The overall new vehicle purchase experience was very satisfying. I should add that I have purchased a number of vehicles from the Frederick Motor Company since 1980. Each time has been a good experience. The sales staff is great and the service department is also outstanding. These days, one of the most important aspects of owning and operating a car boils down to where you can get competent, expert, reliable and cost effective service. The Frederick Motor Co. meets or exceeds my stringent requirements.

In and out in minimal time. The mechanics really do look over my vehicle. During a previous oil change/7500 mile service, the technician spotted a leaking shock absorber. This recent visit was to change that part. Really good thorough service. Thanks

Rather brash at times. It seams that things were much better when the vehicle being serviced, was a purchase from Frederick Motor Co. Service was rendered though, and was done properly. We got a good deal on a "Limited F-150" that we found at another dealer, but wanted to continue our service as usual at Frederick Motor Co, where we have bought many vehicles, faithfully, over the past 20 years. Normally, we have gotten very good service with courteous and friendly exchange. We like This dealer, and rely on it's quality service, and friendly atmosphere. We were planning on buying any NEW vehicles at this dealer. The "Limited F-150" was used, 2014 with only 16,000 miles, so, still has factory warranty. Could not find a New or Used vehicle like this at this dealer at this time. Sorry, but we could not pass-up on this one.

I was experiencing a loud noise coming from my air conditioning compressor during the hottest days of July. I contacted Frederick Subaru and dropped off the car on a Friday evening. I was contacted before 9am the very next day, Saturday, that was car was repaired and ready for pickup! The noise was gone, the air was blowing ice cold and the pickup was swift and easy! Outstanding customer service from the initial phone call to pickup. Thank you very much to the men and women of Frederick Subaru!

Good service. other dealers have much nicer waiting area and refreshments. would recommend possibly doing the same. maybe taking an area in your used car "show room" and putting some chairs, TV, WIFI, ect....

It's the only place I'll go to get an oil change and other maintenance. On top of knowing that everything will be taken care of properly, we love the train table for kids and the cozy clean waiting room! My Son knows it's there and immediately runs over to play and before you know it the car is done and we are ready to go! All the staff is friendly too and those extra helping hands with the car seat and the door are always appreciated!

At 70,000 miles the Subaru Impreza has been trouble free. Service has been painless and professional as far as I can see. Forthcoming response concerning oil consumption seems entirely fair. Choosing another (fourth) Subaru vehicle is more likely as a result of this dealer's good service.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I am usually able to get my car in for service in a timely manner and before doing any repairs, they always call me with an estimate of the costs. The cost estimate is always in line with the final repairs and they complete my car in the time frame that they have promised. That is important to me.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience at The Frederick Motor Company used car department that I felt they deserved some kind words. From the 1st email contact to the follow up phone calls, to the time I spent at the dealership, my salesman Ray was nothing but courteous, professional, and kind, as well as knowledgable about the vehicles I inquired about. I was looking for a safe inexpensive vehicle for my daughters 1st car. Ray recommended a Subaru Forester that they had recently traded. He took the time with me and my daughter to go over everything they did to recondition and inspect the car, and even showed me all of the previous service records so that I was reassured that the car had been maintained throughout its life. I got a great deal on the car without a high pressure buying atmosphere, which made me feel good. The sales manager, Craig, was great as well. He made sure everything went well throughout our purchase process, and was so easy to deal with. Even the other sales staff were very pleasant and eager to help out to make our purchase go quick and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Needless to say, my daughter is thrilled with her "new" Forester, and we thank Ray for picking this car out for her. Thanks again to all the staff...you were great!!

Walter Smith is a knowledgeable, personable, sales professional. He was able to find me the right truck at the right price with a fair trade on my existing truck. He was patient and thorough in finding just what I wanted and at delivery, spent all the time I needed to orient me with my new ride including putting tabs in the Owners Manual for frequently looked for topics. He made sure that the paperwork was handled efficiently and expeditiously. There was never any pressure of "upsell" of unneeded extras. From past experience with the Frederick Motor service and parts personnel, I know that my new F250 will be in good hands when it comes time for periodic maintenance. Frederick Motor has earned my trust and future business.

I set out to purchase a 2012 Ford Escape. I checked out dealers and the Escape via web searches and asked for on line quotes. I immediately received replies from all the local dealers I contacted, and those were followed up by phone calls. I visited (2) dealers before purchasing the Escape at The Frederick Motor Company. I was pleased with the time the (sales person) Erich Dewease took to review options, had me drive various models, discussed my reasons/need for an SUV, and what features were most important to me. In the end, The Frederick Motor Company had a car that had all the features I wanted and a discount was offered. I purchased the Limited, and got a limited extended warranty. The fact that The Frederick Motor Company and Erich took their time and didn pressure me added to my comfort level in purchasing from them. Thanks guys. Charles M
