Charlie Wallace, Rob Robinson, and everybody at Fred Frederick in Easton deserves high marks for sales! My wife and I were in search of a used truck. We went through other dealers, but Charlie was by far the best salesman that I dealt with during this process. He was spot on with his professionalism, knowledge, willingness to work with my wife and I, and could not have been a nicer guy to converse with and eventually make a deal with. He was THE BEST SALESMAN we could have hoped for! We found trucks at other dealers that were good trucks, but the reason we went with the Ram at Fred Frederick was the 100% professionalism and non-pressure environment put forth by Charlie. He made my wife and I feel 100% comfortable and confident that the place to buy our Ram was Fred Frederick, and that Charlie was the guy to work with! He was outstanding from start to finish!Also, I need to give high praise to Rob Robinson. I initially found this Ram through searching the internet, and when I contacted Fred Frederick, Rob was the initial person I dealt with because he handled internet sales and inquiries. The only reason I drove an hour to go view this truck was because Rob was EXTREMELY professional and helpful with all of the questions I had about the Ram. Once I stepped on the lot, he turned me over to Charlie, who we eventually made the deal with, but none of it would have been possible without the help of Rob as well!I would DEFINITELY recommend both Charlie and Rob as salesman to work with, and Fred Frederick as the place to go to get yourself a Ram!

I just one day decided I wanted a Jeep. I was searching on the internet for one and inquired at Fred Frederick of Easton. I live in Howard County. I received a call later that day From Charlie Wallace. I made an appointment and went to see the Jeeps I found on the internet. He is a "No Pressure" kind of Salesman. (I'm not real fond of "pushy tell me anything to get me to buy" kind of salesmen) I test drove two and I picked the one I liked most. I was treated with respect and not like a woman who knows nothing about anything with a motor. I grew up a mechanics daughter, I'm a car girl. Charles gave me a good deal, told me to call if I needed anything and when I was just there for the servicing of my Jeep, He remembered me... he makes you feel like you matter. I called an made an appointment with Charlie Wallace to see a new Ram 3500. When I showed up he was there waiting for me and we discussed my needs. I was trading in two vehicles for one and he took the time to deal with each vehicle getting me the best price to make my deal work, then he got me financed with a rate over 3/4% better then my credit union offered me. He also set up the appointments to switch out my radio with one that I wanted and have my new 5th wheel hitch installed. Overall it was a very smooth experience I would recommend this dealer and this salesman to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I knew I wanted a Jeep. This is my third Jeep in a row. I've gone from a brand new 1994 Wrangler to a used 1999 Grand Cherokee that took me almost 230,000 miles and still running till it got creamed in an accident (not my fault) to a brand new Grand Cherokee Overland. I love it. Working with the dealer the atmosphere is casual, informative, no pressure and the people made the process FUN to figue out exatly what I wanted to buy. Many of my family members have bought and serviced their vehicles with Fred Frederick in Easton. I also know from experience that they take great care of you and your vehicle for many years down the road. I've got that road behind me and ahead now and life's good!

I had never been to this dealership before, but after research, found that the Town & Country was probably the best vehicle for my needs. Stopped in on Friday evening, talked to salesman-Andy and found the vehicles that they had there on the lot. Came in on Saturday afternoon, after Andy had a cancellation, and also met with Sales Manager Bruce. Both were very courteous and cared about my needs. We worked thru a deal, and I picked up the vehicle Monday morning. All went just as expected and was a pleasant experience. Great team. We had decided to purchase a new jeep but had a timeframe within a year or 2. We told Charlie our intentions during service appointment on our other jeep. I knew it was time for a "new to me" car. I walked into the showroom with reservations about a monthly payment and didn't want to purchase anything I wasn't in love with... A salespersons nightmare! But, after speaking with Charlie and then Jeff; I soon realized I was in good hands. They first asked about my purchasing apprehensions. Then, we talked about my wants. I had never owned a Dodge and never dreamed of purchasing something other than a SUV or Truck. But, I found my dream CAR on the showroom floor! A BRAND NEW 2016 Dodge DART!! I was never a Dodge fan. Have always have at least fifty vehicles in my corporate fleet, never a Dodge. Recently, I bought a Ram 3500 as my personal vehicle. During the recent storm, I was plowing when the lower reverse gear clutch burned up. During the storm the dealership was closed. I called a transmission shop and spoke to the owner. He told me Dodge would not stand behind the warranty because of the plow. I was sickened until Monday AM when Fred Frederick of Easton opened. I told the entire story to Jeff Frederick and asked if he would stand behind the transmission. Jeff answered me by asking a question. Jeff asked, why I thought he would not stand behind the transmission? I told him because the transmission shop told me he wouldn't. Jeff put everyone of my concerns to rest. He told me he is so confident in the transmission and truck that he doubted that I could have done anything to hurt the transmission. He said they have so few transmission problems that he wasn't even able to guess what went wrong; but, he said he would certainly take care of it no questions asked. He called me Tuesday to give me an update. He called me Thursday to say it was ready, but if I gave him another day, he would have it detailed and seal the paint. Friday, I received a call to pick up my newly detailed, sealed, and repaired truck. Oh yeh, Jeff mentioned that a seal tore causing the problem. He said he thought that would never happen again. He went on to tell me that should we get no more snow this year, and something happens again next year, I should not worry because he will cover that transmission without any problem.I never had such a level of care and responsive service. This is why I ranked them EXCELLENT.

