My husband and I were looking for a AWD vehicle at an affordable price and found exactly what we were looking for at Francis Motors. They were very nice to work with and honest about the vehicle. They answered all questions directly. The next time I need a car I know I will look at Francis Motors.

I needed a 4WD or AWD car that could also be used to haul sacks of animal feed and other things that did not fit well in my sedan. After eliminating dealers with prices that proved to be inflated beyond appraisals for our region and dealers with poor customer reviews or low BBB ratings, I found a good quality 1999 Subaru Legacy well within my price range at Francis Motors and was delighted to find that it ran and handled beautifully, not to mention that the interior looked almost brand new. Small mom & pop dealers like Francis Motors who sell cars they recondition themselves may not look impressive, but past experience has taught me they sell much more reliable transportation than the flashier ones who keep labor costs down by hiring less experienced mechanics. Mr. Francis runs a well established (29 years at the same location) business and, as mentioned in another review, was very forthcoming about the Subarus history and condition. Being a retiree, I had to limit my choice to a high mileage older vehicle, but Francis Motors also has a good range of later models as well.

Purchased 2005 truck from Francis Motors. Traveled approximately 400 miles to purchase after finding on internet. Found staff at Francis to be very responsive and honest in description of vehicle. They were very helpful and accomodating in the test drive, inspection and the buying process was quick and pain free. Vehicle passed state inspection once returned home with no issues. Would highly recommend dealer as honest and helpful, would do business again.

I called Francis requesting information on buying a 2005 Dodge Dakota. He called me back within 20 minutes with an approval, and all of the information. I met him the next day, looked over the car, and bought it on the spot. There were a few repairs that I requested he made, which he did the same day. The car is a great buy and I'll definately be going back in the future.
