I visited Fred Haas Toyota last week to look at car found on internet. Knew pretty much what I was looking for. Mike Faust was my sales person and it worked out well. Found the car I wanted, an Avalon. Started paperwork and began really thinking about the deal. Mike saw my hesitation and, probably wanting to make a sale, really worked with me. I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla to take advantage of the awesome deal currently going on: 0% interest for 72 months. Bo was awesome and helped me every step of the way. I traded in my first car, a Corolla, and Bo took all the necessary steps to make sure I was getting the best car for ME, and the best deal. He even took my Fiance on a test drive for a 4Runner, which will eventually be our next purchase. Knowing we weren't going to buy a 4runner, he still took time out of his day to accommodate us and all our questions. When we decide to trade in my Fiance's 2013 Tacoma, which we also bought from Bo, and upgrade to a 4runner, we will once again return to Bo at Free Haas Toyota World in Spring. I have now purchased my second Toyota from Joe Salazar. He is unfailingly patient, available and knowledgeable about his stock. Joe applies no pressure but so clearly believes he is selling a great car, you can't help but feel confident and relaxed in your decision-making process.I was going to buy an SUV for the first time about a year and a half ago, and Joe took me to test drive several. I had read a CR report and chose to go with KIA, even though I'd been a Toyota person for years. He never pressured me and wished me well.Last year when my daughter needed a new car, Joe was our guy because unlike her mama, she did not even consider another car to repkave her Camry. Joe took care of us quickly and with such wonderful ease. Welk, my SUV experience was not good to put it mildly.One call to Joe and he's offering to come in on his day off to make sure everything is right for me.We were able to meet up on Friday. He scoured the lot for what I wanted and got the deal essentially done so that Ryan Bullock, to whom he introduced me, could finish it up on Sunday.I wouldn't find out until after the fact that Joe's son's birthday was that day and he was willing to change plans just to "do right " by me.What a wonderful experience! What a great salesman.

My first time going here was amazing,no complaints at all. A year later guy comes to help I explained that I was 1099 and the whole spill. Long story and so I dont waste anymore of my time. He comes out and says Santander couldn't fiance me because I couldn't show proof of income and I said I can get bank statements and show checks from my company that I get.. He says oh well. In the end best thing that ever happened I went to carmax picked the same car that was 5 years newer and has 8000 miles on it drove away in 1 hour. That is how is was the first time at Fred hass. What happened I don't know but me and 2 other family members bought cars there the first time and the second was same 1099 as the first and get the run around. By the way Fred hass I don't have to be secretive my name is Chris Calhoun. Y'all have called me 3 times since my visit on Oct 10th

With a smile on his face and a great attitude, Hector showed me the types of cars i asked him for and did NOT try to sell me on something i had not asked him about. All in all, a great car buying experience. Even after the deal was one and the papers needed signing he made sure to come back and check on things to make sure there were no snafus, which I greatly appreciated.

I would like to thank Bunty Syed Imran on going above and beyond to help me purchase my 2016 Toyota Corolla. I called the dealership to get assistance on purchasing a new vehicle after my previous vehicles flooded. We discussed features that I was interested in having in my vehicle. Hutch knew that we needed to find a vehicle that day. My husband was up there earlier and asked if he could put together a list of all the vehicles meeting our criteria and we would be up there later that day to look at them. Hutch had a list together when we arrived. I was honestly appreciative and grateful for all his help in coordinating this for us. I have to laugh at myself, even though he made up a list for us, I still kept asking for other things. I think we finally looked at every vehicle in the parking lot meeting our criteria. :) Hutch was very attentive and helped me to feel comfortable with my choice and always answering all the questions I had, silly or not. He has a wonderful personality and was recommended by another friend of mine. I am so glad he was recommended to me. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Hutch/Fred Haas and will refer everyone I know to him.

Let me start by stating that I don't do reviews. However, I was so impressed with the fast , efficient and friendly service bestowed upon me by Lydia Farias and her team of professionals that I must take the time to give them all "kudos" here. I told Lydia what I expected for my trade in and that I needed the 0% interest/0down/72month deal to make this happen. She delivered in less than 3 hours along with her financing associate , Jennifer Welch. No haggling or awkward pressuring just straight talk business. This in spite of the fact that unbeknownst to me, it turned out that the "low mileage"2012 Camry I bought in 2013 from Don McGill had been wrecked and repaired before I bought it! (very embarrassing) Lesson learned. Never mind the year or how low the mileage, "GET THE CAR FAX!! Regardless of this problem, Lydia was still able to make the numbers work for me. I am truly pleasantly surprised with my car purchasing experience at Hass with Lydia and her team. They are all a valuable asset to that dealership!

On Friday July 15, 2016 I arrived to Fred Has Toyota Collision center to pick up my 2013 Toyota Yaris that had been in their hands to fix for 3 weeks. I paid for my repairs and the guy at the counter asked if I was turning in my rental at the same time. I said yes. One of the other guys that was with this guy behind the counter, a tall white male with blonde hair with a red shirt on and khaki pants, came with me to render the rental car. This guy asked me if I had everything I needed from the vehicle and I said yes. He took the keys got into the car and drove it to the back of the Toyota lot. Now four days later I get a call from my insurance company saying that I need to turn the car into them. I call the Toyota dealership and they say that have no clue what happened to it and it is not their problem. I ask to speak with the manager and he tells me to my face he does not believe me. When I walk into the office again to ask to see the cameras none of the employees will even speak to me to lend me any help. I then tried to render aide from Mark Wood, who's the service director and she passed the buck twice off to, Joe Salazar. I then go over to speak with Joe Salazar and he goes to talk to the collision center. Comes back and says the same thing that Jeff Debner the collision center manager said, that he did not believe me. After all of this I call the cops and the cops says that the dealership should have called the cops as soon as they found out a car was missing. These people are theives and liars and need to be looked into.

This was my very first purchase(in fact it was a trade in for my KIA Soul 2015) at Fred Haas Toyota World, as soon as my family and I entered the dealership, he asked us if we were here to see anyone. I said no, and then he began to ask me if I was interested in a purchase (in my case a trade-in) and I said yes! But of course it all depended if I got a good deal. Mr. Rios showed us around, took us on a test drive, informed us about the vehicles features as if he knew them by heart. Then came "the good part", the deal for the vehicle I wanted. After 5 hours of negotiation, he got me the deal, and I left very satisfied with my experience at Fred Haas. Mr. Rios professionalism, knowledge, and persistence in getting me the deal with his manager made the experience Excellent! Check Mr. Rios out!

Fred Haas Toyota World is by far the only dealership I will use to buy a car going forward. After having emailed multiple other Toyota Dealerships across Houston, my salesman (Joe Salazar) was the most responsive, helpful, most importantly TRUTHFUL! He quoted me a price over email and when I got to the dealership that was the exact price I paid for my car! Joe did not "hide" any fees/costs and I walked out paying the exact price he quoted me. Joe was extremely knowledge about the car's features and did not try to lie when he wasn't familiar with one of Toyota's brand new features. I truly appreciated his honesty on all levels. Joe even came in on his day off to sell me my car! Randy Sampson was absolutely phenomenal! We first met him on a rainy Saturday after my car flooded. The dealership was closed; but Randy was there. Randy was so nice, not pushy, but knew exactly what he was talking about. Couple weeks later, I called him and set up an appointment; when I arrived, he had some cars chosen from our conversation about my wants. He NAILED it. Got me a great deal on the perfect car for me. THEN I met the finance GURUS...Wes and Tim. Super guys, they went to work and got me where I wanted to be for a payment. Not to mention they were all so personable and NICE! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! We had previously good experiences at Fred Haas and this was our 5th car to buy there. Air conditioning went out on our 14 yr old Corolla so time for a new one. Went back to Fred Haas (Cristina Cedillo, who sold us a RAV 2 years ago). Did a special order because we wanted a rare color in a Corolla LE Premium. This was February. Told it would take 8-10 weeks. In late April we were told it would come the end of July!! Toyota in California says shouldn't take more than 12 weeks. That's 5 MONTHS! Because we needed air conditioning, settled for a slate gray LE Premium. They wanted us to sign the papers April 29 (even though the car wouldn't be ready for a few days, we live 50 miles from there! Had to be an end of the month quota thing but she didn't admit to that!), messed up the paint protection film on the hood, caused a chip that wasn't there before they added the film, delayed the delivery because "VIP's" needed their paint film protection placed first, tried to pass off after market all weather mats for the Toyota ones we ordered, and after we dropped off the wrong mats back with them, they didn't tell us the plates were in and we drove all the way home and found a notification of such in the mail!!!! The salesperson (Cedillo), the consumer relations person (Salazar) and the general manager (Mr. Murphy) have done NOTHING about our complaints. Please do not waste your time. Search the car you want on the internet and bargain for your price and have the closest dealer to you get it and sell it to you at the price you want. Its the only way to go.

I thought we found the one dealership but sadly to say. They were not worth my time. Apply for credit and the salesman says to us that finance is closed on Sunday (since they want to open Sunday I don't understand that ????) Tuesday of the following week rolls around he still hasn't called. Call his sale floor manager Antonio Urbane because I was to upset to ask Sam the saleman.I ask him to call me back and he said he would but instead Sam calls back with ridiculous excuses asking a super high down payment or a trade in.Needless to say I never went back instead went to Gullo Haas in Conroe and got my car and they took care of business the way it should be. So I sure don't recommend Fred Haas they are incompetent.