Before my first contact with the dealership, I did some window shopping and knew which truck I was looking for. I contacted Charlie and made an appointment for the next day. On my way home from work, I stopped by the lot and was looking at the the different trucks and Charlie was working that evening, so we talked about the deal a little and settled on the appointment. Dealing with Charlie was easy and had very little stress. I never felt like I was being being led down the wrong path. I bought the truck in September and wanted to wait some time to get used to it. Because we love the service at this dealership (Keith Hopkins !!) we knew when the time came to replace our two cars that we would be shopping here.....last year we replaced our Pacifica with a 2014 Durango and this week, the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 2015 version!Charlie Wallace was our salesperson. He is great at making sure you are happy with your choice(s) and answers all of your questions....He is very accommodating and easy to work with. When we couldn't locate exactly what we wanted in equipment and color, Charlie said we could order it and it arrived at the dealership a few days ago, exactly as planned!We like dealing with a family business (Jeff Frederick manages this location) because that usually means great concern with customer satisfaction.....While you might get "a bit better" deal elsewhere, I don't think you will get the same reliable service and treatment we have come to expect from this dealership.

We were greeted immediately and very cordially upon entering the dealership by Charlie Wallace. We already knew which make and model we were interested in so Charlie got us right into a vehicle to take a test drive. He provided lots of information about the vehicle and answered all of our questions during the drive. When we started the conversation about trade in and financing, Charlie was very knowleable about what was being offered, worked diligently to get us a good trade and provided 2 different financing options from which we could choose. He even came back with a lower interest rate after we had agreed on a deal. As we left the lot in our new Jeep, Charlie encouraged us to come back with any questions that might arise after driving for awhile or to get help with some of the high tech benefits that were part of the package. In July 2014 we went in to see Charlie Wallace to discuss purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was by far the most trouble free auto buying experience we have ever had. I wanted a very particular Dart GT...particular in options and color (Vitamin C). I was afraid I was going to have order it which turned out to be problematic, it seems this time of year Chrysler was no longer taking orders for 2015's and the color was not available in 2016's. My salesman (Charlie Wallace) searched and found me the exact car I was looking for 150 miles away. They got the car for me and I am very happy with it. Great dealer and great people working there. Hopefully I won't have to rate the service department as so far the car has had zero problems.

From our first visit, Charlie was interested in putting us in a car that WE wanted...not just a car he wanted to sell us. No pressure at all over the 3 weeks that we were looking at other cars. When we came back and asked for a color that wasn't on the lot, he strongly recommended that we looked at a car in that color before getting our car. We ultimately preferred not to buy the car in our original color. When we were finalizing our car selection he ensured that we knew what we were getting as options AND what we were NOT getting as options. In all he made sure we knew what we were buying. When we finally came to pick up our car, Charlie Wallace was ready with paper work, efficient in his explanations of what we were signing and, ultimately, made the final buying experience the very best we have ever experienced (50 years of car buying)...and the Jeep Grand Cherokee is the best of the new cars that we reviewed and drove.

He even went beyond and replaced a part that he felt wasn't going to last. My vehicle was picked up and returned to me by them. They even gave me a car to use while they had mine. All of these things were done after the sale. It was stated to me that they stand behind what they sell and customer service. I will say THEY MOST CERTAINLY DO!! This time, we were on the lookout for a new, or slightly used Cherokee/Grand Cherokee. Charlie Wallace was so professional, polite, patient and super informative about the cars we test drove. My husband has been looking for a new vehicle for the last year to replace his 2005 Chevy Tahoe. First he wanted a truck so we test drove all the American made trucks and he was really pleased with the Ram, but soon changed his mind and decided he wanted a Chevy Traverse, then he wanted a Ford Explorer, so we test drove those but he still was undecided. Because we have purchased our last two vehicles from Fred Frederick in Easton we headed back there to speak with Charlie Wallace, he sold us our last two vehicles, to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Charlie is an excellent sales consultant and directed us to a vehicle based on my husbands criteria. We test drove the Jeep and we were both pleased with the performance, but there were things that we did not want so we ended up special ordering the vehicle. Charlie assisted us in the building of our very first Jeep. He kept us updated on the progress of the vehicle. So after 13K miles, I was told I needed new rotors for my 2013 Durango. There was some confusion as someone thought I drove with one foot on the brake, and one on the gas (I'm not Sammy Hagar). After a few phone calls and getting nowhere (and rude service on the phone,From the manufacturer mind you); Leonard Seebach came to the rescue. He took a look at the vehicle, and after a brief conversation, took care of the problem. Although it started with the minor inconvenience of some confusion about appointment time and some missing paperwork at my pickup after the oil change, the lady at your front desk (I am sorry I failed to catch her name) and you made this an outstanding experience. She was very understanding and helpful when I was obviously frustrated when I picked the Jeep up after the oil change she did her best to solve my problem, and volunteered that there would be no charge for the oil change. Although the parts for the broken AC took a while, the owner went above and beyond and called me personally on a Saturday to offer me the use of a vehicle with AC until my Jeep was repaired. I picked up the Jeep yesterday - everything was fixed under warranty, at no charge to me, and my Jeep is the cleanest its been since the day I bought it! Kudos to the service staff for winning over a difficult customer, and thanks to the owner for his personal attention given me in buying and servicing a Jeep. Often, what speaks most about a business is how its people act when things dont go perfectly, versus when they do. This dealership was great when it was easy (when I bought the Jeep) AND when it wasnt as easy. I will gladly recommend this dealership for sales and service to anybody that will listen.

