I'm absolutely obsessed with the level of customer service at this location! I have been here only a couple times so far to get an oil change done on my Chevy Equinox. I have an English Mastiff with about the worst anxiety known to mankind therefore I can't leave him alone for even a second. The staff allows me to bring him into the waiting room which he and I are so grateful for! Not only are the technicians doing a thorough job but you're out the door in no time at all. Thank you guys again for making sure the customer comes first no matter the circumstances!

Staff always nice, friendly and helpful. They make sure when you leave your vehicle is 100. I always work with Russ. He is very helpful and honest. I moved 1 hour away, and still come back for them to work on my vehicle. I only trust them to take care of my vehicle.

Took my truck in to replace transmission on a Thursday morning. I explained I am leaving for vacation on Saturday morning and will need the truck by Friday afternoon. Aaron the service manager assured me he would make it happen and he did! Truck was ready by 3pm on Friday. Communication in between was absolutely impeccable. Customer for life! I have never been happier to spend a major amount of money on a car repair. They made it easy. Thank You & Great Job!

I have purchased my last three vehicles from Martin and will continue to do so! He went above and beyond each time to make sure I got everything I wanted. Now it’s time for tires for my truck and Aaron has worked with me for a week trying to find the perfect ones! . And because of a limited supply of tires, it’s been a difficult task. Could not have done it without Aaron!

I purchased a new truck from Chris at Caldwell Chevy and I cannot say enough great things about the vehicle, the customer service, the price, the efficiency of getting it all done, and just my overall experience! I called on Thursday to inquire about the vehicle, paid for the vehicle on Friday, flew to SC on Sunday where Chris picked me up from the airport (even though it was his day off and the dealer was closed) to bring me to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle so that I could drive it home! I love the truck, love how customer service oriented Chris was, and love the deal that I got at Caldwell Chevy! I highly recommend them and I will look to Caldwell...and Chris....for any future purchases! Thanks again Wendy Z. Florida