The entire purchase was handled by Mr. Fred Soles of Haas Toyota via telephone and the Internet as I live in Lubbock, Texas, clear on the other side of Texas. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Mr. Soles was solicitous, informative, prompt and mature, and was very patient with someone who had not purchased any vehicle in 17 years. Mr. Soles and his Used Vehicle Sales Manager, Mr. Chris Watkins, combined to make the whole experience seamless and relaxing. So, I felt comfortable committing to purchasing a truck, sight unseen, and based largely on the verbal reports of Mr. Soles who attested to its excellent condition. I flew down in the morning and by noon I was driving back to Lubbock in a vehicle that was everything that was promised. Mr. Soles further ensured that all of the navigation system and phone Bluetooth links were working before leaving on the eight hour road back to Lubbock. If such customer service is reflective of the dealership as a whole, then I am rueful that I don't live in Houston so I can have regular access to the vehicle service department. I would strongly recommend this dealership and specifically single out Mr. Soles and Mr. Watkins to making Fred Haas Toyota an excellent choice for finding and buying the right vehicle.

I got badly struck with the recent floods and was going places and dealers to buy a car, i just ran in to this showroom by an accident (I was looking for fredhaastoyota country tomball 249 - worst people ), the sales person - Lori Lopez politely suggested if i mind looking for deals in her showroom ( fredhas toyota world) , She was very polite and sweet to deal with and on top of that she was not pushy at all , understood my requirements clearly and made all possible and reasonable efforts to get me a deal without making me feel uneasy. I took the details from her and went to fredhaas toyota country tomball 249 , those guys did give me a better deal but they were so arrogant, rude and xxxxxx that me and my wife felt that the way we were treated by Lori Lopez and her manager Tony was really awesome ! We went to fredhaass toyota world, the next day and got our corolla , surprisingly, the finance Guy - Mr Mike Khaled was also a nice gentle man who was not ;pushy at all and clearly explained the offers he had for us unlike typical finance guy who ensures that by all means you shell out more money and buy all unnecessary add ons . I would like to thank Ms Lori Lopez and Mr Mike Khaled for making it so smooth and nice , only because of Ms Lori's sweet and polite dealing we went back to this showroom despite the initally offer which was dearer by $150 . In March I visited Fred Haas Toyota World looking for a used vehicle. I went there because of great past experiences. Sean Freymann was my sales consultant and he was outstanding. He kept me informed of when vehicle would be ready for pickup and wanted to be there when I arrived to hand me the keys. Shortly after leaving the vehicles check engine light came on. I returned the vehicle and was assured it would be taken care of. They checked and found the issue to be the MAF sensor and replaced for me at no charge. Also almost two months later, I receive a call from Sean telling me they have found additional keys for my vehicle. Am very impressed someone would go to the trouble of looking up and letting me know. This saved me well over $100 on making spares since these have transponders in them.As always I am very satisfied with Fred Haas Toyota World, but I would say that this past experience by far was the very best. A very special thanks to Sean Freymann and sales manager Chip Watkins who went above and beyond to make this a great experience.

My wife and I arrived at the dealer on Sunday morning and was greeted by a very nice guy by the name of Hector Rios. We had a brief conversation on what we wanted and away he went. He showed us just what we wanted and was able to explain everything about the Toyota 4 Runner with out hesitation. My wife and I had done a lot of previous research prior to getting to the dealer so we already knew what we wanted to purchase. He took us into the main showroom showed us around the different areas and offered us a drink while he began the paperwork process. We had a trade in and Hector did a great job keeping us informed as to what was going on in the process. Within 30 minutes he had the paperwork drawn up we were happy with the numbers and we were off to the finance department to finalize the deal. We were seated in a very nice waiting area with lots of friendly people. that is why I said it was like family. In finance we worked with Jennifer Welch. What a great lady. My wife and I already before going to the dealer prearranged financing with our bank. Jennifer and Hector both suggested that we try to go through Toyota to see what number they could work. I am so so glad this was offered to us. Toyota beat our bank with a great number and we did the paperwork and were out to the area to pick up our new car. My wife was so happy as was I because they made it so easy to understand everything and today we are so glad and appreciated to Hector for all his help on what is a major purchase in anyone's life. Let me start off by saying Fred Haas is a great dealership. I have purchased a new vehicle from here before which made me look to come back to this dealership. This time I was looking in the used lot instead of the new lot.The entire process was great leading up to financing. In financing, I expressed that I wanted my note on a certain day so I could met my financial obligation. I was told my note was to be scheduled for a certain date but on paper it was something totally different. Originally, we could not come to terms on the note and the manager came and changed the price (like I'm stupid or something, they have room to change the price) that made my note get to the number I was comfortable with. The finance person never told me the new date of when my payments would be due. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY, I failed myself at this tasked by trusting sales talk and learned that my note due date was different from what was discussed and nothing was said about it. I did go back and asked when was my due date and was told a different date from what the finance company sent. Needless to say, my first note is scheduled for a date that is not even 31 days away from my purchase date. Gracefully the finance company will allow me to change my due date after my first payment. It is the principle of the matter that upsets me because the finance person was so into cheerleading the drop in price by the manager(he was over selling the price) that he failed to do his job. Learn from my experience, please ask all questions and don't get caught in the hype of the show they give. They are there to do a job just make sure you do yours.

I went in to look at a RAV4 that I had my eye on for a few days and they had a wonderful deal on the car! I felt extremely welcomed and the salesperson Robert Hutching sold the vehicle to my mother and I with no pressure on us at all. If you want a good dealer experience go see Robin at Fred Haas Toyota World. She takes care of the customer and will devote an entire day to you ensuring you find the right car. I've bought three cars from her and the buying experience was quick and painless.The used finance department and managers over there are a mess though. One particular individual has caused a massive headache for my father trying to register one of the cars I purchased there in another state. This employee refused to listen to us on the rules of registration and simply let the paperwork sit until the temporary tags expired. Bought the truck in December and still do not have tags.Will be hard to compete with the selection and inventory at Haas and they work with you on pricing. Go see them!

Went in going to buy what I wanted, disappointed since it was sold. I thought I was going to waste my time since I had budgeted and calculated everything. But Bo Sierra came in and showed me around. I went in just to inquire about leasing a Rav 4 because I was curious. I had been interested in a different car but thought I would browse around just to be sure. Van was who I talked to first and he understood I was just browsing and wasn't pushy about selling me a lease at all. He gave me the information I needed. When I came back the next day Anthony helped me. He did a test drive with me and then did all of the financial work I needed to have done even after closing time. Both of them were extremely helpful and took some of the stress out of the leasing process for a first time lessee.

This was my first car buying experience with Fred Haas Toyota and both my car sales representative, Anthony, and my finance representative, Newell, were very professional! I was very impressed with the dealership and the level of service I received. Throughout the process I felt the staff at Fred Haas Toyota only wanted the best for me.Anthony was great in that I felt he was going to bat for me in getting me the very best deal on my new Toyota 4Runner Limited and after finishing up with financing he spent time with me inside the car setting up everything and teaching me what all the buttons do. Newell was not pushy at all and was very thorough in covering all the paperwork and finance documents. I went in last Friday and met with Robert. We found a car that I liked and looked at a few different models. The car I picked out was detailed and fueled up before I could even finish signing all my paper work! Robert stayed even while I was taking care of all the paper work to make sure everything went smooth and efficiently! Now that's what I call customer service! I've gone to some dealerships and most just come off very dishonest and very pushy. This one made made my boyfriend and I very comfortable because they sound very confident and they tell you what is best for you, according to your lifestyle, rather than just mess you over with something you'll regret purchasing. Randy Sampson, a salesman for the dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable with respect to finding and addressing all concerns ranging from zeroing right in on the vehicles that best suited the information given him to being extremely informative and helpful in attaining optimum financing. As well, the credit department was great to deal with. Whether dealing with Randy of the person in the credit department, they were completely focused on me, the Buyer from start to finish. I came to Fred Haas just look at a used Toyota Corolla but it ended up being sold before I arrived. I was being shown the new versions of the Corolla and I walked past a Scion iA in the show room and liked the design. I test drove one and I ended up liking it and decided to purchase it right there. I went in to have my car serviced, and thought I would just look around at what is new, while I waited. I met an awesome salesman, Jim Hearne, he was introduced to me by my Service manager. Jim showed me around and answered all of my questions, he was very polite and professional, and he did not pressure me, in fact, he made me very comfortable. I was impressed with his knowledge and decided to test drive the vehicles that we had narrowed it down to. So he rode with me as we drove 2 Rav4's, a used one and a brand new one... well the title of this review tells you that I went with the new one and I am so very pleased with my purchase. After leaving another dealership frustrated I was on my way home when I decided to swing into Fred Haas Toyota World at 8pm. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Cedric and from the get go he was extremely professional and genuine during the entire car buying experience. He listened to what my "budget" was and let me look at all the cars until I found the perfect one for me. Cedric was not pushy at any point and really wanted me to leave happy. I would like to start by saying that I was looking for a vehicle on a Saturday and we all know that Fred Haas Toyota World does not sell vehicle on Saturdays, so I went to another dealership. At that dealership we were about to sign off on the deal. I had already chosen the vehicle and was just waiting to go to finance. I waited 4 hours to get to the finance employee. He was going over the contract and I noticed that the APR was a little high. I told him that I did not like the APR and if he could try to find me a better deal. He got mad and rushed out of his office to look for our salesman. We noticed that he was arguing with the salesman and that is when we decided to leave the dealership. The very next day (Sunday) we went to browse around at Fred Haas Toyota World. As soon as we arrived Javier welcomed us and offered assistance. I told him I what I was looking for and he went straight to work. He showed us a couple of vehicles and when we decided on one, he offered us a very good deal. I then went with Paul in Finance and was ready to sign the contract when I noticed that the APR was high. I thought I would go through the same experience as the day before but I am glad that was not the case. Paul told me that he could try to get me a better deal the next day and that he would call me once he found a good rate for me. I felt at ease knowing that they were working in my favor, trying to get me the best deal not just trying to sell a car. I asked Paul for an APR of around 10%. Well he was able to get me a 8% APR. I went in that day and signed the paper work. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at Fred Haas Toyota World. Javier and Paul exceeded all expectations!