Just after getting my truck home my wife noticed a small chip in the front windshield. I contacted the salesman right away. I was told that he didn't see the chip therefore it must have happened on my ride home. I advised him that I would have noticed if something had hit the windshield on the way home with a new truck. The truck had some dust on it from sitting in the parking lot and it had been raining off and on. I needed to use the windshield wipers and washing fluid to clear the windshield before the test drive. The wipers do not travel over the chip so it was on the dirty part of the windshield, I believe this is why the salesman missed it. Before I left the truck was washed. The chip is on the far passenger side of the windshield and hard for the driver to see. My wife noticed it after the truck had been washed and the chip was now easier to see. I bought the truck on a Friday, the salesman advised me to bring it in on Monday so they could take a look at it. On Monday the sales manager lied to me and stated the truck had been inspected 3 days prior, that would have been Friday, when in fact it was a week prior. The truck was sent to three glass service centers all of whom stated the chip could not be fixed and the windshield needed to be replaced. I was advised that the dealership would not replace the windshield after the sale. They advised the best they could do is pay for half of the replacement. The truck sat on their lot for a week after being inspected, right next to a busy highway. There is a potential for rocks and other debris to fly off large vehicles into the parking lot. No one knows for sure how the chip got there but I know it didn't happen on the way home. No one would call me a liar to my face but that's how I felt. No one would say that sorry its your truck now, your problem, but that's the feeling I got. I also had to direct their attention to a very dirty air filter. I was told the truck had been serviced about 1,000 miles prior so they did not do a service on the truck at trade in. I find this lack of inspection of the truck troubling. I am now concerned what else may have been overlooked. If the truck had been serviced 1,000 miles ago and the recommended service is due every 8,000 miles I wonder why the filter was not changed at last service. Very displeased with the customer service and plan on letting all my friends and family know about my experience.

Where to begin, the whole process went smoothly at first, got approved for the loan and was told to come back in a few days to pick it up and finish paperwork. A few days after that car trouble begins. After all said problems and talking to owner he all but calls me a liar and says it must just be miscommunication.problem #1- it was made very clear i wanted a warranty. The warranty was explained to me and my family who drove us to look at the vehicle. Car trouble begins and i see there is no warranty. I assumed they switched the papers to get one over, but the owner assured nobody would and it was just a "miscommunication" because somehow the salesman thought i didnt want one. Problem #2- some months go by and still having trouble, finally decide to just go back to try and see what they say since they originally sold it. I call to make an appt and the service dept says its a $97 fee, which according to the owner nobody would tell me that because thats not what they do for diagnoses. Another "miscommunication" i suppose.Problem#3- drop my car off at said appt at 10am, i give them my keys and give them my number and tell them im going to walk instead of waiting and so i leave. Sitting with friends 3hrs go by so i call, i speak to the same person in service and she tells me that it wont be looked at til after lunch, i ask why because i have been waiting, she tells me a mechanic quit and they were behind. 5hrs go by and i talk to owner, and come to find out nobody quit, someone wrote i wasnt coming to pick up til 5, yet another "miscommunication" i suppose. I just wanted to make my experience known. For such a "great" dealership there sure seems to be some major "miscommunication" issues. Since talking about our experience it has become obvious there have been a great amount of people unhappy with this dealer that just dont come back or make their experience known and go elsewhere, i wish i knew about their experiences then before we got our vehicle and we would have gone elsewhere and saved the trouble of all the miscommunication that seems to go on.

Purchased a used 2012 Durango from Mr. Wallace and I have to say for the first time I actually had a dealer who was working with me to find me the best deal for me, not the company. It started with a comprehensive overview of the vehicle and features, then moved to a test drive which which found me on roads of all types so I could really get a feel how the vehicle would handle on various surfaces. A little more than a month ago, I wanted to get with the digital era and decided to upgrade my Jeep. Having put 400,000 miles on two Jeep Cherokees in 25 years, I was excited to learn they were making them once again. Mr. Charlie Wallace showed us the various models we asked to see, the Caravan was not what I expected would suit my needs and personality, but I did ask to see it. I had been looking for a new Jeep GC to replace my aging 99 Toyota 4Runner. Living on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore, I was using the Jeep Web Site to locate Jeep dealerships and review their new vehicle inventory from Berlin to Annapolis. While returning from a trip to Kent Island, I stopped by the Fred Frederick dealership in Easton to see firsthand, what they had in stock. While looking at the Jeep Grand Cherokee lineup, I was immediately greeted by Charlie Wallace. After talking with Charlie for 10 minutes, I realized that Charlie was not your 'typical' sales consultant. Charlie was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle technology, functionally and sufficiently answered all of my questions and concerns. While searching online I found that Fred Frederick in Easton,MD had a Durango I was interested in. I decided to contact Jeff Frederick and see if the details around pricing,trade and financing could be worked out before I drove all the way to Maryland. Within 24 ours of contacting Jeff, everything was set and I left for Maryland the following morning. Being from CT, the dealers locally charge hundreds of dollars for "document and processing fees" so not having that additional expense was an added bonus when dealing with Fred Frederick. This was by far the easiest and most pleasurable experience I have ever had buying a car. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again and highly recommend buying from Fred Frederick.

