Every time we go into the Franklin GMC dealership, for any reason, we are always greeted like old friends. We never cease to be amazed by the professionalism, friendliness, promptness and enthusiasm we witness from all the staff. I usually make a point to say hi to Keith Dyches, the best car salesman in the world and to Nicky Williams, the best service writer in the world. These two have always gone out of their way to take care of us. Amy, the porter, was so helpful in getting me to my destination while my vehicle was being serviced. Mr. Dan and Mr. Robbie usually come by to welcome us and thank us for our business. Plainly, we are spoiled! Don't change a thing, we could never find another dealership that could make us feel this welcomed. Thank you so much!

Austin Doyle greeted me when I arrived at Franklin Chevrolet in Stateboro, Ga. He asked me what I was looking for in a car, and showed/explain facts about the type of cars I was interested in, and most important for me, price range. The overall experience was ok. The receiving attendant did not realize that my vehicle needed additional service. I was just thankful to get my car out of the shop, it had been there for over 2 months. It cost $1,200. I would be a good thing if Franklin would offer some type of reward program to their customers. It would be a good thing if they would lower their labor price. It's just too much! How about offering an Auto credit card for car repair "only". I'm always recommending my friends and family members to take their cars to Franklin, but most people said that Franklin is to HIGH!I love the friendly customer service and I love the longer service hours. fast service friendly people walked around on the sales lot while waiting for oil change we were approached buy a sales person his name was Justin me and my wife like how he was not aggravating like a lot of sales people are we all talked for a few minutes he was very nice and told us if we wanted to look at any thing let him know and he was not going to bother us. this is how all car sales men need to be its best to let the people who are looking at cars come to the sales person not to be chased around the lot and aggravated if we buy a car soon we would but it from Justin Dyal just because he was a down to earth sales person !

The estimate was done in a realistic time. It was a little higher that having the work done elsewhere but the dealership has been fair with me in the past and having things done at the dealer is a plus to me. This staff at this dealership is always professional. At this visit I was getting a oil change without an appointment and I had 4 recalls on my Cadillac SRX. They said they could take care of those that day also if I had about 3 hours to wait. He offered to give me a ride somewhere so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership for that long. Our salesman was Kijon King. There was no pressure from this salesman for purchase of any vehicle. Rebecca was prompt in helping us. She asked lots of questions to determine which truck to show us.m she was "right on"!!! The first truck she showed us was exactly what we wanted and did not look at any other. Drove it home. The following day, Jesse met with U.S. And spent at least 2 hours with us explaining and demonstrating all the features. He assisted in setting up on star and our phones. He was wonderful. A week later while on a trip we called Jesse with a question which he answered right away. We are very happy.

I dropped my car off for an oil change. Paul called me a little while later to let me know that the mechanic noticed the Trans-Cooler lines were leaking. He gave me a price, the parts were in stock, and replaced the lines. When I came to pick up my car The repairs were less than expected, always a good thing! By catching this problem when they did, saved me a headache and possibly my car!

Great business, I'm a young individual and they didn't hesitate with me at all, it felt good knowing I was treated the same as the older couples at the lot. Were very professional with everything and didn't take long at all for them to explain everything and handle paperwork. In fact, I ended up being the hold up waiting for my proof of insurance! We had to come back three different times (on the same day) to get everything straightened out, but everyone was so kind and so patient. 1. First the lights wouldn't dim after that was the problem to begin with. They fixed it. 2. Then his speedometer was messed up and they fixed it. 3. Then the lights wouldn't adjust again and they fixed that. Every problem those extra times were taken care of. My husband got upset, but later felt bad and came back the next day and apologized for his behavior. They were all so kind and never once treated him any other way than with kindness. I said this before and will say it again - the employees we have dealt with at Franklin's treat us like family and not just people to get money from (something we do find at some places). They treat their customers with the utmost respect and we sincerely appreciate that. THANK YOU!