My first service for my Tacoma was very pleasant since I had an appointment. With a drive way full of people, I thought I would be there all morning. My service manager said about an hour wait. Sure enough, about an hour and my phone was called, surprise, surprise. I'll make an appointment next time and hope for the same arrangement. I was a little disappointed when my appointment notice suggested synthetic motor oil, but my Service manager said my Tacoma didn't require synthetic, just the 2016 engine required synthetic. I believe almost any engine can justify synthetic. Not sure why the different requirement for the 3.5 Liter over the 4 liter.

Mauricio Coto was very friendly and easy to deal with. No pressure and no hassle. Mauricio was able to "negotiate" a small price beak on the car. The car did not have floor mats at the time but Mauricio promised he would order them so we can hopefully get them in a couple weeks. Raoul Melancon, in finance, was also very nice and easy to deal with. A straight shooter. I would go back when I am in need of another car.

Took the wife's car in to get the alignment, oil change etc.. 2 days later the tech wrecked the car. It took a month to get fixed and come to find out they never changed the oil, the bearings are bad and never aligned the vehicle. Got the Lemon back after numerous calls, a call to GM that was never returned etc..

I received a letter through the mail from Fred Haas. Mr. Leonard Carter's card was in the envelope. We talked over the phone about my situation. I was in a car that I was no longer getting good service, my credit was shot, and I had no money down. I set an appointment with Leonard Carter in which I was late, but he waited patiently on me to get there. When I walked in, I had my game face on because I didn't want any run-around. I didn't want to waste his time or my time, if he couldn't do anything for me. My experience consisted of salesmen telling me good things over the phone to get me into the dealership and once I arrived, everything changed. To my surprise there was no gimmick; there was no run-around! Everything he said over the phone he made happen. I received more than expected for my trade-in and didn't have to put anything down. I chose a red Camry. The only problem was the Camry wasn't ready. It still needed to go through inspection. He put me in a deep blue, fully loaded Hyundai Sonata, with heated leather seats, to drive until my Camry was ready (only because the Sonata was one of the cars I test drove earlier but was not interested). I wanted the red Camry. When I got home, I called Mr. Leonard and told him, we had a serious problem. I had fell in love with the Hyundai Sonata. He said, "that's no problem, I was afraid that would happen, but it's no problem. Come on back tomorrow evening and we'll just change the paperwork." My finance person was Paul Heeth. This man is the most genuinely nice, honest and courteous person's I've ever met in my life. He talked frank with me about warranties, about insurance and about credit. I left Mr. Paul's office feeling like I had been given the royal treatment, was taken very good care of and I had been given the best deal for my situation. Even Mr. Paul's boss (his name escapes me now) was so nice to me. He sat and talked to me while I was waiting about his son and his football interest and showed me pictures on his phone. I couldn't ask for a better experience at a car dealership than what I received at Fred Haas. p.s....I promised Mr. Leonard Carter, I would come back to bring him something to show my appreciation for the patience he exuberated. I especially appreciated him staying past his work shift time to ensure, I was well taken care of. He even took the time to help me shop around for a good insurance rate while we waited. He promised me, when my daughter was ready to purchase a car, he would be happy to give her the same exceptional Fred Haas experience. I also promised Mr. Paul Heeth, I would be back to bring him some Christmas goodies. After having a horrendous experience at another Toyota dealership (I-10 and Dairy Ashford location) the night before, Anthony was a pleasant and good surprise. As a long-time avid Toyota buyer (bought 6 Toyota vehicles within the last 10 year time span), I've visited Fred Haas in the past and was unimpressed with the sales departments. However, Anthony from the beginning was courteous, actually listened to what we had to say, and acted accordingly based on our answers. Although one would think that conducting business in this manner would be common sense and good business practice. I'm often puzzled and turned off on how dealerships try to up sell things/features you don't want or need and then make you feel guilty for requesting the dealership to remove such bogus items. If you want to be treated with respect and avoid wasting your time, I would definitely recommend looking for Anthony if you ever visit Fred Hass.

tl;dr Quality Salesman, Very Relaxed, Found me the car I wanted, Would RecommendThe purpose of my visit was to purchase a new car. I arrived knowing which two vehicles I was considering, a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Camry, and told Jonatan right from the start my priorities. I was looking for something with the higheset mpg, did not care about sportiness, and inside amenities(push start, navigation, quality of onboard system, etc) was my second selling factor.I had previously looked at the midrange level of Honda Civic, Honda Accord, Honda CR-V, Ford Focus; after my Toyota visit I looked at Subaru Impreza and Subaru Legacy. During my Toyota visit I looked at both the Corolla and Camry and was satisfied with my visit. Jonatan suggested that I come inside and look at the 2016 Scion iA, because he thought it might fit my criteria better. Sure enough it did. For those unfamiliar with Scion, it's a Toyota brand with a different take on vehicle purchasing. Basically simple cars with nice features.I spent a week or so considering my options and Jonatan answered any questions I had. Came back to test drive it and liked it. The whole process was very relaxed and enjoyable.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Fred Haas and, more specifically, from Cedric Rawls. He is the best car salesman you can ever hope to work with. He has made all of our transactions so smooth, and we have left feeling extremely satisfied, not to mention completely excited with our new vehicles! We called ahead and spoke with Jonatan to make sure he had a specific car in stock. Not only did he respond quickly but he sent a personal video tour to us that confirmed the car is what we wanted. Arriving at the dealership we were greeted and introduced to Jonatan. A deal was quickly made and we went through the entire buying process with Jonatan checking on us periodically to make sure things were progressing.Buying a new car can be an aggravating experience with sales pitches and pressure but the staff we dealt with at Fred Hass was nothing but courteous, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

It appears as if the majority of negative reviews here refer to the service and collision centers, as seems to be the case with other dealerships. Fortunately, our mission was to purchase a new RAV4 Limited ... and we must admit that the overall experience was highly positive (and totally unexpected, given the nature of the car business). We are well-seasoned automobile buyers, in our early seventies, and our expectations are simple (albeit a bit old-fashioned these days) ... treat us with respect, not as a potential paycheck; be forthright and honest, and please don't play the "car game" ... we've heard it all, and will immediately get up and leave if we sense any of it ... and if we can't come to terms, don't act as if we're taking money out of your pocket; some deals get done, others don't (it's the nature of the business). Conversely, we will treat you with the same respect, make a genuine effort to arrive at a price that's fair to both parties, and will shake your hand, whether or not we drive off in a new vehicle. We found it a bit unusual to be car shopping on a Sunday, but we spotted a vehicle online that we were really anxious to see ... interior and exterior colors, trim level and equipment were exactly what we wanted. Fred Haas has two Toyota stores in the Spring area, one closed on Saturday and open on Sunday. We were surprised to see the number of folks in the showroom ... but if you're the only game in town, it's to be expected. Despite the crowd, we were greeted promptly, and introduced to Beth Elliott of the Internet sales department (yes, there really is one), who explained that she had a customer coming in shortly, but will try to get us started, rather than having us wait for an available salesperson. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to answer our questions. As it turned out, the RAV4 we had in mind was at the closed location (to Beth's credit, we didn't get the line, "Oh, that car's been sold."), and she assured us that we'd be welcome to come back the next day. Right at that time, her customer with an appointment arrived, and we were turned over to Manny Gomez, who immediately earned our confidence. He's a young, intelligent, personable guy, with thorough knowledge of the products. For comparison purposes, we test drove an XLE, the model just below the one we came to see, and concluded that we wanted the Limited after all. The inventory didn't show anything that attracted us ... but Manny took the time to peruse the entire lot with us by golf cart, stating that what's in the computer isn't necessarily up to date (his words, "they're always behind"), and it's possible that something might have come in within the past few days ... nothing ventured, nothing gained. We were amazed at how he was able to tell one model from the next (including interior colors) without even leaving the cart. Well, as luck would have it, he did find a vehicle that would work well for us ... way in the back, waiting to be prepped, and not showing on inventory. After gathering the paperwork, he quoted us a price that, while a bit below sticker, was not yet in our comfort zone. This is the part of buying process that we don't particularly care for, although we do understand the reason for it. We're veteran negotiators (both in purchasing automobiles and as Realtors), and after going back and forth a few times, came to terms. Throughout the process, Manny was low-key, did not pressure us, didn't pull that, "This price is only good for today!" crap, and treated us as valued customers. After a brief wait, we met with Alex Saaverdra of the finance department. Since we were paying cash, the process was simple, and we were out in less than ten minutes. He didn't pressure us about all those extra warranties, but did explain them, as he's required to do (not to mention that he makes a few bucks off them). We declined them all ... not a problem. Excellent experience overall.