The process started with my becoming educated about the new pick up truck market. This is the first new vehicle I have purchased since 2002 and the first new pick up since 1981, To start the process, I visited GMC, Chev, Ford, and Ram dealers all in the greater Easton area. Charlie Wallace, with Fred Frederick Ram, met me on the lot as I walked about in the rain looking at the new Rams. Without pressure he inquired about my interest and, in general, what I was looking for. His demeanor was straight forward with honest answers to my naive questions.During the next month I continued to visit the local Ford dealer and chose to include a second Ram dealer as I gained information. The Chev and GMC dealers were clearly not interested in what I was doing and in expeditiously finding answers to my questions. Charlie continued to provide clear concise information in a timely manner during this month as did the other Ram dealer. Charlie also began to demonstrate the depth of his personal knowledge of the RAM pick up product line during this month. Others did not know the technical details of their trucks at the level that Charlie did. My background is engineering and appropriately the knowledge Charlie exhibited was important to me. He became aware that this vehicle will likely last for 300,000 miles and that the specifics of it were real important to me. When we finally got talking specific costs, the process became very easy since the technical discussions had already thrashed through the value of all the standard and optional features. In the end Charlie was able to provide more competitive pricing when compared to the other dealers (including financing). Over all, Charlie Wallace and Fred Frederick hit a home run by taking each little issue and dealing with it completely. I feel like I got technically the best truck in the market, at a fair price, and got to deal with an honest dealer and representative. Perfect !

I went to Fred Fredrick one Sunday afternoon, just looking for cars with my parents. Little did I know that I would be walking out of there with my very first car. I got an Elantra that was in excellent condition! Joe was my salesman and he was the BEST and most helpful person there. He informed us of everything we needed to know about the car. This was the second new Jeep I have purchased from Charlie Wallace, and the third in a row from this dealership. Charlie is great to work with and did a wonderful job explaining how the dealership doesn't cover up freight and destination charges in its price quotes, and doesn't factor in a military discount up front, only to rescind it later. It was easy to figure out that the price he quoted me was actually better than that offered online by other dealerships in the area, even though at first blush this didn't seem to be the case. Charlie worked hard to find me just what I wanted, a Cherokee that would tow behind our motor home, with just the options I wanted but nothing I didn't need. Love my new car! Thanks, Charlie.

My wife and I contacted Mr. Wallace a few weeks ago inquiring about a 2014 Jeep and setup a time to meet with him. After letting Mr. Wallace know that we weren't going to be able to make it down we said we would reschedule. A few weeks went by and I had not had time to setup another visit to their dealership when I received a voice mail out of the blue from Mr. Wallace asking if we were still looking for a Jeep. I returned his call on his day off and spoke to his manager Fletch. We made the trip to Fred Frederick later that day and ended up getting a great deal on not only my wife's dream vehicle but also got a fantastic trade in value on her old vehicle, received a discount on what has to be the best warranty ever, and also Fletch went above and beyond and advised us how to get reimbursed for the balance of the extended warranty we purchased on my wife's old vehicle. This dealership is a class act all the way, I made a comment to who I thought was another salesman walking through the lot that the "Fred Frederick" logo on the lift gate of our new Jeep is the only logo I would ever leave on and that I have always removed logos from new vehicles but this one will be staying. This gentleman was actually the owner of the dealership, Imagine that, the owner of a dealership working on a Saturday. I normally do not write reviews but I feel that I would like to share this with anyone looking for a vehicle and wants a nice experience. My son asked me to help him trade in his Jeep Wrangler for a Dodge Truck. We went into Fred Frederick Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, in Easton last Saturday. We were greeted by Joe Garrity and within a couple of hours were headed home with a beautiful previously owned Dodge Ram 1500. It was a great overall experience, Joe was wonderful to my son and I, he was very knowledgable and took us through the entire experience. We met the guys in the shop, the owner and the nice young lady up front and it was how buying a vehicle should be. Not only did Joe sell a truck last weekend but he earned two new customers that will be going back to him, and telling our friends to go see him when they need a vehicle. Thanks again Joe, two thumbs up from Charlie and John!