Franklin Chevrolet has always given great service. If I tell them about an issue I'm having, they check it out and then deem whether something needs to become rplaced. Case in point, my most recent visit I thought I needed new brakes. When they looked, they said my pads were fine, my rotors were glazed. They fixed the rotors and didn't charge me for it. They know me personally as a customer. They take the time to come and say hi when they see me. They do this with all their customers. I will always go to them for a car before anyone else.

Basic Oil and Filter with tire rotate and balance, not sure why I paid for the balance, thought it came with the contract. I'll check my records,however when I purchased new tires for my truck I know for sure I got rotate and balance for the life of the tires and on my last visit I got no balance. not sure who to speak with, suggestions please.

talked to sales rep on phone and was told that 2 autos I was interested in were available, even made a VIP appointment at their suggestion for the same day. when arrived after driving over 100 miles I was told no appointment was known of and that 1 of the autos had been sold the day before and the other was being used by an employee as a daily driver. big waste of time and money. would give 0 star if possible. do not know where the rest of these reviewers when to but our visit was awful , restores my faith in dealing with dealerships

I have purchased a truck and have had major repairs done twice with NO troubles at all. The repairs had nothing to do with anything except crack in headers(Nissan defective parts). They have bent over backwards to accommodate me so that there would be a little to no affect on my day to day agenda.

Paul Cowart checked me in and got my car serviced very quickly. Both he and the gentleman that serviced my car were both friendly and helpful.

I went to Franklin Chevrolet to set up an appointment for the first oil change and system check. I asked the Service Manager when would it be best to bring my new truck in to have it serviced and his response was I have a bay open now if you have the time we will take care of you right now. I was amazed at the Customer Service that was performed today. I was taken to the Lounge and offered coffee and cookies as I waited for service to be completed. I will take my vehicle back to this Service Department everytime I need service performed. Mr. Franklin should be very proud of his Dealership and his Service Department. They are outstanding. I primarily use the Service Department at Franklin Chevrolet for oil changes in my Pontiac Vibe, GMC Sierra 1500 HD, and Ford Explorer. They are always quick to provide friendly and quick service especially on Friday before a holiday (which seems to be when I need my cars Serviced). The prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable about all of my vehicles, not only the makes and models they sell.

Brought my car in for regularly scheduled service. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Offered coffee and cookies while I waited and were very fast getting my car ready to go. They made a irritating necessity much more tolerable.

We bought a New 2007 Tahoe from Franklin Chevrolet and it was a wonderful experience! We continue to take it to their Service Department for repairs/service and we receive excellent customer service everytime. Franklin Chevrolet is the best place in this area for buying a vehicle and also for service! You cannot find better people to deal with. Paul Carlile, the Service Manager, always greets you and checks with you about your vehicle. Paul Cowart is awesome and always takes care of your car. He goes THE EXTRA MILE to always make sure everything is covered. He calls you and explains everything to be done and the prices. Nicki Davis always has a smile and is very helpful. Dan Cook always says hello and thanks you for coming in! Donna Kay Rushing is another asset to Franklin Chevrolet. She will even call you to remind you of service and oil changes! You cannot find a better dealership to take care of you. How wonderful to find a dealership/service department that always thinks of your safety. It is such a good feeling to know that they always put you first!

I had excellent service. Friendly service department. They always keep me updated with maintenance upkeep information. The only complaint I have are the prices of some of the services.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the service was at this dealership! I had to shop with two little ones and one of the ladies brought out a toy box while we waited on some paperwork!! Donnie Carr definitely deserves much credit for all his hard work and great service. We bought a 2012 SS Camaro from dealership in March. We got a great deal with no hassle in the price we were looking for. Took it back for first oil change and tire check. We got wonderful service with very little wait time. I highly recommend this dealership. Lots of smiling knowledgable people.

I took my buick in for service. They performed the service that I requested and offered the coutesy car wash when the services were complete. They also asked if I needed a ride anywhere while I was waiting for the car to be ready.

We have been doing business with Franklin for 30 years and never had a bad experience. Compared to other dealers they are always courteous, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I have no desire to do business with any other dealership.

This dealer never contacted me...therefore it is difficult to purchase a vehicle from a dealer that is not interested in following up on leads. I purchased a new Camaro elsewhere.
