price was close to great, people were very helpful and friendly. They recently changed the car lot layout and it really helps to browse and test drive cars with the new layout.

I recently signed my first lease on a brand new Toyota Prius and so far I am in love with it! Tina helped us and was very down to Earth and professional. I was on a time crunch and everybody worked very hard to process paperwork as fast as possible. I didn't receive a ridiculous number of phone calls and e-mails,which was also great. Being as this car is my first lease, I won't be able to write a complete review until the period is over and I am fully aware of how their team is with maintenance, and of course, the dreaded 'problems' that may arise when I return the car. I have confidence they'll be good to me though!

We've bought cars from other dealers, but enjoyed the experience at Fort's. They treated us fairly and gave us a good deal. They spent all the time we needed. Things they did right: - let us take a highway test drive - had the right cars on the lot (other dealers didn't) - have a great service policy For service, Fort will pick up your car from home or your work parking lot, and take it in for service. No more missing work for oil changes or tire rotations. I think I now have a new favorite dealer.

I've bought 3 cars from Fort's over the years. Each time was an excellent experience and I walked away feeling confident in my decision. I've bought vehicles at other dealerships before and I go back to Fort's Toyota now because I trust them to take care of me.

We had decided which vehicle we wanted by checking Consumer Reports and doing on line checking for a dealer. We were treated very friendly and with respect to our choice. Sales person was very knowledgeable and listened to what we had in mind for a car. We were given refreshments during our visit there and made comfortable. Great customer service.

Overall process of buying a car was right on the verge of excellent. The staff was extremely knowledgable, friendly and treated you in a very customer focused way. The overall process took a little longer than anticipated and I was hoping for a higher level of discount than recieved. With that being said I do feel I recieved a fair price just not an excellent price which would have made me score everything 5 stars. Will I do business with them in the future is to be determined as I am only in the begining process of owning a new car. Our sales person Kevin was top notch.

This is now the fourth new Toyota that we have purchased from Chris Fort of Fort's Toyota. He and every other point of contact with the dealership has been consistently positive for us. We do not shop for other brands and we do not shop at other Toyota dealerships. If Fort's continues to provide a comprehensively satisfying experience for us in the future, it would be a waste of our time to do anything differently.

Fort's is an excellent dealership that I would recommend to anyone! My parents purchased a vehicle from here and referred us. We ended up driving home a brand new Toyota Corolla and we could not be happier! Blake Ng is a fantastic salesman along with all of the other staff. We did not meet one unpleasant person. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I was looking for a used Ford Ranger on cars.com. I wanted to buy locally and I found and bought from Fort's Toyota in Pekin, Illinois. I have never bought from them before but, I would buy from them again. Very nice people, no-nonsense buying experience! They were all very helpful and knowledgeable! If you have to drive a little to get to them, it would be well worth it! It was also helpful that they list through CARS.COM also! I would probably not have found my Ranger otherwise! Thank you Fort's Toyota & thank you CARS.COM!!!