Our home is in the Bellaire area, and Toyota dealers abound within a few minutes' drive. We've dealt with them all (including one that we really like, but we couldn't make the numbers work there). I am happy and proud of my Toyota dealer at Fred HAAS - They have excellent service from the Service Dept Personnel to the Service Technician. The job was well done. All the service manager and attendant were just magnificent. Fast and courteous service. I bought 2 cars from Toyota- and this specific dealership and service dept....is the best ever...I highly recommend people to come to this dealersip for all kinds of support........ My service attendant that helped me every time was Hoang Bui - extremely nice, cordial, courteous, and well knowledgeable with my vehicle...great experience..... :)

Leonard Carter was my designated salesperson. He maintained a good balance between giving me personal space to select a vehicle and being attentive. He even enlightened me with a couple of facts. We managed to reach an agreement on the vehicle's price within a reasonable amount of time. I was then prepped and sent into Raoul Melancon's office (finance manager.) He provided a very quick and easy closing. He also knew how to empathize and work with me as an individual. Both Carter and Melancon were very kind, funny, and straightforward. I am satisfied with my experience. This dealership definitely upholds the standard of care.

Went to Fred Haas with a lot of skepticism. Too tired of feeling the buzzards are circling overhead. Was ready to do battle. My wife and I found this to be a cool place. We had an appointment set up with Robin, worked through what we were looking for, and hey presto there was the vehicle. We then moved over to Todd for the financing part. Todd was brilliant to. Everything is explained and disclosed in a simple fashion. Options are neatly laid out.I have purchased cars in three different states, across VW, Ford and Nissan dealerships. Fred Haas srands head and shoulders above the rest, and we haven't begun to enjoy all the additional services they provide to customers. Great people, great cars, great price. I am very pleased with customer service and the friendly staff that helped me and my family get our cars. My Salesman, Leonard Carter, worked hard to help me and my family get the cars that we wanted( Sienna and Prius) and made the process smooth. The Staff were very helpful, very friendly, and theirs more names to be mentioned but I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's name that was overall involved. I got a call from TOYOTA telling me that I was paying a interest rate which was too high and asked me if I was interested in look for alternatives. This was truly the best dealership I have worked with. Many people have told me that I am the most complicated person they have ever met and to say my experience was absent of any complications could only be true all thanks due to the sales rep, Robin A. Nubani. I found new ways to complicate purchasing a car every single day both, during the two moths leading up to finalizing my purchase and even after making the purchase but Robin was the only sales rep from over five dealerships that was willing and capable of working through all my problems and simplifing the entire process for me. She was always honest and upfront about everything which is very hard to find and she will make you get over any negative stereotype thoughts you can possibly have about car salesmen/women. After wotking with many car sales employees from numerous dealerships I could only recommend her to all future buyers for all the value she brings to the experience.

We were looking for a pre owned Avalon. The one they had advertised was sold by the time we got there. Sam apologized asked if there was any other vehicle we was interested., we said no only wanted an Avalon. About a week or so later another Avalon was advertised. I called no answer but Sam called me back. A very nice Avalon. Pristine. Sam is a very professional salesman. We enjoyed the whole process in purchasing from Fred Haas. I have recently bought a Toyota Highlander from Fred Haas. Our Salesman Fahad Sajid Hussain was absolutely incredible. He spent nearly 5 hours working with us to choose an excellent car. Fahad is a very good salesman , he made us feel very welcomed at the Fred Haas facility and described very comprehensibly about each vehicle which we were interested in. If I were ever to buy another car, I would without a doubt in my mind come back to Fahad for his excellent service and knowledge. I was already a fan of Fred Haas but after meeting Fahad my appreciation for Fred Haas has increased even more. I spent a week going to every car dealership that was within my driving range hunting for a desperately needed new car. As a single woman who had never bought a car before, and full of trepidation I set out with my notes on car comparisons that I had researched on the internet. I was ignored or treated with indifference at most places, and when I could persuade a salesman to assist me they were slick and quoting me prices way higher than the manufacturers sticker price posted right on the window. At Planet Ford the salesman was the worst of all, not wanting to get out of his air-conditioned truck he was driving around in because it was too hot and I was only interested in a subcompact car. They get the dunce award. By the time I made it to the other side of I-45 I was expected more nonsense. To my disbelief a gentleman pointed me toward an empty parking spot and asked if he could help me. His name was Leonard Carter. It was over 105 degrees outside in the sun without counting the heat index, but Leonard walked that lot from one end to the other and refusing to quit even when I suggested he take a break and go inside and cool off while I walked around more. He was polite and never condescending to me like so many male salesman had been to me that week. I understood the process of the the car purchase and even when we had somethings I couldn't find I wanted he worked until he got everything perfect. He was the perfect person to help me, and if you need to buy a new car, particularly if you are a woman, I suggest you go to Fred Haas Toyota in Spring and ask for Loenard Carter; you won't be disappointed..

I've taken my 2007 Toyota Avalon to Fred Haas for service for 6 years after the dealership where I bought my car blew the service I requested. John James, my service advisor, has been prompt, helpful and prepared each time I've taken my car in. I currently reside in Richmond, TX - 55 miles away - and was told by the local dealership that they couldn't access my records to check a tire warranty and that I needed to go back to the source of my purchase! Amazing. I did just that and was greeted by a printout of my purchase the prior year and the same sort of reliable service I've come to expect. Recently, when we came in and wanted help determining the fair trade-in price of the car after it was in an accident, Randy was there and ready to help us understand what we were dealing with so we can think about what kind of trade will make sense for our family. After going to 4 different dealer in Greater Houston Area, came here. Initially had to wait as sales people were busy. First dealt with Tony who listened to us for our needs and assigned Alex to help us. Alex is great guy very courteous and friendly. Presented us with the first car with Ad ons, which we did not want and pay for. Told us almost all the cars here have Ad on, but he will try to find us one with no Ad on. Went back out in the lot. After 20 minutes found us exact same car with no Ad on and cheaper price. Got 0% APR. Would highly recommend Alex Victoria.

After meeting with the consultant I requested I was dealt with quickly and fairly. Honest and straightforward. Financing was made easy and a number of options were explained to me in detail and the entire team worked with me. Lydia was amazing and cut through much of the crap you see at a regular dealership. I felt she told me like it was, on both my purchase and my trade in. I didn't get the name of the gentleman in finance but, after purchasing a dozen cars, he judged me well and was complete in his descriptions but did not drag it out as has happened to me in the past.

I called ahead and told them I had a specific criteria and budget. They said they would check inventory before I came in and would call me back. They called me back within an hour and found exactly what I was looking for BUT under the budget I gave them. How often does that happen? No upsell at all. My final experience with Fred Haas is great! Fortunately my internet request made its way to Robin, she was able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Thank you Victor Saadon, Bauris, & Noy! Yall were great. My husband and I had the hardest time at a previous dealership trying to trade in our Honda-Accord for a truck. The banks would not approve us we were at "previous dealership" for 3 days!! separate days but still 3 days trying to get approved for a truck! Ridiculous! We ended up at Fred Haas Toyota World, we were greeted by Victor, then Bauris. Victor was quick to please urgent buyers! :) he brought my son balloons and my husband and myself a beverage. Within 30 min of getting docs together, Victor had a truck set a side for my husband, he test drove it and told Victor "I want it!" We then went to Noy who got all the financing squared away! He offered all kinds of perks and benefits that we were needing! & not to mention our FUSSY 1 year old son was running all over his office! But Noy helped us out with our son! Being in the hospitality industry, I can spot people who actually care about the job they are doing and about the people they are doing it for. Bo and Tony are the epitome of hospitality professionals. They are my go to guys at Fred Haas. They listen and provoke conversation to see what we were looking for and what would be the most bang for our buck. They also kept in touch with us and made sure we were satisfied and happy. Fred Haas Toyota World initiated contact after my Internet inquiry. They were very prompt in doing so. Mr. Lee Ta was my salesperson, and he offered me a great price on the exact vehicle I wanted, plus a few bonus features! The financing portion was easy and very fair. Wes Downey processed my warranty, maintenance and financing. He, too, was very nice and efficient. With both Mr. Lee Ta and Mr. Wes Downey, my experience was exceptional. They were very busy on the day I purchased my car, but the dealership was run very well. I have never been in a busier dealership, and the whole process took less than two hours. I was very impressed with all aspects of my new car buying experience.