I was casually shopping for a new vehicle and I was leaning toward a GMC Acadia. I had gone to both the DC and Baltimore Auto Shows and had looked at the Grand Cherokee, but was intrigued by the cargo space available in the Acadia. I stopped in to test drive the Acadia at the GM dealer in Easton MD and was not impressed with the handling. I stopped at Fred Fredericks to take a look at the Grand Cherokee wkere Bruce Skinner introduced himself. Bruce is a young man who had just recently joined the dealership, but you could tell he had done his homework. He knew a lot about the Grand Cherokee and he seemed to understand that I was not going to buy that day. He was attentive and respectful of my time. Over the next few weeks Bruce and I communicated and I stopped in the dealership for several test drives. Again Bruce was all about my schedule. When the time came to make an offer, he was there to answer my questions and did not put me under any pressure. What I liked the best about the financial part of the transaction was that Bruce handled the entire process from initial sales to purchase. He handled the finances and the explanation of the vehicle features. This is not the way other dealerships operate. On recent car purchases I had to wait for a a Finance Specialist to complete the transaction once the price and trade in value was agreed to. I real pain in the neck. I was so happy that Bruce handled everything. Since purchase, I have called on Bruce to ask questions about the vehicle and he has been fgantastic, a real personal touch not found at other dealerships. I would recommend Fred Fredericks Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge to anyone interested in a Chrysler product and especially Bruce Skinner. I was considering comparing prices at other Chrysler dealerships in the area, but Bruce made the decision to stick with Fred Fredericks.

Buying a car can be a gut wrenching experience. (We were ready to trade in our beloved Pacifica and we wanted a new car with at least six seats to accomodate our growing family, i.e. the grandchildren.) We decided on the spur of the moment to stop at Fred Frederick in Feb. We are so glad we did, and so lucky that Bruce Skinner was the sales rep that greeted us. He was exactly what we needed after an unfavorable experience at another semi-local dealership. He was the exact opposite of what we had just experienced. Bruce is knowledgeable, and professional. He used no pressure tactics or colored magic markers!!! He was patient with our numerous questions, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. If he wasn't sure of an answer, he made sure to obtain the info for us. The usual painful pricing negotiations were handled effortlessly with much respect for our intelligence. We got just the vehicle we wanted, a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, for the price we wanted to pay! I am new to the state and area and brought my car in for the state inspection. I get a call indicating it failed and i needed to have $3000 in repairs done. I get the list of repairs and it included replacing a drive shaft, re-doing the entire power steering system, CV boots, brakes, battery holder, lights and so on. I refuse the service and take my vehicle to another well respected and recommended shop in the area and i am walking away with $500 worth of repairs. I felt this dealer was trying to take advantage of new people to the area and will not use this service dept or dealership for anything in the future.

It's not easy going out to buy a new car. It's intimidating in that you're spending a lot of money and trying to find what you're looking for, yet also trying to find the best deal. Salespeople may see themselves as doing the right thing, but most of the time, without realizing it, they come off as pushy or aggressive. It's their job to sell and their job is dependent of their performance - hence their need to sell. As an adult who's bought more than one new vehicle, I can say with confidence that Charlie Wallace has changed the way I look at a car salesman. He is friendly and engaging and easy to talk to. He is for the most part, the opposite of what reasons I hesitate to walk into a car dealership for. He was no nonsense, friendly, up-front and accommodating. Doing business with him was to my surprise, an absolute pleasure. I will be returning to Fred Frederick again for both service and when I have the need for a new vehicle at some point in the future. This really is how the process should work - Charlie is who you measure all other salesmen against.

Our appointment was one of the worse weather days , it was not raining but pouring!Stephanie gave my daughter and I an umbrella, and placed the two vehicles inside so my daughter could see which one would work better with her kids carseats.She answered all our questions we had regarding the vehicles , the dealership, and company.They took time showing my daughter how everything worked and if she had any questions to call or come back and they would help her. I live in Easton, PA and while searching for a specific used vehicle, came across Fred Fredicks of Easton, MD. I called the dealership and spoke to Fletch who set the vehicle aside for two days so that I could look at it. I traveled 3 hours to Easton, MD and spent a hour test driving and talking with Fletch (a saleman). I offered a price, we negotiated fairly, and I purchased the vehicle at a great price. Fletch did not pressure me at all and he (and the whole staff) we extremely friendly, helpful and professional. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had and it was worth the two long trips to MD to get the car (note: the 2nd trip I spent I took a few days vacation and spent it at the MD beaches after the purchase). One other note, Fletch was extremely flexible when I had an emergent overseas business meeting come up on the day of our original closing date... I had to delay closing a week... it was absolutely no problem. Once again, my experience was overall an EXCELLEnT one!

We are repeat customers having purchased a truck there 3 years ago. We had a fabulous experience then and another one this time. We searched online and with other dealers for like style models and decided after each experience that our time with Fred Fredericks was the best. Charlie knew more about the car then I needed to know, he was patient, informed and a seasoned sales rep. He listened to what I said I wanted and gave that to me, even when I started to get sidetracked (which I regularly do) he reminded me of my key interests and kept me on point but allowed me to drift when my color choice changed! Which was a good thing, I am happier with what I bought. The sales team is a real team, when Charlie was busy someone else stayed with us, talked, showed us new products and discussed them. (I wish I could remember his name). They were just really nice people. I DREAD going into a car dealership after some of the experiences I have had, and did dread my visits while shopping at other stops for this purchase. But will continue to return to this dealer for each new purchase I make. It was really a pleasurable experience. 2 vehicles now and couldn't be happier!

