I truly enjoyed the car shopping experience. Many times you hear how terrible it is to go shopping for a new car. This was not the case here. From the start of me calling to set up a time to come in to the end of me signing paperwork, I was impressed by the staff and their help. Great dealership.

On Memorial Day I drove to Frank Boucher Mazda to simply test drive a Mazda 3 and ask a few questions about the car. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted and quickly introduced to Mitch, one of the salesmen. Mitch was very welcoming and unassuming...helping me find the right car to test drive and in no time, sending me on my way to drive a 2015 Mazda 3. I loved the ride and returned to ask a few questions about my leasing options. Before I knew it, a deal was made and I would later leave with a new 2015 Mazda 3 Touring model. I lease a new vehicle every three years and have done so for quite some time now. The process with Mitch was the easiest and most pleasureable. He and the sales manager, Brad, offered me a deal I truly couldn't pass on. Both great guys who were genuinely interested in getting to know me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I have already recommended some of my friends to visit Frank Boucher because of my very positive experience I had there. It was enjoyable and stress free.

Worked with Tom Nelson and Brad Whippo - both very friendly and helpful. I feel we got a fair deal on our used car. The sales people went out of their way to please us, but were never pushy. Had two minor issues with the car after driving away and a few days later. I called Brad on both occasions, and the issues were resolved quickly with no problems. I feel comfortable going back with any other problems should any arise. I would go back to them for future purchases.

Boucher Imports Loved it Mitchell E. Mink was really helpful with getting me the perfect car and making the whole experience worth the effort. I feel Mitch did all he could at getting me the right price and how he also offered some other incentives to top off the deal. We never felt any pressure through the whole process and he answered all the questions we had. Further more to sum it all up was there financial department was (I think her name is Karrie) fun .....yes fun in and thru the experience! Darrel S.

He was very upfront with letting me know that he is not a pressure salesman and wanted me to walk away with the right vehicle. After deciding on the right vehicle, they were very thorough when going through the purchasing process. I felt that every aspect was covered well and that I was in good hands. Even after my purchase, they've still been checking with me to make sure that my experience surpassed my expectations; it definitely did. I would highly recommend anyone who is searching for a Mazda, Kia or Volkswagen to check them out first.

Lee Mcgee was awesome. He seemed down to earth and when things were looking sad for getting a car with no money down he did all he could and me and my wife ended up driving away in a preowned Kia Optima. Even though the purchase is done, every time I see him at the dealership he stops to ask if there is anything wrong and offers assistance.

I leased a Kia Optima a few days ago from Salesman Lee McGee and it was a truly enlightening experience. Not only did I get an awesome car but I met someone who was truly genuine and compassionate about his job and his life. Had 3 poor dealership experiences before landing at Frank Boucher in Racine where I walked away with a vehicle in less than 48 hours from time of first contact. They listened to my needs, criteria and actually seemed genuinely willing to meet them and close the deal, a deal that benefitted me. Thank you Tim N. for your patience and diligence. I drove 25 mi to this location when there were other dealerships closer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the website pricing was a bit misleading. While typical to include certain incentives in the "internet price" to make it appear lower, this is not clearly described on their site and leads to miscommunication. Transparency in pricing should be more like the airline industry with no hidden costs or inflated discounts. Again, this is typical of the industry and not dealership specific, but this dealer could use it as a point of difference in advertising by becoming more transparent.

After seeing my review on cars.com, the dealership offered to fix the second car. They paid for and towed it from my house to the dealership & fixed it a couple days later. A correction from my previous review: They did not "rotate" my tires, they "balanced" the tires. Sorry for the confusion.

Recently bought a 2014 Kia Sorento from them. Overall it was a great experience. Worked with Scott Westbrook. He was very knowledgable, friendly, straight forward and not pushy at all. He had the car up front and ready for us to test drive right when we got there. He even went above and beyond by coming in on his day off and staying past close when we picked the car up to make sure we were good to go. Highly recommend working with him. Whole experience was pretty seamless and totally painless. Was worth driving up from Chicago.

Kia in racine was such a fantastic experience! I was coming in as a first time new car buyer and all of the employees were friendly and willing to help. I then met Shea and she was a great help. She gave us the best deal she could on our new Kia Forte. Buying the car did take awhile due to me forgetting something but she stayed and helped me during the 6 hours I was there. She was friendly and confident in what she was doing. The car I got is fantastic and was beautiful and clean when they gave it to us. They are a great dealership and great to work with. They will do all they can to get you in the car you want.

I recently purchased a brand new Kia Optima on 06/10/13 at Kia Boucher in Racine,WI. After negotiating a fair price for what I was willing to pay, The salesman stated we will be receiving a Ipad mini as stated in the sales promotion. He even asked my 14 year old son what color he preffered. After I gave them the check and was ready to to leave a satisified customer, I reminded him of the Ipad mini. He went and spoke to a manager. He came back and he stated, "Because we knocked the price down to what you wanted and wrote int he contract"In LIEU OF" then you will not be entitiled to it. After going back and forth with them and the salesman (RYAN ECHTENACHER) I dealt with flat out lied to my face and his manage and said he did not promise me one, I stormed out of there. These sale tactics are very deceiving to the consumer. I was promised one thing and they did not come through with it. Very friendly people while trying to make the deal happen, once you hand them the check then they could care less about the client. ""I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM KIA BOUCHER IN RACINE WISCONSIN!"" You can still make this right Boucher. It is about the principal of the situation!!

He wasn't pushy at all, but he had good follow-up and was very honest. I would certainly recommend that others talk to him about their needs when looking for a new (or new-to-you) vehicle.

I was literally standing in the parking lot of Frank. Boucher when my father got a phone call from Scott Westbrook gave my father a call to follow up on an online query my father had sent about a new van. Scott ran out immediately to assist me in my search for my first car purchase. The car was clean and ran like new and I have to say I truly love my passat.

This dealership has a great service department with two of the best VW Service Consultants. The purchase experience is not much different than any other dealerships. There was a long wait to confirm the price that had been negotiated prior to my arrival.