I bought my first vehicle from this dealer in 2009 Marcha 2009 Toyota Yarisafter being referred to Ms. Lydia Farias from a family friend who worked at a different Toyota dealership. That went well and I walked out with the new Yaris that night. The Yaris served me well despite being put through stress that I'd imagine no Yaris would be expected to be put through in the form of a commercial vehicle being flexibly driven at high speeds through dense city traffic and long rides every day by a relatively inexperienced driver previously used to low-traffic country roads.Fast forward six years, and I was in the market for a replacement vehicle and, this May, I bought another new vehicle at Fred Haas: a 2014 Toyota Prius v with the top-tier, Five trim.We called up Lydia before driving to the dealership using her old business card, which I had kept, and she said to come on in. She was the same nice person as before with the same familiar face as six years ago except for her hair color. I came in expecting to look at the top-tier of 2015 models, but, within moments, she walked us over to a car on the salesfloor which had, basically, everything I was looking for in a new commercial vehicle:* light paint color: combats the Texas heat* keyless locking/unlocking: a big boon when you're constantly getting in and out* leather-like seats: I didn't care much for cloth in the Yaris, which is hard to maintain* large wheels: these make it less likely your front-end will slam the road on steep roadways/driveways or roads with potholes* on-board navigation: this gives me a back-up GPS in case my phone fails me* other features I'm probably forgetting* features that weren't standard back in 2009, but which I believe are now such as cruise control, day-running headlamps for improved visibility, et ceteraSince the 2015 and 2014 models are so similar, I took her up on her offer to, essentially, save some money and time. Plus she mentioned that the car was on sale. I mentioned some manufacturer deals, such as price discounts and zero APR, and she was able to get me those too despite some difficulty since my then-current credit rating didn't quite match a recent credit reportfor still-unknown reasons. I was a bit put-out about the APR issues upon first hearing about them, but she persevered and in the end walked me through my options and got me the kind of deal I was looking for. Lydia and I went through a test drive which was smooth despite the significantly different driving behavior of the Prius v.The whole purchase process went fairly quickly despite my lack of preparedness in filling out the paperwork and the finance stafferan Asian guy with a really short name and a really long name and whom I don't see listed on Dealer Rater's employee listwas able to answer all of my questions satisfactorily after I badgered him for detail after detail. (He deserves high marks too.) The longest part was waiting for the installation of a security device, which I wanted installed then and there so I wouldn't need to worry about it. They got that done while I was having some beef brisket down the street at Rudy's.Lastly, they gave me detailed tour of the car's functionality even after I suggested it wasn't needed. I'm actually glad they insisted (without seeming like it) because the vehicle was a lot more complicated than I thought. Some of the features were basically identical to the Yarissuch as cruise controlso that made things easier. Then I drove off the lot a happy camper.I've been driving the vehicle for roughly a month and it's been a good experience. I'd purchase from this dealer again as they're easy to deal with. They also have one of the nicer maintenance areas compared to other Toyota dealers in the area. (I've been to three Houston Toyota dealers' maintenance areas.) Another reason why I went to this dealer was that they also seemed to have the biggest selection of cars for a given model after comparing all of the Houston dealers, so there's a plus too for those looking for specific colors or trims.And that's that.

I wasted a perfectly good Sunday with these people. They told me that my loan was approved, and to come in out Sunday. All I would have to do is "sign the paperwork". I get there on Sunday, and after waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby, the loan is NOT approved. Nothing but leis, smoke and mirrors. These people use the same tricks that you would expect from a sleezy car dealership. Don't be fooled or waste your with them, you time and money is better spent elsewhere.

This was my first personal car so i was really happy that everything turned out good and Lydia worked with us on what we were looking for. The only negative thing is the finance guy, Alex Saavedra, was extremely rude and made it seem like we were disturbing him. My experience involved three visits and three purchases that went like clockwork. I escorted my daughter to the dealership to see that she received fair treatment and not taken advantage of. What I found was a warm receptive staff eager to please. The salesman handled the deal with "kid gloves" explaining every detail and step as we arrived at a final decision. I arrived at dealership at my appointment time of 7:30 am. Two people were ahead of me being checked for servicing by my service advisor. After 30 minutes and not yet checked in by my service advisor, I found a second service advisor to check me in. I visited the service dept to have a passenger side door mirror assembly replaced. The service dept confirmed the assembly was in stock prior to my appointment. One hour later the service dept started the replacement and found the glass mirror was broken. The service dept did not have a second mirror assembly and it needed to be delivered from a parts shop. I was told it was on its way and the service dept would have it quickly. More than one hour later it showed up. I watched it being placed on a work bench next to my Tundra. Thirty minutes later a service person started the replacement process. Advice: when giving a customer an appointment time, make certain the customer does not need to wait 30 minutes plus to be checked in. This was not the first time this has happened. Second, when confirming a replacement part is in stock prior to a customer's visit, also check to make certain the replacement part is not damaged.

I went back to install th window renting. They provided a rental so him minutes and the car was done on couple of hours. Best job and best overall experience buying a car. I love my Camry!

I went to Fred Haas Toyota World to purchase a new 2015 Toyota Highlander this past weekend, and had the pleasure of working with Manuel "Manny" Gomez. Right of the bat, he put on absolutely no pressure, and was just just curious about, and interested in getting to know me and my wife and baby and what we were looking for, etc. After finding a Highlander that fit my criteria, when it came down to negotiating a price for the car he was incredibly informative about the market and Toyota products in general, but most importantly respectful and transparent, not at all trying to pull anything over on us. I've purchased numerous cars from dealerships and I know when a sales person is *genuinely* looking out for me - and when it came time to close on the deal, Manny really had my needs in mind, so we were able to work out a fair price and I was very pleased with the entire process. Not only that, but he made me feel really proud of the vehicle I bought which is really cool. Toyota is making some great products these days. On the Finance side of things, Newell Peck was also great to work with. Very nice guy, funny, no pressure, very informed about their products and services, and I felt like I was conversing with someone I've known for years. Working with Newell helped me make difficult decisions about my financing and warranty products that really fit our needs (and avoid the ones that didn't). All things considered, I will be highly recommending Fred Haas Toyota World to friends and colleagues who are in the market. These guys clearly have fun with what they're doing which is everything in any industry. They were willing to work with me on my situation, and they made the car buying process a pleasure as opposed to the stressful mess it could have been elsewhere. Thanks for everything guys!

Just purchased our 2015 Toyota Camry LE at Fred Haas Toyota. We came in one previous time before and spoke to our sale man, (Anthony Truong) about some vehicle options and he helped answer all of our questions. We test drove the Camry and we loved the smooth ride and sleek new features. Upon our second trip to the dealership, Anthony had started up most of our paperwork from our first visit so it actually helped speed up the process. After signing all the paperwork and signing some more papers with the Finance Manager, we were walking out the dealership with keys in hand in less than 2 hours! This has been the most hassle free, easiest car buying experience that I have encountered. Thanks Anthony!

I had seen a gentle used 2014 GMC 4x4 on the internet and even though we thought we wanted a new truck we really wanted to look and really take our time. We even brought our 5 month old puppy so we would not make an impulsive purchase. We pulled up and saw several sales people on the lot. They waved and acknowledge us from a distance. We went up to the truck we had seen on line and looked around a bit. Tony approached us a few minutes later and we all began talking about the different trucks and dogs. Absolutely no pressure. We really loved the looks of the GMC and it was new on the lot. He offered to get the keys for a test drive, but we had the puppy. Tony said don't worry about it and off we went. The decision was made and again I was worried because we had the pup with us about going into work on paperwork, but everyone welcomed us. I forgot to mention is was about 8:30 PM and they close at 9 PM. Tony handed us off to Raoul and within the hour. The truck was detailed and waiting for us to drive home. Tony joined us and walked us out to the truck and off we went. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and I will tell everyone to go see Tony to find the perfect fit and Raoul to make the numbers work.

I bought a Toyota Tundra recently from Joe Salazar at Fred Haas. It was easy straight forward and no stress. Joe provided great service. After I bought the truck it went to detailing and they noticed there was some over spray of the Bedliner on the paint. They called me and told me they would switch out the truck for an identical one. I never saw it when I inspected the truck but they caught it and did the right thing. We appreciated that. Thanks again to Joe for great service and Noy ( finance Manager) for quick easy financing.

Then April of this year (2015), I needed another Tundra because I sold my 2010 to my son. Doing my research as I always do, I searched dealers from San Antonio, San Marcos, Austin, and Houston through the Internet. As far as selection and price, Fred Haas Toyota World beat them all. I've purchased about 6 vehicles in my life from dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Staff was incredibly helpful and our sales associate, Robert Hutching, went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. We pre-applied and pre-qualified, selected the vehicle we were interested in online, and when we arrived the vehicle was waiting with our name on it. After test drive, decided we wanted it and from that moment until paperwork signed it was about 1.5 hours. Unheard of in my experience. Financing was a breeze as well. Robert also followed up after purchase to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything further. Top notch customer service and overall experience. I would and will highly recommend them, especially Robert, to anyone.

Keeping track of the oil consumption issue on some Toyota engines. Mine not too bad and within Toyota guidelines and will just keep in the radar. Service checked out a few little issue and corrected with no charge, thanks.Every service experience has worked out well with minimal inconvenience. Just a head up - keep ahead of service issues and you will have a better experience overall.Don't let it really break badly before getting it looked at by an expert instead of a just guy in a blue shirt with a tag with a name on it.