He was extremely diligent and there was great follow-up on all my questions. I truly believe if more salesman and people in general went about their business with the honesty, integrity, and care that Charlie did we would all be much better off. My Father and I rented a car and drove 250 miles from New Jersey to Easton, Maryland to pick up the truck. The Hertz location was 30 miles away from the dealership and Charlie was kind enough to offer to pick us up. The drive back to the dealership was a pleasure primarily because simply put Charlie is a good guy. Dealing with Charlie and the Fred Frederick dealership team was honestly the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had and I only wish the dealership was down the street from my home. Most people fear the process of buying a car, although if more people had the experience that I did that fear would no longer exist. I have tried to purchase this same vehicle from several other dealerships in NJ and NY. I contacted all through the internet and some did not get back in touch with me for days or said they would call back and did not follow up. I contacted Frederick dealership at night and the following morning at 9am I recieved a call from Charlie. He and I had several conversations. I bought the truck the following day. I drove 3 and half hours out of my way from NJ because I felt Charlie was a "strait shooter" and gave me the kind of pricing and customer care I was looking for. We drove all the way from Waldorf, Maryland to buy a vehicle. We are so happy with the overall experience of purchasing this new diesel truck from Easton! Charlie helped us and was so friendly. We originally went to the dealership in Waldorf and had a really bad experience. We were upset and luckily we took a chance and drove to Easton to look at a truck that we had found online. My family and I were staying in Maryland over the Easter holiday. My 2009 Dodge Ram broke down 7:30 p.m. on Good Friday. Called Chrysler road service, had a flatbed on scene in 45 minutes they also put me in touch with the Fredrick Dealership. I was mins away from purchasing/settling on a used 2011 Town and Country Min-van else where, that had some of the feautures I desired but lacking the main two. My co-worker and good friend contacted Mr. Frederick, whom she had purchased all her vehicles from and found me a great deal! Not only did Mr. Frederick put me in a brand new vehicle, it has all the features I have ever wanted and now I do not have to add them in seperately, which is what I was going to have to do with the used car (like my remote starter and Navigation) but he was able to get me a lower interest rate as well.Last but not least, this has got to be the smoothest riding Mini-van I have ever ridden it, My entire family loves it, I love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!!!Mr. Frederick doesnt know this yet, but my husband was so impressed, he is thinking about calling him about the new SRT8 (think I have that correct).

Charlie gave me the facts that I wanted and left the sales pitch in the drawer. When I tell my friends who to go to, I will tell them to see Charlie. Charlie gives it to you straight but friendly and just as helpful as he can be. When I came to pick up the car, I was late. Charlie stayed even after the dealership closed, just to wait for me to go home and get my wife so he could meets her. Charlie said that he would be here for me before and after the sale and I believe him. I also like Fletch. I told him up front what interest rate I wanted and how long I wanted to finance the car. Within a few minutes, he got me close enought that it wasn't worth call my own bank. Great job Fletch!I don't know the receptionist name but she was great too! I have always been very leary of car salesmen, so when I visited this dealership, I really didn't expect to purchase a vehicle that day without first shopping around to confirm any deal they were offering. I made them aware of my trust issues, and they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable, answering all of my questions and without any pressure. The manager even came over, introduced himself, and asked if there was anything that I was troubled about, because he too had heard of my hesitancy. After some hours of discussion, test drive and working of figures, I felt like they were being totally fair in the trade, discounts and arriving at the monthly payment I needed. Because of this, I saw no need to shop around further, and made the purchase. It was handled professionally and I left feeling good about the whole experience--and loving my new 200! Barring any future problems, I feel certain that I will return to this dealership and salesman for my future car needs. There was a defect in the steering wheel, and they agreed to replace it. I specifically waited until the new wheel was installed before writing this review, because I wanted to make sure they stood behind their product. The wheel was replaced within a week without any trouble whatsoever. They even washed and vacuumed the car while it was in for repair. This was a great added touch!

