Jeremy Brownlee was my sales associate. He was very nice and professional during my visit to the dealership.. Found the vehicle online rather easily, and did everything necessary to come check the vehicle out before purchasing. Jeremy Brownlee was very helpful in answering questions and was quick to respond. As for the vehicle itself, it was listed on website as having 6500 miles and had pictures of the vehicle with 20" wheels and tires. However, upon getting to the dealership, it was found that the 20" wheels had been replaced with 17" wheels and there was close to 10k miles on the odometer. Other than those mistakes, everything was great!

Mr James Brown was very helpful in our purchase of the new automobile. He answered all our questions, was very pleasant to work with and seemed to have great knowledge of all the cars on the lot and the buying process. He did our paper work quickly and efficiently. He was not at all what I call high pressure and I really appreciated that. The other staff members seemed very nice also and the building and grounds very neat and well kept.

Asked Zeb to keep a lookout for a specific vehicle about a year ago. He rememberd and has been sending me pics of ones they get in. Finally found the exact one i wanted. He never gave up. Everyone in the dealership was very very helpful. We could not have had a better experience. The service department went out of their way to help us with our Yukon which stopping running. They did everything they could to get us back on road. Ben Griffin and John Throne in the service department were extremely helpful. We finally decided to buy a new vehicle and Chris Yarbrough the salesman went out of his way to help us and located a hotel for us. He also offered to pick us up while we waited for tow truck. We are from Atlanta, Ga and were on our way to Dallas, Tx. Everyone here could not have been nicer to us. We are so grateful that we ended up in Fowler dealership and treated so kindly.

I have searched for months at several dealerships in and around the state of MS for a truck and by far the best buying experience we've ever had was at Fowler Buick GMC in Brandon MS. Zeb Cook is as professional and courtious as a person could be. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to stop by and shop for a new or used vehicle. Bought a Buick Enclave, our third purchase from Fowler's from as far back as 1984. Very happy with the courtesy from the sales people we've worked with. Our recent sales person provided all the info we needed prior to making a decision, answered all our questions, but never pressured us. He went out of his way to make the process easy for us. We looked at Enclaves in South MS, as well as in LA, then drove 100 miles to buy from Fowler's. While our Enclave is used, it was clean, detailed, & as close to new as possible. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I call Fowler Buick day before from offshore I had got my 6 month offshore Bonus and my 80 hours Vacation check seen this car on the Web site and had to have it call the company that I had trade in with they said they could not finance it Fowler Buick said come on up and we will take car of it. Went the next day to Pearl,Ms.and with in 2 hrs. I had ate lunch,got the 2013 Corvette finance at 5.59% and back on the interstate headed back to Natchez,Ms.
