Experience was great. Four Stars (Roy) took down everything requested and found exactly the right car. I know the car business is just that. However, buying a car of this caliber would've like to have had the tinting at no cost and maybe even the mats. It wasn't a deal breaker but if those would've been added in at no cost...customer...no loyalty for life! Please don't take this negatively because the folks made the experience....from carwash to sale thru financing. Even so far as Roy delivering the tags to my house. I appreciate all Four Stars and Roy did to make this a memorable experience for my family.

The employees we worked with were very kind and answered all questions that we asked them. We live in a different state than the dealer and they were willing to have someone meet us half way with the vehicle so we could obtain it easier, which was very helpful. The paperwork was completed in a timely manner for having been done out of state. Again everyone that we spoke to was very courteous and helpful.

I was looking for a used car and found a great 2 year old Nissan Altima for a great price! The sales representative was professional, patient, and didn't push me into buying by any means. I would recommend Four Star Auto Ranch to anyone who is looking for superior customer service with great prices

Shopping for a vehicle had always been a chore---it would take days to stop at each dealership, view their inventory, test drive the vehicle, and---the worse part---haggle over the price. The internet made shopping so much easier---we viewed various dealership websites, narrowed the field to Four Stars Auto Ranch and 2 particular vehicles. We got out there, test drove each vehicle, and made our selection. And the best part? We didn't have to haggle over the price! Our sales person, Roy Boswell, made this transaction easy and a unique experience. Who would've thought you could buy a vehicle and not haggle over the price not once? And Roy truly went over and beyond the call of duty to give us great service. The drive out to Four Stars Auto Ranch was worth the shopping experience. Recommend you give them a try.

I had a 2008 Chev Avalanche and my wife loved to drive it. We were in Wichitaa Falls, Texas and saw the ad from Four Stars Auto ranch Witha 2008 Chev avalanche for a good price. We went by the dealeship and met Mr. Roy Boswell and purchased the avalanche. My Wife saw a new 2011 avalanche while we were there and when we got home she decided she would like to have the new one and called Mr Boswell and he told her that if we returned the 2008 he would apply what we paid on the 2008 to the new 2011 avalanche so we took the 2008 avalanche back and got the 2011 avalanche. when we got home I decided that I liked the 2008 avalanche that my wife had purchased and returned so I took my 2008 avalanche and traided with Row for the 2008 avalanche that my wife returned. Soon after that we took my Daughter to the dealership and purchased a 2010 Chrysler SUV.and we are very happy with the cars and the service we received from Mr Roy Boswell and the four Star Auto Ranch. We were treated better than any dealer ship I was ever in, I am a 80 year old man and have delt with a few.We Live in Lufkin, Texas Which is 300 miles away.

Our experience at four stars was excellent. Charlie Taylor went above and beyond his job requirements. He is a great salesperson. The service dept. did an excellent job also. I will tell all my friends and family to go there. We were treated like people with respect. The pricing was fair and affordable. I wwill never by a vehicle from another dealer or salesperson.

I just bought a new 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. I traded in my 2008 Honda Accord. I had an excellent sales experience. I was upside down on my trade. The dealership worked with me to get me the best possible financing and never came back trying to get me to take on a vehicle with payments out of my reach. I appreciated the forwardness and honesty of my salesman. I will definitely go back to Four Stars when I trade for my next vehicle!

Scott was wonderful! We were looking for a car for our daughter who was going to be 16. He found the perfect car for her and he was so helpful! We will definately be purchasing our next car from him! I would highly recommend Scott and Four Stars to anyone.

Four Stars is a great place. Everyone that works there is really nice us. We have done business there since they first began their dealership. Our salesperson, Scott Sanderson has always been very nice and patient with us in trying to get the best deal. We have used Scott for our salesman for a long time.

We were very pleased with the way Scott dealt with us and was understanding enough to make things work where we both were pleased with the outcome. Very nice .....Very Professional. The dealership was clean and all employees we came in contact with were very courteous. Very relaxed pace which made it easy to think.

The purchasing of my new Cruze was a pleasant experience with Scott. He was very personable and helpful. They let us test drive without having to tag along and were diligent in finding the car color combination we requested. Knowledgeable in explaining the car features and helpful in the Onstar setup. No complaints whatsoever. He picked my car up and took it to the dealership when the tags came in so I would not have to make the trip to the dealership. My husband and I have purchased many new cars, having worked for GM, and I don't recall every using 4stars, but I certainly would do so again, and recommend it to anyone looking to buy. The whole process was very easy and everyone we met was very helpful. Scott did any excellent job in assisting us.