Fletch made the process of purchasing a new vehicle easier than I have ever experienced. We spoke on the phone on Tuesday morning, he worked out the entire deal, we drove home in our brand new 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan Tuesday evening. We went to Fred Frederick Dodge in Easton, Md to look at minivans. My previous Dodge Grand Caravan had recently been in an accident and declared a total loss. I had been driving a Toyota Sienna rental in the meantime so went to Easton because there were both a Dodge and Toyota dealership there. We stopped at the Fred Frederick Dodge first. Needless to say, we never made it to the Toyota dealership. Charles Wallace greeted us in the lot and proceeded to explain all the models of minivans. He was very knowledgeable!! He even told my husband how to work some of the features in his 4 month old Dodge Ram that we had purchased at another dealership that wasn't very customer friendly. This was the shortest amount of time we have ever spent at a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. It was so easy and convenient and also had a very friendly atmosphere!! I just bought my 3rd Jeep from Fred Frederick Easton this weekend, and as with the previouse 2 Jeeps I have purchased, it was a great experience. Jeff Frederick sold me my first Wrangler in May of 1996, turning a frustrating day of looking at Jeeps at another local dealership into a relationship that has continued to this day. My parents were so impressed by the service and care that Jeff Frederick extended to me when buying my first Jeep, they have since bought 3 more and leased one themselves. Currently they are enjoying the 2012 Grand Cheerokee they bought at the end of 2011. What truly stands out about Jeff is not just the sale, but that he stands behind his vehicles. Jeff has always been easy to work with. No matter what problem I have come to him with, I always feel like Im returning to see a good friend. The only negative experience to my 2002 Liberty was that it ran so well I didnt have an excuse to get down to Easton from Annapolis very often to catch up with Jeff. I have already had people ask me where I bought my 2012 Wrangler, and I dont hesitate to send them Jeffs way knowing that they will be taken care of. To put my appreciation for the 16 year friendship my family and I have had with Jeff Frederick in perspective I have a couple of things Id like to add before I finish. First there is another Jeep dealership located within 2 miles of where I live, one that was currently running a well advertised sale. In order to get to Jeffs dealership, I have to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, which alone is 4.7 miles long, and costs 4 dollars to cross. Total driving time to get to Jeffs averages around 54 minutes, and is 41.2 miles from my doorstep to his dealership. There was never a question of where I was going. In fact when I told my parents I was thinking of buying a new car, the first thing my father said was, "Time to go visit Jeff then, dont forget to tell him how much we like the new Jeep." Last but not least I want to address the service department and sales staff. EVERYONE is courteous. A warm and friendly greeting along with prompt service is the standard when walking into the showroom or service department. Clearly Fred Frederick Chrysler Easton has its standards set from the top down and with impressive results. Keep in mind, this is not the service or standard that is being set today, this is the same service and standards that started 16 years ago! There is a certain amount of comfort in knowing where I will purchase my next Jeep. I look foreword to another 16 years of friendship and industry standard setting service!

We spoke with Charlie earlier in the spring of 2011 and told him we may possibly purchase a new vehicle sometime in the next year. We like the 4 door Jeeps and if we purchase a new vehicle, we would probably entertain the Jeep. We kept looking over the next few months but decided to go back to Easton because we want to deal local and one of us used to take our 4 door Cherokee to the dealership and experienced very good service. We liked Charlie because we told him up front we are just looking and do not like to feel pressured as well as give us a good price because we don't have time go back and forth with pricing. We felt Charlie did an excellent job in helping us decide what to do, which ended up ordering a new 4 door Jeep. WE LOVE IT. It came in a little earlier than the 6-8 weeks we expected, which was great. Charlie spent time with us going over the Jeep details and we really did like working with him. We would consider working with Charlie and the dealership for our next purchase which may be awhile. Definitely would recommend him and the Easton location to anyone.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience in purchasing a new Dodge Ram pick-up truck from Charlie Wallace at Fred Frederick of Easton. Charlie listened very carefully to the type of truck that we wanted and went the extra mile to find one at another dealership, when he did not have the truck we wanted on the lot. Charlie was very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a very professional manner. We did not get the "hard sell" treatment that often occurs when buying a new vehicle. I am a first time car buyer and I was looking for a decent truck with low mileage and good body condition with a good price. I had spent a whole weekend driving from Dover Delaware all the way to Baltimore city then up to Chestertown and Easton. Every dealership was either trying to sell me something I didn't want, or their vehicles were in bad shape or the price was too high for the condition and mileage. This dealership however, was nice to deal with. The associate that sold me the truck, Greg Phillips, was very easy going and pleasant to deal with. He answered any questions I had and still checks in with me to see if I am satisfied with the purchase. The truck was in great condition, almost brand new, it had low mileage, and the price was fair. I had found a lower price on cars.com versus the sticker price and they honored the lower price without any hassle. It was a no pressure environment and the sales associates were very pleasant to talk to and didn't want to sell you something you wouldn't want. I personally would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car, either used or new. They took care of all of the paper work and everything from the title work and corrections for the title to the financing and registration; all I had to do was sign the papers. I would definitely buy from Greg and Fred Frederick again in the future.