Dear Fred Haas,My name is Hannah Meador. I purchased a used 2010 VW Eos on Friday 4/17/2010 at 6pm. I found what I wanted online, but when I called in I was told it was promised to someone else. I had spoke with Bo and explained that I really wanted this vehicle, but as I was driving from Austin, I did not want to waste anyone's time. He promised to call me by 1pm the next day and let me know either way. He never called, and I had to call him, as I am driving 4 and a half hours, I needed to make plans with another driver. Now, this could be typical of your salesman, but since I work in sales, I know that when a lead calls and sounds like a good lead, the customer should not have to call back. I understand that the driving part is not your problem, however I am explaining how everything got started and why I feel so disrespected.The car available, my driving situation all taken care of, we drive up from Austin to pick it up. When my mom and I show up to look at the Eos, which we did on our own, we found several things wrong, the drivers side door panel was falling off, the drivers seat had some electronic issues, and there was liquid in the trunk under the spare tire. When Bo was finally ready to show us the EOS and we pointed these issues out to him, his only response was "Well the door is cosmetic and we sell the car as is" and the seat issue he responded with "I didn't know the seat wasn't working, I don't know anything about these cars" Bo had the same response with the leak in the trunk. At this point, I have to ask him "Does anyone at the dealership knows anything about this car?"Bo said, no not really but he took the car into the service center to have someone look at it. Maybe he just wanted to waste my time, wear me down or make the sale. I am not sure, but I know at this point, he was acting like he did not even need to do anything to make this sale. Yes, I did my research, there are very few used EOS available. Yes, I know that the price for the mileage was great, and Bo had previously knocked down $500 because he was aware of were I was driving from. But there was very little respect for us as customers, maybe because we were women, he thought that he could do this to us.The service center said "That they could not figure out why there was liquid in the trunk, they could not work the electrical and the door was cosmetic"So despite all of the run around I recieve from your salesman and service center, I go ahead and purchase the vehical with the issues, every used car it has it's minure dents and digs, I still feel that purchasing from a dealership there is a certain amount of pride and ownership that goes into each vehicle you sell, so cosmetic issues I can handle. The seat is easy enough and the door can be fixed, so we wait for the car to get the lojack installed and Bo said he would let us know when it was ready, so my mom and I go have a quick cigarette, while we are outside I noticed the car was parked in front of the dealership, Bo was nowhere to be found so after 20 min of waiting we ask another salesmen if they could contact Bo, the salesmen told us the car had been ready and gave me the key's, Bo had just left without saying anything to us. It was starting to rain so I just left with out asking for a manager, I get in the car and noticed the drivers side window wasn't closing, rain was pooring in through the window. I understand I purchased a VW from a Toyota dealership, but that doesn't matter, good business is good business. This was not good business. And, because of all the delays, we were forced to stay in Houston for the night, now that is a decision we made, but again, this is the experience as a whole. I return to Austin on Saturday around 1pm, a 400 mile drive up and there was no issues with the drive, with the electrical, it has seemed at this point that the whole car buying experience was terrible because of the crappy customer service we received, and not the actual car. Which I loved.On Sunday, as the bad weather had cleared up and it was sunny and gorgeous, I go for a drive in my new car, drove around town running errands and really get a feeling for this car. That night, I go out to dinner, get in my car and all of a sudden, as I am trying to put the car in reverse the car make a weird sound and won't reverse!! Then the CHECK ENGINE light comes on. I turn the car off wait a minute, when I turn the car back on it finally reverses but the check engine light stayed on. I am extremely upset that after 48 hours of having this car the check engine light comes on.I am writing today to see if there is something we can do, without having to drive down and return the car. When I left the dealership on Friday, there was a bad taste in my mouth because of your salesman. Now, I am ready to do what it takes to make sure no one else gets treatment like that ever again at your place of business. This is your name on the dealership.

They have serviced my vehicles for years but it's time I needed to replace a car that I totaled. I told them what I needed in monthly payment and interest rate and they found the car that I wanted and fit the bills. I have bought many cars through the years and this has been the best experience I have ever had. I have a Prius and the service department is simply the best. Ask for Sparky and he will take care of you. No gimmicks, or things that you don't need, they get you going. They are even good with oil changes. Other dealerships try to sell me aluminum oil pans and etc but all sparky ever asks me if I want to wash the car. I cannot be happier. Even better than Carmax. My wife and I looked at available used Toyota Sienna's on the Fred Haas Toyota World website on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and saw a pre-owned 2013 Toyota Sienna L with 13,424 miles selling for $21,991. The pictures of the vehicle on the Fred Haas website show a white van with a grey leather interior, with a DVD player, and navigation system, exactly what we wanted to purchase. I filled out the "email seller" form online and heard back from the internet sales person that said "We are open today from 10-7. Would you like to schedule a time to come in and test drive? The Sienna inventory does not last long especially with low mileage.". I replied that we would be there at 12:30 to test drive the vehicle. When we got there the sales person was no where to be found, after 15 minutes of waiting for her another sales person went and got her. We sat down at her desk and she found the car that we had talked about. She informed us that the pictures of the car on the website were not for the listed vehicle., the pictures were actually for a $25,000 Sienna XLE Limited. The car that we saw online for $21,000 was actually a Sienna L, with cloth seats, no navigation, and no DVD player. On her computer only 3 pictures were shown for the Sienna L, and the rest of the pictures were shown on another website called Pure Cars that was linked to the listing on Fred Haas Toyota. However, when I was at home on the computer searching the extra pictures were not on Pure Cars but in fact on the Fred Haas Toyota website. We tried looking at other Sienna's in stock and saw that another Sienna in their system was also supposedly mismarked, showing pictures of the same white XLE limited but the specs labeled it as silver sky metallic. Basically half of the available Sienna's were misrepresented on the Fred Haas website. The sales person called someone in IT and was told that they saw the error on Friday and had changed it but they were still waiting for the server to refresh (this was aSunday). The sales person said there was nothing she could do, it was just an error, so we asked for a manager. She said that there were not any managers there because it was a Sunday, and that we would have to call back on Monday. We are very disappointed in Fred Haas. If you look at pictures of a vehicle online you expect that exact vehicle for the shown price at the dealership, not the pictured vehicle for a different price, and the listed vehicle without all of the options and specs that were seen online. I now see why people shop at Car Max and Texas Direct Auto - what is listed online is the car you get at their dealerships, not a misrepresented product.

I bought a brand new 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Jonathan Benavides on the 2nd of April. What a great experience! He got me a great deal very quickly and was very patient with me during my visit. Even though I already had my financing set up before arriving at Fred Haas he told me to trust him because his team could get me better financing. Sure enough I received a better financing offer through Toyota. If it wasn't for Jonathan I would never have even considered this but he carried himself as somebody I could trust. As long as Jonathan is involved with this dealership I will continue being a customer in the future. Maybe a promotion to finance for Jonathan should be considered as he seemed to have a very good grasp of the numbers before I even went to financing.

My wife called me panicked on a Saturday morning saying her car wouldn't start. She thought the battery was dead. I arrived and was able to jump it off and her car started. Since it was Saturday, I was just going to just go buy another battery from someone close in the area. I then remembered that the battery was replaced prior by Fred Haas Toyota so I decided to call my service rep. Jesse Hartman. Not only was he accommodating about getting my wife's vehicle in that day, he checked and let me know that there was a recall notice for the vehicle as well and said he would be happy to replace the recalled part(s) as well. Since the battery was still under warranty, I only paid half the purchase price, labor to replace it, and a disposal fee. Jesse was very accommodating as always and helped me out of a jam. I have had several dealings with Jesse in the service department and he has ALWAYS gone above and beyond concerning customer satisfaction. If the rest of the staff at Fred Haas follow his attitude and work ethic, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next vehicle there. Thanks Jesse !!!!!

My husband was going to surprise me with a new used Sequoia after I had surgery, its a car that I always wanted to upgrade to from my Sienna van. We had bought from Fred Haas before and they gave us fair deal on a car for my son. Trusting them from our business with them previously, my husband went back to purchase a vehicle from them again. However this time it was a totally different experience! They sold him a car that basically should have been sent to auction according to a few other dealers!! And the asking price was a ridiculous near two times the amount of blue book price!!! We called to try to return the car with no cooperation from Fred Hass! I feel like they just flipped a bad car onto to us from maybe a bad deal THEY made with it???? None the less, I'm very disappointed with the whole experience with this dealership!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone I know!! And as a matter of fact I will convey my experience with them to anyone I know of or hear of that is considering buying a car!!!!

I had a great experience buying a new car from Fred Haas Toyota World! Thanks to Lee-Loi Ta everything went perfect. I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I did a quick research using consumers reports website and found out that Fred Haas Toyota World offers way better deals than all of the local dealers. I got a guaranteed price from the web site. Next day Mr. Lee-Toi Ta contacted me and we scheduled a phone call. We had a productive conversation leading us to the next step - receiving a final quote with all details, prices and taxes. He answered all of my questions and was really honest about everything. He reserved the car I wanted and kept it for 3 weeks. When I arrived in Houston, I did a short test drive and checked out. I started looking for a new car a few months back and Fred Haas was among several dealerships I included in my search. I saw a deal that I liked and forwarded that info + my credit application on the Fred Haas website. Shortly after I was contacted via email by Keith Harris. I had a lot of questions regarding warranties, trade-in, financing, discounts, etc and Keith answered them all very quickly and thoroughly. The day / time that I wanted to visit the dealership, Keith was unavailable, so he referred me to Steve Rowland. I met with Steve, we negotiated a fair price, and I ended up buying a car. I got a fair offer on my trade-in as well.As the sale was made around closing time, arrangements were made to pick up the vehicle early the next day. I met with Keith Harris and Steve Rowland again, and we completed the sales paperwork in a flash. All the numbers were exactly what Steve and I agreed upon the night before... no surprises. Financing was handled by Noy Khouanmuong and compared to my previous experiences at other dealerships, it went very quickly. Noy, like Keith and Steve, was cool to work with and explained everything clearly.I've bought 7 cars in my life and this transaction was among the quickest and smoothest I've experienced. Fred Haas has earned my respect and I plan on doing business exclusively with them as long as I reside in Houston.