I went in to look at a used car with no plans of buying that day. Charlie showed me what I looking for. After discussing all of my options, I wound up buying a beautiful, brand new Chrysler 200!!! The brand new car was much more affordable than I thought it was going to be and much nicer than what I was looking for. Charlie made sure the car had all the features I wanted and did not waste time showing me something I wasn't interested in. He took the time to get to know me and what my needs were ahead of time. Charlie was very patient with me (I can be difficult to work with). I have purchased a few cars in the past from other dealers and got taken for a ride. I can only say what a great experience it was to deal with Fletch Gowen. He went above and beyond to not only find the vehicle I wanted but to find the exact color I wanted. After I bought the vehicle and had a problem, the dealer here in New York told me I didn't purchase it there so they wouldn't work on it. I called Fletch because he told me any dealer in New York had to work on it because it was still under warranty. Fletch called the dealer in New York and got them to do the work. Purchased a 2009 Ram in Feb and a 2009 Town and Country in May. Both were great deals with low mileage and I got both at a great price. Greg was honest and upfront on both deals. This is my fith vehicle purchase from Fred Frederick, one car and four trucks. I bought a fully loaded 2011 Dodge Ram Sport Crew. I had a fully loaded 2010 Dodge Ram Quad-cab, and I needed more room. I called Charlie Wallace and told him what I wanted. He and I, along with Fletch built my new Ram. Jeff placed the order, and the truck was here in a timely fashion, and ready for delivery. This is the third minivan that I have bought/leased from Jeff Frederick at Fred Frederick Chrysler/Dodge. I also have my van serviced at Fred Frederick. I have always had exceptional service from Jeff. The price on each van, whether I leased or bought, was much better than any other dealer could offer. Jeff worked to find vans with all of the features that I wanted while still keeping the price as low as possible. He offered me several choices at different price points and gave me straight answers about how much each model would cost. When I settled on one, the cost was exactly what he said it would be. I told Fletch what I was looking for in a new pick up truck. He found three trucks for me to choose from. He had the vehicle ready for the test drive when I arrived. We did the test drive, I was very happy with the style and ride of the truck. I told Fletch what color I wanted and he had the truck delivered to the dealership the next day, it was cleaned and ready for me to pick it up when I arrived. My Wife and I spent a very small amount of time doing the Paper work on the vehicle. Fletch went over all the functions of the vehicle and explained everything to us. I brought a Dodge Van in for service. This van belongs to a handicap family, who are on a fixed income, and are barley getting by. This van needed a major rapair. Keith Hopkins and Jeff Frederick, took very good care of the van, and gave me an exceptional price for repairs, knowing I would be paying the repair bill, because the family could not afford too. They need the van for the transportation of a handicap son, and other persons in the home, who have medical issues. The repairs, where completed in a timely fashion and on budget. I have purchased five vehicles from Fred Frederick, and utilize their Service Department, as well. I have never had a bad experience, with Sales or Service. I would highly recomend this Dealership.

Fred Frederick Chrysler does business by the Golden Rule. We traveled from Connecticut to Maryland just to do business with them. We first found and contacted them on the Internet as we were shopping for a new Dodge Laramie. Fletch Gowen responded via email with an extemely competitive price and I called him on the phone to discuss the truck. When Fleth learned the zip code where the truck was to be registered, Fleth was able to better his own very competitive price. Wow! What other dealer would do that? There were no gimmicks, no last minute fees or charges, no stupid amounts printed on the contract, no games being played. This was the easiest, most straight forward auto purchase we ever experienced. Because of our unusually busy schedules, Fletch and Fred Federick took care of all the paperwork to register the car in another State. Before the purchase, Fletch went over every aspect of the truck and showed us how all the electronics work. He was extremely helpful and patient. They accepted our personal check; put temporary Maryland plates on the truck, and my wife drove the truck home the same day. Fletch and Fred Frederick could not have been more helpful and we would consider buying another Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep just to do business with this great dealer. We have been recomending Fred Frederick to our Connecticut and Florida friends.

It was as close to a hassle free experience purchasing a new vehicle as you can have. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and courteous. I was in a great deal of pain from a recent operation and had to spread the process over three days. The sales staff accommodated me without any sales presure to get it done NOW. We had a wonderful experience today when we went in for our first oil change (we bought our minivan in Oct.)We were greeted by Jeff Frederick and he handled our appointment himself. The oil change took a total of 30 minutes of which we sat inside and enjoyed hot coffee and conversation with the delightful employees of the dealership. I was very impressed with the quickness and quality of service, of which either one I was not used to with my prior cars. I look forward to taking my car back for the next oil change!

Dealership has good prices and provides excellent service. I have owned quite a few vehicles in my life. Each vehicle was bought from a different dealer. I never dealt with the same dealer twice until I found Fred Fredrick. Also, I never had any of my vehicles serviced at a dealership until I started dealing with Fred Fredrick. Now I have my vehicles serviced regularly at Fred Fredricks. My next vehicle will be bought from Fred Fredricks.

We have purchased several vehicles from Fletch and the dealership and everytime it has been a smooth and easy process. We have never had to wait for a finance office or been pressured into purchases we don't want or need. Everyone in the dealership are always courteous and eager to help whenever we come in. I experienced bottom line pricing the first time around. Hassle free, no haggling. Same day service, staff was extremely sensitive to my needs and wants and searched for my last vehicle (I bought used last time) and had me set up within a few days. I have bought 4 vehicles so far from this dealership and have to say I will continue to utilize this company. For what its worth, I am not even a Chrysler/Dodge man, just like that service and people.

I have been dealing with Fred Frederick Dodge Chrysler Jeep for over 10 years and recommend them to everyone I know for anything automobile related. My wife and I purchased our very first new car there, and have purchased at least 6 new and used cars there since then. We are always pleased with the level of service from all three departments, sales, service and parts. The entire staff represents themselves with integrity and the utmost concern for customer service. From the parts manager crawling under a car to better understand a customer's needs, to the General Manager doing a repair for a transient customer on a Saturday when his service lane is closed, this is the type of organization every business should strive to be.

I took my 2004 Dodge Durango in for service. First time dealing with this dealership. My second Chrysler product. My service adviser Keith was outstanding. The work was excellent. The final bill was under the original quote. The entire dealership was a pleasure to deal with. This is a five star dealer, that is located on Marylands Eastern shore. if you live elswhere, it worth the drive.