We were just looking for some suggestions. We were needing a larger vehicle. We thought we might need an SUV. After speaking with Lydia we found the Sienna met our needs best. I am a school and sports photographer and carry a lot of equipment. We also have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren. This will be perfect for those camping trips as well as the drive from Houston to New York this summer to visit my family. I love the fact I can change interior to meet my needs on what or whom I am carrying that day. We had been a loyal Ford customer until we worked with Lydia with our last purchase. We are a Toyota family now. I do not remember our finance persons name or the gentlemen who showed us all our perks on the vehicle. My best car buy by far. My husband is taking my son today to buy his first new car. He is so excited!

When I walked into the dealership (I was internet shopping and had a salesperson from that - there are different sales on the internet), I had an appointment, however I was 2 hrs late (it's Sunday & I slept in), she was busy with another client so Keith Harris helped me. I knew what I wanted to look at and drive, so that was already established before I walked in. They had them pulled up to the door, I drove them around on the interstate, walked back in, they treated me with complete respect. I felt as if I was all that mattered. Never a run around or pushy salesman feeling. Filled out a few pieces of paper and within 4 hrs I was out of there with keys in hand and all financing complete. PS: I got all the insurances, maintenance, tires, lo jack, towing, car rental and windshield repairs for 125,000 or 6 yrs included in the financing - never have to worry about paying for all that stuff during that time. I paid no money down, kept my old truck and still had 1.9% interest! Keith Harris was the best salesman you could get. A true gentleman & a class act! Ask for him if you can. The delivery or finance person was Jake Bell and explained everything perfectly - you didn't feel hustled or pushed at all! Love Fred Haas Toyota in Spring - I am a true customer for life!

I had shopped around but couldn't find the Tacoma I wanted, until I went to Fred Haas huge selection. A salesperson, Mr. Jim Hearne came out to talk to me about the truck asked if I wanted to drive it I did and off we went. Jim was very informative about the operation and specs of the Tacoma. I decided to buy and I had a trade in which they offered $1300 more than another dealer then added a mark down on the sticker price (double :-) this put my monthly payments even lower than I had budgeted. Jim took care of everything and I would totally recommend the dealer. PS; also after a tour of the service department and the hours (open Sundays) will be bringing it back to scheduled service.

Syed Shah (salesman) and Stivens (finance) were the greatest team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with during a car purchase experience. Syed went out of his way to make sure my needs were met and I had thought the purchase through. I went in having looked at the website and having a particular used car in mind, amazingly he knew exactly which one I was talking about which proved he was very knowledgable considering they have tons of inventory. He also however quickly showed me 2 other vehicles that matched my qualifications, as he said, so I would have options. That was nice of him and actually solidified my choice. He helped me get a great deal on the already reduced price a and made it a quick and pleasant experience. Stivens was the finance manager that handled the rest and he also helped to make this the best experience ever. He worked with me and explained everything in terms I could understand, and also managed to get me a deal on their service warranty. They both were so nice to talk to that I didn't even realize how much time went by. Thanks to you both! A few days ago I received a phone call that it was time to change the oil in my car...I was like wow!! If I did not receive that phone call...well..lets just say it was not on my mind to get my oil changed. I asked if I could book an appointment, and the girl on the line said, "yes, what time is good for you?" Wow!! I went to my appointment a little late, and they never said a word about that...that says a lot by itself! I pulled up and there was my service advisor...Kevin...He smiled, and then I was greeted by a woman who told me that I could just leave my keys in the car and go on in..she was so kind! I went in to talk to Kevin and pointed out that the inside handle of my door was scractched...he said, "we will fix that for you..no problem." Now what car company says that without a " let me see how much that cost?" Well Fred Haas Toyota World does!!! Needless to say I got my check up and my car detailed in record time...Kevin comes up to me and says,"Ms. Woodruff as soon as that part comes in, I will give you a call." I bet your shocked right now...you shouldn't be...because this is the way they do things at Fred Haas Toyota World. The last word of their company says it all...world! When you step inside your jaw drops and your eyes go oh my goodness...shops...free drinks served to you...guys are not just standing around..people are smiling and it is like a whole other world... I have purchased so many cars in my life..I stopped counting..but this is the longest I have kept a car..a little over a year! I will keep my Toyota Rav 4 for life and continue to refer everyone to Fred Haas Toyota World. If you haven't been there...just stop by sit in the VIP room have a free drink..shop for boutique items... they will not put you on radar...just sit back and see what I just wrote above. You will be amazed! Who knows you might end up purchasing a car... make sure your service advisor is Kevin....because it really is a whole new World at Fred Haas Toyota World...

My car was totaled in an auto accident. I needed a new car that was very affordable due to all the medical bills coming in from the accident. I debated with Keith over lease or purchase. I relied on Keith as I was shopping alone and although I am in my 40s this was my first car purchase in my name. I was very nervous. I was looking for a new work truck, and found that the 2015 Toyota Tundra CrewMax was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. The interior/exterior look and feel was superior to any of the other trucks that I looked at. I worked with Joe Salazar, and the service and expertise couldn't have been any better. He was able to narrow my search down to two trucks that fit the criteria that I was looking for. We scheduled a time for me to come by and take a look and test drive the truck. I just purchased my second car from my favorite salesman, Tony. I explained to Tony both times my financial situation and both times he provided the best cars for me. He was very understanding, never tried to pressure me into something I didn't want or I couldn't afford just to make a sale. He also advised me with my first purchase to how get a lower interest rate the next time I purchased a car and it worked. This time my interest rate was extremely low and the car I purchased was fully loaded and the color I wanted. I hate salesman. They spend all day practicing the craft of separating you from your money. They know how to read you. It's tough to go in and try to negotiate with a professional negotiator. Then I met Manuel. He was professional and seemed honest. Everything he did confirms this to me. We negotiated all week and My choice was down to a Dodge 2500 or the Tundra. The Dodge 1500 was too small to compete witht the Tundra. I nearly went with Dodge but the larger backseat in the Tundra and Toyota reliability won me over. Don't believe me? Wait 5 years and see which truck holds its value. I know I traded a 2008 4 years ago for a new Land Rover for my wife. I was hungry as our negotiation and paperwork took some time. A tamale vendor came in and seeing that I was hungry Manuel bought about 40 of them for me and my wife. Manuel was doing everything he could. In the end I was happy. Manuel was easy to work with. This is my 3rd new car purchase and was by far the best experience. I was in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours. My salesman, Stephen Rowland, was awesome. I recently purchase my 2014 Toyota PriusV from Fred Haas Toyota and my salesman was Jerry Kempenski. Jerry went to work for me diligently and expeditiously, no gimmick nor overly.I was able to take my home same day as New Prius V owner.Then I had 21 codes on my 2009 Prius, I took it to Tejas Toyota. They want to change my Inverter/Converter for $8000. I took it to my regular service Lady at Freed Haas (Ms. Ann). She got me in Timely and Decoded and the 21 codes and fix the harness wires that was causing the problem with their 3 hrs Diagnosis for only $357. I am a happy Toyota Prius owner again. I will recommend Freed Haas for Sales and Services. They made me realize that there is nothing owning a Toyota Prius than owning 2 of them.

The first was not so good, to say the very least, but luckily Mr. Savage (Manager) introduced me to Bo Sierra. EXCELLENT customer service from Mr. Savage and Bo. Sunday, February 15, 2015, my husband and I decided that we were going to browse various used cars because we were contemplating on trading my old car in. Normally, I make a point of buying from individuals because of bad experiences I have had in the past with used car dealers. Never in a million years did I think I would actually buy a used car from a dealership AND enjoy the process. Randy Sampson was awesome, I told him what price range I needed to be in and the type of vehicle I was interested in and he never belittled me or treated me with disrespect. He showed me cars that were in my price range and I never felt pressured in any way, shape or form. Randy changed my entire way of thinking regarding used car salesmen and I will definitely use him in the future. Times have really changed since the last time I purchased a car from a dealership. Fred Haas Toyota World have mastered New and Used Car Sales and Customer Service to a fine art. It was really great not having to argue or haggle over my trade in and the amount I wanted to pay for my future car. Mr. Gutierrez in the financing department was great as well, I expected to have a conflict with the percentage rate of my car loan, but that wasn't even an issue. I walked in expecting to get a 5% interest rate on a used car purchase and before I could say a word, he said, "I'm coming up with a 4% interest rate, is that okay?" and all I could do was nod in agreement. The ENTIRE EXPERIENCE was incredible. I will definitely use them again and refer my friends and family to Fred Haas Toyota World. On a side note, I had a 350Z Roadster Tour Convertible, but recently became a licensed real estate agent and was in need of an SUV instead of a 2 seater sports car. I received excellent service from Steve Soodi when i arrived unexpectedly - I initially requested to see Jim Hearn but it was his day off, however, Steve was very accompdating. I went back the next day to finalize my lease aggrements and Jim Hearn was there and he jumped right in and assisted Steve in all the particulars to be handled. When my new vehicle was ready, Jim explained EVERY feature to me and demonstrated how each was used. This is my third rental and although i have never had a problem previously - this time I feel that Jim and Steve went the extra mile in answering all my questions and making sure i understood my vehicle before i left. I could tell within minutes that he was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles as well as the current inventory. Perhaps more importantly, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. Bo made it easy for me to explore options in my price range, and with his help, I purchased my first Toyota. If the car works out the way I want it to, I will definitely return to Fred Haas, ask for Bo, and purchase another Toyota.Additionally, my finance guy, Donny Gutierrez, did a great job. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about warranty and finance options. He too contributed to my great first experience at Fred Haas.

Benny Moreno was the first to ask me if I had been helped, when I walked passed a couple of sales employees. Moreno was patient and friendly while showing me a couple of Tundra's and Tacoma's.Van Lam besides being super friendly, was proactive in getting us into our new car. He also took the time to show me how to use the stereo in my car.

I have bought two Tundras, two FourRunners, one Land Cruiser and friends and family have probably bought another 5 or 6 cars from Kris. The first experience with Kris was after I left another dealership in disgust after they tried to change the price on me at the last minute, on a vehicle that was in another state. I went to Kris, not knowing him or anybody at Fred Haas, and the next day I was driving that exact vehicle and was treated fairly. Since then I have bought Toyotas from Kris only and I know when I've left there that I've been treated with honesty. Kris is a great guy to boot. Can't say enough good things about him. Top Notch!

I shopped within a 100 mile radius of a Houston, TX zip code. I spoke with Rusty Freele on the telephone. He honored every word he spoke. He sent me an e-mail with price quotes; he invited me to the dealership to test drive a few vehicles he thought would fit my needs. I did not expect to be greeted at the door, but I was greeted by Mauricio Coto and eventually escorted to Rusty. I never once felt like a "customer." I only felt like they valued my position of wanting to purchase a vehicle and would work with me to find a vehicle to fit me. Yes, I was a customer, but I was also a client or a business partner; this was a business transaction, for me, and they were not simply trying to make a sale. I was also impressed that Rusty and Mauricio worked with other customers, at the same time, and I never felt ignored. They gave me time to think about each vehicle I saw. I left Fred Haas with the vehicle that was perfect for my situation and advice on how to keep it in good condition. Each customer is unique. It takes a salesperson with leadership quality to quickly recognize what the customer wants and/or needs and demonstrate a product with benefits to the customer. Had Rusty not heard what I was saying on the telephone and followed up with a product that fit my situation, I would not have had a good experience at Fred Haas. At my income level, purchasing a vehicle is a major transaction; it was hard for me to think about spending thousands of dollars. Nevertheless, I did because I believe Rusty and Mauricio presented me with an option from which I could not walk away. I never felt like I was annoying them because I was not looking at an $80,000 vehicle; I felt like my purchase was important and valuable simply because that is what I wanted to buy. They worked to deliver a great product to suit my needs. I did have to spend more than I had hoped, but I am very satisfied with my vehicle, and everyone says, "It's you Deb." It is me! Based on my experience at Fred Haas, I wish that somehow Rusty could share his skill with other dealers and/or salespersons. He somehow put me at ease and made it a pleasant, professional shopping experience; he never forgot that the purchase was important to me. He was honest with his feedback. I bought a RAV4 Limited that night! The entire team was excellent including the lender and the woman who showed me how to use all of the features on the suv.

Having done sales, I can smell a sales job a mile away. Nobody likes feeling sold...and I never got that sense at Fred Haas. Bought a Camry with them in 2008 and just bought a Highlander yesterday. Jerry Kempenski is highly recommended. He is honest as the day is long and clearly understands that sales is not a "wam-bam-thank-you-ma'am" close but about providing value to the customer in providing what they really want. I'm a hard-to-deal-with buyer and he took care of my wife and I with patience, attentiveness and his easy-going style. He knows his stuff and, while I don't believe we crushed it on price, I know we got a fair deal. Thanks, Jerry...we'll be back.

I purchased a beautiful, well conditioned 2004 Camry from Cedric around May-June 2011 and had the best experience! This was my first car purchase and having visited many other dealerships in the area my time with him was definitely the BEST! He was the friendliest, the most helpful & patient with all my questions! I was so satisfied with the overall experience that i returned this January of 2015 to purchase my second car, another gorgeous vehicle (2013 Corolla), from Cedric. Once again, Cedric was so helpful in showing me cars in my price range that fit my taste! I'm a full time working college student so i really needed something reliable and easily affordable and Cedric was able to accomplish both of those goals in my final decision and i couldn't be any more happy once again! April 2014,i went to this dealership after work. Soon after I arrived I met tony urbina, Who was friendly, eager to help and most professional. I went there in the morning, looked around for a few minutes, and came back later that night. When I came back that evening, I met Bo Sierra, Who was also very friendly and very professional. A Couple hours later I Drove away in a previously owned vehicle, a Toyota Camry, to be specific. There was one minor flaw which they promised in writing, to repair. They kept their word, And I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would gladly recommend Tony, or Bo to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I knew what I wanted having had experience with several models of rental cars. Went to the Internet sales department at Fred Hass Toyota with my requirements. Robin confirmed my expectations for a good "starter car" for teaching my teens how to drive. An appointment was made, the car was presented, and the pre-agreed costing was reviewed. Very pleasant, no nonsense approach. The process took less than an hour. All involved in the process were quite knowledgeable about the product and servicing requirements of the vehicle. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I never take the time to write a review but I would be doing wrong if I don't take the time to write about my amazing experience. I recently purchased a new Rav4 which I love. Our experience was excellent from the time my family and I walked into the dealership to the time we drove off service was excellent. This is our second car purchase at Fred Haas unfortunately our first salesman does not work there anymore but as a result our new salesman Manuel Gomez was and is full of understanding service he did everything he could to get us the BEST deal even on our old old trade in we got a deal...I would highly recommend this dealership and Manuel. I met Steve Soodi 14 years ago and have purchased 7 Toyotas from him over that period of time. It has always been a wonderful experience. I call him in advance to let him know what vehicle I am interested in and days later he has what I want. This last purchase was on 12/28/14, a very busy Sunday morning; I was there less than 3 hours. I always get a great deal on the trade in and a discount on the new car. Alex Saavedra in the Finance department is wonderful as well and processed everything efficiently.

We purchased a 2011 Cadillac over the internet and dealt with Robert Hutching. We live in Wisconsin and Robert said we could trade in our old car. When we arrived in Texas everything Robert told us about the car was true. Everyone was very courteous and very helpful. We wanted a quick turn around and we were on the road again in 2 hours. I took my car in for oil maintenance without an appointment at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, 01/03/15. I had also incurred a flat tire the previous day, so that tire needed replacement, as well (I have road hazard). The intake gentleman said the "tire" area was not open on Saturday and that I may have to bring it back on Monday. No problem. Rather than wait - and, being a Saturday and I had not made an appointment - my husband picked me up. At 9:30 a.m., I received a call that my car was ready. Shazam! The service was fast and even though the "tire" area was not "open", I received a new tire, had the oil changed, and the tires were balanced and rotated. I was a VERY happy camper. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that my car was still dirty. :o( The very l-e-a-s-t Fred Haas could have done was clean my car! ;o) After all, this is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from this dealership and we plan to purchase a new Tundra (to replace our 2003) before I retire in 6 years. We have been very happy with Fred Haas and our Toyotas.

I visited another Toyota dealership where I had to find a salesperson and found three of them talking among each others in the middle of the sale floor while not attending clients. Jerry was nice up until he couldn't beat my price offer. I got a price quote from Joe Myers and he originally said he could beat it by $200. When I asked for a verbal total, he went around my question and said to just subtract the $200 from my Joe Myers quote. I continued to ask for a quote and when I finally recieved it, I felt duped! My quote from Joe Myers included the TT&L charges, but the quote Jerry sent was more than $1,500 over my quote from the other dealer. Jerry called me and said he couldn't match it, so I went to Joe Myers and purchased the car on the spot, since it was the best deal out there. There was no sneakiness with Joe Myers, the price I got quoted was the price I paid. I checked in with Jerry and about the guarantee of getting the money difference since they couldn't beat the my quote. He never followed through and didn't respond to my final emails. BEWARE of the SNEAKINESS, he strings you along. My recommendation is to get a quote from the other dealer that includes TT&L and to ask Jerry for a full quote before you drive out there.

I took my 2012 Camry to Fred Haas Toyota for it's last FREE service check-up. I had an appointment, was there on time; they serviced my car immediately. My service coordinator was David Moore-he was polite and knowledgeable. I took advantage of the company's shuttle service-the driver was there before my fast food order was completed! David made some suggestions for additional service, ie my inspection was due in 2 weeks. All the extra service that I had neglected was done then and there with no surprise extra expense. (I knew there was to be a state inspection charge.) Great service, David. I'll be back to Fred Haas if my Camry ever needs more attention. Barbara Windmeyer

My sales person was Jerry Kempenski. What I appreciated the most from Jerry was that he was on the up and up with me on the Email, phone, prior to me even coming to the dealership. I was getting the run around with other dealerships and began to get pretty tired of wasting my time going to dealership after dealership. When I spoke with Jerry and told him what I was dealing with, he simply told me the truth, had me come to the dealership and on the first attempt, I was riding out with my new 2014 RAV4. After that within 45-50 days we bought 2 another Same Vehicle with same Sales person Jerry Kempenski for my family and friend for 2015 Rav4. It was so nice to walk into a dealership that does not attack you. Thumbs up to Jerry Kempenski. Thanks so much.
